采用分子动力学模拟方法研究了液态氩在铂纳米通道内的流动,通过改变流体和壁面之间的势能作用获得了流体和通道表面之间浸润性质不同时的滑移现象. 研究发现:液体分子在亲水性通道表面附近呈类固体性质,数密度和有序性较大,而在疏水性表面附近的平均数密度降低,形成一个低密度层;液体流动在固体表面的速度滑移随着液体与表面势能作用的增强而减小,当液体和表面的浸润性不同时可以发生滑移、表观无滑移和负滑移现象;液体在固体表面的表观滑移是液体在固体表面的速度滑移、粘附和流体内部滑移的综合作用的结果. 关键词: 纳米尺度流动 速度滑移 浸润性 分子动力学模拟  相似文献

Simulation of compression wave generation and evolution at the disk target was performed for the case of explosive-type boiling of coolant; the boiling is initiated by endwall rupture of a high-pressure pipeline. The calculations were performed for shock wave amplitude at different times and modes of pipe rupture. The simulated pressure of a target-reflected shock wave is different from the theoretical value for ideal gas; this discrepancy between simulation and theory becomes lower at higher distances of flow from the nozzle exit. Comparative simulation study was performed for flow of two-phase coolant with account for slip flow effect and for different sizes of droplets. Simulation gave the limiting droplet size when the single-velocity homogeneous flow model is valid, i.e., the slip flow effect is insignificant.  相似文献

低温冷冻靶是惯性约束核聚变装置的关键部件之一。冷冻靶靶丸位于黑腔内部,需要利用微管完成燃料充注。针对燃料在微管内发生气液相变后流入靶丸这一关键过程,研究了微通道流体与常规流体流动传热的差异。基于微通道特性对流体流动传热方程进行修正,同时建立了气液相变模型,对微充气管内燃料充注过程进行了数值计算分析。得到重力和表面张力的影响,在微通道中,重力作用可以忽略,表面张力起重要作用。得到了微尺度效应包括速度滑移和温度跳跃对流动传热过程的影响。对多种充气管结构进行比较分析,为选型提供指导。通过选择不同进口条件和出口条件,对充注量控制和充注条件选择提供了指导方案,实际充注时需要同时提高进口温度和压力,保证连续可控充注。  相似文献

Phase-field simulation of lath martensite formation in Fe–0.1C mass% steel was carried out based on the two types of slip deformation (TTSD) model, which is recently developed as a result of analytical solution for the martensitic transformation being composed of Bain deformation and plastic deformation but without lattice rotation matrix. The simulation results reveal that the plastic deformation along the two types of slip system is complementary. The simulation result of the relationship between the two types of slip deformation is consistent with the analytical result calculated by TTSD model, indicating the validity of TTSD model for explaining the formation of lath martensite.  相似文献

The study of single slip was performed by imitation simulation and mathematical simulation methods. In a modified barrier model of constant linear tension, all stages of the process of nucleation and propagation of single crystallographic slip to the field of discrete dislocation obstacles have been simulated and investigated. The equation of dynamics of expansion of an isolated closed planar dislocation loop, which restricts slipping, was used to perform a comparative study of the effect of the mechanisms of resistance to dislocation motion on the characteristics of the resulting single slip. Micromechanical characteristics of each dislocation loop emitted by a dislocation source after loss of stability have been calculated. We study electro- and diffusio-osmosis of aqueous electrolytes at superhydrophobic surfaces by means of computer simulation and hydrodynamic theory. We demonstrate that the diffusio-osmotic flow at superhydrophobic surfaces can be amplified by more than 3 orders of magnitude relative to flow in channels with a zero interfacial slip. By contrast, little enhancement is observed at these surfaces for electro-osmotic flow. This amplification for diffusio-osmosis is due to the combined effects of enhanced slip and ion surface depletion or excess at the air-water interfaces on superhydrophobic surfaces. This effect is interpreted in terms of capillary driven Marangoni motion. A practical microfluidic pumping device is sketched on the basis of the slip-enhanced diffusio-osmosis at a superhydrophobic surface.  相似文献

将气体动理学格式(GKS)拓展到模拟多孔介质内的低速渗流,并检验在孔隙尺度上模拟不可压缩低速流动的可行性与有效性.结果表明:GKS具有二阶空间精度,能够较精确地计算多孔介质的渗透率;相比于单松弛格子玻尔兹曼方法,GKS能够精确实现壁面无滑移边界条件,从而正确反映渗透率与黏性无关的特性;对于Berea砂岩切片结构中的复杂流动,模拟结果与实验吻合较好,能较精确地计算渗透率.给出GKS模拟达西渗流的马赫数选取准则,为研究多孔介质流动提供新的工具.  相似文献

300MVA 脉冲发电机是中国 HL-2M 装置的主要供电电源,为了能够满足放电要求,对脉冲发电机 组的起动装置滑差调节器进行了研究。基于绕线异步电动机的电气特性,采用电动机转子外接液体电阻的的方式 起动机组。计算了在采用不同电流起动时液体电阻的大小以及起动时间,计算了电阻碱液流量及容量以及冷却水 流量。根据恒电流起动方式提出了控制策略。确定了滑差调节器的液阻大小、碱液箱容积、碱液流量以及冷却水 流量。对三相液体电阻值进行了测量及调整,以确保机组起动时电动机电流波动很小。调试结果表明,设计的滑 差调节装置是可行的,可以为大功率高压电动机滑差调节装置的设计提供参考。  相似文献

采用格子Boltzmann方法研究了固体壁面对流体的作用强度与其润湿性的关系,在此基础上进一步模拟了疏水表面微通道内的流体流动,获得了润湿性对疏水表面滑移流动及减阻特性的影响规律,证实了疏水表面表观滑移的存在性并揭示了其产生机理.结果表明,疏水性作用在疏水表面的近壁区诱导了一个低密度层,而表观滑移则发生在低密度层上.表观滑移是疏水表面具有减阻作用的直接原因,减阻效果随滑移长度的增大而增大.对于特定的流体系统,滑移长度是疏水表面的固有属性,仅是壁面润湿性的单一函数,而与流动本身的性质无关.  相似文献

The rarefied effect of gas flow in microchannel is significant and cannot be well described by traditional hydrodynamic models. It has been known that discrete Boltzmann model(DBM) has the potential to investigate flows in a relatively wider range of Knudsen number because of its intrinsic kinetic nature inherited from Boltzmann equation.It is crucial to have a proper kinetic boundary condition for DBM to capture the velocity slip and the flow characteristics in the Knudsen layer. In this paper, we present a DBM combined with Maxwell-type boundary condition model for slip flow. The tangential momentum accommodation coefficient is introduced to implement a gas-surface interaction model.Both the velocity slip and the Knudsen layer under various Knudsen numbers and accommodation coefficients can be well described. Two kinds of slip flows, including Couette flow and Poiseuille flow, are simulated to verify the model.To dynamically compare results from different models, the relation between the definition of Knudsen number in hard sphere model and that in BGK model is clarified.  相似文献

纳米流动系统具有高效、经济等优势,在众多领域具有广泛的应用前景.因该类系统具有极高的表面积体积比,致使界面滑移效应对流动具有显著影响.本文采用分子动力学方法以两无限大平行非对称壁面组成的Poiseuille流动为对象,分析了壁面粗糙度与润湿性变化对通道内流体流动的影响.对于不同结构类型的壁面,需要通过水动力位置来确定固液界面位置,准确计算固液界面位置有助于更好地分析界面滑移效应.研究结果表明,上下壁面不对称会引起通道内流场参数分布的不对称,壁面粗糙度及润湿性的变化会影响近壁面附近流体原子的流动特性,由于壁面凹槽的存在,粗糙壁面附近的数密度分布低于光滑壁面一侧.壁面粗糙度及润湿性的变化会影响固液界面位置,肋高变化及壁面润湿性对通道中速度分布影响较大,界面滑移速度及滑移长度随肋高和润湿性的增大而减小;肋间距变化对通道内流体流动影响较小,界面滑移速度和滑移长度基本保持恒定.  相似文献

We propose a boundary scheme for addressing multi-mechanism flow in a porous medium in slip and early transition flow regimes, which is frequently encountered in shale gas reservoirs. Micro-gaseous flow in organic-rich shale involves a complex flow mechanism. A self-developed boundary scheme that combines the non-equilibrium extrapolation scheme and the combined diffusive reflection and bounce-back scheme(half-way DBB) to embed the Langmuir slip boundary into the single-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method(SRT-LBM) enables us to describe this process, namely, the coupling effect of micro-gaseous flow and surface diffusion in organic-rich nanoscale pores. The present LBM model comes with the careful consideration of the local Knudsen number, local pressure gradient, viscosity correction model, and regularization procedure to account for the rarefied gas flows in irregular pores. Its validity and accuracy are verified by several benchmarking cases, and the calculated results by this boundary scheme accord well with our analytical solutions.This boundary scheme shows a higher accuracy than the existing studies. Additionally, a subiteration strategy is presented to tackle the coupled micro-gaseous flow and surface diffusion, which necessitates the iteration process matching of these two mechanisms. The multi-mechanism flow in the self-developed irregular pores is also numerically investigated and analyzed over a wide range of parameters. The results indicate that the present model can effectively capture the coupling effect of micro-gaseous flow and surface diffusion in a tree-like porous medium.  相似文献

基于无滑移和有滑移的连续介质模型,对微喷管内的超声速冷态气体流场进行了二维和三维数值模拟,利用DSMC方法验证微喷管流中的连续介质模型,并重点分析微喷管流的低雷诺数效应、三维端面效应及其推进性能.研究表明,局部流场的模拟对模型和边界条件的要求要高于推进性能的估算,在努森数小于0.03时,可以使用无滑移的N-S方程预测推进性能;雷诺数是表征低雷诺数效应和推进性能的特征参数,提高工作压力可以改善微喷管的粘性损失和推进性能;在雷诺数大于1000时,若蚀刻深度和喉部宽度的比值超过13,微喷管具备很好的二维特性.  相似文献

为研究不同精度的离散格式对湍流旋流流动数值模拟结果的影响,同时应用QUICK格式和混合格式对同轴射流旋流燃烧室内的湍流流动进行了数值模拟.在采用k-ε湍流模型的条件下,QUICK格式计算得到的燃烧室内气体轴向与切向速度及轴向脉动速度均方根值分布与实验数据符合较好,而混合格式给出的数值模拟结果则与实验有一定的偏差.  相似文献

介绍了适用于多种流场数值模拟的无滑动格子Boltzmann平衡分布边界条件,这一边界条件是以Bounce-Back方法为基础并满足质量、动量守恒的准则.数值计算结果表明平衡分布边界条件克服了Bounce-Back方法在边界上所产生的滑动速度误差效应.利用平衡分布边界条件数值模拟了由棱柱形充填粒子构成的微尺度渗流流场中的Darcy-Forchheimer方程,通过与Lee 和Yang的数值结果比较,该预测结果是足够可靠的. 关键词: 平衡分布边界条件 渗流介质 Darcy-Forchheimer阻力  相似文献

采用计算流体动力学的方法, 研究了微通道内气体在速度滑移和随机表面粗糙度耦合作用下的流动特性. 其中, 利用二阶速度滑移边界条件描述气体的边界滑移, 利用分形几何学建立随机粗糙表面. 研究发现, 综合考虑二阶速度滑移边界条件和随机表面粗糙度在较大的平均Knudsen数范围内 (0.025-0.59) 得到的计算结果与实验数据符合得很好, 而一阶速度滑移边界条件只在平均Knudsen数较小时(<0.1)符合实验结果. 随机表面粗糙度对气体在边界处的滑移有显著影响, 相对粗糙度越大, 速度滑移系数越小. 并针对计算结果, 给出了滑移系数与相对粗糙度近似满足的关系. 随机粗糙表面对气体流动过程中的压强、速度、Poiseuille数也有显著影响. 关键词: 随机表面粗糙度 二阶速度滑移边界条件 分形 微通道  相似文献

We present the lattice Boltzmann equation (LBE) with multiple relaxation times (MRT) to simulate pressure-driven gaseous flow in a long microchannel. We obtain analytic solutions of the MRT-LBE with various boundary conditions for the incompressible Poiseuille flow with its walls aligned with a lattice axis. The analytical solutions are used to realize the Dirichlet boundary conditions in the LBE. We use the first-order slip boundary conditions at the walls and consistent pressure boundary conditions at both ends of the long microchannel. We validate the LBE results using the compressible Navier–Stokes (NS) equations with a first-order slip velocity, the information-preservation direct simulation Monte Carlo (IP-DSMC) and DSMC methods. As expected, the LBE results agree very well with IP-DSMC and DSMC results in the slip velocity regime, but deviate significantly from IP-DSMC and DSMC results in the transition-flow regime in part due to the inadequacy of the slip velocity model, while still agreeing very well with the slip NS results. Possible extensions of the LBE for transition flows are discussed.  相似文献

了解疏水表面的滑移规律对其在流动减阻方面的应用至关重要.利用耗散粒子动力学(dissipative particle dynamics, DPD)方法研究了微通道疏水表面的滑移现象.采用固定住的粒子并配合修正的向前反弹机制,构建了DPD固体壁面边界模型,利用该边界模型模拟了平板间的Couette流动.研究结果表明,通过调整壁面与流体间排斥作用强度,壁面能实现从无滑移到滑移的转变,壁面与流体间排斥作用越强,即疏水性越强,壁面滑移越明显,并且滑移长度与接触角之间存在近似的二次函数关系.无滑移时壁面附近密度分布均匀,有滑移时壁面附近存在低密度区域,低密度区域阻碍了动量传递,致使壁面产生滑移.  相似文献
