基于金属丝网-油液介质耦合减振器原理样机的抗冲击动态力学特性进行研究,样机的多参数匹配冲击试验研究表明该减振器具有强非线性动态特征,并能实现抗大冲击;在此基础上结合流体理论和库伦摩擦理论建立了原理样机非线性冲击动态特性模型,研究减振器抗冲击力学特性的设计可控性,该建模方法直接引入结构参数,为直接设计具体的器件建立了理论基础。  相似文献

动态压缩荷载作用下,脆性岩石内部动态细观裂纹扩展特性,对岩石宏观动态力学特性有着重要的影响。然而,对岩石内部动态细观裂纹扩展与宏观动态力学特性的关系研究较少。基于准静态裂纹扩展作用下的应力-应变本构模型、准静态与动态裂纹扩展断裂韧度关系、裂纹速率与应变率关系模型及应变率与动态断裂韧度关系,提出了一种基于细观力学的动态应力-应变本构模型。其中裂纹速率与应变率关系,是根据裂纹长度与应变关系的时间导数推出;应变率与动态断裂韧度关系,是根据推出的裂纹速率及应变率关系,与裂纹速率及断裂韧度关系相结合而得到。研究了应变率对应力-应变本构关系及动态压缩强度影响。并通过试验结果验证了模型的合理性。讨论了岩石初始损伤、围压、模型中参数m、ε0和R对应力-应变关系、动态压缩强度和动态弹性模量的影响。研究结果可为动态压缩荷载作用下深部地下工程脆性围岩稳定性分析提供了一定的理论支持。  相似文献

断续节理将对工程岩体的强度及变形等力学特性产生显著影响,损伤力学中视节理为岩体的一种宏观损伤,因而采用损伤张量来刻画其对岩体的影响。目前学术界提出了用节理的几何、强度及变形等3类参数来描述节理的物理力学性质,而目前的岩体损伤张量计算方法都只涉及前2类参数,均没有涉及其变形参数即法向及切向刚度。为此,在前人研究的基础上,基于断裂及损伤理论提出了考虑节理法向及切向刚度的单轴压缩下单条断续节理引起的损伤张量计算公式,进而通过考虑节理间相互作用给出了单组单排或多排节理岩体损伤张量计算公式。其次,以岩石细观动态损伤模型为基础,结合宏细观损伤耦合观点提出了一个能够同时考虑节理几何、强度及变形参数的断续节理岩体动态损伤本构模型。最后,利用该模型讨论了节理参数及载荷应变率等对岩体动态力学特性的影响,认为节理长度减小及摩擦角增大将导致岩体动态峰值强度及弹性模量增大;岩体动态峰值强度及弹性模量则随着节理法向及切向刚度的增大分别减小或增大;而当节理法向及切向刚度按照同一比例增大时,岩体动态峰值强度及弹性模量则是增大的。岩体动态峰值强度与载荷应变率呈正相关。  相似文献

本文扼要地叙述了作者自行研制的销—环式摩擦磨损试验机。该试验机结构简单,使用方便,试样容易加工。由于采用直流电机和机械加载,其速度和载荷是可调的。它装有非接触式的传感器,可以通过外接的电子数字式仪表直接读出转数、转速等参数,精度高,数据可靠。可以用来研究干摩擦及润滑状态下的摩擦,研究各种试验参数对材料的摩擦、磨损特性的影响,也可用以评定摩擦副材料及工艺性能。  相似文献

对近二十年来轴向移动系统(移动弦,移动梁和移动带等)的参数振动研究进展进行了详细的评述,特别关注了轴向张紧力和移动速度随时间改变时轴向移动系统的参数振动特性和稳定性等问题。文章首先讨论了所研究问题的控制方程。然后详细说明了目前研究中人们较为关注的几个重点问题,如参数激励的形式,求解方法和所研究的问题等。接着在其后的两节中,分别评述了在张紧力和移动速度随时间变化时,轴向移动弦和轴向移动梁的振动问题近年来的研究进展,详细、深入讨论了模型的类型、张紧力和轴向移动速度随时间变化的形式以及在研究中使用的解题方法和系统的振动特性(振动响应、固有频率和动态稳定性)等;最后给出了在此领域今后研究中应关注的问题。  相似文献

在Hamilton体系下,基于Euler梁理论研究了功能梯度材料梁受热冲击载荷作用时的动力屈曲问题;将非均匀功能梯度复合材料的物性参数假设为厚度坐标的幂函数形式,采用Laplace变换法和幂级数法解析求得热冲击下功能梯度梁内的动态温度场:首先将功能梯度梁的屈曲问题归结为辛空间中系统的零本征值问题,梁的屈曲载荷与屈曲模态分别对应于Hamilton体系下的辛本征值和本征解问题,由分叉条件求得屈曲模态和屈曲热轴力,根据屈曲热轴力求解临界屈曲升温载荷。给出了热冲击载荷作用下一类非均匀梯度材料梁屈曲特性的辛方法研究过程,讨论了材料的梯度特性、结构几何参数和热冲击载荷参数对临界温度的影响。  相似文献

针对无刷直流电机在静止和低速状态下检测转子位置困难,提出了无刷直流电机采用无位置传感器控制策略时转子位置检测的一种新方法。基于定子电感是转子位置的函数,用该方法推导出三相无刷直流电动机在两相通电工作方式下的等效电感,并用简单的电子电路实现直流无刷电机无位置传感器的驱动控制。经实验验证,此方法对凸极无刷直流电动机起动是可行的。  相似文献

迫于能源和环保问题的压力, 电动汽车及智能驾驶受到了各国高度重视. 轮毂电机驱动电动汽车车轮振动剧烈, 与桥梁路面动力学相互作用更加突出, 现有研究主要针对传统汽车, 关于电动车轮与公路桥梁接触动力学相互作用及智能驾驶车队的多车?桥梁耦合作用研究尚不多见. 本文以轮毂电机驱动电动汽车为研究对象, 考虑车轮和桥面多点接触关系, 研究了两个智能驾驶汽车过桥时的车桥耦合动力学特性. 分析了电机质量、电机激励、轮胎悬架刚度非线性、车距、车速对系统振动特性的影响, 以及桥面不平顺激励、三重耦合激励对电动汽车平顺性的影响. 研究表明: 车距和车速是影响车?桥系统振动特性的重要因素, 在车?桥耦合动态设计中, 车距和车速的影响应重点关注; 桥面越平坦, 电机激励及桥面二次激励对车辆平顺性和道路友好性影响越加显著, 当汽车行驶在平坦桥面时两种激励对轮毂电机驱动电动汽车的影响不容忽视. 所建模型有望为智能驾驶电动汽车与桥梁的耦合作用研究提供理论参考.   相似文献

In this paper, the generation mechanism of the negative airgap eccentricity effect for the in-wheel switched reluctance motor (SRM) driving system is analyzed. An independent current chopping control strategy is proposed to achieve optimum control between the response characteristic of the in-wheel motor driving system and the dynamic performance of electric vehicle (EV). Firstly, the electromagnetic characteristic of the studied SRM under airgap eccentricity is studied based on electromagnetic coupling model and circuit driving equation, and the radial electromagnetic force under different airgap eccentricity is verified by adopting the built experiment device. Then, combined with the excitation characteristics of the radial electromagnetic force, the negative dynamic effect of the in-wheel motor driving system is analyzed in the time–frequency domain. Finally, an independent current chopping control strategy for the in-wheel SRM driving system based on vehicle vibration feedback is proposed. The controller parameters including the turn-off angle and chopping current threshold are optimized by data interpolation. Results show that the proposed control strategy can achieve the optimum control between the response characteristics of the in-wheel motor driving system and the vehicle dynamic performance, especially to suppress the vehicle sprung mass acceleration and tire bounce while starting EV.

This paper shows that dynamic air gap torques in converter-fed induction motors may not only cause torsional vibrations in the drive train, but may also cause lateral vibrations of the motor itself—including bending vibrations of the rotor shaft—, if the motor is mounted on a soft foundation. Based on a simplified analytical model, the mathematical correlation between rotor-stator interaction, oil film characteristics of sleeve bearings, the influence of a soft foundation—coupling angular and lateral displacement of the stator—and excitation from dynamic air gap torques is shown. In addition to the absolute orbits of the rotor, stator, shaft journals and bearing housings, also the relative orbits between rotor and stator and between shaft journals and bearing housings are mathematically described. Further, the paper shows the influence of the oil film coefficients of the sleeve bearings on the elliptical shape of the orbits. Therefore, the paper presents a possibility to optimize the whole system—converter, motor and foundation—concerning lateral vibrations, caused by dynamic air gap torques.  相似文献

A novel approach to analyzing instability in permanent-magnet stepper motors is presented. It is shown that there are two kinds of unstable phenomena in this kind of motor: mid-frequency oscillation and high-frequency instability. Nonlinear bifurcation theory is used to illustrate the relationship between local instability and mid-frequency oscillatory motion. A novel analysis is presented to analyze the loss of synchronism phenomenon, which is identified as high-frequency instability. The concepts of separatrices and attractors in phase-space are used to derive a quantity to evaluate the high-frequency instability. By using this quantity one can easily estimate the stability for high supply frequencies. Furthermore, a stabilization method is presented. A generalized approach to analyze the stabilization problem based on feedback theory is given. It is shown that the mid-frequency stability and the high-frequency stability can be improved by state feedback.  相似文献

This paper was written in honor of Prof. Viktor Olimpanovich Kononenko from Ukraine and takes into account reports of recent progress about non-ideal vibrating systems (NIS) published in the period from 2004 to 2017. New and old studies of NIS, with limited power supply (small DC motors or electrodynamical shakers), are usually used in laboratory tests, and therefore, the investigation of mutual interactions of driven and driving sub-system is very important. In this paper, main properties of NIS have been reviewed, such as the Sommerfeld effect, i.e., jump phenomena and the increase in power supply that is required by an excitation source operating near resonance; the possibility of saturation phenomenon occurrence, i.e., the transference of energy from higher frequency and lower amplitude to lower frequency and higher amplitude mode; and the existence of regular (periodic motion) and irregular (chaotic motion) behaviors, depending on the value of control parameters (voltage of a DC motor). This paper is divided into two goals: on the one hand will be treated about NIS and on the other hand will be provided an overview of the main engineering applications, analyzing their physical phenomena involved and the adequate methodologies to deal with them.  相似文献
