针对Y型沸石在ZSM-5沸石干胶制备及晶化过程中易于溶解、坍塌的问题,采用葡萄糖在水热处理条件下对Y沸石进行包膜处理,提高了Y沸石在高温、高碱度环境中的稳定性,并采用蒸汽相转化法制备了同时含有Y和ZSM-5的双沸石复合物。对影响沸石复合物形成的因素如Y沸石表面碳包膜改性、凝胶碱度、晶化时间等进行了详细讨论。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)、N2吸附-脱附,能谱(EDS)以及NH3-TPD等手段对制备的材料进行了表征。结果表明通过蒸汽相转化法能获得Y和ZSM-5两相共存的双沸石复合物,产物中的ZSM-5沸石相前驱体随蒸汽处理时间的延长逐渐从蠕虫状无定型向纳米多晶ZSM-5沸石转变,纳米多晶聚集体与Y型沸石晶粒之间紧密相连,相互包埋。在异丙苯催化裂化反应中,合成的沸石复合物的活性和稳定性介于Y和ZSM-5之间,优于对应的机械混合物。  相似文献

将实验室合成的聚苯乙烯乳胶微球(PS)加入制备方钠石(SOD)沸石的前驱体凝胶中,在45℃条件下制得干凝胶,随后采用“蒸汽相转化”法制备了大块状SOD沸石材料。对影响多级SOD沸石形成因素进行了详细讨论。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附和压汞技术等表征手段对制备的材料进行了详细表征。结果表明通过“蒸汽相转化”法制备的大块状SOD沸石由球状多晶聚集体构成,这些球状多晶聚集体又是由粒径为50~100 nm的初级纳米晶粒组成,在初级纳米晶粒上和纳米晶粒之间形成了2~50 nm介孔结构以及由脱除PS微球形成的50~300 nm的大孔结构。  相似文献

我们通过自下而上(bottom-up)的方法制备了高宽深比、高结晶度的b轴方向上超薄的MFI沸石纳米片,为制备b轴取向MFI沸石薄膜提供了基础。采用滑动涂覆法(slip coating method)在玻璃片载体上制备了厚度约为100 nm的b轴取向MFI纳米片晶种层。采用无模板剂二次生长法,抑制晶种层面外孪晶生长,实现了晶种层的面内外延生长。在合成体系的nSiO2nNa2OnC2 H5 OHnH2 O=1:0.03:1.3:0.89、晶化时间48 h、晶化温度180℃时,制备了厚度约为200 nm的连续致密的b轴取向MFI沸石膜,与基于四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)的常规合成溶液水热二次生长制备的MFI沸石膜相比,厚度降低了90%,并且保持了晶种层的b轴取向性。  相似文献

考察了硅铝比、碱度、有机胺模板剂、晶化时间及温度等合成条件对ZSM-5、ZSM-57 分子筛和丝光沸石之间相互转晶的影响. 发现较高的碱度、较长的晶化时间有利于合成丝光沸石;较低的碱度、较高的诱导晶化温度、较长的晶化时间有利于合成低硅铝比的ZSM-57 分子筛;合成低硅铝比的ZSM-5分子筛则需要在能合成丝光沸石和ZSM-57 分子筛的碱度区间内精确调节碱度, 缩短晶化时间、降低诱导晶化温度、加入适当晶种, 有利于合成低硅铝比的ZSM-5 分子筛. 合成条件稍微改变, 会导致各种沸石之间发生转晶, 晶化产物出现两种或两种以上的晶型.  相似文献

在干凝胶法制备ZSM-5 分子筛的体系中添加晶种导向剂, 控制分子筛的生长, 制备了纳米沸石组装的无粘结剂成型多级孔ZSM-5 分子筛, 一步完成纳米分子筛的制备及组装成型, 即克服了传统纳米粒子难以过滤分离的问题, 同时组装所形成的多级孔有助于改善分子在催化剂内的扩散, 从而提高催化反应效率. 以硅胶、薄水铝石为原料, 四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)和ZSM-5 晶种导向胶作为粘结剂, 通过混捏、挤条得到直径2 mm的条状前驱物, 随后通过干凝胶转换法制备成型分子筛. 所用晶种导向剂组成为0.35TPAOH:1SiO2:20H2O:4C2H5OH. 通过X射线衍射(XRD), 热重(TG)分析和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱等方法对分子筛晶化过程进行了表征, 结果表明晶种导向剂加入量对分子筛生长速度及多级孔结构均有影响. 当所加晶种导向剂中TPAOH与SiO2的摩尔比为0.025时, 经过3 h晶化, 分子筛相对结晶度达到100%. 扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明, 合成的分子筛尺寸约为200 nm, 组装形成的多级孔分子筛的介孔体积为0.28 cm3·g-1. 通过NH3 程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)考察了所得成型分子筛的酸性, 发现该分子筛酸性与市售的粉末H-ZSM-5分子筛类似.  相似文献

以自制不对称双子季铵盐表面活性剂为模板, 在水热合成体系中控制合成系列硅铝比纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电镜(SEM)和27Al魔角旋转核磁共振(27Al MAS-NMR)对合成的样品进行了表征. 详细研究了晶化温度、晶化时间、结构导向剂(SDA)用量、碱度等对合成的影响和纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛的形成过程. 结果表明: 分子筛硅铝比越高, 结构导向剂用量越大, 所需的晶化时间越短; 晶化温度越高, 晶化时间越短; 且不同硅铝比纳米薄层ZSM-5分子筛的形貌规整度、比表面积和介孔/微孔孔容比例随着硅铝比而变化.  相似文献

以表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTABr)为模板剂,在水热体系对水蒸气处理后的超稳Y型(USY)沸石进行晶化处理,获得高酸量和高水热稳定性的USY-c-w样品。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、固态核磁共振、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-程序升温脱附、傅里叶变换红外光谱及吡啶红外对所制备催化剂的物化性质进行详细表征。选用1,3,5-三异丙苯(TIPB)催化裂化作为探针反应,研究制备的催化剂的催化性能,并与工业USY沸石进行对比。结果表明,再次水热晶化后,样品的硅铝骨架局部重构,非骨架铝重新进入沸石骨架,合成样品的硅铝比(nSiO2/nAl2O3)由10降至3.0;再晶化后的USY沸石,不仅具有丰富的介孔结构,并且具有更多的弱酸和中强酸位点。在TIPB裂解反应中,再晶化后的USY沸石表现出比原样品更优异的催化性能。  相似文献

采用不同类型的有机硅烷化SiO2作为基本合成单元, 制备了具有晶内中孔的A型沸石。考察了反应碱度、Si/Al比、晶化时间等合成条件对产品的影响。结果表明, 甲氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷是合成中孔A型沸石的最佳硅烷化试剂;硅烷化试剂的应用, 使中孔沸石晶化过程可以通过“键阻断原理”有效控制;沸石的中孔尺寸可以通过不同类型的有机硅烷化试剂进行调控; 一定范围内, 其外比表面积、中孔体积随SiO2表面硅烷化度的增加而增加。通过沸石晶化过程中的“键阻断”, 可以制备具有晶内中孔的A型沸石。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

An efficient approach to the synthesis of highly congested di, penta and hexacyclic pyrazoles as well as imidazole fragment containing novel heterocyclic molecule has been developed through a carbanion induced transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones, benzo[h]chromene and thiochromeno[4,3-b]pyrans. 用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.  相似文献

An efficient tandem approach for the selective synthesis of 4,5-dihydroimidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 6ag and imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines 7ah by the reaction of 2-imidazolyl anilines 4ac with aryl aldehydes 5ak under mild reaction conditions is described. The Diels-Alder reactivity of 1,2-heteroborines (H4C4B(H)X, X?=?NH, PH, AsH; O, S, Se) has been computationally explored by means of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations. The influence of the HB?=?X fragment on the reactivity of the system has been quantitatively analyzed in detail by means of the so-called Activation Strain Model (ASM) of reactivity. It is found that the interaction between these species and the dienophile is significantly stronger than that computed for their all-carbon isoelectronic counterpart, benzene. In addition, the strain energy plays a key role in the observed reactivity trends. The role of the aromaticity strength of these heteroarenes on the reactivity is also assessed.  相似文献
