Two new copper complexes, [Cu(cbdc)(phen)(H2O)]·2H2O (1) and [Cu2(cbdc)(phen)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·H2O (2) (cbdc= 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate and phen= 1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized by reaction of cbdc with Cu(ClO4)2 and phen in ethanol aqueous solution. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/c and a=0.9428(4) nm, b= 1.2183(5) nm, c= 1.6265(7) nm, β= 102.418(5)°, V= 1.8246(13) nm^3, Z=4, R=0.0445, wR2=0.0947. The structure of 1 is discretely mononuclear, which is packed by π…π interaction forming a 3D supramolecular structure where Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated and has square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Its thermal decomposition procedure detail was studied by thermal analysis TG-DSC. Complex 2 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P2(1)/c and a=0.8897(3) nm, b= 1.9130(8) nm, c= 1.9936(8) nm,β=99.04(2)°, V=3.351(2) nm^3, Z=4, R=0.0540, wR2=0.1102. The structure of 2 is a discrete binucleus, where Cu(1) is four-coordinated by phen and cbdc in a square-planar geometry while Cu(2) is five-coordinated by phen, one O of cbdc and two H2O, which can be best described as distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. Cu(1) and Cu(2) are linked by carboxylic group of cbdc in a bidentate bridging fashion. Variable-temperatttre magnetic susceptibilities of 2 in 2-300 K showed that its magnetic behavior obeyed Curie law.  相似文献

A metal-organic coordination compound formulated as [Zn(pzdc)(phen)]n·nH2O 1 (H2pzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 11.607(2), b = 11.719(2), c = 13.140(3)A^°, β = 110.707(3)°, V= 1671.9(6)A^°3, C18H12ZnN4O5, Mr= 429.69, De = 1.707 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 1.511 mm^-1, F(000) = 872, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0356 and wR = 0.0853 for 2713 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). It exhibits an interesting two-dimensional layer structure and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new bimetallic cyano-bridged complexes [Ln(DMSO)2(H2O)(μ-CN)4Fe(CN)2] (Ln = Ce 1, Eu 2) have been prepared by the grinding reaction method and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. Crystallographic data for 1: C10H14CeFeN6O3S2, Mr = 526.36, monoclinic, P2/n, a = 7.852(4), b = 10.729(5), c = 11.181(5)A,β = 96.992(8)°, V = 935.0(7) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.870 g/cm^3,/1 = 3.421 mm^-1, F(000) = 512, R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0971; and those for 2: C10H14EuFeN6O3S2, Mr = 538.20, monoclinic, P21n, a = 7.739(5), b = 10.668(7), c = 11.008(7) A,β = 96.943(3)°, V = 902.1(11) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.981 g/cm^3,/1 = 4.499 mm^-1, F(000) = 522, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0855. In each complex the lanthanide ion is seven-coordinated in a pentagonal bipyramidal arrangement, and the Fe(Ⅲ) ion is in a nearly regular octahedral environment. The title complexes can be described as two- dimensional (2-D) stair-like structures, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form three-dimensional (3-D) frameworks.  相似文献

The organo-inorganic hybrid compound [ Ni(phen)3 ] [ ( H2W12O40 ) { Ni(phen)2H2O } { Ni(trien) } ]·2H2O was synthesized from Na2WO4·2H2O, NiSO4·6H2O, CH3COOK,triethylenetetramine and 1,10-phenanthroline in water by the hydrothernal reaction, and characterized by IR, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG-DTA analysis.This compound crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group P2 ( 1 )/n, with lattice constants: a = 1. 80998 (6) nm, b =2.36504(8) nm, c=2.29199(7) nm, β=110.2220(10)°, V=9.2065(5) nm, Z=4. Final R indices R1 =0.0532, wR2 =0.1295. The compound is decomposed at 593 ℃.  相似文献

Two isostructural layered coordination polymers constructed from mixed ligands, [Ln2(tdc)3(phen)2(H2O)2] (Ln = Sm 1, Eu 2, H2tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.546(2), b = 11.201(2), c = 18.644(4)A, α = 106.69(3), β = 91.27(3), γ = 94.43(3)°, Dc = 1.909 g·cm-3, F(000) = 1180, μ = 2.992 mm^-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0300 and wR = 0.0656 for 6968 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). And those for 2: triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 10.557(2), b = 11.159(2), c = 18.588(2) A, α = 106.945(6), β = 91.255(6), γ = 94.359(6)°, Dc = 1.927 g·cm^-3, F(000) = 1184, μ = 3.204 mm^-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0221 and wR = 0.0459 for 6328 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The title complexes show a two-dimensional (2D) square grid structure constructed from paddle-wheel-like [Ln2(CO2)4] dimers and tdc ligands. The 2D layers were further assembled into a 3D supramolecular assembly via O-H…O hydrogen bond. The photoluminescence properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

[Co^11(phen)3]2[{(ZnW12O40)Co^11(phen)2(H2O)}2Co^11(trien)2(NaH2O)2]·3H2O was synthesized via hydrothermal technique and characterized with elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TGA-DTA, and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility. The compound crystallized in the monoclinic system with the space group P21/n, a=1.8210 nm, b=2.3592 nm, c=2.2932 nm, β=110.31°, V=9.239 nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0827. The compound consists of two coordination cations, three lattice water molecules, and a macroanion [{(ZnW12O40)Co(phen)2(H2O)}2Co(C6H18N4)2·(NaH2O)2]^4- in which each supported Keggin anion [(ZnW12O40Co^11(phen)2(H2O)]^4- acts as a ligand to coordinate to central bridging Co^2+ ion via a terminal oxygen atom. Hydrogen bonds are responsible for the construction of 3D architecture of the compound. The compound is paramagnetic with a weak antiferromagnetic interaction(0=-46.796 K).  相似文献

The X-ray crystallographic structure was reported for a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with a tetraanionic ligand of p-tert-butylsulfonylcalix[4]arene [Cu2L(CH3OH)6]·4CH3OH (H4L=p-tert-butylsuffonylcalix[4]arene). The complex belongs to triclinic system, P1^-- space group, with a = 1.2303(3) nm, b = 1.2377(3) nm, c = 1.3110(3) nm, a =66.862(4)°, β= 67.206(4)°, γ=61.711(3)°, Z= 1, V= 1.5659(7) nm^3, Dc= 1.371 g/cm^3, F(000) = 682,μ(Mo Kα) = 0.883 mm^-1, R1 =0.0325, wR2=0.0870. In this complex, the calix[4]arene acts as a bis-tridentate chelating ligand with the 1,2-alternate conformation.  相似文献

A new complex [Cu(phen)3][(C6H4)2C(OH)COO]2·6H2O was prepared by selfassembly of benzilic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and copper perchlorate. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1-, with a = 1.14661(17), b = 1.6455(2), c = 1.6457(2) nm, α= 74.779(2), β = 74.904(3), γ = 84.424(3)°, V = 2.8914(7) nm^3, Dc = 1.340 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1218, GOOF = 1.018, the final R = 0.0643 and wR= 0.1633. The crystal structure shows that the copper ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from six 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.  相似文献

2-Chloro-N-{2-fluoro-5-[N-(phenylsulfonyl)phenylsulfonamido]phenyl}benzamide was synthesized and its crystal structure was also determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The title compound(C25H18ClFN2O5S2) belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=0.7377(3) nm, b=1.2036(5) nm, c=2.6846(11) nm, β=90.895(9)°, V=2.3833(16) nm3, Mr=544.98, Z=4, Dc=1.519 g/cm3, μ=0.385 mm–1, F(000)=1120, R1=0.0632, and wR2=0.1438. Its crystal structure belongs to a novel class that has not been reported yet, and its preliminary herbicidal activity was also tested. Its inhibition rate to seedling growth of barnyard grass reaches 15.1% at 100 μg/mL.  相似文献

Syntheses and X‐ray structural characterizations of two new Cu(II) complexes Cu(tfbz)2(Htfbz)2(phen) ( 1 ) (Htfbz=2,4,5‐trifluorobenzoic acid, phen=1,10‐phenanthroline) and [Cu(pfbz)2(phen)]2(Hpfbz)2 ( 2 ) (Hpfbz=pentafluorobenzoic acid) are reported. The first complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the crystal cell parameters a=1.9903(4) nm, b=1.3688(3) nm, c=1.3623(3) nm, β=97.90(3)°, V=3.6762(13) nm3 and Z=4. The second complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1 with the crystal cell parameters a=1.7965(4) Å, b=1.9236(2) Å, c=2.0916(2) Å, α=110.156(2) °, β=105.040(3) °, γ=98.123(3) °, V=6.3372(17) nm3 and Z=4. The crystallographic analyses revealed that F···H–C hydrogen bonds in both complexes lead to formation of infinite three‐dimensional supramolecular networks. A large number of F···F interactions in complex 2 ensure the stability of intricate crystal structure.  相似文献

The crystal of [Co(H2O)6]·(Hnip)2·(H2nip)2·(OMA)2·(H2O)8 has been cultured using direct method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometry, elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in triclinic system, P-1 space group with the cell parameters of a=0.7012(1) nm, b=1.1378(2) nm, c=1.6612(3) nm, α= 84.92(3)°, β=85.19(3)°, γ=85.91(3)°, V= 1.3128(5) nm^3, Z=1, Dc= 1.573 g·cm^-3. Final R indices [1〉2σ(I)] are: R1 =0.0279, wR2=0.0765 while R indices for all data are: R1 =0.0327, wR2=0.0806. The Co coordination octahadra are each surrounded by two Hnip, two H2nip, two DMA and eight water molecules that are linked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Thermal analyses of DSC and TG-DTG have been performed on the complex to predict its thermal decomposition mechanism and determine the most probable kinetic model function using Kissinger, Ozawa, integral and differential methods.  相似文献

The reaction of CuBr2 with 1,10‐phen‐H2O (1,10‐phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) gave two compounds: CuBr2(C12H8N2) and Cu3Br3(C12H8N2)2. Their structures have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and measurement of variable temperature magnetic susceptibility. The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer {[Eu2(Cl2C6H3OCH2COO)6(H2O)4]·(DMF)4·(H2O)2}n with 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid as the ligand has been synthesized. The crystal data for this complex are as follows: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a=0.86474(17) nm, b=3.2475(7) nm, c=1.3843(3) nm, β=92.81(3) °, V=3.8827(13) nm3, Dc=1.718 g/cm3, Z=2, µ(Mo Kα)=2.093 mm−1, F(000) =2008, final discrepancy factors R1=0.0454, wR2=0.1165. The crystal structure shows that the title complex forms one‐dimensional chain structure by bridging 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions. Every centric europium(III) ion is coordinated with ten oxygen atoms from five 2,4‐dichlorophenoxy acetic acid anions and two water molecules, giving a ten‐coordinated distorted bicapped square antiprism geometry. The luminescent property and thermal stability of the complex are also studied.  相似文献

Guanidimium‐4,4‐azo‐1‐hydro‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐one (GZTO·H2O) was synthesized from 4‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐one as a starting material by two‐step including oxidation coupling using acid KMnO4 and reaction with (NH2)2CNH·HNO3 (GN) in KOH solution. The single crystal of the title compound was obtained by slow evaporation method at room temperature, and its structure was firstly determined with X‐ray single‐crystal diffractometer. It is a orthorhombic crystal, space group Pbca with cell dimensions of a=1.0459(2) nm, b=1.3584(3) nm, c=1.6103(3) nm, α=90.00(10)°, β=90.00(11)°, γ=90.00(11)°, V=2.2878(8) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.587 g·cm−3, F(000)=1136, µ=0.132 mm−1, R1=0.0455, wR2=0.1397. The thermal behavior of GZTO·H2O was studied under a non‐isothermal condition by DSC‐TGA method, and its thermal decomposition process can be divided into three stages, and the first stage is an intense exothermic decomposition process. The second stage and the third stage are slow exothermic decomposition processes. The critical temperature of thermal explosion is 237.74°C.  相似文献

The complex [Cu(phen)2(POAc)3]ClO·4H2O has been synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, IR spec-troscopy and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, POAc = phenylacetate group). The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group PI with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 1.0579(2) nm, b = 1.2423(3) nm, c = 1.9190(4) nm, α = 71.84(1)°, β = 80.50(2)°, γ = 88.60(1)°, V = 2.3625(9) nm3, R = 0.0407 and Rw = 0.0656. The complex results from bridging of two Cu(phen)2 units by three carboxylate groups, and each Cu2 ion is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry with two nitrogen atoms of phen and three carboxylate oxygen atoms of POAc. It has been showed that intramolecular stacking interactions occur between the phenyl moieties of POAc and aromatic rings of phen, leading to a novel molecule structure with two coordinating modes of carboxylate ligands, of which two phenylacetates are μ2-carboxylate-O-bridging ligands, and the other is a μ2-carboxylate-  相似文献
