基于光相位调制的核信号读出方法将探测器信号调制进光纤中,并使用光纤作为模拟信号的传输介质。在该读出方案中,调制驱动模块负责载波信号的产生及放大,是该方案读出电子学系统的重要组成部分。为了产生低相位噪声,幅度大且幅度可调的载波信号,本工作提出了基于锁相环的载波产生电路和基于MMIC射频放大器的载波放大电路的设计方案,该方案结构简单,尺寸小,性能优异。对载波产生电路使用了ADIsimPLL仿真软件进行了环路滤波器的设计和仿真,同时也对载波放大电路使用ADS仿真软件进行了设计和仿真,并在实验室条件下进行了测试。测试结果表明,输出26 dBm载波信号相位噪声好于–110 dBc/Hz@100 kHz,能够用于信号解调。 相似文献

High fidelity single shot qubit state readout is essential for many quantum information processing protocols. In superconducting quantum circuit, the qubit state is usually determined by detecting the dispersive frequency shift of a microwave cavity from either transmission or reflection. We demonstrate the use of constructive interference between the transmitted and reflected signal to optimize the qubit state readout, with which we find a better resolved state discrimination and an improved qubit readout fidelity. As a simple and convenient approach, our scheme can be combined with other qubit readout methods based on the discrimination of cavity photon states to further improve the qubit state readout. 相似文献

ABSTRACTESR readout improvement of gamma-irradiated soda–lime glasses is presented by considering the dose-dependent differences in temperature behaviour of the radiation-induced signal and background signal, and effective difference in g-values of those two signals. Our experimental results demonstrate that the dose-dependent temperature behaviour can improve the ESR signal response for 30–80% in the dose range below 20 Gy by detection at 200?K compared to the room temperature signal readout. The application of improvement can be expected in the low-level dose range where the radiation-induced signal is comparable with an inhomogeneous background signal. 相似文献

光盘信息符的横向尺寸决定了光存储系统的存储面密度。采用二维正方形光栅作为光盘模型,通过三维矢量衍射理论的数值仿真,计算了信息符横向尺寸对读出信号调制度的影响,确定了最佳调制度对应的最佳坑宽。并与标量衍射理论的定性分析进行了对比。根据标量衍射理论,最佳调制度应出现在信息符面积为读出光斑面积一半时对应的信息符尺寸附近,且小于该尺寸;信息符的最佳坑宽,即信息符特征宽度取决于所用的光学系统;矢量衍射理论的定量计算结果符合标量衍射理论的分析,并更接近实际情况;标量衍射理论概念简单,适于定性分析,定量计算则存在较大的误差。 相似文献

An innovative multilevel read-only recording method is proposed. In this method, a short pit/land is deliberately inserted to the original land/pit. This modifies the wave-shape of readout signM. Taking the wave-shape as the symbol of level detection, a signal wave-shape modulation (SWSM) multilevel method is realized. This method is carried out and validated on the DVD read-only manufacture and readout system. A capacity of 15 GB can be expected, and a bit error rate of 10-4 is achieved. The capacity can meet the demand of high definition movie publication. This method also provides a potential multi-level solution for other storage formats and systems. 相似文献

针对当前四频差动激光陀螺(DLG)读出系统结构复杂、易受温度影响等问题,对现有读出系统进行了改进,设计了使用电子信号处理代替光学信号处理来分离左、右旋陀螺信号的新型读出系统。通过对一个DLG同时使用新旧两套不同的读出系统进行测试,得到了相同的测试结果,表明电子信号处理和光学信号处理在分离左、右旋陀螺信号方面是等效的。在此基础上,首先使用模数转换器对DLG的光电转换信号进行采样,然后进行了数字信号处理,并研制出了全数字化读出系统。新型读出系统不使用四分之一波片和偏振片等光学元件,具有温度稳定性好、结构简单、全数字化等优点,有利于四频陀螺性能的提高和批量生产。 相似文献

The thermoluminescent (TLD) method is one of the most commonly used in dose measurements in radiation protection dosimetry. Due to its many advantages this method is widely spread. However, TLD has especially one disadvantage which is very inconvenient: the dose information in already read detectors is erased and in routine standard way the dose can not be reassessed. The positive is that this shortcoming can be eliminated by applying UV radiation. After first readout the same detector can be subjected to UV exposure and then read once again to reassess the dose.This method for reassessment of dose is based on phototransferred thermoluminescence (PTTL). In an irradiated TL detector deep traps are not emptied during the first readout. During exposure to UV, electrons are transferred from deep traps to shallower dosimetric traps. This TL signal emerging during the second readout following UV illumination is called phototransferred thermoluminescence.A method for reassessment of dose in a previously readout TLD is presented in this work. Experiments show that the method works well within region of doses between 5 and 50 mGy, but could be applied for higher doses as well. The efficiency of dose reassessment reaches about 17 percent of the first readout.The method could be a noticeable improvement in TLD dosimetry, giving more opportunities for better control and reliability of measurements. 相似文献

Four different states of Si15Sb85 and Ge2Sb2Te5 phase change memory thin films are obtained by crystallization degree modulation through laser initialization at different powers or annealing at different temperatures. The polarization characteristics of these two four-level phase change recording media are analyzed systematically. A simple and effective readout scheme is then proposed, and the readout signal is numerically simulated. The results show that a high-contrast polarization readout can be obtained in an extensive wavelength range for the four-level phase change recording media using common phase change materials. This study will help in-depth understanding of the physical mechanisms and provide technical approaches to multilevel phase change recording. 相似文献

In gradient echo imaging the in-plane susceptibility gradient causes an echo shift which results in signal loss. The loss of signal becomes more severe in gradient echo EPI, due to the low amplitude of the gradient which is applied in the phase-encoding direction during a long echo train. As the readout gradient amplitude is set to be very high in gradient echo EPI, the echo shift in the readout direction is negligible compared to that in the phase-encoding direction. Traditionally, a z-shimming technique has been applied to the phase-encoding direction of gradient echo EPI to restore the lost signal. This technique, however, requires a significant increase of scan time, as is also the case with the through-plane z-shimming technique. A new approach that allows one to restore the lost signal is to acquire additional phase-encoding lines beyond the regular phase-encoding range. The extension of the phase-encoding lines prior to the regular phase-encoding range exploits the delay time for optimum echo time of the BOLD sensitivity. Therefore, scan time is increased only for the extended phase-encoding lines posterior to the regular phase-encoding range. This technique has been confirmed experimentally by imaging human subject's heads at 3T. 相似文献

Back-n是中国散裂中子源(CSNS)的反角中子束线,适用于精密核数据的测量。该装置的谱仪读出电子学采用共性化设计方法,利用高速波形数字化技术精密采集探测器输出信号波形。为完成对两通道、1 GSps,12 bit采样数据的读出和板载外设的控制,可以使用一种基于FPGA的高速数据实时读出方法。该方法不仅实现了数据接收、缓存上传等通用需求,还通过软件配置满足了实时触发处理等针对特定物理实验的特性需求。此外,FPGA的灵活使通过固件更新支持新实验或添加新功能成为可能。测试结果表明,该方法能够适应Back-n波形数字化模块高速数据读出的需求,峰值处理能力可达24 Gbps,符合物理实验需求。目前,基于实时读出方法实现的波形数字化模块已完成中子源谱仪实验现场的安装,工作稳定。Back-n is a back-streaming beam line at China Spallation Neutron Source, which is suitable for measure nuclear data precisely. The readout electronics of the spectrometers at this facility adopts general-propose design method, using high-speed waveform digitizing technology to record the detector output signal accurately. To read out two channels, 1 GSps, 12 bit sample data and control on-board devices, the real-time readout method of high-speed data based on FPGA technology can be considered. The method not only realizes the general requirements of the data upload, but also processes real-time triggers according to experiments via configuration. In addition, due to the flexibility of FPGAs, new experiments or new features can be supported through firmware updates. The test results show that the method is suitable for the high-speed data readout of field digitizing module at Back-n and peak capacity reaches up to 24 Gbps, which meets the requirements of the physical experiment. Based on Kogelnik's coupled wave theory, the time-domain diffraction and transmission of static PR gratings are theoretically studied when they are illuminated by ultra-short pulse laser. Study shows that the waveforms of the diffracted and transmitted pulses depend on the readout pulse duration, grating spacing, crystal thickness and refractive index modulation. By changing the values of these parameters, the diffracted and transmitted waveforms can be controlled. Also we find there is a displacement of diffracted and transmitted pulse along the time-axis when compared to readout pulse. Conclusions of our study could be used in many areas, such as pulse shaping and signal processing. 相似文献

中国散裂中子源( CSNS ) 的建造对中子探测器提出了非常高的要求,如更大的有效面积、二维位置灵敏、高计数率、高探测效率和低的 灵敏度等。与传统的模拟读出方法相比,数字法读出具有更高的计数率, 更小的数据传输量,更简单的电子学设计以及更高的信噪比。对数字法读出进行了理论计算,利用GEM探测器的原始数据分析了数字法读出的位置分辨率与读出条宽度的关系。结果表明,数字法读出对于位置分辨要求较低( 小于4 mm) 的大面积位置灵敏探测器是一种较好的选择,如CSNS 小角谱仪探测器。Efficient thermal neutron detectors with large area, two-dimensional position sensitive, high counting rate high detection efficiency and low gamma sensitivity are required to satisfy the demands for the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS). Compared with the traditional analog readout method, the digital readout method has the advantages of higher counting rate, smaller quantity of data transmission, simpler readout system and higher signal to noise ratio. The theoretical analysis of the digital readout method is reported in this paper. Used the raw data of GEM detector, the relationship between the position resolution and the width of the readout strip was studied. The results indicate that the digital readout method could be a good choice for the large area position sensitive detector where the requirement of position resolution is less than 4 mm, e.g. the detector of Small-Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) diffractometer of CSNS. 相似文献

为了实现分辨率高的大规模热释电IRFPA探测器,设计了多路通道并行输出的读出电路。针对多路输出的热释电IRFPA探测器,依据热释电探测的时序要求,设计了图像拼接采集系统。利用外部驱动信号控制采集卡的触发及采样时钟,由斩波器同步信号判断热释电探测器的亮场及暗场信号。构造PC-DAQ虚拟仪器系统对多通道输出的热释电型IRFPA进行多路并行图像采集,并对每路图像信号进行亮、暗场判断后进行差分处理,通过软件拼接处理成一副完整的图像,最终在软件平台上显示。对实验室研制的160列120行双通道读出及320列120行四通道读出的热释电读出电路进行了图像采集实验,对于同样阵列大小的单通道读出探测器,双通道结构读出速度提高了1倍,四通道结构读出速度提高了3倍。通过采集成像实验验证了系统的可行性。 相似文献
