Bi_(0.76)Sb_(1.24)S_3 nanocrystals were synthesized by a rapid microwave-assisted hydrothermal method using bismuth nitrate, antimony pentoxide and thioacetamide as starting materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS). The effects of the synthetic condition on the product composition were investigated. The photocatalytic activities of Bi_(0.76)Sb_(1.24)S_3 nanocrystals for the degradation of methyl orange and p-hydroxyazobenzene under visible light irradiation were evaluated. Bi_(0.76)Sb_(1.24)S_3 exhibited good and stable visible light photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

用水热法制备不同形貌的掺钕钛酸铋(Bi3.25Nd0.75Ti3O12,BNdT)纳米粉体.透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果表明,通过控制OH-浓度可以得到不同形貌的纳米粉体.基于不同条件下制备的样品微结构分析,提出了这些不同形貌的形成机制.紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表明BNdT样品的带隙能(Eg)约为1.984 eV.利用可见光照射下甲基橙降解实验评价了BNdT样品的光催化性能.结果表明,BNdT的光催化活性比商用TiO2催化剂P25和掺氮TiO2高得多.OH-浓度为10 mol·L-1时制备的BNdT纳米线光催化效率最高,经可见光照射360min,浓度为0.01 mmol·L-1甲基橙溶液的降解率可达到93.0%,且循环使用4次后,其光催化活性并没有明显降低,表明BNdT是一种稳定有效的可见光催化剂.  相似文献

A one-step low-temperature hydrothermal route was developed for the synthesis of S-doped TiO2 photocatalysts from TiS2 and HCl. Crystalline TiO2 was formed and sulfur could be efficiently doped into the anatase lattice under hydrothermal conditions. When the initial TiS2 concentration is increased, the content of S-dopant and optical absorption in the visible region also increase. The photocatalytic activity of the S-doped TiO2 was evaluated through the degradation of 4-chlorophenol under visible light irradiation. Our results show that the S-doped TiO2 prepared by this hydrothermal approach possesses much higher photocatalytic activity than that obtained by the traditional high-temperature thermal annealing method.  相似文献

采用沉积-沉淀法将AgI分散到TiO2酸蚀纳米带上,然后通过光照进而分解出Ag颗粒,最终获得了Ag@AgI等离子体负载的TiO2酸蚀纳米带(AIST)。利用UV-Vis吸收光谱、XRD、SEM对产物进行表征,并研究了可见光下对甲基橙(MO)的光催化降解性能。结果表明,纳米带酸蚀后利于AgI的沉积,Ag的表面等离子体共振效应可以增强催化剂对于可见光的吸收,使可见光下AIST的光催化降解性能显著提高。  相似文献

为提高TiO_2纳米管阵列(TiO_2-NTs)的可见光活性,通过阳极氧化和热分解法制备了Fe_2O_3纳米粒子修饰的TiO_2纳米管阵列(Fe_2O_3/TiO_2-NTs)。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)等对产物进行了相关表征,同时测试了产物的光电性能及其光催化降解甲基橙的性能。结果显示,Fe_2O_3/TiO_2-NTs的光电流强度和光催化降解率分别是是TiO_2-NTs的19倍和8.7倍。  相似文献

In this study, a photocatalyst with visible light photocatalytic activity was obtained using raw materials, including commercial TiO2, sulfuric acid, and calcined kaolin (CK). The photocatalyst was prepared via a dissolving/impregnating process, in which acidic Ti sol was obtained by initially dissolving TiO2 particles in sulfuric acid, and then using the sol as impregnant for the CK. The prepared photocatalyst had wide spectral region and narrow band gap. In addition, the impregnation can create acid sites on the obtained composite surface and consequently improve the activity. A series of tests was performed to characterize the properties of the prepared samples. The visible light photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange (MO) in an aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activities of the obtained samples. Under visible light irradiation, approximately 80 % of MO (with initial concentration of 20 mg/m3) was degraded in 3 h on the photocatalyst prepared by impregnating CK in acidic Ti sol, which was obtained using approximately 60 % H2SO4 solution followed by calcination at 400 °C. The acidity of the photocatalyst is the main factor that affects the catalytic activity of the photocatalytic degradation of MO.  相似文献

通过改进Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),采用液相沉淀法合成了Ag3VO4/GO复合物,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱等技术手段对样品进行了测试表征;并在可见光辐射下(λ≥420 nm)考察了复合物催化剂中GO含量对Ag3VO4光催化降解甲基橙溶液(MO)的性能影响。 结果表明,掺杂质量分数2%的GO复合物光催化活性提高最显著,30 min内对MO的降解率可达到89%以上,是纯Ag3VO4光催化活性的3倍。  相似文献

TiO_2纳米管阵列具有较高的光催化活性,但可见光吸收弱,限制了其太阳能利用和环境应用。窄带隙的钙钛矿(ABO3)型氧化物能够吸收大范围波段的可见光,且稳定性高,但光催化活性低。本文首先采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LaCoO_3纳米颗粒,然后利用电泳沉积技术将LaCoO_3纳米颗粒修饰于TiO_2纳米管阵列表面,构筑了LaCoO_3-TiO_2纳米管阵列。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的表征结果显示溶胶-凝胶法合成的纳米颗粒为LaCoO_3,其尺寸均匀,结晶度高,平均粒径约为100nm。LaCoO_3纳米颗粒与TiO_2纳米管阵列之间的结合力好。紫外可见吸收光谱(DRS)显示,随着电泳沉积时间的延长,LaCoO_3-TiO_2纳米管阵列的吸收带边逐渐红移700nm。可见光下光催化降解甲基橙(MO)的结果表明,电泳沉积15 min制得的LaCoO_3-TiO_2纳米管阵列对MO的光催化效率最高,其降解速率是相同条件下TiO_2纳米管阵列的4倍。光致发光光谱和电化学阻抗谱证实LaCoO_3纳米颗粒的负载有效地促进了光生电荷的分离和传输,可见光光催化活性明显增强。  相似文献

以TiO2为载体,采用双注法合成了AgBr/TiO2复合光催化剂.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对AgBr/TiO2的结构、光吸收、形貌进行了表征.研究了AgBr/TiO2在可见光下对甲基橙和丁基罗丹明B的光催化活性.结果表明,与TiO2相比,AgBr/TiO2的光吸收范围拓展到400—600nm波段,并且随着AgBr负载量的增加,AgBr/TiO2的可见光吸收强度增强;当AgBr与TiO2的摩尔比为0.25时,AgBr/TiO2具有最大催化活性;在相同条件下,AgBr/TiO2对丁基罗丹明B的降解效果优于甲基橙.  相似文献

A novel In_2O_3/Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) composite photocatalyst, where In_2O_3 nanoparticles with the diameter of about 5~10 nm were tightly attached on the surface of Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) plates, was prepared by using hydrolysis, impregnation method and post-thermal process. Photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B under the visible light irradiation. Effects of the contents of In_2O_3 nanoparticles on the optical property and photocatalytic activity of In_2O_3/Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) composite were also investigated. Compared with neat In_2O_3 and Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) materials, 15 In_2O_3/Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) composite exhibits the best photocatalytic activity owing to the efficient separation of photogenerated electron and hole pairs, which is evidenced by photoluminence spectra. More than 95% of Rhodamine B solution can be degraded by 15 In_2O_3/Bi_(24)O_(31)Br_(10) sample in 30 min.  相似文献

B,N-TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized by boron doping firstly and subsequently nitrogen doping in NH3 at variable temperatures. The effects of the nitrogen doping temperature on the structure and photocatalytic activity of the B,N-codoped TiO2 were investigated. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrum (DRS), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The photocatalytic activity was evaluated with photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange dye (MO) under visible light and UV-visible light irradiation. The results suggested that the boron and nitrogen can be incorporated into the TiO2 lattice either interstitially or substitutionally or both, while the Ti-O-B-N structure plays a vital role in photocatalytic activity in visible light region. The optimal nitrogen doping temperature is 550 °C. Higher temperature may form many oxygen vacancies and Ti3+ species, resulting in the decrease of photocatalytic activity in visible light.  相似文献

制备了四碘化5,10,15,20-四(对-N,N,N三甲基苯胺基)卟啉敏化的钛酸盐纳米管(TAPPI-TNTs),并利用甲基橙(MO)作为模型污染物考察了其可见光催化活性。结果表明,TAPPI-TNTs是一个高效的可见光催化剂,在其催化作用下,可见光照射1 h后,甲基橙的降解率为89%。与此相反,纯钛酸盐纳米管并不具有可见光催化活性。此外,TAPPI-TNTs的稳定性较高,可以多次循环使用,在第五次循环中,甲基橙的降解率仍可达到50%以上。这可能是由于带正电荷的卟啉与带负电荷的钛酸盐纳米管之间存在着较强的静电吸引作用,卟啉紧密地吸附在钛酸盐纳米管上,导致卟啉的光激发电子易于向钛酸盐纳米管转移,从而使钛酸盐纳米管得到了有效敏化。  相似文献

采用超声波辐射法制备了具有介孔结构的高浓度氮掺杂TiO2纳米晶(N/TiO2).采用N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜、光致发光谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱等手段对N/TiO2进行了表征.以波长为400~660nm的可见光为光源,以水体污染物邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为降解对象,考察了不同制备方法对N/TiO2光催化性能的影响.结果表明,超声波辐射使氮掺杂浓度提高了2.2倍,该法制备的N/TiO2同时具有较好的介孔结构,表现了更高的光催化降解邻苯二甲酸二甲酯的活性.其活性提高的主要原因是N/TiO2含有更高浓度的氮和对可见光具有更强的吸收能力.  相似文献

Hierarchical BiOBr microspheres with oxygen vacancies, which can be used for the dyes removal, have been synthesized successfully in the presence of different kinds of ionic liquids. It was revealed that BiOBr prepared by the ionic liquids with short chain length exhibited higher photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under visible light. The experimental results showed that the phenomenon of the photocatalytic degradation of MO can be explained by the photoluminescence spectra.  相似文献

A spinel-type oxides ZnFe_2O_4 photocatalysts were prepared by citric acid complex method,and characterized with XRD,TG- DTA,FT-IR,TEM techniques.The photocatalytic activities were investigated by the degradation of C_3H_(22)N_6O_6S_2Na_2 by artificial visible Light.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of ZnFe_2O_4 is stable,under experimental conditions,the degradation rate of C3H22N6O6S2 is over 90% in 60min.  相似文献

High aspect ratio cobalt doped ZnO nanowires showing strong photocatalytic activity and moderate ferromagnetic behaviour were successfully synthesized using a solvothermal method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) and UV–visible absorption spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activities evaluated for visible light driven degradation of an aqueous methylene orange (MO) solution were higher than for Co doped ZnO nanoparticles at the same doping level and synthesized by the same synthesis route. The rate constant for MO visible light photocatalytic degradation was 1.9·10−3 min−1 in case of nanoparticles and 4.2·10−3 min−1 in case of nanowires. We observe strongly enhanced visible light photocatalytic activity for moderate Co doping levels, with an optimum at a composition of Zn0.95Co0.05O. The enhanced photocatalytic activities of Co doped ZnO nanowires were attributed to the combined effects of enhanced visible light absorption at the Co sites in ZnO nanowires, and improved separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers at optimal Co doping.  相似文献

由简单的水热法合成了一种可高效降解有机染料的氧缺陷型Sn O2纳米颗粒新型光催化剂,用X射线衍射、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计等手段对其结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的催化剂的禁带宽度最小可达2.90e V,可实现对可见光的有效吸收利用,对甲基橙的降解反应具有很高的光催化活性。将该催化剂(1g/L)分散在10mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,可见光照射下,40min内甲基橙的降解率达99%以上。由于该催化剂具有合成方法简单、高效、成本低和反应条件温和等特点,为有效解决有机染料对环境的污染问题提供了一条新的途径。  相似文献

以离子交换法和"氟化异丙烯膜袋"水热法分别制备了AgInO2,利用XRD、低温氮吸附-脱附、SEM、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy,DRS)和XPS对不同方法所得到的AgInO2进行了表征;以罗丹明B(RhB)和甲基橙(MO)为目标物,在可见光下考察了2种催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明,利用"氟化异丙烯膜袋"水热法制备的样品由于具有更好的结晶度,且在可见光区有更强的吸收,从而表现出了更好的可见光光催化活性(3 h降解RhB达94%。7 h降解MO达83%)。  相似文献

The photocatalytic activity of gold deposited on Degussa P25 titanium dioxide (Au-DP25) in the photodegradation of methyl orange (MO) was investigated. The as-prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) techniques. The obtained results show that the gold (Au0) deposited TiO2 exhibited visible light plasmon absorption band. The degradation experiment j reveals that the catalytic activity of Au-DP25 in the degradation of MO is higher than that of commercially available Degussa P25 TiO2 (DP25) samples. In addition, the photocatalytic ability of composite Au-DP25 was hardly decreased after a five-cycle for MO degradation. The kinetics of the MO degradation fitted well the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model.  相似文献

Impurity formation energy, electronic structure, and photocatalytic properties of C-, N-, or S-doped BiOCl are investigated by density-functional theory plus U calculations(DFT + U). Results show that the doping effect of S is better than that of C or N on the tunable photocatalytic activities of BiOCl. At low concentration, S-doped BiOCl systems are the most stable under Bi-rich growth conditions because of their lower impurity-formation energy. Compared with the electronic structures of S-doped BiOCl, C-or N-doped BiOCl have relatively deeper impurity energy levels appearing in their band gap(except Bi_(36)O_(35)NCl_(36)), which may act as photogenerated carrier-recombination centers and reduce photocatalytic activity. At high concentration, S is substituted on the O lattice site system, whereas some S 3p states mix with the valence band; this mixture leads to an obvious band-gap decrease and continuum-state formation above the valence-band edge of BiOCl. Such activity is advantageous to photochemical catalysis response. Compared with pure Bi OCl and a low-concentration S-doped system, a high-concentration S-doped system shows an obvious redshift on the absorption edge and has better photocatalytic O_2 evolution performance.  相似文献
