采用滑移理论计算和数值模拟方法研究超疏水表面的减阻性能.层流流动状态的数值模拟和理论计算结果的一致性较好,并可证明滑移速度与通道内流体速度之比与无量纲压降比的数量级相当;湍流状态的数值仿真结果表明,在目前可实现的滑移速度范围内,超疏水表面对水下航行器的流体阻力影响不显著.  相似文献

设计合成不同结构的自组装分子,使其可以在不改变表面粗糙度的情况下改变表面的润湿性能;利用低表面能涂层修饰粗糙表面得到超疏水表面.采用流变仪和水洞试验分别在层流和湍流流动状态下测试了具有不同润湿行为的亲、疏水材料的减阻性能.结果表明:在层流流动状态,随着不同表面的接触角从13°增加到45°、113°和161°,减阻率随之从1.8%增大到7.2%、7.9%和14.9%;在湍流流动状态下,自组装涂层接触角为13°、45°和113°的三组模型的平均减阻率为0.8%、1.9%和6.8%,最大减阻率分别可达3.6%、9.2%和18.0%.两种流体流动中均存在材料表面水接触角增加减阻效率增大的行为.  相似文献

减阻技术对提高原油采收率、降低液体流动阻力具有十分重要的意义.通过论述超疏水表面结构的基本理论、超疏水表面形成的主要影响因素和近年来仿生超疏水表面的制备方法,综合分析了超疏水表面滑移理论和基于这一理论的减阻技术的研究进展,并简单介绍了其在石油储层微孔道纳米降压减阻方面的应用,展望了超疏水表面滑移理论及其减阻技术的研究重点及应用前景.   相似文献

针对脊状表面流场的特点,通过实验测量和数值模拟的方法对脊状表面微观流场进行了深入研究,获得了脊状表面湍流边界层的时均速度分布曲线、湍流度分布曲线和微观流场结构.为了得到脊状结构对壁面物性的影响,对脊状表面进行了疏水性测试,获得了液滴在脊状表面上的表观接触角,并通过水洞试验验证了脊状表面的减阻效果.研究表明,与光滑表面相比,脊状表面微观流场结构中存在"二次涡",近壁区的黏性底层厚度比平板的要厚得多,湍流度显著降低,且脊状表面表现出明显的疏水性.由此提出了基于壁面隔离效应、增大湍流阻尼效应和改变壁面物性效应的减阻机理.  相似文献

超疏水壁面由于具有减阻和自清洁功能而成为国内外减阻和海洋防污等研究领域的热点之一,而20世纪湍流中相干结构的发现为湍流的控制指出新的方向,尤其近壁区涡结构对摩擦阻力贡献很大.利用高时间分辨率粒子图像测速技术,研究了超疏水壁面(SH)以及亲水壁面(PH)湍流边界层中正负展向涡的空间分布特征,研究逆向涡对超疏水壁面近壁区流动结构的影响和超疏水壁面的减阻机理.首先利用空间多尺度局部平均涡量的概念提取壁湍流发卡涡展向涡头(顺向涡)和逆向涡,实现了准确识别涡心并排除小尺度涡的干扰;然后根据检测到的顺向涡和逆向涡流线分布图,发现逆向涡始终处于正向涡的上游和下方,并且对正向涡的进一步发展起抑制作用;最后对两种壁面边界层中逆向涡数量以及出现概率进行对比,发现具有减阻效果的超疏水壁面边界层中出现更多逆向涡.说明逆向涡可抑制上方顺向涡与壁面的强烈剪切,并使靠近壁面的流体加速,从而产生减阻效果;超疏水壁面中涡结构具有更大的β角,使其更好地阻碍了发卡涡头附近强烈的喷射和扫略;超疏水壁面逆向涡出现概率明显大于亲水壁面.这些结果表明:超疏水壁面表现出的减阻特性(Reδ≈13 500,减阻5.8%)与两板产生逆向涡的差异有关.  相似文献

减阻是解决航行体提速和增程的主要技术途径之一, 对缓解日益严峻的能源危机极为重要. 在重力式管道实验系统中, 测试给出了湍流状态下不同通气速率时减阻率随雷诺数及沟槽无量纲间距的变化规律和气膜铺展状态, 对比分析了单纯超疏水表面与超疏水沟槽表面上通气时减阻效果的差异.实验板材质为无色亚克力, 沟槽结构采用机械方法加工, 并在表面喷涂超疏水涂层. 结果表明, 持续通气能解决超疏水沟槽表面气膜层流失问题, 实现气膜层长时间稳定维持; 恒定雷诺数下, 随通气速率增大, 超疏水沟槽表面气膜铺展更趋均匀, 减阻率上升; 由于通气速率影响气膜横向扩展能力, 致使恒定通气速率下, 减阻率随雷诺数的变化呈现两种模式; 在固定雷诺数及通气速率时, 减阻率随沟槽尺寸的扩大先增后减, $S^{+}\approx 76$时减阻率最大. 分析其原因在于, 沟槽结构增大沾湿面积的同时, 显著提升了通气状态下超疏水表面气膜层的稳定性, 因而展示出与超疏水表面和沟槽表面均不相同的减阻规律, 且效果更佳.   相似文献

为了得到壁面温度在不同来流速度、不同湍流强度条件下对边界层转捩与减阻的影响规律,本文采用Transitionk-kl-ω模型对低来流速度下无压力梯度的光滑平板进行了数值模拟。结果表明,随着来流速度的升高,壁温升高所起到的减阻效果更好,即高来流速度对壁面温度更为敏感。当来流处于中高湍流强度下时,壁温升高能起到推迟转捩的作用,且随着湍流强度的升高,转捩推迟的效果越好,但减阻效果正好相反;当来流处于低湍流强度下时,壁温升高会使得转捩提前发生。壁温升高抑制了边界层内流体的脉动程度,使得层流的稳态不易被破坏,流动更加稳定;同时,壁温升高使得边界层内流体的速度梯度减小,从而降低了壁面摩擦系数,故壁温升高能起到推迟边界层转捩与减阻的作用。  相似文献

综述了壁湍流边界层分层结构及近壁区湍流猝发过程,对现有典型水下湍流减阻技术进行了较深入地总结.根据各类减阻方法的特点对水下湍流减阻方法进行了分类,并分析了各类减阻方法对壁湍流流场的影响特征,总结了维持或延长层流、干扰湍流"猝发"、壁面隔离、增大湍流阻尼和改变壁面物性等5种水下湍流减阻可行途径,为开展水下湍流减阻研究及发现新的减阻方法提供参考.  相似文献

The flow in a channel with its lower wall mounted with streamwise V-shaped riblets is simulated using a highly efficient spectral-element—Fourier method. The range of Reynolds numbers investigated is 500 to 4000, which corresponds to laminar, transitional, and turbulent flow states. Our results suggest that in the laminar regime there is no drag reduction, while in the transitional and turbulent regimes drag reduction up to 10% exists for the riblet-mounted wall in comparison with the smooth wall of the channel. For the first time, we present detailed turbulent statistics in a complex geometry. Existing knowledge on particle deposition rates on walls from turbulent pipe and channel flows is summarized and it is shown that discrepancies exist between experimental and theoretical findings. To contribute to the existing experimental information, laser Doppler measurements are reported of the flow field of a glass particle-air two-phase flow. The results reveal certain seemingly peculiar behaviors of the particles which obviously defy the predictions of the conventional analyses of turbulent two-phase suspension flows.In an accompanying approximate, yet pragmatic theoretical approach, an attempt is made to find a rational basis for the explanation of these experimentally observed particle behaviors. It is shown for the particles in the present study, there exists a limiting size above which their response to the agitation of the fluctuating motion of the surrounding fluid could be treated as if the flow were laminar. On this rational basis, these experimentally observed particle behaviors can then be qualitatively explained by the existing theory of particle excursion in a laminar shear flow field.Reported also is a suggestion to extend the present analysis to a dispersion of particles of multiple sizes.  相似文献

An experimental investigation of the flow dynamics in a channel with a corrugated surface is presented. Particle image velocimetry was used to obtain two-dimensional velocity fields at three different locations along the channel length, over a range of Reynolds numbers. The results show a significant impact of the corrugation waveform on the mean and turbulent flow structure inside the channel. Strong bursting flow originating from the trough, sweeping flow from the bulk region and the vortex shedding off the crest were observed. Their interactions created a complex three-dimensional flow structure extended over almost the entire channel. The mean velocity profiles indicate a strong diffusion of shear. The profiles of various turbulent properties show the enhancement of turbulence in the vicinity of the waveform. It was found that the turbulence in the channel was almost entirely produced in this region above the corrugation trough. Significant momentum transfer from the corrugation wall by the turbulent velocity field was also observed. The mean and turbulent flow behaviour was found to be periodic with respect to the waveform over most of the channel length. The results show the presence of strong turbulence even at the Reynolds number that falls within the conventional laminar range.  相似文献

Planar laser Rayleigh scattering (PLRS) from condensed CO2 particles is used to visualize flow structure in a Mach 5 wind tunnel undergoing unstart. Detailed flow features such as laminar/turbulent boundary layers and shockwaves are readily illustrated by the technique. A downstream transverse air jet, inducing flow unchoking downstream of the jet, is injected into the free stream flow of the tunnel, resulting in tunnel unstart. Time sequential PLRS images reveal that the boundary layer growth/separation on a surface with a thick turbulent boundary layer, initiated by the jet injection, propagates upstream and produces an oblique unstart shock. The tunnel unstarts upon the arrival of the shock at the inlet. In contrast, earlier flow separation on the opposite surface, initially supporting a thin laminar boundary layer, is observed when a jet induced bow shock strikes that surface. The resulting disturbance to this boundary layer also propagates upstream and precedes the formation of an unstart shock.  相似文献

气体介质在润滑间隙流动过程中,沿气体流动方向开设的表面矩形深槽结构内部产生旋涡阻碍气体流动,形成节流效应.通过矩形深沟槽表面静压润滑实验,开展深槽表面和光滑表面的流量特性对比测试,研究了低Reynolds数层流状态下深槽表面间隙的气体节流效应.结果表明:深槽表面产生显著的节流效应,并且随Reynolds数增加而增强;在低Reynolds数层流状态下,深槽表面可以产生节流效应,但是节流效应强度不稳定,当处于完全湍流状态时,节流效应维持定值;间隙尺寸、槽深等结构参数对节流效应影响明显.  相似文献

A general solution method is suggested for the prediction of the turbulent free convection heat transfer from curved surfaces. The method which may be viewed as a generalized version of the Eckert-Jackson method for the isothermal plate, is designed to deal with bodies of arbitrary geometrical configurations. The surface wall temperature is also allowed to vary in the streamwise direction in an arbitrary fashion. For the illustrative purpose, the calculations are carried out for the turbulent free convection about the horizontal circular cylinder, and the results are compared with the existing empirical formula. The flow transition from laminar to turbulent is also predicted by matching the laminar and turbulent solutions.  相似文献
