采用格林函数方法给出了三相复合材料的磁电系数的解析式,对稀土-铁合金/压电陶瓷/高分子(Terfenol-D/PZT/PVDF)三相颗粒复合材料的磁电系数进行了计算.计算结果给出了复合材料的磁电性能与材料显微结构的关系,包括三相颗粒复合材料的磁电性能随组分、颗粒的长径比、PZT颗粒的电极化方向以及外磁场的变化趋势,可为实验设计提供参考和指导.通过合理设计,三相磁电复合材料的性能可以达到数百mV/A.作为一种新的磁电复合材料,三相颗粒复合材料有望成为一种新型高性能易制备的磁电材料.

磁致伸缩和压电复合材料通过机械力作用可获得较大的磁电效应,由Terfenol-D粉末与树脂黏接剂构成压磁相,和压电陶瓷PZT黏结在一起,形成1-3型柱状阵列结构,可获得很大的磁电转换系数.采用有限元方法,对此结构的复合材料进行静态分析.复合材料的介电常数和磁电系数的计算结果和实验数值一致,得到样品中应力、应变和电极化分布情况及其关系,并给出进一步提高磁电转换系数的途径,该种复合方式有望成为一种新型高性能的磁电结构.

研制了一种嵌套式高频宽带复合材料换能器,利用1-3型压电复合材料Q值较低、频带较宽的特点,采用组合式的结构拓展换能器的工作带宽。通过切割框型压电陶瓷、灌注环氧树脂得到压电复合材料框型敏感元件,再将不同厚度的框型敏感元件沿轴向嵌套从而制成多层嵌套的压电复合材料敏感元件。建立1-3型压电复合材料中压电小柱的等效电路,根据等效电路计算出压电小柱的谐振频率,并与1-3型压电复合材料的谐振频率理论计算结果进行对比。通过ANSYS软件对敏感元件结构进行仿真,并根据仿真结果确定了敏感元件的最佳设计方案。最终制作出的换能器进行水下测试,该换能器的谐振频率为310kHz,最大发送电压响应为188.5dB,-3dB带宽可达130kHz,接收灵敏度最大可达-186.8dB,-3dB带宽可达90kHz,谐振频率处-3dB的指向性开角约为2.4°。该嵌套式敏感元件可实现换能器宽带发射与接收声波的目标。 相似文献

通过建立统计的二阶双尺度计算方法,预测了非一致随机分布复合材料结构的力学参数,包括刚度参数和弹性极限强度参数.所谓非一致随机分布复合材料结构,是指在整个结构中夹杂随机分布,但分布特征并不是处处相同,而是逐渐变化的,从而导致材料在宏观上具有随着位置连续变化的力学性能.描述了一致和非一致随机分布复合材料结构的特征及其细观表征方法,并建立了统计的二阶双尺度计算公式,讨论了材料的弹性极限强度准则.最后,针对不同的非一致随机分布复合材料,预测了材料的力学参数并与实验数据进行了对比.结果表明,统计的二阶双尺度方法对于预测非一致随机分布复合材料的力学参数是有效的.

The equilibrium structure of a three-phase contact line with negative line tension using a mean-field free-energy functional is calculated in the square-gradient approximation. The equilibrium density profiles are found by solving the Euler—Lagrange equations on a square grid of N 2 points covering an area of L 2. The fluctuations about the equilibrium structure are analysed via the spectrum of the free energy's second functional derivative. The equilibrium configuration is found to be stable with respect to fluctuations in the structure of the three-phase line and of the interfaces that meet at this line. In addition, the behaviour is investigated numerically of the lowest eigenvalue as the area of the grid is increased. The lowest eigenvalue is always positive and vanishes as 1/L 2. 相似文献

To fully release the potential of wide bandgap(WBG)semiconductors and achieve high energy density and efficiency,a carbonyl iron soft magnetic composite(SMC)with an easy plane-like structure is prepared.Due to this structure,the permeability of the composite increases by 3 times(from 7.5 to 21.5)at 100 MHz compared with to the spherical carbonyl iron SMC,and the permeability changes little at frequencies below 100 MHz.In addition,the natural resonance frequency of the composite shifts to higher frequencies at 1.7 GHz.The total core losses of the composites at 10,20,and 30 m T are80.0,355.3,and 810.7 m W/cm3,respectively,at 500 k Hz.Compared with the spherical carbonyl iron SMC,the core loss at500 k Hz is reduced by more than 60%.Therefore,this kind of soft magnetic composite with an easy plane-like structure is a good candidate for unlocking the potential of WBG semiconductors and developing the next-generation power electronics. 相似文献

三聚氰胺泡沫材料是一种具有高开孔率的多孔材料,具备优良的吸音、防火隔热及环保性能,可以作为吸声材料与弹性板、空腔介质形成复合结构,在建筑、航空、交通工具等工程领域有广泛的应用。该文基于Biot理论和分层介质在交界面处的不同边界条件,建立非均匀复合介质背衬刚性壁面结构的理论声学模型,详细分析了多孔材料布局对复合结构吸声特性的影响。该文理论模型计算的结果与阻抗实验得到的垂直入射吸声系数基本一致,验证了理论模型的正确性。结果表明:在多孔材料前面增加空气层可以改善高频吸声特性;在多孔材料后面增加空气层可以改善复合结构低频吸声特性。通过合理配置多孔材料,可以在应用需求频段上达到满意的吸声效果。 相似文献

采用高温还原技术,以SnO2,SbO3为原料,分别以葡萄糖、中间相碳微球(MCMB)作为还原剂,制备了两种结构的SnSb/C复合材料,并对比了它们的形貌和电化学性能.采用X射线衍射技术、拉曼技术、扫描电子显微镜技术对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征,并且通过测试恒电流充放电曲线、循环伏安曲线和交流阻抗谱分析了材料的电化学性能.实验结果表明:葡萄糖作为还原剂时,形成以合金颗粒为内核,絮状碳壳均匀包裹的微米球状结构,首次放电比容量为793.379 mA·h·g-1,循环50周后仍维持在449.987 mA·h·g-1;而以MCMB作为还原剂时,形成合金颗粒与MCMB混合共存并部分包覆的结构,首次放电比容量为1164.938 mA·h·g-1,50周后的比容量仅有290.807 mA·h·g-1. 相似文献

对适用于机敏结构的表面等离子体波光纤传感器进行了初步的研究。将这种光纤传感器埋入复合材料结构就构成了所谓机敏结构。这种机敏结构既可进行复合材料的固化监测,又可进行应变检测。有利于传感器数量的减少和布置的简化,减少了传感元件的埋入对结构本身性能的影响。可以充分发挥光纤传感器对结构进行全过程监测的优点,具有广泛的应用前景。 相似文献

Second harmonic generation (SHG) from a short-period structure composed of alternating antiferromagnetic (AF) and ionic-crystal layers is investigated, where the generated harmonic waves are situated in the far-infrared range and attributed to the magnetically nonlinear interaction in AF layers. The presence of a kind of appropriate ionic-crystal layers in the structure can support negative refraction for the pumping wave and positive refraction for the SH wave, so the SHG is greatly amplified in the vicinity of each AF resonant frequency. For the composite structure FeF2/TlBr, we found that the SH output is about 8 times higher than that of the FeF2 bulk in the same frequency range. 相似文献

The tunable magneto-optic modulation of magnetic fluid under external magnetic field, achieved by adjusting the polarization direction of incident light, is investigated theoretically and experimentally in this work. The corresponding modulation depth and response time are obtained.
