噪声的消除一直是微弱信号检测和处理中尤为重要的一个环节.从小波变换的角度出发,利用了小波变换在时、频两域都具有表征信号局部特征的能力,对心磁信号这种典型的微弱信号进行了消噪处理.实验中的心磁数据是单通道高温超导量子干涉磁强计测得.理论分析和实验结果表明,这种方法能有效地提高输出信噪比,同时也适合于其他非平稳信号的消噪. 关键词: 小波变换 心磁 消噪  相似文献

将心磁信号从干扰噪声中加以提取并有效地消除噪声干扰是心磁信号处理中尤为重要的环节 .从改进算法的角度出发,提出互补型自适应滤波器结构以实现心磁信号的消噪处理.该滤波器针对心磁这类非平稳信号进行设计,有效地解决了常规自适应滤波器应用于心磁信号处理时收敛速度和稳态误差的矛盾.通过仿真实验和心磁实验结果表明,该算法能有效地消除心磁信号的背景噪声和工频干扰噪声.同时该算法也可用于其他非平稳信号的消噪处理. 关键词: 自适应滤波 心磁图 最小均方误差  相似文献

Considering the properties of slow change and quasi-periodicity of magnetocardiography (MCG) signal, we use an integrated technique of adaptive and low-pass filtering in dealing with two-channel MCG data measured by high $T_{\rm c}$ SQUIDs. The adaptive filter in the time domain is based on a noise feedback normalized least-mean-square (NLMS) algorithm, and the low-pass filter with a cutoff at 100Hz in the frequency domain characterized by Gaussian functions is combined with a notch at the power line frequency. In this way, both relevant and irrelevant noises in original MCG data are largely eliminated. The method may also be useful for other slowly varying quasi-periodical signals.  相似文献

Fetal magnetocardiography (MCG) is a sophisticated non-invasive technique for the fetal heart diagnosis. We constructed a multichannel fetal MCG system based on a novel superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) direct readout scheme called SQUID bootstrap circuit (SBC). The system incorporates four SBC gradiometers for the signal detection and three SBC magnetometers as the references. The fetal MCG signal at a 28-weeks’ gestation was measured. By the fetal MCG signal separation and average, the P-wave and QRS complex can be clearly identified. These results indicate that the SBC is one of the most promising techniques for the fetal MCG recordings.  相似文献

We propose a quantum teleportation scheme for tripartite entangled coherent state (ECS) with continuous variable. Our scheme is feasible and economical in the sense that we need only linear optical devices such as beam splitters, phase shifters and photon detectors and employ three bipartite maximally ECSs as quantum channels. We also generalize the tripartite scheme into multipartite ease and calculate the minimum average fidelity for the schemes in tripartite and multipartite cases.  相似文献

A scheme is proposed for implementing a controlled-NOT gate via superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) in cavity-QED. The controlled-NOT gate can be achieved by coupling the SQUID to a single-mode microwave cavity field or classical microwave pluses. The scheme may be experimentally realizable.  相似文献

A photonic crystal fibre (PCF) with zero-dispersion wavelength around 800 nm is designed and fabricated. Simulated results show that the zero-dispersion wavelength of fundamental mode for this PCF is at 826nm, and phase-matched four-wave mixing can be achieved in fundamental mode. Using 20ors Ti:sapphire laser with central wavelength at 810nm as pump, the anti-Stokes line around 610hm & generated efficiently. The output signal has a Gaussian-like profile, which indicates that the anti-Stokes signal is in the fundamental mode of the PCF. The energy of anti-Stokes signal is higher than that of residual pump laser and the maximum ratio of the anti-Stokes signal to the pump component in the output spectrum is estimated to be 1.2.  相似文献

The electromagnetic field of a human heart system is a bioelectromagnetic field. Electrocardiography (ECG) and magnetocardiography (MCG) are both carriers of electromagnetic information about the cardiac system,and they are nonstationary signals. In this study,ECG and MCG data from healthy subjects are acquired; the MCG data are captured using a high-T c radio frequency superconducting quantum interference device (HTc rf SQUIDs) and the QRS complexes in these data are analysed by the evolutionary spectrum analysis method. The results show that the quality factor Q and the central frequency f z of the QRS complex evolutionary spectrum are the characteristic parameters (CHPs) of ECG and MCG in the time-frequency domain. The confidence intervals of the mean values of the CHPs are estimated by the Student t distribution method in mathematical statistics. We believe that there are threshold ranges of the mean values of Q and f z for healthy subjects. We have postulated the following criterion: if the mean values of CHPs are in the proper ranges,the cardiac system is in a normal condition and it possesses the capability of homeostasis. In contrast,if the mean values of the CHPs do not lie in the proper ranges,the homeostasis of the cardiac system is lacking and some cardiac disease may follow. The results and procedure of MCG CHPs in the study afford a technological route for the application of HTc rf SQUIDs in cardiology.  相似文献

This study presents a contribution to the tracking of a moving target during high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment. Indeed, HIFU has proved to be highly efficient in inducing homogeneous and reproducible tumor destruction by thermal coagulation necrosis. However, accurate targeting of human abdominal tumors is difficult to maintain due to the motion induced by breathing. An algorithm is presented to track a region of interest of fixed size in a sequence of images. This algorithm was evaluated on synthetic data and on in vivo sequences of ultrasound liver images acquired using 12 MHz ultrasound imaging probe at a rate of 16 frames/s.The algorithm presented here was derived from the non-linear constant brightness assumption. Since the motion was smooth it was possible to reduce the space of admissible displacements; hence the number of unknown parameters was small compared with the size of the data. The optimal displacement was estimated by a Gauss-Newton method, and the matrix required at each step was assembled by reading the data only once. This algorithm was applied to simulated data, where the true displacement was known and a precise evaluation was possible. The relative error was about 2%. The algorithm was also applied to a video sequence of sonograms acquired during in vivo experiments. These trials were conducted on porcine liver since its size and physiology are similar to humans. Movements were induced by breathing and heart-beating. Two particular frequencies representing breathing (0.26 Hz) and heart beat (1.14 Hz) were identified in the estimated displacement and were correlated with the monitored breathing (0.27 Hz) and electrocardiograms (1.28 Hz). In addition, a region of interest (ROI) modeling the focal zone of a HIFU transducer was tracked along time. Therefore this study provides a mean of determining the location of the targeted region in vivo during HIFU treatments. This can be applied to correct the location of the focal zone accordingly. This method can preferentially be applied to the liver or to any other moving organ.  相似文献

提出了一种基于数据重置最小均方算法的自适应数字滤波器, 并将其应用于抑制心磁信号的背景噪声. 数值模拟结果表明该滤波器对于相关噪声,尤其是有幅值变化和时间延迟的情况, 有很强的抑制效果. 该滤波器有很宽的带宽.利用它可以使心磁信号的信噪比提高到器件的本征噪声水平. 利用周期平均的方法进一步提高信噪比, 对滤波前后心磁信号的频谱进行了分析.  相似文献

We present the generation of six-particle Greenberger Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states via deterministic entanglement concentration and generalize the scheme to the case of 2N particles. We show that arbitrary 2N-particle GHZ states can be obtained with certain probability via entanglement concentration. This may provide a new perspective for the preparation of multi-particle GHZ states. This study is also an exploration on the theory of deterministic entanglement concentration.  相似文献

Field aligned current (FAC) distribution in the plasma sheet boundary layers (PSBLs) in the magnetotail is studied statistically by analysing magnetic field data from the Cluster 4-point measurements. The results show that the FAC distribution on the dusk side is not the same as that on the dawn side in the magnetotail. On the each side earthward and tailward, FA C occurrences are different; occurrence and average current density of FA Cs in the northern hemisphere are different from those in the southern hemisphere. This implies that the FACs have dusk-dawn side asymmetry, polarity asymmetry and inter hemisphere difference in the magnetotail. The present results give a good observation evidence for study on the FAC mechanism.  相似文献

In this paper, we have developed an algorithm based on singular value decomposition (SVD) for matrix. And the novel SVD algorithm with normalized period of cardiac cycles is presented. The results from real magnetocardiography (MCG) data processing show that the new algorithm is better than the standard one not only in suppressing noises, but also in providing high-fidelity MCG signals.  相似文献

The use of multi-channel coils can efficiently increase the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of magnetic resonance spectroscopy data if the signals from multiple channels are optimally combined. Combining multi-channel signals requires proper alignment of the phases of the signals from each of the elements of the coil and then accurately weighting the summation of those signals. We present a procedure for acquiring proton magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) data using an eight-channel coil without water suppression and a rapid and robust method that uses unsuppressed water signal as a reference both for aligning the phases and for weighting the summation of signals that originate in the multiple coil elements. We use both computer simulation and in vivo proton MRSI data to demonstrate the advantages of our method for optimizing the SNR of the combined signal compared with the SNRs of signals that were acquired either using a standard volume head coil or using an eight-channel coil with a metabolite signal as the reference for combination.  相似文献

在对预编码、调制和编码过程进行改进的基础上,提出了一种利用一个双臂马赫-曾德尔铌酸锂调制器和一个电信号时延器产生可调占空比和消光比的光暗脉冲归零码二进制信号的新方案。实验证明这种信号能用传统的二进制强度调制-直接检测系统的接收机进行检测。实验得到了在调节电信号时延器时速率为2.5 Gbit/s的光暗脉冲归零码二进制信号的频谱变化规律,以及占空比分别为0.25,0.35,0.60和0.80时光暗脉冲归零码二进制信号的误码率和眼图。此外,利用该方案产生的光暗脉冲归零码二进制信号可以作为标记在光标记交换网络中得到应用。  相似文献

Na+with both residual quadrupolar coupling and biexponential relaxation contributes to the signal acquired from DQF-4, while only Na+with residual quadrupolar coupling contributes to the signal acquired with the Jeener–Broekaert sequence. Since RF phases and flip angles for DQF-4 and Jeener-Broekaert sequences are identical, these different types of signals can be generated simultaneously. A phase-cycling scheme is developed to differentiate the signals corresponding to residual quadrupolar coupling and biexponential relaxation after the signals are acquired by use of the same RF sequences. This technique can maximize the attainable information from Na+in biological tissues in a given acquisition time.  相似文献

In this work, using multiple co-flows we demonstrate in-situ encapsulation of nano-particles, liquids and/or gases in different structural morphologies, which can also be deposited in a designated pattern by a direct write method and surface modification can be controlled to release encapsulated material. The range of possibilities offered by exposing a material solution to an applied electric field can result in a plethora of structures which can accommodate a whole host of biomedical applications from microfluidic devices (microchannels, loaded with various materials), printed 3D structures and patterns, lab-on-a-chip devices to encapsulated materials (capsules, tubes, fibres, dense multi-layered fibrous networks) for drug delivery and tissue engineering. The structures obtained in this way can vary in size from micrometer to the nanometer range and the processing is viable for all states of matter. The work shown demonstrates some novel structures and methodologies for processing a biomaterial.  相似文献

Surface modification of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films was performed with l-arginine (l-Arg) to gain an improved anticoagulant surface. The surface chemistry changes of modified films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy. The in vitro anticoagulant activities of the surface-modified PET films were evaluated by blood clotting test, hemolytic test, and the measurement of clotting time including plasma recalcification time (PRT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), and prothrombin time (PT). The data of blood coagulation index (BCI) for l-arginine modified PET films (PET-Arg) was larger than that for PET at the same blood-sample contact time. The hemolysis ratio for PET-Arg was less than that for PET and within the accepted standard for biomaterials. The PRT and APTT for PET-Arg were significantly prolonged by 189 s and 25 s, respectively, compared to those for the unmodified PET. All results suggested that the currently described modification method could be a possible candidate to create antithrombogenic PET surfaces which would be useful for further medical applications.  相似文献
