介绍了描述大气压下超音速等离子体炬内等离子体特性的磁流体力学模型,在二维近似下,对会聚-扩展型喷口等离子体炬进行了数值模拟,获得了等离子体炬内等离子体速度、温度、压力以及马赫数的分布.结果表明超音速等离子体炬内的流场特性可以分为亚音速、跨音速和超音速三个明显的区域. 关键词: 等离子体炬 磁流体力学 数值模拟  相似文献

为了提高等离子体废物处理效率,根据磁流体动力学理论,利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用磁矢量势的方法对直流双阳极非转移型电弧等离子体炬进行了二维轴对称数值模拟。计算中采用了SIMPLE算法。数值模拟得到了等离子体的温度、速度等分布。结果表明,等离子体的温度随着轴向距离的增加而减小,随弧电流增加而增加;其速度随着轴向距离的增加而先增大后减小,随弧电流增加而增加;等离子体炬出口处的温度和速度随着径向距离的增加而减小。这些结果与实验结果基本相符。  相似文献

基于可压缩的全Naiver-Stokes方程,利用PHOENICS程序对由会聚 辐射阳极形状等离子体炬产生的超声速等离子体射流进行了数值模拟.考虑了等离子体的黏性、可压缩性以及变物性对等离子体射流特性影响.研究了超声速等离子体射流的流场结构特性以及不同环境压力对等离子体射流产生激波结构的影响.结果表明,超声速等离子体射流在喷口附近形成的周期性激波结构是其和环境气体相互作用的结果. 关键词: 等离子体炬 超声速等离子体射流 PHOENICS  相似文献

采用二维三温磁流体力学模型,模拟了“强光一号”加速器上钨丝阵箍缩实验.给出了等离子体密度和温度时空分布的特点,分析了磁场以及电流密度的演化,计算出的x射线功率随时间变化与实测结果基本相符.计算结果为等离子体的诊断提供了有用的信息.此外,还讨论了Z箍缩辐射磁流体力学数值模拟中的相关参数和数值方法问题. 关键词: 钨丝阵 Z箍缩 数值模拟  相似文献

采用了数值模拟与实验结合的方法研究了用于模拟放射性固体废物玻璃固化的非转移弧型等离子体炬的电、热特性。基于包括电弧室和开放空间在内的3D 模型得到了电弧等离子体和等离子体射流的温度场。根据计算结果,电弧室内的最高温度位于第一阳极内,达到1.77×104 K;弧电压的计算值高于实测值,二者之间的差异随着电流强度的增大而逐渐减小。采用该等离子体炬熔融模拟废物的实验发现,所确定的等离子体炬到炉底的距离能够满足废物熔融的要求,与计算的结果相符合。上述结果表明,数值模拟的结果可以作为等离子体炉工程设计的依据,并可以用作进一步分析等离子体炉炉膛内工艺过程的输入条件。  相似文献

将等离子体作为磁流体,考虑其流体属性和电磁属性,介绍了利用FLUENT软件包并将其进行二次开发,解算电磁场方程、质量连续性方程、动量守恒方程、以及能量守恒方程的数值模拟方法,得到了以磁矢势为表达形式的电磁场分布、温度分布和速度分布.数值模拟了粉末球化所用的感应耦合等离子体炬电磁场分布、温度分布、速度分布.分析了温度分布、速度分布产生的物理原因,为感应耦合等离子体炬球化粉末颗粒提供理论性指导.  相似文献

利用商用磁流体力学模拟程序USIM对双等离子体团相互作用过程进行了数值模拟,分别考察和比较了双对流等离子体团在外加磁场和无外加磁场情况下,相互作用的物理过程.发现在外加磁场情况下等离子体团相互作用会伴随着磁重联(反向磁场)、磁排斥(同向磁场)以及一些不稳定过程.针对激光产生等离子体团错位相互作用实验,进行了标度模拟,发现外加磁场起着重要作用,进一步表明激光等离子体的磁化特征.研究结果为下一步在神光Ⅱ激光装置进行强磁环境下等离子体实验提供理论指导.  相似文献

针对设计的喉径2mm、工作电流为100A的拉瓦尔喷嘴,在二维轴对称模型的基础上,对超音速等离子体炬中的流动及其外部射流进行了数值模拟。通过在阳极喷嘴内部采用基于磁矢量势的磁流体动力学模型,避免了对磁感应强度的复杂积分计算,得到了喷嘴内部多场耦合的结果及外部射流的流动状态,分析了喷嘴内部电磁场对等离子体的加速作用及射流发展过程。结果显示,等离子体经历了亚音速→跨音速→超音速的发展过程,最终获得2.3 Ma的超音速射流。研究结果为超音速等离子体炬的工业应用提供了理论基础。  相似文献

The described plasma source is based on the RF torch discharge. The powered RF electrode of the torch discharge plasma source is made from the thin metal pipe with an inner diameter of 1–2 mm and with a length of several cm. The working gas (argon pure or with an admixture of reactive components) flows through the RF electrode as the nozzle. The electrode is connected through the matching unit to the RF generator of the frequency of 13.56 MHz.The advantage of this described plasma source consists in the fact that the torch discharge remains stable up to the atmospherical pressure of the working gas even in the liquid environments. Up to now the torch discharge has been used only for treatment in liquid environment only for archaeological artefacts. For further applications it is necessary to additional study of this phenomenon. While in previous papers we presented a measurement of different temperatures from spectra emitted by plasma, there is drawn attention to equiintensity maps inside the nozzle.  相似文献

Although plasma torches have been commercially available for about 50 years, areas such as plasma gun design, process efficiency, reproducibility, plasma stability, torch lives etc. have remained mostly unattended. Recent torch developments have been focusing on the basic understanding of the plasma column and its dynamics inside the plasma torch, the interaction of plasma jet and the powders, the interaction of the plasma jet with surroundings and the impingement of the jet on the substrate. Two of the major causes of erratic and poor performance of a variety of thermal plasma processes are currently identified as the fluctuations arising out of the arc root movement on the electrodes inside the plasma torch and the fluid dynamic instabilities arising out of entrainment of the air into the plasma jet. This paper reviews the current state of understanding of these fluctuations as well as the dynamics of arc root movement in plasma torches. The work done at the author’s laboratory on studying the fluctuations in arc voltage, arc current, acoustic emissions and optical emissions are also presented. These fluctuations are observed to be chaotic and interrelated. Real time monitoring and controlling the arc instabilities through chaos characterization parameters can greatly contribute to the understanding of electrode erosion as well as improvement of plasma torch lifetime.  相似文献

Combustion of a pulverized coal torch has been numerically simulated on the basis of the equations of multicomponent turbulent two-phase flows. The results of three-dimensional simulation of conventional and plasma activated coal combustion in a furnace are presented. Computer code Cinar ICE was verified at coal combustion in the experimental furnace with thermal power of 3 MW that was equipped with plasma-fuel system. Operation of the furnace has been studied at the conventional combustion mode and with plasma activation of coal combustion. Influence of plasma activation of combustion on thermotechnical characteristics of the torch and decrease of carbon loss and nitrogen oxides concentration at the furnace outlet has been revealed.  相似文献

利用空心针-板放电装置产生了大气压等离子体炬,采用光谱法测量了其内部及表面的电子密度. 向空心针中通入氩气,在大气环境中产生了长度为1cm的等离子体炬.实验分别测量了Hα谱线和ArⅠ(696.54nm)谱线,通过反卷积方法分离出其相应的Stark展宽,并由此计算了电子密度.结果发现,采用Hα谱线和ArⅠ(696.54nm)谱线Stark展宽计算得到的等离子体的电子密度分别为1.0×1015cm-3和3.78×1015关键词: 等离子体炬 电子密度 气体温度 Stark展宽  相似文献

One-fluid MHD equations are numerically solved for an axisymmetric flow of argon inside and outside a discharge chamber of a cascaded plasma torch. Arc currents of 100 and 150 A, flow rates of 10 and 30 slpm, and two different optical thicknesses are assumed. The flow is shown to be only weakly compressible, of the Mach number below 0.3. The calculated torch powers range from 3 to 7 kW, the energy lost by radiation is (1–3) kW. Axial velocities of (200–600) m/s and temperatures of (12 500–14 400) K are found at the torch nozzle exit and compared with available experimental data. Inside the chamber, several recirculation zones are predicted. The physical model and the chamber shape used can readily be extended for a hybrid plasma torch with the simultaneous stabilization of the electric arc inside the chamber by argon and, e.g., water swirl.Dedicated to Professor Jií Horáek on the occasion of his 60th birthday.  相似文献

介绍了一种新型大气压直流双阳极等离子喷枪,并对其电特性参数和发射光谱进行了测量.通过对氩等离子体射流的电信号进行时域和频域分析,研究了载气流量和弧电流的变化对射流脉动的影响,结果表明氩等离子体电弧的伏安特性呈上升趋势,射流脉动属于接管模式,电源特性中的交流分量引起的电压波动是影响氩等离子体射流脉动的主要因素. 通过光谱法测量了氩等离子体射流在弧室内和弧室出口的发射光谱,利用玻尔兹曼曲线斜率法计算了射流的激发温度,根据Ar I谱线的斯塔克展宽得到了射流的电子密度,并对等离子体射流满足局域热力学平衡(LTE) 关键词: 等离子喷枪 射流脉动 激发温度 局域热力学平衡  相似文献

By experimental observation we show that the plasma flow and heat transfer within a direct current (DC) nontransferred arc plasma torch always show appreciable three-dimensional (3D) peculiarity even when the geometrical construction of the torch and working gas admission and external electrical collection conditions are completely axisymmetrical.Previous two-dimensional (2D) modelling studies cannot predict the 3D peculiarity of the plasma torch.We have successfully performed 3D modelling,and in this paper we present the modelling results for the plasma flow and heat transfer characteristics in a laminar DC non-transferred are argon plasma torch.The predicted arc-root location on the surface of the torch anode and arc voltage compare favourably with the corresponding experimental results.  相似文献

对感应耦合氩气热等离子体的速度分布特性以及各操作参数对等离子体速度分布的影响进行了细致的研究。研究结果表明,与直流电弧热等离子体相比,感应耦合热等离子体速度小,弧流集中,速度峰值出现在等离子体炬下游,在线圈段上游出现明显的回流现象。此外,送气流量、感应电流等操作参数对等离子体速度分布有明显影响。研究结果可为等离子体球化粉末颗粒及其他应用提供理论指导。  相似文献
