采用二维粒子图像测速仪(2DPIV)对槽道内涡波流场进行实验研究,用POD技术对2DPIV瞬态速度矢量场进行主导模态重构,得到槽道内的平均流速和湍流动能分布;采用大涡PIV方法对湍流动能耗散率分布进行计算.结果表明:重构流场表征了原始流场的主导结构,剔除了噪声等干扰信息;大涡PIV方法能有效地估算动能耗散率的分布;湍流动能在壁面附近较小,在接近槽道中心区域湍流动能越来越大,呈现出射流的特征;动能耗散率的峰值出现在壁面附近和槽道中心区域,动能耗散率随着远离壁面程度的增加先降低后逐渐增加直至达到峰值.  相似文献

旋流杯燃烧室流场的数值与试验研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文在任意曲线坐标系下对旋流杯环形燃烧室冷态和两相燃烧全流程流场进行数值研究。采用RNG k-ε湍流模型,EBU-Arrhenius燃烧模型和六通量辐射模型模拟湍流燃烧过程;采用颗粒轨道模型模拟两相流动。为了验证数学模型与计算方法,本文还采用PIV测量燃烧室火焰筒内冷、热态流场,利用温度耙测量燃烧室出口温度径向分布,所得的计算值与试验数据符合较好,表明所用的各数学模型合理、计算方法可行,所得研究结果可为该类燃烧室的优化设计提供有用的依据。  相似文献

用谱方法数值模拟槽道内的气固两相流动   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在数值模拟领域内,谱方法具有收敛快、分辨率高和精度高的优点.谱方法处理边界方便,随着数值方法的改善和计算机的发展,它在数值模拟中的作用愈加重要.这里采用谱方法数值求解三维N—S方程,用这一方法计算了直槽道内流体的流动.计算得到的层流和湍流结果与理论结果符合地较好.在此基础之上进一步模拟了几种不同槽道内的三维粘性流体层流流动,特别在弯曲槽道内的流动计算中,发展了源项处理方法,正确地反映了弯曲固壁对流体流动的影响.通过对湍流计算获得的脉动速度场的统计可以得到湍流运动的许多统计量,正确地反映了湍流运动的特征,说明可以用模拟得到的流场来代替真实的流场.进行了气固两相流动的研究,由直接模拟得到的流体瞬时速度场对固体粒子的作用进行了粒子运动的模拟计算,得到了颗粒在真实流场中运动的浓度,轨道等有用信息和运动特性,得到了令人鼓舞的结果.  相似文献

运用粒子成像测速仪(PIV)对壁面雷诺数为Re_τ=430、质量载荷为0.25×10~(-3)~5×10~(-3)的110μm聚乙烯颗粒加入前后的水平槽道湍流变动进行了研究。实验结果表明低载荷下气相湍流变动源于颗粒对湍流拟序结构的作用。颗粒的存在抑制了湍流拟序结构的发展,使得湍流准流向结构长度减小、猝发频率降低、猝发强度减弱;另外,颗粒尾涡脱落还导致了壁面附近的气相剪切雷诺应力增强。  相似文献

本文采用PDPA设备测量了不同材料(玻璃微珠和铜粉)、不同粒径(250μm和75μm)颗粒存在的条件下,两相圆湍射流中气相湍流度的分布.给出了喷口附近两相流中气相湍流度变化的规律.测量结果表明在喷口附近区域,速度梯度的变化是影响气相湍流度变化的主要因素.  相似文献

本文运用粒子图像速度场测量仪(PIV)对水平槽道气固两相湍流边界层进行研究.实验雷诺数为Rer=444,选用两种粒径分别为60μm和110μm的聚乙烯颗粒作为固相,质量载荷控制在1×10-3.实验结果表明即便在较低载荷下,固相颗粒的存在仍然能比较明显地改变边界层的湍流属性以及拟序结构,而且可以发现在近壁面颗粒会削弱流向的湍流强度以及雷诺剪切应力.  相似文献

本文从汽相通道V型槽道内液态工质的分布规律入手,对不同V型槽结构内液态工质的分布进行了分析,得到了汽相通道的温度分布规律以及V型槽结构与热管最大工作能力的基本关系,对热管在微重力条件下的工作特性进行了模拟计算,从理论上印证了实验中观察到的基本现象,并结合实验研究提出了优化热管内V型槽道结构的基本方案。  相似文献

本文应用高速摄像技术对螺杆槽道内气液两相流的结构特征进行可视化研究。分析了螺杆槽道内三个视角下的气液两相流型图的变化趋势,并将螺杆槽道的气液两相流型图与Taitel流型图的流型转换边界进行对比分析。在均相流一维的压降计算模型的基础上,本文通过实验数据拟合得到螺杆槽道全液相摩阻倍增系数,分析质量含气率及液体流速对螺杆槽道压降的影响。  相似文献

本文提出了两相流气相湍流变动的双时间尺度耗散模型,包括气相耗散率的双时间尺度耗散模型和两相速度关联的双时间尺度各向异性耗散模型。用所提出封闭模型模拟了旋流数为0.47的气粒两相流动,发现所提出的湍流变动模型对气相脉动速度的预报结果比原有的单时间尺度模型的预报结果有明显的改进,但是颗粒尾涡的作用仍然需要进一步研究。  相似文献

本文将统一二阶矩两相湍流模型和颗粒动力学理论结合,推导并封闭了稠密两相流考虑颗粒间碰撞的统一二阶矩两相湍流模型。该模型用颗粒动力学理论模拟颗粒之间的碰撞,用各向异性的统一二阶矩模型考虑气相和颗粒相的湍流脉动,并用输运方程描述气固两相湍流之间的相互作用。最后用该模型对下降管中的气粒两相流动进行了模拟,模拟所得的沿径向颗粒浓度分布和速度分布与实验吻合较好,预报结果也反应出了颗粒雷诺应力的各向异性。  相似文献

Particle modulation to turbulence is investigated experimentally by means of PDPA, PIV and flow visualization for a gas-particle two-phase jet flow. Large particles can enhance the small-scale vortex, so that gas-phase turbulence intensity is increased, while small particles may delay the rolling up of the gas vortex, so that gas-phase turbulence intensity is attenuated. The critical particle size range for such different effects is between 150 σm and 200 σm, corresponding to the Stokes number is between 88 and 157 under the present flow conditions. The PIV results show small particles can retain the gas-phase vortex structure, while large particles can break large vortex structure. The particle Stokes number is not the only judgment standard whether particles enhance or attenuate gas-phase turbulence. The CTI (Change of Turbulence Intensity) number can mark off particle modulation on turbulence in two-phase flow, but more studies are needed.  相似文献

本文由流体-颗粒速度的拉氏联合概率密度函数(PDF)输运方程出发,用Simonin建议的Langevin模型封闭颗粒所遇到流体瞬时速度的条件期望项,并用Monte Carlo方法直接求解 PDF输运方程,将其和求解流体雷诺应力方程模型的有限差分方法结合,建立了雷诺应力-拉氏PDF(DSM-LPDF,简称DL)两相湍流模型.用此模型模拟了旋流数为0.47的突扩旋流气粒两相流动,并与文献中PDPA实验和用类似于单相流动湍流模型封闭方法的时平均统一二阶矩(USM)模型的预报进行了对比.  相似文献

用雷诺应力方程模型和极细的网格系对单个颗粒受湍流气体绕流进行了数值模拟,研究了改变颗粒直径和气体相对速度时颗粒增强气体湍流的规律.据此构造了颗粒尾涡增强气体湍流的新模型.将此子模型加入到两相流动模型中,对竖直和水平通道内气粒两相流动进行了数值模拟,和实验结果的对照表明,考虑颗粒尾涡增强气体湍流效应得到的气体湍流脉动速度的模拟结果比不考虑此效应的模拟结果好得多.  相似文献

The paper focuses on the turbulence modulation problem in gas–particle flow with the use of probability density function(PDF) approach. By means of the PDF method, a general statistical moment turbulence modulation model without considering the trajectory difference between two phases is derived from the Navier–Stokes equations. A new turbulence production term induced by the dispersed-phase is analyzed and considered. Furthermore, the trajectory difference between two media is taken into account. Subsequently, a new k–ε turbulence modulation model in dilute particle-laden flow is successfully set up. Then, the changes to several terms, including the turbulence production, dissipation, and diffusion terms, are well described consequently. The promoted model provides a more probable explanation for the modification of particles on the turbulence. Finally, we applied the model to simulate a gas–particle turbulence flow case in a wall jet, and found that the simulation results agree well with the experimental data.  相似文献

本文利用基于复合网格系统的计算方法,对Re=50~1200的近壁插入圆柱流场进行数值模拟,研究过渡流状态下在壁面附近插入圆柱对下游壁面传热强化的影响。并基于低速循环水槽流动实验台,采用粒子成像测试法(PIV)对Re=100~500的近壁插入圆柱流场进行可视化实验研究,验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。研究结果表明:近壁插入圆柱流场在Re=100时进入过渡流状态;Re直接影响圆柱尾流中周期性涡脱和壁面涡岛的发生位置及其洗刷效应的大小,随着Re的增大,洗刷效应明显增强,因而,过渡流范围内Re越大,圆柱下游壁面传热强化越大。  相似文献

The flow fields for a sphere sedimenting through a Newtonian and two non-Newtonian liquids near a wall in a square tank are investigated using 3-D stereoscopic particle image velocimetry (PIV) and line integral convolution (LIC) methods. The PIV data were taken using an angular stereoscopic configuration with tilt and shift arrangements for the Scheimpflug condition and a pair of liquid correction prisms. Data were recorded from planes perpendicular and parallel to the wall for each fluid case over a range of distances from the wall. The PIV and LIC results highlight significant differences in the wake structure for all three cases. Out of plane flow was also found to persist up to two sphere diameters downstream in the wake for all cases.  相似文献

A number of experimental studies have inferred the existence of packets of inclined, hairpinlike vortices in wall turbulence on the basis of observations made in two-dimensional x−y planes using visualization and particle image velocimetry (PIV). However, there are very few observations of hairpins in existing three-dimensional studies made using direct numerical simulation (DNS), and no such study claims to have revealed packets. We demonstrate, for the first time, the existence of hairpin vortex packets in DNS of turbulent flow. The vortex packet structure found in the present study at low Reynolds number,Re t=300, is consistent with and substantiates the observations and the results from twodimensional PIV measurements at higher Reynolds numbers in channel, pipe and boundary layer flows. Thus, the evidence supports the view that vortex packets are a universal feature of wall turbulence, independent of effects due to boundary layer trips or critical conditions in the aforementioned numerical studies. Visualization of the DNS velocity field and vortices also shows the close association of hairpin packets with long low-momentum streaks and the regions of high Reynolds shear stress.  相似文献

The effects of the micro-ramps on supersonic turbulent flow over a forward-facing step(FFS) was experimentally investigated in a supersonic low-noise wind tunnel at Mach number 3 using nano-tracer planar laser scattering(NPLS)and particle image velocimetry(PIV) techniques. High spatiotemporal resolution images and velocity fields of supersonic flow over the testing model were captured. The fine structures and their spatial evolutionary characteristics without and with the micro-ramps were revealed and compared. The large-scale structures generated by the micro-ramps can survive the downstream FFS flowfield. The micro-ramps control on the flow separation and the separation shock unsteadiness was investigated by PIV results. With the micro-ramps, the reduction in the range of the reversal flow zone in streamwise direction is 50% and the turbulence intensity is also reduced. Moreover, the reduction in the average separated region and in separation shock unsteadiness are 47% and 26%, respectively. The results indicate that the micro-ramps are effective in reducing the flow separation and the separation shock unsteadiness.  相似文献

Abstract  

An experimental study to evaluate dynamic structures of flow motion and turbulence characteristics in bubble-driven water flow in a rectangular tank with a varying flow rate of compressed air is conducted. Liquid flow fields are measured by time-resolved particle image velocimetry (PIV) with fluorescent tracer particles to eliminate diffused reflections, and by an image intensifier to acquire enhanced clean particle images. By proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) analysis, the energy distributions of spatial and temporal modes are acquired. Time-averaged velocity and turbulent kinetic energy distributions are varied with the air flow rates. With increasing Reynolds number, bubble-induced turbulent motion becomes dominant rather than the recirculating flow near the side wall. Detailed spatial structures and the unsteady behavior of dominant dynamic modes associated with turbulent kinetic energy distributions are addressed.  相似文献
