This work develops an analytical approach to optimally design electrorheological (ER) dampers, especially for vehicle suspension system. The optimal design considers both stability and ride comfort of vehicle application. After describing the schematic configuration and operating principle of the ER damper, a quasi-static model is derived on the basis of Bingham rheological laws of ER fluid. Based on the quasi-static model, the optimization problem for the ER damper is built. The optimization problem is to find optimal value of significant geometric dimensions of the ER damper, such as the ER duct length, ER duct radius, ER duct gap and the piston shaft radius, that maximize damping force of the ER damper. The two constrained conditions for the optimization problem are: the damping ratio of the damper in the absence of the electric field is small enough for ride comfort and the buckling condition of the piston shaft is satisfied. From the proposed optimal design, the optimal solution of the ER damper constrained in a specific volume is obtained. In order to evaluate performance of the optimized ER damper, simulation result of a quarter-car suspension system installed with the optimized ER damper is presented and compared with that of the non-optimized ER damper suspension system. Finally, the optimal results of the ER damper constrained in different volumes are obtained and presented in order to figure out the effect of constrained volume on the optimal design of ER damper.  相似文献

This paper presents ride comfort and driving stability performances of electronic control suspension (ECS) equipped with controllable electrorheological (ER) damper and appropriate control strategy. In order to achieve this goal, a cylindrical type ER damper which is applicable to Macpherson strut type suspension of a mid-sized passenger vehicle is designed and manufactured on the basis of the required damping force level of an existing passenger vehicle. After experimentally evaluating the field-dependent damping force and dynamic characteristics of the controllable ER damper, ECS consisting of sprung mass, spring, tire and controller is established in order to investigate the ride comfort and driving stability performances. On the basis of the governing equation of motion of the suspension system, five control strategies (soft, hard, comfort, sports and optimal mode) are formulated. The proposed control strategies are then experimentally realized with the quarter-vehicle ECS system. Control performances such as vertical acceleration of the car body and tire deflection are evaluated in both time and frequency domains under various road conditions. In addition, a comparative work is undertaken to investigate inherent control characteristics of each control strategy.  相似文献

常导磁吸型(EMS)磁悬浮列车在悬浮控制中的每个环节,时滞是不可避免的,当时滞超过一定程度后,系统有可能失稳.本文针对EMS磁浮列车控制环节的临界时滞与车辆参数(如运行速度、反馈控制增益、导轨参数和悬挂参数)的关系开展研究.建立了磁浮车辆/导轨耦合动力学模型,车辆包含1节车辆和4个磁浮架,考虑车辆的10个自由度,每个磁浮架上包含4个悬浮电磁铁.导轨模拟为一系列简支Bernoulli-Euler梁,采用模态叠加法对导轨振动方程进行求解.采用传统线性电磁力模型实现车辆和轨道的耦合.采用比例-微分控制算法对电磁铁电流进行反馈控制,实现车辆稳定悬浮,并假设时滞均发生在控制环节,且只考虑间隙反馈控制环节的时滞.采用四阶龙格库塔法对耦合系统动力学方程进行求解,编写了数值仿真程序,计算得到车辆导轨耦合系统在考虑间隙反馈控制时滞时的响应.将系统运动发散时的时滞大小视为临界时滞,开展了参数规律影响分析.通过分析,给出了提高时滞条件下车辆稳定性的方法,包括增大导轨的弯曲刚度和阻尼比,减小间隙反馈控制增益并增大速度反馈控制增益,以及增大二系悬挂阻尼.   相似文献

The standardized design of European two-axle freight wagons has been used since the 1890s. The basic construction is a carbody suspended on leaf springs by a system of links working as pendulums. The internationally approved suspension system for these vehicles is the UIC standard suspension. The design is advantageous because it is simple, cheap, and robust. Despite the simple design, its influence on the dynamic performance of the vehicle is highly intricate due to dry friction damping and motion delimiters causing impacts. This paper deals with the dynamic behavior of European two-axle freight wagons analyzed through the use of a multibody model developed specifically for this purpose. The modeling of the vehicle and the integration of the dynamic equations of motion are far from trivial due to the complicated nature of the interacting forces. The model exhibits interesting bifurcation patterns emphasizing the complexity of the dynamic behavior of these wagons.  相似文献

This paper proposes a systematic method, inte-grating the uniform design(UD)of experiments and quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO),to solve the problem of a robust design for a railway vehicle suspension system. Based on the new nonlinear creep model derived from combining Hertz contact theory, Kalker's linear the-ory and a heuristic nonlinear creep model,the modeling and dynamic analysis of a 24 degree-of-freedom railway vehi-cle system were investigated.The Lyapunov indirect method was used to examine the effects of suspension parameters, wheel conicities and wheel rolling radii on critical hunting speeds.Generally,the critical hunting speeds of a vehicle sys-tem resulting from worn wheels with different wheel rolling radii are lower than those of a vehicle system having origi-nal wheels without different wheel rolling radii.Because of worn wheels, the critical hunting speed of a running rail-way vehicle substantially declines over the long term. For safety reasons,it is necessary to design the suspension sys-tem parameters to increase the robustness of the system and decrease the sensitive of wheel noises.By applying UD and QPSO,the nominal-the-best signal-to-noise ratio of the sys-tem was increased from?48.17 to?34.05 dB.The rate of improvement was 29.31%.This study has demonstrated that the integration of UD and QPSO can successfully reveal the optimal solution of suspension parameters for solving the robust design problem of a railway vehicle suspension sys-tem.  相似文献

In this paper, we mount semi-active suspensions between the wheels and platform of a robotic vehicle to absorb the vibrations caused by movement over rough terrain. The semi-active suspension consists of a spring and a magneto-rheological damper. By combining the dynamic model of the suspended robotic vehicle and the control model of the damper, we propose a new methodology to evaluate the dynamic stability of the vehicle. The model considers the configuration of semi-active suspensions and the road-holding ability of robotic vehicles. Based on the stability criterion, we use the particle swarm optimization method to search the optimum semi-active damping characteristics. The control model of the semi-active damper is checked by sinusoidal response analysis. To verify the dynamic stability criterion and the control method, we evaluate the proposed methodology by simulating a rough pavement condition and comparing the effectiveness of the method to a passive suspension. The results show that the proposed stability criterion is feasible, and the optimal control method yields a substantially improved dynamic stability when the vehicle moves through rough terrain.  相似文献

The random response analysis and the stochastic optimal active control of a half-car model with nonlinear suspension stiffness and damping traversing a rough road are studied in this paper. The road roughness height is modeled as the output of a first-order linear filter to Gaussian white noise. Considering the hysteretic nonlinear stiffness and the square damping of the vehicle model, the response statistics of the nonlinear suspension with active control are obtained by using the equivalent linearization method. The performance indexes of the active suspension are evaluated and compared with those of the corresponding passive suspension. It is found that the nonlinear active suspension gives a better vehicle performances like ride comfort, suspension stroke and overall performance. Finally, the theoretical results are verified through Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

Aiming at the problem that the damping coefficient of the traditional hydro-pneumatic spring cannot be adjusted in real-time, the magnetorheological (MR) damping technology was introduced into the traditional hydro-pneumatic spring with single gas chamber. A new shear-valve mode MR hydro-pneumatic spring was proposed. And its dynamic performance was analyzed based on multi-physical coupling simulation and mechanical property test. Firstly, a structural scheme of MR hydro-pneumatic suspension was proposed to ensure the original height adjustment function based on the working principle of traditional hydro-pneumatic suspension with single gas chamber. Secondly, based on the design requirements, the parameter of MR hydro-pneumatic spring damping structure was designed by using MR damper design method. Thirdly, the multi-physical coupling dynamic performance of the MR hydro-pneumatic spring damping structure was analyzed based on the electromagnetic field analysis theory, flow field analysis theory and thermal field analysis theory. The analysis results showed that the designed MR hydro-pneumatic spring has reasonable magnetic circuit structure and excellent working performance. Then, the mechanical properties of MR hydro-pneumatic spring were tested. The results showed that the maximum damping force can reach 20 kN, and the dynamic adjustable multiple can reach 6.4 times. It has good controllability and meets the design requirements. Finally, a nonlinear model of MR hydro-pneumatic spring was established based on the elastic force calculation model of the gas and the Bouc–Wen model. The simulation results of the established model agree well with the experimental results, which can accurately describe the dynamic properties of the hydro-pneumatic spring. The proposed design and modeling method of the MR hydro-pneumatic spring can provide a theoretical basis for the related vibration damping devices.

在大多数情况下机械振动是有害的,它不仅产生噪声还会降低设备的工作精度和使用寿命.采用正刚度特性的吸振、隔振系统往往难以达到满意效果,这种情况在低频振动控制系统中尤其明显.放大机构与负刚度元件在振动控制领域均表现出良好性能,但是较少有对同时含有放大机构与负刚度装置的动力吸振系统的研究.以Voigt型动力吸振器为基础提出了一种将放大机构应用于含负刚度弹簧元件的动力吸振器模型,对该模型的最优参数进行了研究.首先建立了系统的运动微分方程并得到了其解析解,发现该系统存在两个固定点,利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比.根据负刚度的特性,在保证系统稳定的前提下得到了最优负刚度比,并推导了系统的近似最优阻尼比.通过数值仿真验证了解析解的正确性.与多种动力吸振器在简谐激励与随机激励下进行了对比,说明了本文模型相比于已有的动力吸振器,能够大幅降低共振振幅、拓宽减振频带并且降低系统的谐振频率,为设计新型动力吸振器模型提供了理论依据.   相似文献

大多数机械振动属于有害振动, 不仅会产生噪声还会降低设备的使用寿命和工作性能. 接地刚度和惯容这两种器件均能改变系统的固有频率, 在振动控制领域中有着良好的效果. 但目前的大部分研究仅着眼于单一元件对系统产生的影响, 而此类吸振器逐渐难以满足设备对振动控制需求的增长. 在Voigt型动力吸振器模型的基础上, 提出了一种含有惯容和接地刚度的新型动力吸振器模型, 详细研究了该模型的最优设计参数, 推导出最优设计公式的解析解. 首先通过牛顿第二定律建立起二自由度系统的运动微分方程, 计算出系统解析解, 发现系统存在3个与阻尼比无关的固定点, 利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优频率比. 为保证系统稳定性, 筛选最优接地刚度比时, 发现不恰当的惯容系数会导致系统产生失稳现象, 进而推导出惯容最佳工作范围, 最终得到了最优接地刚度比和近似最优阻尼比. 分析了惯容系数取值在最佳范围以外时系统的工作情况, 并给出了实际应用中的建议. 通过数值仿真验证了推导得到解析解的正确性. 与多种已有的动力吸振器在简谐激励和随机激励的工况下进行对比, 说明了该模型能够大幅降低主系统振幅, 拓宽减振频带, 为设计新型吸振器提供了理论依据.   相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinear dynamic model of a quarter vehicle with nonlinear spring and damping is established. The dynamic characteristics of the vehicle system with external periodic excitation are theoretically investigated by the incremental harmonic balance method and Newmark method, and the accuracy of the incremental harmonic balance method is verified by comparing with the result of Newmark method. The influences of the damping coefficient, excitation amplitude and excitation frequency on the dynamic responses are analyzed. The results show that the vibration behaviors of the vehicle system can be control by adjusting appropriately system parameters with the damping coefficient, excitation amplitude and excitation frequency. The multi-valued properties, spur-harmonic response and hardening type nonlinear behavior are revealed in the presented amplitude-frequency curves. With the changing parameters, the transformation of chaotic motion, quasi-periodic motion and periodic motion is also observed. The conclusions can provide some available evidences for the design and improvement of the vehicle system.  相似文献

对一类采用有限相对位移控制的含时滞单自由度半主动悬架系统进行了动力学分析.首先通过平均法得到了该系统的一阶近似解, 然后基于Lyapunov理论建立了系统的稳定性条件, 结果表明近似解的稳态幅值和稳定性条件都是时滞量的周期函数, 并且和外激励具有相同周期.通过对数值解和解析解的幅频曲线进行比较, 验证了一阶近似解析解的准确性, 并且解释了半主动控制中的高频颤振现象.研究了被动悬架系统并且和半主动悬架系统进行了比较, 证实了半主动悬架系统的优越性.最后, 探讨了一些关键的系统参数, 如控制间隙、时滞量、最小阻尼比等对半主动悬架系统稳态幅值的影响.  相似文献

提出了一种含有负刚度弹簧元件的新型动力吸振器模型,对该模型的最优参数进行了详细研究. 通过拉氏变换得到了系统的解析解,发现该系统存在着两个固定点,利用固定点理论得到了动力吸振器的最优阻尼比和最优频率比. 进一步研究发现接地刚度取负值时能够得到更好的减振效果,根据负刚度的特性得到了在保证系统稳定情况下的最优负刚度比. 通过数值解与解析解的对比证明了解析解的正确性. 通过与两种已有的典型动力吸振器模型在简谐激励和随机激励情况下的对比,说明了负刚度模型在主系统减振方面具有很大的优势,减振效果远优于两种已有动力吸振器模型,从而为设计新型动力吸振器模型提出了理论上的依据.   相似文献

为改善星箭界面振动环境,设计六杆隔振平台,采用磁流变阻尼器作为半主动控制元件,替代原有锥壳过渡支架.对整星隔振平台用磁流变阻尼器进行性能测试,得到反映磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性的实验数据.建立具有两个隐含层的反向传播神经网络对阻尼器进行建模,用于预测磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性以及控制系统设计.提出一种串行算法优化网络结构、权值和阈值,保证网络具有较好的泛化能力和稳定性.仿真结果表明,与参数化模型相比,提出的神经网络模型具有较小的训练误差和较强的泛化能力,能够很好地预测阻尼器的阻尼特性.  相似文献

As it is known, track transportation can be divided into track system above and track system below. While the train is moving, the parts above and below are interacted and influenced. Therefore, in fact, the problem of track transportation is the match between the vehicle and the railway line system. In this paper, on a basis of dynamic analysis of the vehicle-subgrade model of vertical coupled system under primary suspension, utilizing track maintenance standard and simulating track irregularity excitation, the dynamic interaction of vehicle-track-subgrade system is researched in theory and dynamic model of the vertical vehicle-track-subgrade coupled system under secondary suspension is established by compatibility condition of deformation. Even this model considers the actual structure of a vehicle, also considers vibration characteristic of the substructure of track including subgrade and foundation. All these work want to be benefit for understanding and design about the dynamic characters of subgrade in high speed railway.  相似文献

The nonlinear cavitation phenomenon in suspension system is more likely to appear in the hydro-pneumatic interconnected suspension (HIS) due to the high damping from long connected pipe, and rarely considered in the HIS modeling process. This study aims to establish the HIS model considering the cavitation phenomenon, and then investigates the effect of cavitation on the HIS dynamic performance and the efficient method to avoid it. Firstly, the cavitation phenomenon process in HIS is analyzed based on the single bubble dynamics described by Rayleigh–Plesset model. Secondly, the HIS model considering the switch between the continuous and discontinuous fluid flow modes caused by the cavitation phenomenon is established, and its validity is verified by the laboratory test. Based on the established model, the HIS dynamic performance in a roll-plane off-road vehicle is simulated under both the transient bump and twisted bump road excitation. The simulation results show that the negative effects on HIS dynamic performance, including the acceleration jumping and the separation of the tire from the road, is associated with the cavitation phenomenon. From the parametric analysis, the results suggest that (1) decreasing the loss coefficient of connected pipe is an effective method to avoid the cavitation phenomenon; (2) increasing the initial charging pressure of HIS is another efficient method to avoid the cavitation phenomenon under the condition that satisfying the requirement of the stiffness properties and the suspension stroke. After effectively avoiding the cavitation phenomenon, the high damping property of HIS can enhance the ride comfort performance.

提出一种基于车桥耦合动力学理论的梁式桥阻尼比识别方法. 首先按照动力学理论将测试车设计为单自由度体系, 然后利用安装在测试车上的传感器采集信号, 从测试车与桥梁接触点响应信号中得到梁式桥响应的信号, 基于车桥耦合动力学原理滤波处理得到包含梁式桥第一阶频率的信号, 最后假定梁式桥阻尼比值, 通过假定的梁式桥阻尼比值获取假定的梁式桥第一阶振型, 不断循环直至假定的阻尼比值下计算的第一阶振型最大值点居中, 即为识别的梁式桥真实阻尼比. 本文首先从车桥耦合动力学理论推导上说明了该方法的可行性, 然后考虑在不同车速与非恒定车速、路面粗糙度、环境噪音等影响因素下进行车桥耦合动力学模型分析, 最后通过实桥试验进行了初步验证. 研究结果表明: 该方法能一定程度上克服外界不利因素的影响, 达到识别梁式桥阻尼比的目的, 为识别梁式桥阻尼比提供一种更优方法, 其具有参数设置较少、操作简单方便以及更高测试精度等优点, 同时有助于推动基于车桥耦合的车桥耦合动力学理论技术在梁式桥模态参数识别工作中的实际工程应用.   相似文献

基于薄板小挠度理论和Kelvin-Voigt 黏弹性本构方程,建立了黏弹性夹层环形薄板振动控制方程.采用分离变量法计算了内边固支、外边自由黏弹性夹层环形薄板的固有频率和振型,并与有限元计算结果进行比较. 分别讨论了夹心层比和内外半径比对固有频率及衰减系数的影响. 研究表明:系统频率随夹心层厚度增大,先增大后减小,而衰减系数一直增大;系统频率和衰减系数随内外半径比增大而增大.  相似文献
