关于离子型表面活性剂生成的微乳液与溶致液晶已有不少研究,非离子型表面活性剂生成的微乳液与港致液晶的应用正在引起人们的重视,但由于药物提纯的困难,对其物理化学性质的研究还不多见.本文以非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100/C10H21OH/H2O体系为例,研究了非离子型表面活性剂微乳液和溶致液晶的生成及其结构特性.1实验部分试剂ThitonX-100(Aldrich公司,分析纯)正癸醇(分析纯)、水为一次蒸馏水微乳液区域和层状液晶区域的确定方法及小角x射线衍射测定方法同文献,实验温度20±0.1℃.2结果与讨论2·IThtonX-100、CIOH…  相似文献

以非离子表面活性剂单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)制备出稳定的微泡沫. 采用偏光显微镜、冷冻断裂蚀刻透射电子显微镜(FF-TEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和流变仪对其表面活性剂溶液相态、泡沫体系的微观结构、相变行为和流变性进行研究以探索微泡沫的稳定机理. 实验结果表明, 表面活性剂分子吸附在气泡界面, 发生晶化形成有序、紧密排列的层状液晶凝胶相液膜, 该液膜具有较强的刚性, 能抵抗由Laplace附加压力驱使的气泡溶解和聚并行为. 微泡沫可稳定10个月, 无明显的相分离和气泡破裂现象. 其稳定作用机理是通过影响泡沫排液过程, 增强Gibbs-Marangoni效应, 从而提高了气泡液膜强度, 减缓了气相扩散速率.  相似文献

以非离子表面活性剂四氧乙烯基正十二烷基醚与氯铂酸水溶液构建层状溶致液晶, 通过电沉积技术制备了金属铂纳米线. 分别采用偏光显微镜、小角X射线散射对液晶进行结构分析, 通过透射电镜和能量弥散X射线谱分析观测产物形貌并确定其组成. 结果表明, 相对于饱和甘汞电极, 沉积电势在0.05~0.20 V范围内, 金属铂沿表面活性剂双分子层膜生长, 反应前后液晶相的长程周期性结构无明显变化; 在0.10 V沉积电势下, 随反应时间从960 s延长至3840 s, 去除表面活性剂后沉积产物分别为层状纳米粒子、层状纳米线以及长度达十几微米且致密的纳米线. 讨论了层状液晶对沉积产物的结构导向作用.  相似文献

以非离子表面活性剂十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)/正丁醇/正辛烷/水组成的四元体系为研究对象,绘制了拟三元相图。在液晶区选取样品点,拍摄纹理照片,并结合^2HNMR谱图确定了液晶类型其中主要是状液晶。利用小角X射线衍射测定了层状液晶的层间距d,得到层间距d和液晶含水量的关系。根据层状液晶结构的特点,推导出层状液晶组成方程,并对本体系进行了验证。结果表明,根据议程计算出的液晶区域的开头和位置与实验测得的相图中液晶的开头和位置基本相同,为实际应用提供了依据。  相似文献

单一非离子表面活性剂制备胶质气体泡沫的稳定性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用单一的十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚(C12EOn)非离子表面活性剂制备了稳定的胶质气体泡沫(CGA). 采用偏光显微镜和流变仪对其表面活性剂溶液相态和泡沫体系的微观结构及流变行为进行研究, 以探索CGA的稳定化机理. 实验结果表明, 分别由C12EO3和C12EO5制备的CGA分散体系中均存在层状液晶相, 层状液晶吸附在气泡的界面上. CGA稳定性可达20 h以上, 没有明显的相分离发生. 而分别由C12EO7和C12EO9制备的CGA呈现由胶束组成的连续相, 不存在液晶相结构, 因而其稳定性较差, 仅能维持数分钟. 实验结果表明, 层状液晶相结构可以显著提高CGA的稳定性. 其稳定作用的机理是通过影响泡沫排液过程, 增强Gibbs-Marangoni效应, 从而提高气泡液膜强度和减缓气相扩散速率.  相似文献

对壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(IgepalCO)系列表面活性剂,生成何种溶致液晶与其EO基团数n有关,而在何浓度范围内生成溶致液晶则与生成溶致液晶的最低水含量及最大水增溶量有关.EO基团数n小于10时,生成层状液晶,n大于10时则生成六角状液晶,层状液晶两亲双层内,水与表面活性剂的最低摩尔比rmin和最高摩尔比rmax随EO基团数n增加分别是非线型增加与线型增加,在IgepalCO520(n=5)中加入IgepalCO710(n=10.5),对层状液晶的生成无显著影响,在IgepalCO710中加入IgepalCO520,则对六角状液晶的生成产生显著影响,出现了六角状液晶向层状液晶的转变。  相似文献

Summary Transient bulk creep tests under isothermal conditions at various temperatures were excuted for a cold-setting pure epoxy polymer. The difficulty encountered with transient bulk experiments due to nonlinear variation of free volume with temperature when the specimens were tested in hydrostatic pressure was overcome by applying thelinear compressibility method. For this purpose long thin cylinders made of the material were subjected to internal pressure and the elongation of a generator of the cylinder yielded directly the bulk compliance.The bulk compliance composite curve of the substance was formed by applying the principle of reduced variables. It was shown that the bulk compliance presents a rather weak dispersion, which is extended over a broad time range. The transition region of the curve in the time scale was borader than the shear and extension bulk compliance transition regions. An explanation based on the molecular mechanisms of deformation was given for the similarities apparent between shear and bulk viscoelastic behaviour.Wit 7 fugures in 8 details  相似文献

The objective of this study was to develop a model to predict the viscoelastic material functions of a vinyl ester (VE) polymer with variations in its experimentally obtained material properties under combined isothermal and mechanical loading. Short-term tensile creep experiments were conducted at three temperatures below the glass transition temperature of the VE polymer, with 10 replicates for each test configuration. The measured creep strain versus time responses were used to determine the creep compliances using the generalized viscoelastic constitutive equation with a Prony series representation. The variation in the creep compliances of a VE polymer was described by formulating the probability density functions (PDFs) and the corresponding cumulative distribution functions (CDFs) of the creep compliances using a two-parameter Weibull distribution. Both Weibull scale and shape parameters of the creep compliance distributions were shown to be time and temperature dependent. Two-dimensional quadratic Lagrange interpolation functions were used to characterize the Weibull parameters to obtain the PDFs and, subsequently, the CDFs of the creep compliances for the complete design temperature range during steady state creep. At each test temperature, creep compliance curves were obtained for constant CDF values and compared with the experimental data. The predicted creep compliances of the selected VE polymer in the design space are in good agreement with the experimental data for all three test temperatures.  相似文献

A novel diffusive sampler that combines radial and axial diffusion has been developed that improves upon existing commercially available designs. The POcket Diffusive (POD) sampler has been validated under laboratory and field conditions for the measurements of VOCs in ambient air. Laboratory tests varied sampling conditions of temperature (−30–40 C), humidity (10–80%), wind velocity (0.1–4 m s−1), and concentration (0.5–50 μg m−3) for a number of specific VOCs. An overall uncertainty of circa 9% for the measurement of benzene is calculated for the validation tests, in compliance with the data quality objectives of the EU air quality directive 2008/50/EC. A semi-empirical diffusion model has been developed to estimate sampling rates for compounds that were not tested, and for conditions outside of tested ranges during validation. The diffusion model (and validation tests) shows a low influence of environmental conditions on the sampling rate for the POD sampler. Average reproducibility values of circa 3% are reported with overall sampling uncertainties ranging from 9% to 15%, for the whole range of tested conditions, depending on the compound. The adsorbent cartridge is compatible with existing thermal desorption systems in the market. The diffusive sampler can modify the sampling rate by changing the diffusive body within a range of different porosities. Field tests, conducted in parallel with independent quality controlled canister sampling, confirmed the ease of use and quality of VOC measurements with the POD sampler, for compounds that were, and were not, evaluated during laboratory tests.  相似文献

Based on the linear rheological constitutive model that is used to describe viscoelastic-plastic behavior of viscoelastic materials, a formula of the Poisson’s ratio was deduced according to the relationship between the shear creep compliance and tensile compliance. Instrumented indentation under various loading conditions and universal creep tests were performed on polyamide 12 samples to obtain the relevant rheological parameters. Results show that the Poisson’s ratio for a step load indentation can obtain a constant but overrated value. However, the Poisson’s ratio approaches an asymptotic value and an accurate value can be gained at a certain loading rate.  相似文献

A comprehensive experimental study on the coupling coefficients of unidirectional (UD) and woven fabric glass/epoxy laminates under off-axis tensile loading was conducted in comparison with the theoretical prediction. The capability of the off-axis test to evaluate the elastic constants in the loading direction was reported. Four coupling coefficients were obtained from tests and discussed in comparison with the theoretical prediction. A further comparison of coupling compliance coefficients in compliance matrix was made in order to generalize the influence of off-axis angle on the compliance coefficients. The theoretical prediction agreed well with the experimental data. It is shown that non-monotonic and symmetry phenomena can be observed in the curves of the coupling and compliance coefficients. The results of this experimental study provide a data base of the coupling coefficients of glass/epoxy laminates for engineering application.  相似文献

In the present work a Fenton's treatment for the oxidation of a phosphorous compounds mixture, simulating a match manufacturing industry wastewater, were studied. Experimental tests were performed on three sample solutions at a phosphorus concentration of 250, 500 and 750 mg/l. In each solution an equal amount of sodium phosphite and sodium hypophosphite was dissolved. The investigation of pH, temperature and reagents ratio on the oxidation rate led to the individuation of the optimal process operating conditions. The results show that Fenton's reagent provides a powerful conversion to phosphate of the phosphorous solution. In particular at pH=3.5 and 20 degrees C a residual concentration of non oxidized phosphorus in compliance with the Italian regulation limits for industrial wastewater disposal. Tests performed on sample solution of 500 mg/l P and 750 mg/l P by adding hydrogen peroxide and bivalent iron in three sequential steps led to similar reaction efficiencies to tests carried out adding both Fenton's reagents in one step, but with a remarkably lower reagents consumption.  相似文献

The creep behavior of PMMA immersed in liquid scintillator at room temperature was experimentally studied with a new type of creep test machine. Both short-term and creep-rupture tensile tests at eight stress levels were performed. A master curve of creep compliance at a reference stress was obtained according to the Time-Stress Superposition Principle. The master curve was compared with the actual long-term creep curve. It demonstrates that the two curves coincide well at short times. However, the actual creep data shows a higher creep rate as time goes on. The actual lifetime is much shorter than that predicted by the master curve. Furthermore, the relationship between long-term creep limited strength and service life was determined. The results can be used to guide the safety design of PMMA vessels for application in a neutrino observatory.  相似文献

Uniaxial tensile creep tests at various applied stresses were carried out to demonstrate that PP is nonlinear viscoelastic. A novel phenomenological model consisting of springs, dashpots, stress-locks and sliders was proposed to describe the nonlinear viscoelasticity. Indentation creep tests at different applied load levels were also performed on nonlinear viscoelastic PP. It was found that the shear creep compliance varies with the applied load level when the applied load is less than 5 mN, which means the indentation creep behavior was nonlinear. To find the real reason for the nonlinearity in indentation creep tests, the elastic modulus at various indentation depths was measured using continuous stiffness measurements (CSM). By analyzing the variation of elastic modulus with indentation depth, the nonlinearity of indentation creep behavior was proved to be caused by the non-uniform properties in the surface of the specimen rather than nonlinear viscoelasticity.  相似文献

制备了以羧甲基纤维素硝酸酯(CMCN)为胶凝剂的硝基甲烷(NM)凝胶, 系统研究了CMCN 修饰基团比例变化所引起NM/CMCN凝胶流变性能差异性的规律. 探讨了凝胶的形成机理并采用线性的流变学方法研究了NM/CMCN凝胶的屈服性、触变性、蠕变性、温敏性等动态粘弹性质, 分别利用Herschel-Bulkley 模型、Burger 模型、Carreau-Yasuda模型、Andrade-Eyring 模型对凝胶的流动曲线、蠕变曲线、频率曲线和温敏曲线进行了数据拟合. 研究发现, NM/CMCN凝胶是由CMCN 大分子链上两亲性基团与有机小分子基团间通过分子链间疏水键、氢键等非共价键相互作用形成的一种物理交联网络型凝胶. 凝胶的非牛顿系数n均小于0.60. 随着硝酸酯基团含量的减少, NM/CMCN 凝胶的结构强度变弱, 表现出屈服应力逐渐减小、触变恢复性逐渐增强、粘性与弹性柔量均减小但粘性柔量比例增加的趋势; 凝胶的弹性响应性逐渐减弱而粘性响应性渐强, 内耗也逐渐增大;凝胶的活化能总体上增大, 温度稳定性变弱.  相似文献

The shear creep and creep recovery behavior of narrow molecular weight distribution polystyrene samples of low molecular weight, 1.1 × 103, 3.4 × 103, and 1.57 × 104 are reported as a function of temperature, near and above the glass temperature. Time-temperature equivalence for the total creep compliance is found to be nonapplicable, and in fact the steady-state recoverable compliance, Je, is a strong function of temperature. The time-scale shift factors for the recoverable compliance are analyzed in the light of free volume theory. Viscosity data are presented for samples with molecular weights between 1.1 × 103 and 6.0 × 105. The temperature dependence of the characteristic time constant ηJe can be explained in terms of free volume concepts whereas that of viscosity η cannot. Effects of residual molecular weight heterogeneity are demonstrated.  相似文献
