The title complex, [Mn(DPPZ)(PZDC)(H2O)] 1 (DPPZ = dipyrido[3,2 -a:2',3'- c]phenazine and H2PZDC = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid), has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analyses, IR, TG- DTA and magnetic susceptibility measurement. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 6.6842(5), b = 7.5741(6), c = 20.5755(15) , α = 90.1160(10), β = 97.0560(10), γ = 97.3350(10)°, V = 1025.16(13) 3, Z = 2, MnC24H14N6O5, Mr = 521.35, Dc = 1.689 g/cm3, F(000) = 530, μ(MoKa) = 0.699 mm-1, R = 0.0366 and wR = 0.0810. Compound 1 contains one- dimensional chains which are further stacked through π-π interactions to form a 3D supra- molecular architecture. The water molecule O(1W) is involved in hydrogen bonding interactions with symmetric carboxylate oxygen atom O(4) at (x+1, y+1, z) and symmetric PZDC nitrogen atom N(6) at (1–x, 1–y, 1–z), which completes the structure of 1. Magnetic susceptibility measurement indicates that the compound behaves a weak antiferromagnetic exchange inter- action.  相似文献

Its crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 9.8897(8), b = 14.2506(12), c = 26.384(2) ,A, β = 94.8940(10)°, V = 3704.8(5) A3 Z = 2, C86H52N16O16S2Zn4, Mr = 1891.04, Dc = 1.695 g/cm^3, μ= 1.423 mm^-1, F(000) = 1920, GOOF = 1.039, the final R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0872 for 6038 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In 1, "cage-like" tetranuclear clusters of [Zn4(SO4)2(DPPZ)4(HSal)2(OH)2] are further stacked through π-π interactions to generate a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title compound [Zn(btzb)2Cl2]·2H2O (1·2H2O, btzb = 1,2-bis(5-tetrazolyl)ben- zene) was synthesized in situ by the [2+3] cycloaddition reaction of phthalonitrile with NaN3 in water in the presence of ZnCl2 under refluxing conditions. 1·2H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 9.0119(18), b = 7.5566(15), c = 18.076(5)A, β= 114.67(2)°, V= 1118.6(4)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.784 g/cm^3, T= 223(2) K, C16H16N16O2Cl2Zn, Mr = 600.74, F(000) = 608, μ(MoKα) = 1.393 mm^-1, S = 1.081, R = 0.0306 and wR = 0.0669 for 1896 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The Zn^2+ ion of 1 is coordinated by four N atoms from two btzb ligands and two Cl atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. A number of intermolecular hydrogen bon- ding interactions between molecules 1 and/or the solvated water molecules result in a 3D hydrogen-bonded structure. The luminescent property of 1·2H2O was also investigated.  相似文献

A binuclear zinc(Ⅱ) complex with 2-carboxycinnamic acid (2-ccm) and dipyrido- [3,2-a:2',3'-c]phenazine (DPPZ), {[Zn2(2-ccm)2(DPPZ)2]·2H2O}n, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetry and fluo- rescent emission. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.409(4), b = 25.530(7), c = 13.952(4) A, β = 99.554(3)°, V= 4710(2) A3, Z= 4, C56H36N8O10Zn2, Mr= 1111.67, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.093 mm^-1, F(000) = 2272, R = 0.0422 and wR = 0.0895. In the crystal, the basic unit of 1 is a binuclear Zn2 entity which is linked by 2-ccm ligand to form a 1D double chain along the a axis. The O-H...O hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions lead to a 3D supramolecular motif. In addition, thermal and luminescent properties of complex 1 have also been investigated.  相似文献

One new arsenic-vanadium cluster, [Zn(dien)(Hdien)]2[As6V15O42(H2O)]·4H2O (1, dien = diethylenetriamine), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TGA, magnetic property and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.959(3), b = 22.428(5), c = 22.831(5) A^°, β = 90.733(4)°, Z = 4. X-ray crystallographic study showed that compound 1 is constructed from [As6V15O42(H2O)]^6- polyoxoanions linked together by novel [Zn(dien)(Hdien)]^3+ complex fragments via hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network. Variable temperature susceptibility measurement demonstrates the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction between V^IV cations in 1.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2·4H2O with the Schiff base H2L in a methanol solution affords the red crystals of { [Co^ⅢL2]·[Co^Ⅱ(H2O)6]0.5·2.25H2O}4 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxyphenyl) salicylidenimine). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104Hi14Co6NaO37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4)A^°, β = 102.990(4)°, V= 2581.6(11)A^°^3, Z = 1, Dc= 1.558 g/cm^3,μ = 1.034 mm^-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(HI) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra- molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(suc)(L)], 1 (L = 2-phenyl-lH-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta- [1]phenanthrene and H2suc = succinic acid) has been hydrothermally obtained and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pcca with a = 13.936(3), b = 9.918(2), c = 28.670(6)A, V = 3962.4(14)A^3, Z = 8, CoC23H16N4O4, Mr = 471.33, Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1928,μ(MoKa) = 0.907 mm^-1, R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1336. Compound 1 exhibits one-dimensional chain structures which are further stacked by π-π interactions to give a supramolecular layer. Finally, the N-H...O hydrogen bonds between the nitrogen atom of L and carboxylate oxygen atom stabilize the structure of 1.  相似文献

The central copper atom is chelated by two dmpzm ligands and coordinated by two bridging dca anions, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two external copper atoms adopt a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, coordinated by one chelating dmpzm ligand and one bridging and two terminal dca anions. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of a 2D (4,4) hydrogen-bonded network.  相似文献

An organic-inorganic hybrid based on a-Keggin-typed [BWI2040]5- anionic cluster, [Co(BIIM)3]2H[BWx2040]'7H20 (BIIM = 2,2"-biimidazole), was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, IR and UV spectra. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 12.3490(10), b = 33.270(3), c = 18.9660(16) A, β = 105.9950(10)°, V= 7490.5(11) A3, C36HsoBCo2N24047W12, Mr = 3905.80, Dc = 3.45 l g/cm3, μ(MoKa) = 18.886 rnm-1, F(000) = 6972, Z = 4, S = 1.004, the final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0914 for 14683 observed reflections (1 〉 2tr(/)). The compound consists of two isolated [Co(BIIM)3]2+ cations and one [BW12040]5 anion, in which each Co2+ ion is coordinated by six N atoms from three BIIM ligands displaying a regular CoN6 octahedron. These components are finally linked together via N-H...O(polyoxometalate and wate) hydrogen bonds into a two-dimensional framework. Full investigation of the intermolecular interactions by Hirshfeld surface and fingerprint plots clearly indicates that there are rare W--Oterminal···πimidazole ring interactions which cooperate with the classical N-H···O hydrogen bonds to stabilize the structural packing.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of 2,2'-dipyridyl diselenide (PySeSePy) (2) (C(10)H(8)N(2)Se(2)) has been investigated and its crystal structure has been determined (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 10.129(2) ?, b = 5.7332(12) ?, c = 19.173(3) ?, beta = 101.493(8) degrees, Z = 4). In metal complexes the ligand was found to coordinate in three different modes, as also confirmed by X-ray structure determination. N,N'-coordination was found in the zinc complex [Zn(PySeSePy)Cl(2)] (3) (C(10)H(8)Cl(2)N(2)Se(2)Zn, triclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 7.9430(10) ?, b = 8.147(2) ?, c = 11.999(2) ?, alpha = 93.685(10) degrees, beta = 107.763(10) degrees, gamma = 115.440(10) degrees, Z = 2) and Se,Se'-coordination in the adduct of the ligand with bis(pentafluorophenyl)mercury(II) [PySeSePyHg(C(6)F(5))(2)] (5) (C(10)H(8)F(10)HgN(2)Se(2), monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 7.7325(10) ?, b = 5.9974(14) ?, c = 25.573, beta = 98.037(10) degrees, Z = 2), which however displays only weak interactions between selenium and mercury. The reaction of the ligand with norbornadiene carbonyl complexes of molybdenum and tungsten leads to reductive cleavage of the selenium-selenium bond with oxidation of the metal center and concomitant addition of the resulting selenolate to the metal carbonyl fragment. Thus the 7-coordinate complexes [Mo(SePy)(2)(CO)(3)] (6) (C(13)H(8)MoN(2)O(3)Se(2), monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.319(3) ?, b = 12.886(5) ?, c = 13.231(6) ?, beta = 109.23(3) degrees, Z = 4) and [W(SePy)(2)(CO)(3)] (7) (C(13)H(8)N(2)O(3)Se(2)W, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.303(2) ?, b = 12.853(2) ?, c = 13.232(2) ?, beta = 109.270(10) degrees, Z = 4) were obtained. The same N,Se-coordination pattern emerges from the reaction of [Fe(2)(CO)(9)] with (2) leading to [Fe(SePy)(2)(CO)(2)] (8) (C(12)H(8)FeN(2)O(2)Se(2), monoclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 8.6691(14) ?, b = 12.443(2) ?, c = 14.085(2) ?, alpha = 105.811(10) degrees, beta = 107.533(8) degrees, gamma = 92.075(10) degrees, Z = 4).  相似文献

Its crystal (C18H28N2O14S2Zn) belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.2791(6), b = 12.5495(10), c = 13.6519(11)(A), β = 105.294(2)°, V = 1368.18(18)(A)3, Z = 2, Mr = 625.91, Dx = 1.514 g/cm3, μ = 1.117 mm-1, F(000) = 648, R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1654 for 2414 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). It has a 2-D planar network, in which the Zn atom is six-coor- dinated and hydrogen bonds between carboxylate groups, DMSO and water molecules result in the final 3D structure.  相似文献

The novel gadolinium(III) complex of formula [Gd(2)(mal)(3)(H(2)O)(6)] (1) (H(2)mal = 1,3-propanedioic acid) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group I2/a, a = 11.1064(10) A, b = 12.2524(10) A, c =13.6098(2) A, beta = 92.925(10) degrees, U = 1849.5(3) A(3), Z = 4. Compound 1 is a three-dimensional network made up of malonate-bridged gadolinium(III) ions where the malonate exhibits two bridging modes, eta(5)-bidentate + unidentate and eta(3):eta(3) + bis(unidentate). The gadolinium atom is nine-coordinate with three water molecules and six malonate oxygen atoms from three malonate ligands forming a distorted monocapped square antiprism. The shortest metal-metal separations are 4.2763(3) A [through the oxo-carboxylate bridge] and 6.541(3) A [through the carboxylate in the anti-syn coordination mode]. The value of the angle at the oxo-carboxylate atom is 116.8(2) degrees. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal the occurrence of a significant ferromagnetic interaction through the oxo-carboxylate pathway (J = +0.048(1) cm(-1), H = -JS(Gd(1)) x S(Gd(1a))).  相似文献

Two Anderson-type heteropolyanion-supported copper phenanthroline complexes, [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2]1+ (1c) and [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2]1- (1a) complement their charges in one of the title compounds [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5H2O [1c][1a].5 H2O 1. Similar charge complementarity exists in the chromium analogue, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5 H2O [2c][2a].5 H2O 2. The chloride coordination to copper centers of 1a and 2a makes the charge difference. In both compounds, the geometries around copper centers are distorted square pyramidal and those around aluminum/chromium centers are distorted octahedral. Three lattice waters, from the formation of intermolecular O-H.....O hydrogen bonds, have been shown to self-assemble into an "acyclic water trimer" in the crystals of both 1 and 2. The title compounds have been synthesized in a simple one pot aqueous wet-synthesis consisting of aluminum/chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, copper nitrate, phenanthroline, and hydrochloric acid, and characterized by elemental analyses, EDAX, IR, diffuse reflectance, EPR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P. Crystal data for 1: a = 10.7618(6), b = 15.0238(8), c = 15.6648(8) angstroms, alpha = 65.4570(10), beta = 83.4420(10), gamma = 71.3230(10), V = 2182.1(2) angstroms3. Crystal data for 2: a = 10.8867(5), b = 15.2504(7), c = 15.7022(7) angstroms, alpha = 64.9850(10), beta = 83.0430(10), gamma = 71.1570(10), V = 2235.47(18) angstroms3. In the electronic reflectance spectra, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit a broad d-d band at approximately 700 nm, which is a considerable shift with respect to the value of 650-660 nm for a square-pyramidal [Cu(phen)2L] complex, indicating the coordination of [M(OH)6Mo6O18]3- POM anions (as a ligand) to the monophenanthroline copper complexes to form POM-supported copper complexes 1c, 1a, 2c, and 2a. The ESR spectrum of compound 1 shows a typical axial signal for a Cu2+ (d9) system, and that of compound 2, containing both chromium(III) and copper(II) ions, may reveal a zero-field-splitting of the central Cr3+ ion of the Anderson anion, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]3-, with an intense peak for the Cu2+ ion.  相似文献

New synthesis procedures are described to tetranuclear manganese carboxylate complexes containing the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) or [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) (X(-) = MeCO(2)(-), F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)) core. These involve acidolysis reactions of [Mn(4)O(3)(O(2)CMe)(4)(dbm)(3)] (1; dbm is the anion of dibenzoylmethane) or [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(6)(dbm)(2)] (8) with HX (X(-) = F(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-)); high-yield routes to 1 and 8 are also described. The X(-) = NO(3)(-) complexes [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))(O(2)CR)(3)(R'(2)dbm)(3)] (R = Me, R' = H (6); R = Me, R' = Et (7); R = Et, R' = H (12)) represent the first synthesis of the [Mn(4)O(3)(NO(3))](6+) core, which contains an unusual eta(1):mu(3)-NO(3)(-) group. Treatment of known [Mn(4)O(2)(O(2)CEt)(7)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) with HNO(3) gives [Mn(4)O(2)(NO(3))(O(2)CEt)(6)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4)) (15) containing a eta(1):eta(1):mu-NO(3)(-) group bridging the two body Mn(III) ions of the [Mn(4)O(2)](8+) butterfly core. Complex 7 x 4CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with (at -168 degrees C) a = 21.110(3) A, b = 22.183(3) A, c = 15.958(2) A, Z = 4, and V = 7472.4(3) A(3). Complex 15 x (3)/(2)CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/c with (at -165 degrees C) a = 26.025(4) A, b = 13.488(2) A, c = 32.102(6) A, beta = 97.27(1) degrees, Z = 8, and V = 11178(5) A(3). Complex 7 contains a [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(3)(mu(3)-NO(3))](6+) core (3Mn(III), Mn(IV)) as seen for previous [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. Complex 15 contains a butterfly [Mn(4)(mu(3)-O)(2)](8+) core. (1)H NMR spectra have been recorded for all complexes reported in this work and the various resonances assigned. All complexes retain their structural integrity on dissolution in chloroform and dichloromethane. Magnetic susceptibility (chi(M)) data were collected on 12 in the 5-300 K range in a 10.0 kG (1 T) field. Fitting of the data to the theoretical chi(M) vs T expression appropriate for a [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complex of C(3)(v)() symmetry gave J(34) = -23.9 cm(-)(1), J(33) = 4.9 cm(-)(1), and g = 1.98, where J(34) and J(33) refer to the Mn(III)Mn(IV) and Mn(III)Mn(III) pairwise exchange interactions, respectively. The ground state of the molecule is S = 9/2, as found previously for other [Mn(4)O(3)X](6+) complexes. This was confirmed by magnetization data collected at various fields and temperatures. Fitting of the data gave S = 9/2, D = -0.45 cm(-1), and g = 1.96, where D is the axial zero-field splitting parameter.  相似文献

The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献
