波前功率谱密度(PSD)被用于评价ICF激光驱动器光学元件在中频区域的波前误差。目前主要采用大口径相移干涉仪检测ICF光学元件的波前畸变,通过付立叶变换获得波前的PSD分布。相移干涉仪在较高空间频率分量的测量上存在失真效应,因此需对干涉仪的空间频率传递函数进行校准。本文采用位相比较法测量大口径相移干涉仪的系统传递函数。我们采用衍射光学元件的制造工艺,设计、制作了标准的透射和反射位相元件,比较理论计算值与实测PSD值,分别获得了大口径相移干涉仪透射、反射测量模式的系统传递函数。 相似文献

波前功率谱密度PSD(Power Spectral Density)能定量给出波前畸变的空间频率分布、限定波纹度和粗糙度指标,全面反映ICF驱动器对高功率激光光学元件加工质量的特殊要求。给出了波前功率谱密度PSD的定义及计算方法,并使用大口径相移干涉仪作为波前检测仪器,对光学磷酸盐钕玻璃透射波前进行了测试实验,获得波前一维PSD分布,证实功率谱密度为高功率激光光学元件波前参数的一种有效表征方式。同时,还对PSD与均方根RMS之间的关系进行了初步的讨论。 相似文献

为了解决大口径光学元件面形高精度测量问题,建立了拼接测量系统,通过测量得到整体表面面形。在拼接测量过程中,需要将待测面形进行划分,按着一定的顺序进行测量,再根据各个子口径之间的相对位置进行拼接。各个子口径存在重叠部分,采用均化的处理方法会导致高频面形数据的丢失。采用小波变换的拼接重叠区域融合方法可以减少高频数据的丢失。首先,对各个子口径的重叠区域分别进行小波变换得到低频和高频系数矩阵;然后,根据不同的方法对低频和高频系数矩阵进行融合得到新的系数矩阵;最后,通过小波逆变换得到整体面形。对尺寸为120 mm×40 mm的长方形反射镜面形进行拼接干涉测量,并用功率谱密度对本文方法和平均融合结果进行客观比较。实验结果表明,该方法可以保留更多的高频面形数据。 相似文献

大口径光学元件中频波前的准确评价已成为高功率激光系统中关注的焦点,元件中频波前均方根值是重要评价指标之一。根据波前中频检测频段及波前检测设备频响特性,将波前的中频区域分为两个检测频段,分别采用干涉仪和光学轮廓仪实现了中频波前均方根值的检测。采用大口径干涉仪可实现全口径波前中频区域低频段波前的检测,通过比对大口径干涉仪和采用小口径干涉仪结合分块融合平均方法的检测结果,提出采用分块融合平均方法也可检测相应频段全口径波前均方根。采用光学轮廓仪通过离散采样的方法检测大口径元件中频区域高频段波前均方根,针对不同离散采样方式的实验结果表明:33的采样方式能满足对410 mm410 mm口径元件中频区域高频段波前均方根的检测。 相似文献

Multiangle dynamic light scattering (MDLS) is used to determine particle size distributions (PSDs). The angular intensity weighting coefficients used in the inversion of the PSD data affect dramatically the PSD recovered. Noise in the weighting factors gives rise to poor PSD results. A modified Chahine method, which is insensitive to the noise of the weighting coefficients, is developed for estimating the PSD from MDLS. The method was evaluated through simulated examples that involved unimodal and bimodal PSDs of different shapes and employed for estimating two bimodal PSDs obtained by mixing two standard polystyrene latexes. For comparison, all examples were also analyzed using a nonnegatively-constrained Tikhonov regularization technique typically used for inverting ill-conditioned linear problems. The PSDs estimated by the proposed modified Chahine method were more accurate than those obtained by the Tikhonov technique. 相似文献

A numerical method is proposed for the characterization of core–shell spherical particles from static light scattering (SLS) measurements. The method is able to estimate the core size distribution (CSD) and the particle size distribution (PSD), through the following two-step procedure: (i) the estimation of the bivariate core–particle size distribution (C–PSD), by solving a linear ill-conditioned inverse problem through a generalized Tikhonov regularization strategy, and (ii) the calculation of the CSD and the PSD from the estimated C–PSD. First, the method was evaluated on the basis of several simulated examples, with polystyrene–poly(methyl methacrylate) core–shell particles of different CSDs and PSDs. Then, two samples of hematite–Yttrium basic carbonate core–shell particles were successfully characterized. In all analyzed examples, acceptable estimates of the PSD and the average diameter of the CSD were obtained. Based on the single-scattering Mie theory, the proposed method is an effective tool for characterizing core–shell colloidal particles larger than their Rayleigh limits without requiring any a-priori assumption on the shapes of the size distributions. Under such conditions, the PSDs can always be adequately estimated, while acceptable CSD estimates are obtained when the core/shell particles exhibit either a high optical contrast, or a moderate optical contrast but with a high ‘average core diameter’/‘average particle diameter’ ratio. 相似文献

为了实现高精度大口径平行光管波前检测,评价平行光管出射波前质量,提出了采用差分五棱镜扫描波前检测方法检测平行光管.该方法为五棱镜扫描法的优化方法,通过测量波前斜率的改变得到波前曲率的信息来重构波前,从而消除由于五棱镜扫描法波前检测中质心标定不准确而引入的倾斜和离焦的误差量.通过搭建差分五棱镜扫描法波前检测系统验证了此方法的可行性,并给出差分五棱镜扫描法误差分析说明此方法可靠性.误差分析表明,该方法检测精度可以达到10.54 nm;实验结果表明,该方法相比于五棱镜扫描法分别在波面峰谷值(PV)和均方根值(RMS)的重复性精度上提高了74.41%和125.81%.该方法基本满足平行光管波前检测精度高、稳定性好的要求,可以客观准确地评价平行光管出射波前质量. 相似文献

The structural heterogeneity of synthetic phosphoric acid activated carbons has been analyzed using pore-size distributions (PSDs) obtained from nitrogen at −196 °C and carbon dioxide at 0 °C isotherms. PSDs where obtained by the BET–Kelvin method. It is shown that the BET–Kelvin method is in good agreement with DFT and provides a fast means for assessment of the porous structure of adsorbents. PSDs obtained by the BET–Kelvin method using different adsorbates give results consistent with each other. Due to the restricted pressure range for carbon dioxide adsorption isotherm the PSD gives information only about pores in the micropore range. The agreement between different methods is better for small micropores. 相似文献
