Axisymmetric contact problem of cubic quasicrystalline materials   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The axisymmetric elasticity theory of cubic quasicrystal was developed in Ref. [1]. The axisymmetric elasticity problem of cubic quasicrystal is reduced to a single higher-order partial differential equation by introducing a displacement function, based on which, the exact analytic solutions for the elastic field of an axisymmetric contact problem of cubic quasicrystalline materials are obtained for universal contact stress or contact displacement. The result shows that if the contact stress has order −1/2 singularity on the edge of the contact domain, the contact displacement is a constant in the contact domain. Conversely, if the contact displacement is a constant, the contact stress must have order −1/2 singularity on the edge of the contact domain. 对准晶数学弹性理论的基本概念和基本框架作了介绍,在此基础上分别针对目前已经发现的几类一维准晶、二维准晶和三维准晶讨论了其数学弹性的理论体系.为了求解准晶弹性的边值问题或初值一边值问题,还必须发展相应的方法论.物理工作者在研究准晶位错弹性问题中发展了Green函数方法.针对一维与二维准晶弹性中几类问题提出了分解与叠加程序,这一程序的使用,使极其复杂的准晶弹性问题得到简化,进而引进位移函数或应力函数,把数目。庞大的准晶弹性基本方程化成一个或少数几个高阶偏微分方程,进一步使求解步骤大为简化.对三维立方准晶弹性也采用了类似步骤使求解过程大为简化.在以上化简的基础上,发展了准晶弹性的边值问题或初值一边值问题的复交函数方法和 Fourier分析方法,求得了一系列准晶位错问题和裂纹问题的分析解(古典解).在研究准晶弹性的边值问题古典解的同时,也讨论了同这些边值问题相对应的变分问题和广义解(弱解)以及这种弱解的数值方法──有限元法.在物理学家工作基础上开展的这些工作可以看作对经典数学弹性理论和方法、经典Volterra位错理论、普通结构材料断裂力学和经典有限元的某些发展.此外,还把一维六方准晶弹性动力学的结果与统计物理的某些  相似文献

伪Stroh型公式能够将多场耦合材料的控制方程转化为线性特征系统来求解,从而获得多层结构简支边界条件的精确解.本文利用伪Stroh型公式,研究一维六方准晶层合简支梁的自由振动和屈曲问题,通过传递矩阵法,获得准晶层合梁自由振动固有频率与临界屈曲载荷的精确解.通过与已有梁的剪切变形理论结果比较,验证了本文伪Stroh型公式的正确性和有效性.通过数值算例,分析由两种不同准晶材料组成的三明治层合梁的叠层方式、高跨比、层厚比及层数对梁的固有频率、临界屈曲载荷及其模态的影响规律.结果表明,叠层顺序和梁的高跨比、层厚比对准晶层合梁的自由振动固有频率和临界屈曲载荷有很大影响,可通过调整梁的几何尺寸和叠层顺序得到准晶层合梁的最佳固有频率和临界屈曲载荷.本文给出的精确解可为工程上研究准晶梁的各种数值解法和实验方法提供理论参考.  相似文献

By extending the pseudo-Stroh formalism to two-dimensional decagonal quasicrystals, an exact closed-form solution for a simply supported and multilayered two-dimensional decagonal quasicrystal plate is derived in this paper. Based on the different relations between the periodic direction and the coordinate system of the plate, three internal structure cases for the two-dimensional quasicrystal layer are considered. The propagator matrix method is also introduced in order to treat efficiently and accurately the multilayered cases. The obtained exact closed-form solution has a concise and elegant expression. Two homogeneous quasicrystal plates and a sandwich plate made of a two-dimensional quasicrystal and a crystal with two stacking sequences are investigated using the derived solution. Numerical results show that the differences of the periodic direction have strong influences on the stress and displacement components in the phonon and phason fields; different coupling constants between the phonon and phason fields will also cause differences in physical quantities; the stacking sequences of the multilayer plates can substantially influence all physical quantities. The exact closed-form solution should be of interest to the design of the two-dimensional quasicrystal homogeneous and laminated plates. The numerical results can also be employed to verify the accuracy of the solution by numerical methods, such as the finite element and difference methods, when analyzing laminated composites made of quasicrystals.  相似文献

采用普通凝固方法制备Mg-Zn-Y准晶材料,在不同试验条件下对普通凝固Mg-Zn-Y准晶材料进行了干摩擦试验,研究了载荷和磨损时间对准晶材料摩擦特性的影响,并对磨损表面形貌及磨屑进行了观察与分析.结果表明:随着载荷的增加,摩擦系数减小;在相同载荷条件下,随着Y含量的增加,摩擦系数及磨损质量损失均逐渐减小,耐磨性逐渐增强.  相似文献

两种或多种不同性质材料组成的层状结构可以满足工业发展的需求. 然而, 材料属性在接触面的突变问题, 容易导致层间界面处产生应力集中、裂纹以及分层等问题. 功能梯度材料利用连续变化的组分梯度来代替突变界面, 可以消除界面处的物理性能突变, 提高结构的粘结强度. 本文以一维准晶功能梯度层合圆柱壳为研究对象, 利用类Stroh公式和传递矩阵方法, 建立了材料参数沿径向呈现幂函数变化的层合圆柱壳模型, 获得了简支边界条件对应的一维准晶功能梯度层合圆柱壳的热电弹性精确解. 数值算例中讨论了层合圆柱壳内外表面承受温度载荷时, 功能梯度指数因子对温度场、电场、声子场和相位子场的影响, 尤其是对层合圆柱壳内外表面的影响. 结果表明, 指数因子改变了材料参数的空间分布情况, 进而对温度场、电场、声子场和相位子场都有影响; 增加功能梯度指数因子, 可减小温度载荷引起的内表面变形, 进而提升结构强度. 本文得到的结果可以为功能梯度准晶层合圆柱壳的设计和制造提供可靠的理论依据.  相似文献

利用积分变换技术,结合Copson方法,研究了含直线型对称裂纹的一维六方压电准晶对SH波的散射问题。通过求解对偶积分方程,得到声子场、相位子场应力、位移及电场电位移分量的解析解。定义了裂纹尖端应力强度因子及电位移强度因子,给出了电非渗透性条件下应力强度因子及电位移强度因子的解析解。此研究结果对压电准晶材料的工程应用有一定的理论价值。  相似文献

关于准晶中螺型位错偶极子与直线纳米裂纹干涉效应的问题,提出了一种可获得精确解的新方法。首先,将Gurtin-Murdoch表/界面理论推广运用到准晶材料中的纳米裂纹问题,建立了裂纹表面上含声子场、相位子场的应力边界模型;然后,利用复变函数中的共形映射方法,将直线裂纹问题化为单位圆孔问题;再借助于柯西积分方法获得了问题的封闭解;最后,数值结果表明:当裂纹的尺寸减小到纳米量级时,表面效应将对声子场和相位子场中的应力场、像力及像力偶矩产生显著的影响,从而改变其力学性能,即裂纹尺寸越小,表面效应越强,声子场和相位子场中的应力场、像力及像力偶矩的数值变化越大;螺型位错偶极子力偶臂的方向对像力的极值和自身平衡亦有较大影响。  相似文献

A three-phase confocal elliptical cylinder model is proposed to analyze micromechanics of one-dimensional hexagonal piezoelectric quasicrystal (PQC) composites. Exact solutions of the phonon, phason, and electric fields are obtained by using the conformal mapping combined with the Laurent expansion technique when the model is subject to far-field anti-plane mechanical and in-plane electric loadings. The effective electroelastic constants of several different composites made up of PQC, quasicrystal (QC), and piezoelectric (PE) materials are predicted by the generalized self-consistent method. Numerical examples are conducted to show the effects of the volume fraction and the cross-sectional shape of inclusion (or fiber) on the effective electroelastic constants of these composites. Compared with other micromechanical methods, the generalized selfconsistent and Mori-Tanaka methods can predict the effective electroelastic constants of the composites consistently.  相似文献

An electro-elastic analysis is performed on an icosahedral quasicrystal with piezoelectric effects containing a straight dislocation. The closed-form expressions for the elastic and electric fields are obtained using the extended Stroh formalism. The effects of piezoelectric constant on the phonon displacement, phason displacement, and electric potential are discussed in detail.  相似文献

借助复变函数方法,研究了点群6mm一维六方准晶压电材料中运动螺型位错,得到位错芯附近的应力、位移、能量的解析表达式。分析发现,在靠近运动螺型位错芯处,声子场和相位子场应力的分量表现出(x2+y2)-1的奇异性。当不考虑相位子场的影响时,文中得到的结果可以退化为含运动螺型位错的压电材料中的结果;当不考虑电场的影响时,退化得到的结果与准晶材料中含运动的螺型位错一致;当v=0时,可还原为静态螺型位错的解析解。  相似文献

采用复变函数法探讨了在一个刚性压头作用下十次对称二维准晶材料的两类接触问题,即具有有限摩擦的接触问题以及粘结接触问题.特别地对于平底压头,获得了表征声子场和相位子场的全纯函数的显式表达式,以及在压头上的接触应力分布.结果显示,对于具有有限摩擦的接触问题,接触应力在接触区边缘具有实指数奇异性-1/2±β,其中β由准晶体的材料常数及静摩擦系数确定;而对于粘结接触问题,接触应力在接触区边缘具有振荡型奇异性-1/2±iε,其中ε由准晶体的材料常数确定.  相似文献

The interaction between a screw dislocation and an elliptical hole with two asymmetrical cracks in a one-dimensional(1 D) hexagonal quasicrystal with piezoelectric effect is considered. A general formula of the generalized stress field, the field intensity factor, and the image force is derived, and the special cases are discussed. A decagonal quasicrystal,which is weakened by an arc-shaped crack penetratingthrough the solid in the period direction,and which is subjected to remote uniform phonon stresses,is investigated by applying the complex variable method which is just developed by the authors.It is found that the phonon and phason stresses near the crack tips exhibit inverse square rootsingularities.The four complex stress functions characterizing the phonon and phason fields arederived.Explicit expressions for the phonon and phason stress intensity factors,crack openingdisplacements and energy release rate are also presented.  相似文献

The anti-plane fracture problem for a finite crack in a one-dimensional hexagonal quasicrystal strip is analyzed. By using Fourier transforms, the mixed boundary value problems are reduced to the dual integral equations. The solution of the dual integral equations is then expressed by the complete elliptic integrals of the first and the third kinds. The expressions for stress, strains, displacements and field intensity factors of the phonon and phason fields near the crack tip are obtained exactly. The path-independent integral derived by a conservation law equals the energy release rate, which can be used as a fracture criterion for a mode III fracture problem.  相似文献
