This paper presents a new method to synchronize different chaotic systems with disturbances via an active radial basis function (RBF) sliding controller. This method incorporates the advantages of active control, neural network and sliding mode control. The main part of the controller is given based on the output of the RBF neural networks and the weights of these single layer networks are tuned on-line based on the sliding mode reaching law. Only several radial basis functions are required for this controller which takes the sliding mode variable as the only input. The proposed controller can make the synchronization error converge to zero quickly and can overcome external disturbances. Analysis of the stability for the controller is carried out based on the Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, five examples are given to illustrate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed synchronization control strategy.  相似文献

A general response system control method for synchronization of continuous scalar chaotic signal is presented. The proposed canonical genera/response system can cover most of the well-known chaotic systems. Conversely, each of these chaotic systems can Mso be used to construct the genera/response system. Furthermore, a novel controller of the proposed response system is designed based on backstepping technique, with which the output of the genera/response system and the given continuous chaotic signal can synchronize perfectly. A novel adaptive observer-based control scheme is presented for synchronization and suppression of a class of uncertain chaotic system. First, an adaptive observer based on an orthogonal neural network is designed. Subsequently, the sliding mode controllers via the proposed adaptive observer are proposed for synchronization and suppression of the uncertain chaotic systems. In this Letter, we have dealt with the problem of lag synchronization and parameter identification for a class of chaotic neural networks with stochastic perturbation, which involve both the discrete and distributed time-varying delays. By the adaptive feedback technique, several sufficient conditions have been derived to ensure the synchronization of stochastic chaotic neural networks. Moreover, all the connection weight matrices can be estimated while the lag synchronization is achieved in mean square at the same time. The corresponding simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This Letter presents fuzzy model-based robust tracking control for the adaptive synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems. Fuzzy model and adaptive algorithm are employed to present the unknown chaotic systems. H and sliding mode control are combined to construct a robust tracking controller. The incorporated H controller can attenuate the external disturbance and approximation error to any prescribed level. The proposed scheme guarantees that all the variables are bounded and the tracking error is compensated.  相似文献

This Letter presents a synchronization method for Lur'e systems with sector and slope restricted nonlinearities. A static error feedback controller based on the Lyapunov stability theory is proposed for asymptotic synchronization. The Lyapunov function candidate is chosen as a quadratic form of the error states and nonlinear functions of the systems. The nonlinearities are expressed as convex combinations of sector and slope bounds by using convex properties of the nonlinear function so that equality constraints are converted into inequality constraints. Then, the feedback gain matrix is derived through a linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation. Finally, a numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This Letter investigates the global synchronization of a general complex dynamical network with non-delayed and delayed coupling. Based on Lasalle's invariance principle, adaptive global synchronization criteria is obtained. Analytical result shows that under the designed adaptive controllers, a general complex dynamical network with non-delayed and delayed coupling can globally asymptotically synchronize to a given trajectory. What is more, the node dynamic need not satisfy the very strong and conservative uniformly Lipschitz condition and the coupling matrix is not assumed to be symmetric or irreducible. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed synchronization criteria.  相似文献

In this paper, a two-input two-output secure communication scheme based on a four-wing four-dimensional chaotic system with disturbance inputs is discussed. Based on parameter modulation theory and Lyapunov stability theory, synchronization and secure communication between transmitter and receiver are achieved and two message signals are recovered via a convenient robust high-order sliding mode adaptative controller. In addition, the gains of the receiver system can be adjusted continually, the unknown parameters can be identified precisely and the disturbance inputs can be suppressed simultaneously by the proposed adaptative controller. Synchronization under the effect of noise is also considered. Computer simulations are done to verify the proposed methods and the numerical results show that the obtained theoretic results are feasible and efficient.  相似文献

This Letter investigates robust impulsive synchronization of complex delayed dynamical networks with nonsymmetrical coupling from the view of dynamics and control. Based on impulsive control theory on delayed dynamical systems, some simple yet generic criteria for robust impulsive synchronization are established. It is shown that these criteria can provide a novel and effective control approach to synchronize an arbitrary given delayed dynamical network to a desired synchronization state. Comparing with existing results, the advantage of the control scheme is that synchronization state can be selected as a weighted average of all the states in the network for the purpose of practical control strategy. Finally, numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

Global synchronization in arrays of coupled networks with one single time-varying delay coupling is investigated in this Letter. A general linear coupled network with a time-varying coupling delay is proposed and its global synchronization is further discussed. Some sufficient criteria are derived based on Lyapunov functional and linear matrix inequality (LMI). It is shown that under one single delay coupling, the synchronized state changes, which is different from the conventional synchronized solution. Moreover, the degree of the nodes and the inner delayed coupling matrix play key roles in the synchronized state. In particular, the derivative of the time-varying delay can be any given value. Robot manipulator trajectory planning is one of the core robot technologies, and the design of controllers can improve the trajectory accuracy of manipulators. However, most of the controllers designed at this stage have not been able to effectively solve the nonlinearity and uncertainty problems of the high degree of freedom manipulators. In order to overcome these problems and improve the trajectory performance of the high degree of freedom manipulators, a manipulator trajectory planning method based on a radial basis function (RBF) neural network is proposed in this work. Firstly, a 6-DOF robot experimental platform was designed and built. Secondly, the overall manipulator trajectory planning framework was designed, which included manipulator kinematics and dynamics and a quintic polynomial interpolation algorithm. Then, an adaptive robust controller based on an RBF neural network was designed to deal with the nonlinearity and uncertainty problems, and Lyapunov theory was used to ensure the stability of the manipulator control system and the convergence of the tracking error. Finally, to test the method, a simulation and experiment were carried out. The simulation results showed that the proposed method improved the response and tracking performance to a certain extent, reduced the adjustment time and chattering, and ensured the smooth operation of the manipulator in the course of trajectory planning. The experimental results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the method proposed in this paper.  相似文献

This Letter investigates the problem of synchronization in complex dynamical networks with time-varying delays. A periodically intermittent control scheme is proposed to achieve global exponential synchronization for a general complex network with both time-varying delays dynamical nodes and time-varying delays coupling. It is shown that the sates of the general complex network with both time-varying delays dynamical nodes and time-varying delays coupling can globally exponentially synchronize with a desired orbit under the designed intermittent controllers. Moreover, a typical network consisting of the time-delayed Chua oscillator with nearest-neighbor unidirectional time-varying delays coupling is given as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control methodology.  相似文献

Global synchronization of general delayed dynamical networks with linear coupling are investigated. A sufficient condition for the global synchronization is obtained by using the linear matrix inequality and introducing a reference state. This condition is simply given based on the maximum nonzero eigenvalue of the network coupling matrix. Moreover, we show how to construct the coupling matrix to guarantee global synchronization of network, which is very convenient to use. A two-dimension system with delay as a dynamical node in network with global coupling is finally presented to verify the theoretical results of the proposed global synchronization scheme.  相似文献

In this Letter, pinning synchronization of a directed network with Markovian jump (DNMJ) and nonlinear perturbations is considered. By analyzing the structure of the network, a detailed pinning scheme is given to ensure the synchronization of all nodes in a DNMJ. This pinning scheme can overcome those difficulties on deciding which nodes needs to be pinned. This scheme can also identify the exact least number of pinned nodes for a DNMJ model. In addition, the time-varying polytopic directed network with Markovian jump is discussed. Finally, examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the gained criteria.  相似文献

We investigate how the firing activity and the subsequent phase synchronization of neural networks with smallworld topological connections depend on the probability p of adding-links. Network elements are described by two-dimensional map neurons (2DMNs) in a quiescent original state. Neurons burst for a given coupling strength when the topological randomness p increases, which is absent in a regular-lattice neural network. The bursting activity becomes frequent and synchronization of neurons emerges as topological randomness further increases. The maximal firing frequency and phase synchronization appear at a particular value of p. However, if the randomness p further increases, the firing frequency decreases and synchronization is apparently destroyed.  相似文献

This Letter investigates the synchronization problem of a complex network with nonidentical nodes, and proposes two effective control schemes to synchronize the network onto any smooth goal dynamics. By applying open-loop control to all nodes and placing adaptive feedback injections on a small fraction of network nodes, a low-dimensional sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the global synchronization of the complex network with nonidentical nodes. By introducing impulsive effects to the open-loop controlled network, another synchronization scheme is developed for the network composed of nonidentical nodes, and an upper bound of impulsive intervals is estimated to ensure the global stability of the synchronization process.
