通过对磁流变阻尼器sigmoid模型进行数值计算分析,揭示了各参数对该模型阻尼力的影响,证明了通过合理有效地选择参数可设计出符合工程实际应用的磁流变阻尼器.对确定性激励下磁流变阻尼器的Sigmoid模型进行了理论分析.指出了采用非线性的阻尼器模型能更精确地描述汽车悬架的振动特性.从而证明了磁流变阻尼器有良好的使用价值和Sigmoid模型磁流变阻尼器在汽车控制工程应用中的可行性. 相似文献

研究应用磁流变阻尼器(MRD)对结构振动半主动控制的算法和原理。研制并对磁流变阻尼器进行了阻尼特性实验,采用非线性滞回双粘性模型描述磁流变阻尼器的阻尼特性,模型结果与实验结果非常一致。采用滑模控制算法和趋近律方法设计了半主动控制器。利用滑模控制方法所建立的控制器,本文给出了地震激励下结构振动半主动控制算例。计算分析表明,半主动滑模控制具有控制效果明显、鲁棒性好等优点,是一种非常有发展前途的控制方法。 相似文献

以提高磁流变液阻尼器控制性能为目的,分析了活塞式磁流变液阻尼器结构特点,并提出了端部阻尼器结构;通过实验研究明确了磁流变液流经圆形截面和矩形截面的力学特性,总结了磁流变液流经不同类型和尺寸的小孔的粘性阻尼力特性和磁场作用时的磁场效应,并得出了提高端部阻尼器控制性能的方法和措施。设计出控制性能较好的矩形截面孔的端部控制磁流变液阻尼器。给出阻尼器最大阻尼力和可控比与线圈磁场强度关系。 相似文献

为改善星箭界面振动环境,设计六杆隔振平台,采用磁流变阻尼器作为半主动控制元件,替代原有锥壳过渡支架.对整星隔振平台用磁流变阻尼器进行性能测试,得到反映磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性的实验数据.建立具有两个隐含层的反向传播神经网络对阻尼器进行建模,用于预测磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性以及控制系统设计.提出一种串行算法优化网络结构、权值和阈值,保证网络具有较好的泛化能力和稳定性.仿真结果表明,与参数化模型相比,提出的神经网络模型具有较小的训练误差和较强的泛化能力,能够很好地预测阻尼器的阻尼特性. 相似文献

由于磁流变阻尼器是一种高度非线性的装置,因此建立与之相适应的控制系统是半主动控制问题的关键。本文采用改进的Bingham模型建立了磁流变阻尼器的动力学特性模型,根据天棚阻尼开关控制、天棚阻尼连续控制和模糊控制三种控制方法,确立了从系统速度响应到磁流变阻尼器励磁电流之间的关系,并开发了一套半主动控制系统。在一个两自由度的简化车辆试验平台上进行半主动控制试验,对比研究了三种控制方法的控制效果。实验结果表明,在1.3Hz~2.0Hz的低频段内,开关控制的最佳减振效果为15.1%,连续控制的最佳减振效果为14.9%,模糊控制的最佳减振效果为20.1%。可见,三种控制方法都能有效的减小车体的振动,模糊控制的减振效果最佳。 相似文献

The last decade has witnessed an important role of magneto-rheological dampers in the semi-active vibration control on the basis of empirical models. Those models established by fitting experimental data, however, do not offer any explicit expressions for the stiffness and the damping of magneto-rheological dampers. Hence, it is not easy for engineers to get any intuitive information about the effects of stiffness and damping of a magneto-rheological damper on the dynamic performance of a controlled system. To manifest the nonlinear properties of a magneto-rheological damper, this paper presents the hysteretic phenomena and the additional nonlinear stiffness of a typical magneto-rheological damper in terms of equivalent linear stiffness and equivalent linear damping. Then, it gives a brief discussion about the effect of nonlinear stiffness on the vibration control through the numerical simulations and an experiment for the semi-active suspension of a quarter car model with a magneto-rheological damper installed. Both numerical simulations and experimental results show that the additional nonlinear stiffness in the magneto-rheological damper is remarkable, and should be taken into consideration in the design of vibration control. 相似文献

Traffic accidents are often caused by vibration of automotive steering because the vibration can make a vehicle run like a snake. A?novel semi-active vibration control strategy of automotive steering with magneto-rheological (MR) damper is proposed in this paper. An adaptive RBF neural sliding mode controller is designed for the vibration system. It is showed that an equivalent dynamic model for the vibration system is established by using Lagrange method, and then treats it as actual system partially. A?feedback control law is designed to make this nominal model stable. Uncertain part of system and outside disturbance are estimated using RBF neural network, and their upper boundary is obtained automatically. By constructing reasonable switch function, state variables can arrive at origin asymptotically along the sliding mode. Strong robust character of control system is proved by stability analysis and a numerical simulation example is performed to support this control scheme. 相似文献

A numerical study of an application of magnetorheological (MR) damper for semi-active control is presented in this paper. The damper is mounted in the suspension of a Duffing oscillator with an attached pendulum. The MR damper with properties modelled by a hysteretic loop, is applied in order to control of the system response. Two methods for the dynamics control in the closed-loop algorithm based on the amplitude and velocity of the pendulum and the impulse on–off activation of MR damper are proposed. These concepts allow the system maintaining on a desirable attractor or, if necessary, to change a position from one attractor to another. Additionally, the detailed bifurcation analysis of the influence of MR damping on the number of periodic solutions and their stability is shown by continuation method. The influence of MR damping on the chaotic behavior is studied, as well. 相似文献

为研究活塞回复运动对火药燃气流动的影响,基于两相流理论对活塞控制侧向后喷武器的发射过程进行了数值模拟研究。考虑控制侧向后喷通道开闭的活塞-弹簧系统的往复运动,建立了结合膛内气固两相流、活塞腔内流固耦合和侧向排气管内气体瞬态流动的武器发射过程数学模型,并将数值模拟结果与相关文献进行了比较验证。得到了该武器发射过程中膛内流场分布与稀疏波传播特性,并与普通武器的膛内流场进行了对比分析。进一步研究了活塞回复运动对火药燃气流动和减后坐效率的影响。结果表明:相对于不考虑活塞的回复运动,在弹丸初速都降低1.52%的情况下,因为活塞回复关闭后喷通道,其减后坐效率由38.86%下降到32.88%,说明在此类武器研究中,不可忽视活塞回复运动。 相似文献

采用固体随行装药技术提高现役大口径火炮初速,为工程应用提供理论指导。基于随行装药在30 mm弹道炮上的实验和数值模拟取得的良好结果,在100 mm加农炮火炮构造参数和装填条件不变的条件下,采用固体随行装药方案,考虑弹丸改变质量,建立固体随行装药零维模型,并依据模型编写模拟软件对内弹道性能进行了模拟分析,探讨了不同随行装药量、不同点火延迟时间以及不同形状火药对火炮膛压、初速的影响。模拟结果可以用来指导100 mm加农炮随行装药的设计和实验。 相似文献
