Optical characteristics of the flight unit of the retroreflector in space (RIS) for the Advanced Earth Observing Satellite (ADEOS) were tested with a 60-cm diameter interferometer. The efficiency of the reflection of the RIS on the ADEOS in orbit was simulated based on the measured wavefront for the ground stations at several different latitudes.  相似文献

Retroreflectors on satellites are used as targets for laser ranging and laser long-path absorption measurements of atmospheric trace species. To compensate for the velocity aberration, slight tuning of the design is necessary. The curvatures of mirrors, the angles between mirrors, and the direction of the retroreflector on the satellite must be tuned to optimize the optical efficiency of the retroreflector. An enumerative scheme is not applicable when the number of parameters is large. We proposed earlier a technique using a genetic algorithm for the optical design of a space retroreflector.1) In this paper, we have improved the method introducing a hybrid technique that is a combination of a genetic algorithm and simulated annealing.  相似文献

基于激光动态散斑的时频信号,建立了一套适用于角反射器阵列的微动参数反演算法。首先利用物理光学方法推导了角反射器及角反射器阵列激光散斑的实时强度公式,然后基于短时傅里叶变换研究了散斑功率谱形成机制及其数字特征,最后提出了频谱相关法及时频-相幅变换算法,并采用该方法提取了动态散斑时频谱线周期及振幅分布,反演了三种典型运动状态下目标的自旋周期及旋转轴指向。结果表明:基于几个周期的散斑强度序列,所提反演算法可以得到高精度的旋转周期及视线角,但对旋转轴方位角的反演精度相对较差,需要更多的观测数据才能得到满意的结果。  相似文献

An acute retroreflector having dihedral angles of 45, 60 and 90 deg exactly reflects incident rays in the opposite direction. Beam pattern or wave front of the reflected light of the acute retroreflector can be controlled by tuning dihedral angles. We present here a new method for calculating the reflected wave front of the acute retroreflector, in which the wave front is calculated with high accuracy and in a shorter calculation time than by the conventional ray trace method.  相似文献

Pointing errors due to retroreflector arrays in compact common path/common mode adaptive optical systems are studied theoretically and experimentally. A mathematical expression for calculating the maximum pointing error is derived. The maximum pointing error is determined using the following factors: the number of subapertures of the retroreflector array, the RMS value of the slope of the retroreflector aberration, and the RMS and mean values of the transmitted beam intensity distribution. The principle behind the effect of the retroreflector array on the pointing error of the CP/CM system is discussed in this paper. Experimental results show that (i) the intensity nonuniformity significantly affects the pointing error, with the exception of the retroreflector aberration when the retroreflector array for the CP/CM system was designed, (ii) the pointing error can be controlled to sub-microradian levels.  相似文献

针对金属角锥反射镜的加工装配误差对传输光路的影响,研究了金属角锥反射镜二面角误差与反射光束的关系。详细分析了金属角锥反射镜表面面型及形态对反射特性的影响,并对不同角锥反射镜各个区域的反射率进行测量对比,对金属角锥反射镜的偏振特性也进行分析。研究结果表明,应用于HL-2M 装置CO2 色散干涉仪中金属角锥反射镜的表面面形加工精度应在0.3μm 之内,二面角的装调误差宜为正公差且控制在30'内,且表面镀膜的膜层牢固不易脱落。  相似文献

For the influence of the mental retroreflector processing and installation error on the optical propagation, the relationship between the dihedral angle error of the retroreflector and the reflected beam was studied. The impacts of the surface and morphology of retroreflector on reflection properties was analyzed, and the reflectivity of different retroreflector cone was measured and compared. The polarization characteristics of retroreflector was also analyzed. According to the study results, for the retroreflector in CO2 dispersion interferometer on HL-2M tokamak, the surface machining accuracy should be within 0.3μm, the dihedral angle error should be a positive tolerance and controlled within 30', the surface coating is firm and uneasy to fall off.  相似文献

A 50-cm diameter hollow cube-corner retroreflector for a space application was tested with a 60-cm interferometer. To separate the effect of sag due to gravity, the interferograms were taken at six rotational positions, with the retroreflector mounted horizontally. Spectrum distortion in a birefringent crystal-based interleaver filter introduced by the right-angle total internal reflection retroreflector is studied. The phase shift between two perpendicularly polarized components of the polarized light incident onto the retroreflector is calculated. The sensitivity of the phase shift to the incident angle for different materials from which the retroreflector is made is also considered. This study indicates that the phase shift is less sensitive to the incident angle for retroreflectors having a higher index of refraction, suggesting a fixed-phase compensator that can be used to cancel out the phase shift introduced by the retroreflector to recover the interleaver filter's spectrum. The fold-back 50 GHz channel spacing birefringent crystal interleaver filter is fabricated to demonstrate that the spectrum distortion due to the phase shift introduced by retroreflector can be eliminated by a phase compensator.  相似文献

The effective reflection area of a cube corner retroreflector is defined. It is testified for a cube corner retroreflector (CCR) that the ray reflected from a CCR is not parallel with the ray incident on the CCR undersurface. The effective reflection area of CCR is calculated when the ray incident on the CCR undersurface vertically, and the effective reflection area of a CCR is two thirds of the CCR undersurface.  相似文献

The light intensity distribution (LID) reflected by a planar corner-cube retroreflector array with the size of centimeter and above (PCCRA) is calculated based on the Collins formula, coordinate transformation matrixes and vector algebra. The expression can be used for the PCCRAs with different parameters and different complex optical systems described by ABCD matrix. The expression indicates that the LID of a PCCRA is much different from a single corner-cube retroreflector (CCR) with equivalent aperture. Computer simulations are applied to explain the expression clearly. The results show that the LID of the PCCRA is more homogeneous than the single CCR with equivalent aperture under circumstances of both normal incident light and oblique incident light. In addition, the expression is proved by comparing the simulation result of the PCCRA only comprising a single CCR and the previous experimental result.  相似文献

为了补偿激光外差干涉纳米测量中的非线性误差,提出了一种减小非线性误差的一次谐波方法。基于全反射理论分析了镀膜实体角锥棱镜反射光偏振特性,并由此推导出角锥棱镜反射光偏振特性及测量角锥棱镜以其运动方向为轴线的轴向旋转对激光外差干涉非线性误差一次谐波的影响模型。理论分析表明,测量角锥棱镜以其运动方向为轴线的轴向旋转会减小非线性误差一次谐波,当测量角锥棱镜轴向旋转97°时,可使非线性误差一次谐波达到最小,约为原有非线性误差一次谐波分量的1/20倍。当激光器出射的两束线偏振光存在6°非正交误差时,镀膜实体测量角锥棱镜轴向旋转角度从0°增加到97°,非线性误差一次谐波由5.30 nm减小到0.30 nm。  相似文献

本文基于角反射器的几何结构模型,采用矢量形式的折反射定律,推导了在不同入射条件下有效衍射区域的数学表达式.通过数值模拟的方法分析了有效衍射区域的变化规律,以及该规律对远场衍射光强空间分布的影响.结果表明,随着光束入射角的增加,有效衍射区域逐渐减小,进而导致角反射器衍射强度发散程度增加.光束方位角的引入不会改变有效衍射区域的形状和衍射强度的总能量,而只会使其各自分布旋转方位角的大小.在不考虑大气效应的情况下,根据不同入射条件对应的衍射强度分布,并结合速差补偿理论,提出了一种全新的角反射器口径设计方法.  相似文献

从现代光学角度出发,利用反射、折射定律的矢量表达式,详细分析了理想角锥棱镜对光的反射特性以及角锥棱镜存在直角误差时对其光路的影响,并用大量公式进行了理论推导和论证.同时指出要在高精度测量过程中提高检测精度,任何一个角度误差都不能忽略.该分析结果对实际工作中应用角锥棱镜作为逆向反射器所造成的误差的修正具有指导意义.  相似文献

 提出了玻璃微珠原向反射屏的剩余发散角概念和测试方法:将激光光束投射到原向反射屏,其反射回的激光光束成像到硫酸纸(接收屏)上。利用相机拍摄不同距离下原向反射屏的成像光斑,得到光斑的图像数据;并处理相应图像数据,计算出剩余发散角。通过实验测得所用的玻璃微珠原向反射屏的剩余发散角为0.447 8°。  相似文献

Cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) has been regarded as a promising technology due to high spectral efficiency. However, as large number of access points (APs) are deployed with fibers connecting to the central processing unit, the increase of energy consumption and hardware cost raise concerns. The reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) with impressing potential for low energy and cost finds a way to solve this problem. In this paper, we investigate the performance of the cell-free massive MIMO system with a RIS. As RIS can only reflect signals from the front, user equipments (UEs) and APs are divided into two categories according to their relative position with the RIS, i.e., one is on the reflection area of the RIS and the other is not. A closed-form approximation of the UE achievable downlink rate is derived. Based on it, we obtain the optimal RIS position and phase shift that can maximize the UE sum rate, through alternating optimization method. It is found that compared with the cell-free massive MIMO system without RIS, to achieve the same rate performance, the number of required AP in the RIS-assisted system can be significantly reduced. Moreover, as the RIS component increases, the number of required AP can be reduced almost linearly without rate reduction, which means the hardware and energy cost can be greatly cut down. Furthermore, from our simulation results, we can see that when users are densely distributed, the optimal location of the RIS should be closer to users. When users are uniformly distributed, the optimal position of RIS is close to the central position.  相似文献

Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy with tooth enamel is a widely used method of dosimetry. The accuracy of EPR tooth dosimetry depends on the spectrum processing procedure, the quality of which, in its turn, relies on instrumental noise and the signals from impurities. This is especially important in low-dose evaluation. The current paper suggests a method to estimate the accuracy of a specific spectrum processing procedure. The method is based on reconstruction of the radiation-induced signal (RIS) from a simulated spectrum with known RIS intensity. The Monte Carlo method was used for the simulations. The model of impurity and noise signals represents a composite residual spectrum (CRS) obtained by subtraction of the reconstructed RIS and the native background signal (BGS) from enamel spectra measured in HMGU (Neuherberg, Germany) and IMP (Yekaterinburg, Russia). The simulated spectra were deconvoluted using a standard procedure. The method provides an opportunity to compare the simulated “true” RIS with reconstructed values. Two modifications of the EPR method were considered: namely, with and without the use of the reference Mn2+ signals. It was observed that the spectrum processing procedure induces a nonlinear dose response of the reconstructed EPR amplitude when the height of the true RIS is comparable with the amplitudes of noise-like random splashes of CRS. The area of nonlinearity is below the limit of detection (DL). The use of reference Mn2+ signals can reduce the range of nonlinearity. However, the impact of the intensities of CRS random signals on nonlinearity is two times higher than the one observed when the reference signals were not used. The reproducibility of the software response is also dependent on both the amplitude of the CRS and the use of a reference signal, and it is also two times more sensitive to the amplitude of the CRS. In most EPR studies, all of the data are used, even those for which the dose value is lower than the DL. This study shows that low doses evaluated with the help of linear dose–response can be significantly overestimated. It is recommended that linear dose response calibration curves be constructed using only data above the DL. Data below the DL should be interpreted cautiously.  相似文献
