层板复合材料的疲劳剩余刚度衰退模型   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
根据层板复合材料在疲劳载荷作用下刚度衰退变化的现象,研究了疲劳载荷对层板复合材料刚度衰退的影响,建立了一个用于描述层板复合材料在常幅疲劳载荷作用下的刚度衰退模型,导出了剩余刚度统计分布的表达式,给出了确定模型参数的方法。利用该随机模型,可以预报层板复合材料在给定应力水平的疲劳载荷作用下循环指定周次时剩余刚度的统计分析。实验数据表明,理论预报和实验结果符合得很好。  相似文献

本文从唯裂 学的观点提出了一个复合材料疲劳剩余刚度衰退模型,根据该模型导出了基于疲劳乘余刚度比的复合材料层合板疲劳剩余强度概率分布模型,给出了确定该模型中各参数的计算方法,根据该模型可预报复合材料层合板在某一应力水平的疲劳载荷作用下疲劳剩余刚度比为某一确定值时的疲劳剩余强度概率分布。为验证该模型的合理性,用典型复合材料层合板做了几组疲劳实验,并用实验数据对模型中的参数进行了估计,计算结果证明,该模型预报的疲劳剩余强度概率理论分布与实验结果符合较好。  相似文献

提出了缝合复合材料层板的刚度预报模型,该模型考虑了缝合针脚处的孔洞对刚度的影响,描述了缝合孔洞的几何形态,建立了孔洞形态与纤维弯曲的关系,采用平均刚度法和经典层合板理论进行了刚度预报,获得了与试验数据相吻合的预报结果,表明了该模型的有效性,详细探讨了缝合孔洞对缝合层板刚度的影响规律,得到一些有益结论。  相似文献

一种FRP累积损伤模型及其在结构疲劳寿命估算中的应用   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
推荐了一种应变损伤累积模型,能够考虑单向板面内多轴应力和平均应力的影响。只需要单向板在确定应力比下的若干典型疲劳试验结果,就可以预测相同材料体系多向层压结构在不同应力比的循环载荷下的疲劳寿命,有助于降低试验成本和工作量。研究了适用于多向层压结构剩余强度估算和疲劳寿命预测的步骤和程序。针对碳纤维/树脂基T300/QY8911复合材料,试验测定了三组典型单轴循环应力([0]16拉-拉、[90]16拉-拉和[0/90]4S剪-剪)下的S-N曲线。以此为输入,预测四种多向铺层板在各种拉-拉循环应力下的疲劳寿命,寿命预测结果和相应的试验结果吻合良好。采用了保持计算和试验的载荷/强度比相对等值的方法来近似抵消层合效应对疲劳寿命的影响。强调了进一步发展能够定量估计层间应力影响与分层扩展过程的疲劳损伤模型的重要性。  相似文献

在S-N曲线的基础上,建立了一个描述混凝土剩余强度衰减的模型,并利用该模型对在谱荷载作用下混凝土试件的疲劳寿命及其可靠性进行了分析,得到疲劳寿命基于三参数Weibull分布的分布函数.通过试验验证了该方法得出的结果是可靠的,且计算简便,便于在工程中应用.  相似文献

针对薄壁圆管的空间结构,分析其在交变热载荷下的疲劳可靠性问题。为同时考虑由截面平均温度和截面温差造成的疲劳损伤,提出了综合利用剩余强度和疲劳累积损伤模型的分析方法。首先根据疲劳累积损伤相等原理,将截面温差造成的多级扰动应力载荷作用频次等效为平均温度下的常幅应力载荷作用次数,从而将两者产生的热应力载荷统一为一常幅载荷,再利用剩余强度模型基于动态应力-强度干涉理论对疲劳可靠度进行分析,得到了结构在综合考虑两种热疲劳状态下的动态可靠度。本方法可避免直接利用疲劳累积损伤理论临界损伤值难以确定的问题,且能体现金属疲劳损伤的真实情况。最后以哈勃望远镜为例,分析了其主梁随疲劳热载荷循环作用下的动态可靠度,得出了一些有意义的结论。  相似文献

为探讨剩余强度及疲劳寿命与初始静强度分布参数之间的关系,构建基于初始静强度分布参数的剩余强度和疲劳寿命计算模型。在模型构建过程中未涉及复合材料结构的层数、铺层厚度和铺层方向,适应性强。模型参数可通过静力试验和剩余强度试验获得,试验成本相对疲劳试验较低。剩余强度和疲劳寿命与初始静强度变异系数及其分布参数有关,当初始静强度服从威布尔分布时,疲劳寿命亦服从威布尔分布,可为开展疲劳可靠性提供借鉴和参考。算例表明,基于建立的模型,剩余强度计算结果最大误差为-1.58%,疲劳寿命与试验数据吻合较好。  相似文献

对带各种缺口的复合材料层合板的疲劳性能进行了研究。设计了不同类型的制品试件,分别进行静态和疲劳试验。试验数据表明,缺口对复合材料的静强度和静刚度的影响不大,缺口试样的疲劳寿命带高于缺口试样,与金属材料相比,复合材料对缺口不敏感。采用条状试样获得的力学性能不参代表复合材料的真实性能,实现表明自由边的缺口对结构提高疲劳寿命是有利的。文中还对疲劳过程中复合材料的刚度变化进行了研究,对文中所研究的层合板,  相似文献

In this paper, stiffness reduction of general symmetric laminates containing a uniform distribution of matrix cracks in a single orientation is analyzed. An admissible stress field is considered, which satisfies equilibrium and all the boundary and continuity conditions. This stress field has been used in conjunction with the principle of minimum complementary energy to get the effective stiffness matrix of a cracked general symmetric laminate. Natural boundary conditions have been derived from the variational principle to overcome the limitations of the existing variational methods on the analysis of general symmetric laminates. Therefore, the capability of analyzing cracked symmetric laminates using the variational approach has been enhanced significantly. It has been shown that the method provides a rigorous lower bound for the stiffness matrix of a cracked laminate, which is very important for practical applications. Results derived from the developed method for the properties of the cracked laminates showed an excellent agreement with experimental data and with those obtained from McCartney’s stress transfer model. The differences of the developed model with McCartney’s model are discussed in detail. It can be emphasized that the current approach is simpler than McCartney’s model, which needs an averaging procedure to obtain the governing equations. Moreover, it has been shown that the existing variational models are special cases of the current formulation.  相似文献

In this study,an experimental analysis for determining the fatigue strength of HDPE-100 under cyclic loading is presented.The curve of cumulative fatigue damage versus number of cycles(D-N) was deduced from stiffness degradation.Based on the three stage damage trend,the remaining fatigue life is numerically predicted by considering a double term power damage accumulation model.This model is found to be accurate,both in modeling the rapid damage growth in the early life and near the end of the fatigue life.Numerical results illustrate that the proposed model is capable of accurately fitting several different sets of experimental data.  相似文献

The fatigue properties of graphite/epoxy (Gr/Ep) T300/5208 composite laminates of 16 plies with a central circular hole subjected to tension-tension (T-T) constant-stress amplitudes at room temperature and low humidity have been fully investigated. Studied are four types of notched laminates which are classified as unidirectional, off-axis, orthotropic shear and quasi-isotropic. Some of them were precracked to initiate and guide the crack growth transversely. Our work is experimental and the analysis is based on a semiempirical approach. We have experimentally measured S-N curves, failure surfaces, crack lengths and their corresponding growth directions, delamination areas and transverse delamination lengths for the above series of composites. The fatigue failure mechanism was observed and expressed schematically. To analyze the experimental results, we have categorized the S-N curves by three common equations. The effective transverse crack length of quasi-isotropic laminates was found to be independent of the applied stress. For simplicity, it was modeled by a power law of applied cycles. It was also found that the delamination area could be expressed by a power law of applied cycles. Hence, the so-called modified Paris law, i.e., the power law of cycles, proposed here has been verified as satisfactorily acceptable.  相似文献
