分析并观察了沿驱动段轴向分布多火塞燃烧驱动段的性能.提出主膜处同一管截面均匀分布三火花塞引燃的点火方法.用这种点火方法驱动产生的入射激波强度重复性较高,激波后气流速度、温度和压力的定常性亦大大改善,可满足气动试验实际要求.提出在驱动段尾端串接卸爆段来消除爆轰波反射高压,从而可使反向爆轰驱动段用来产生高焓高密度试验气流.这种反向爆轰驱动产生的入射激波重复性高,激波衰减弱.在主膜处的收缩段产生的反射波可缓解爆轰波后跟随的稀疏波的不利影响,从而使前向爆轰驱动具有实用性.在产生的入射激波强度相同条件下,前向爆轰驱动所需的爆轰驱动段可爆混合气初始压力可较反向爆轰低近一个量级.  相似文献

Early works on the detonation driven shock tube are reviewed briefly. High initial pressure detonable mixture can be used in backward-detonation driver when the buffer tube is attached to the end of the driver for eliminating the excessive reflected peak pressure. Experimental data showed that an improvement on attenuation of the incident shock wave generated by the forward driver can be obtained, provided the diameter of the driver is larger than that of the driven section and an abrupt reduction of cross-section area is placed just beyond the diaphragm. Also, it is clearly verified by a numerical analysis. An additional backward-detonation driver is proposed to attach to the primary detonation driver and on condition that the ratios of initial pressure in the additional driver to that in the primary driver exceed the threshold value, the Taylor wave behind detonation wave in the primary detonation driver can be eliminated completely.  相似文献

采用频散可控的耗散格式(DCD),求解Euler方程和一种改进的二阶段化学反应模型, 对氢氧反向-正向双爆轰驱动段激波管进行了数值模拟. 计算结果表明:当辅驱动段与主驱动 段初始压力比小于临界值时,Taylor波仍会出现,但波扇夹角较单一前向爆轰驱动段小,入 射激波马赫数衰减率变小;当初始压力比等于临界值时,主驱动段中的Taylor波完全被消除, 入射激波马赫数不再衰减. 当初始压力比大于临界值时,在主驱动段中能产生过驱动爆轰波, 不仅Taylor波被完全消除,而且驱动能力较单一前向爆轰驱动段强.  相似文献

发现了燃烧驱动激波管中入射激波马赫数异常升高的起因. 实验显示爆轰驱动能力强于燃烧驱动, 从而推动爆轰驱动技术的发展. 采用卸爆管消除爆轰波反射高压以及双爆轰驱动段全部消除爆轰波后的Taylor稀疏波, 使反向和前向爆轰驱动模式具有实用价值. 反向爆轰驱动技术还成功用来延长激波风洞试验时间.   相似文献

In this paper, the CE/SE method is developed to simulate the two- and three-dimensional flow-field of Pulse Detonation Engine (PDE). The conservation equations with stiff source terms for chemical reaction are solved in two steps. The detailed analysis of computational results of a PDE with a single detonation tube and a PDE with five detonation tubes are given in this paper. Complex wave systems are observed inside and outside a PDE. For a PDE with 5 detonation tubes, there is a big bow shock produced from a number of little shocks near the open ends of tubes. 回顾了高超声速激波风洞的研制与发展,并依据高超声速实验研究对地面实验模拟技术的要求,分别介绍了应用轻气体、自由活塞和爆轰驱动技术研制的主要激波风洞的性能、特点和存在问题.重点介绍了爆轰驱动高焓激波风洞的3种主要运行模式:反向、正向爆轰驱动与双爆轰驱动. 根据这些运行模式的工作原理,分析了应用这些驱动技术产生的高温、高压气源的特点,探讨了不同驱动技术可能影响激波风洞性能的关键问题与解决方法.目前发展的激波风洞已经能够用于开展马赫数3$\sim$30的高超声速流动的试验模拟研究,但是试验气流的品质还不能满足高超声速科技研究的需求.为了获得可靠的实验结果, 通过不断改进、完善、提高激波风洞的性能,尽可能复现高超声速飞行条件是今后主要的研究方向.   相似文献

本文介绍了在双驱动激波管中运用稀疏波破膜的技术。在以压缩空气和氮气作实验气体的情形下,实验研究了中间段长度、稀疏波强度及中间段B膜的破膜压力(压差)对第二激波追韩第一激波的影响。实验结果表明:中间段的长短,显著地制约着前后两道激波的间隔;稀疏波强度及中间段B膜的破膜压力对稀疏波破膜时间及第二激小对反射稀疏波的追赶有重要影响。  相似文献

以二维轴对称多组分Euler方程为基础,采用非正交结构化网格和改进的波传播算法,模拟了激波在抛物形反射壁面聚焦反射诱导点火和爆轰的过程,描述了其流场形态。讨论了预混气组成、入射激波强度及反射壁面形状对点火和爆轰的影响。结果表明,激波在抛物形反射壁面顶点处聚焦反射可形成局部高温高压区域,该区域在一定条件下可点燃预混气甚至形成爆轰,其中低稀释剂浓度的预混气、较大的入射激波Mach数和较深的反射壁面有利于可燃预混气形成爆轰。  相似文献

实验采用压力传感器测量了指定点压力时间曲线。数值模拟基于二维反应欧拉方程和基元反应模型,采用二阶附加半隐的龙格-库塔法和5阶WENO格式分别离散时间和空间导数项,获得了指定点数值压力时间曲线。理论分析基于爆轰理论和激波动力学,分析了气相爆轰波反射过程所涉及的复杂波系演变并获得了反射激波速度。结果表明:本文数值模拟和理论计算定性上重复并解释了实验现象。气相爆轰波在右壁面反射后,右行稀疏波加速反射激波。其加速原因是:尽管激波波前声速减小,但激波马赫数增大,波前气流速度减小。在低初压下,可能还由于爆轰波后未反应或部分反应气体的作用,导致反射激波加速幅度比高初压下大。  相似文献

数值模拟了二维平面激波从抛物面上反射在可燃气体中聚焦的过程,研究了形 成爆轰波的点火特性. 对理想化学当量比氢气/空气混合气体,在初始压强20kPa的条件下, 马赫数2.6-2.8的激波聚焦能产生两个点火区:第1个点火区是反射激波会聚引起的,第 2个点火区是由入射激波在抛物面上发生马赫反射引起的. 这种条件下流场中会出现爆燃转 爆轰,起爆点分别分布在管道壁面、抛物反射面和第2点火区附近. 起爆机理分别为激波管 道壁面反射、点火诱导激波的抛物面反射和点火诱导的激波与第2点火区产生的爆燃波的相 互作用. 不同的点火和起爆过程导致了不同的流场波系结构,同时影响了爆轰波传播的波动 力学过程.  相似文献

对平面激波和单个矩形障碍物作用的过程进行了数值模拟,研究了反射产生的上行爆轰波在下游可燃气体中形成爆轰波的过程。数值结果表明,下游爆轰波形成过程主要有2种模式:爆轰波直接绕射和绕射波在上壁面反射,这和已有的实验结果是一致的。通过研究下游爆轰波的形成过程受入射激波马赫数、混合气体的压力和管道尺度的影响,分析了上游爆轰波向下游传播的波动力学过程,讨论了2种形成过程的作用规律和控制因素,阐明了下游爆轰波的形成规律。  相似文献

A detonation driven shock tunnel is useful as a ground test facility for hypersonic flow research. By attaching a convergent section ahead of the primary diaphragm in the driver section, the downstream operation mode became available to generate a high-enthalpy test flow. A 100 mm diameter shock tunnel was for the first time installed in the Laboratory of High-Temperature-Gas Dynamics (LHD), Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and after its continuous refitments, a high performance detonation driven shock tunnel was achieved to generate high-enthalpy and high-Reynolds number test flows. A computational study has been carried out to examine the effects of driver gas contamination in the NASA HYPULSE facility at GASL when operating with a detonation driver in reflected-shock tunnel mode. Unlike high-enthalpy shock tunnels which use helium as a driver gas, the driver gas in a detonation driver consists of a mixture of water vapour and argon, which has very different chemical and thermodynamic properties than those of helium. The purpose of the present work is to quantitatively evaluate the effects of driver gas contamination on the flow properties in the test section. Two computational analyses have been performed. The first analysis examined the nozzle flow under the influence of a prescribed level of driver gas contamination. In the second analysis, the transient development of the driver gas leakage in the reflected-shock region in the shock tube is studied. 利用基元反应模型和有限体积法对环形激波在可燃气体中聚焦实现爆轰波直接起爆进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明,标准状态下的氢气-空气混合气体在马赫数为3.1以上的环形激波聚焦产生的高温高压区作用下会诱发可燃气体的直接起爆形成爆轰波,爆轰波与激波和接触间断相互作用产生了复杂的波系结构;爆轰波爆点位置在对称轴上并不是固定的点,而是随着初始激波马赫数的变化而发生移动;可燃气体初始温度和压力对起爆临界马赫数都有影响,但是初始温度的影响大得多。  相似文献

In a conventional shock tube, the driver and the driven sections have similar (if not identical) cross-sectional area and the diaphragm opened area, upon rupturing, is practically equal to the tube cross-sectional area. Such geometry results in generating a well-formed shock wave in the tube’s driven section. The present experimental work checks the effects that changes in the diaphragm ruptured area have on the generated shock and rarefaction waves. Experiments were conducted in an 80?mm by 80?mm cross section shock tube generating incident shock waves having Mach numbers within the range from 1.06 to 1.25. In each run, pressure histories were recorded along the driven and the driver sections of the shock tube. The recorded pressures reveal that progressive reduction in the diaphragm open space resulted in a weaker shock and both longer time and distance until the compression waves generated close to the diaphragm coalesces into a shock wave. In addition, reducing the open space of the diaphragm resulted in a significant slow down in the high pressure reduction prevailing in the driver section.  相似文献

A dense packed sand wall is impacted by a planar shock wave in a horizontal shock tube to study the shock-sand wall interaction. The incident shock Mach number ranges from 2.18 to 2.38. A novel device for actively rupturing diaphragm is designed for the driver section of the shock tube. An apparatus for loading particles is machined by the electrical discharge cutting technique to create a dense packed particle wall. High-speed schlieren imaging system and synchronized pressure measurement system are used together to capture the wave structures and particle cloud velocity. The dynamic evolution model from dense packed particles to dense gas–solid cloud at the initial driving stage is established. The blockage and permeation effects of the sand wall work together and influence each other. The high pressure gas behind the incident shock wave blocked by the sand wall pushes the upstream front of the wall forward like a piston. Meanwhile, the high speed gas permeating through the sand wall drags the sands of the most downstream layer forward. The incident shock strength, initial sand wall thickness and particle diameter are varied respectively to investigate the shock attenuation and the wall acceleration. Increasing the sands diameter or mixing in small diameter sands can significantly attenuate the incident shock. The smaller particles or the particles in thinner wall can be dispersed into a larger range in the process of transform from dense packed particles to dense gas–solid cloud. Moreover, the stronger incident shock can disperse the particles into a larger region.  相似文献

本文应用拉氏量计和拉氏分析技术研究了,两种常用的复合推进剂(聚硫和丁羟复合推进剂)的冲击波起爆和爆轰过程。在冲击波起爆过程中,压力等参量出现双峰现象,化学反应由三个阶段完成。在爆轰过程中,反应区宽度5mm以上,属于非理想爆轰过程。最后基于组分实验结果,进一步分析了复合推进剂,在冲击波作用下的化学反应过程,结果表明,双峰现象和多反应阶段的出现是由于高氯酸铵和粘合剂之间的相互作用的结果。  相似文献
