In this paper, the dynamics from the shock compacton to chaos in the nonlinearly Schrödinger equation with a source term is investigated in detail. The existence of unclosed homoclinic orbits which are not connected with the saddle point indicates that the system has a discontinuous fiber solution which is a shock compacton. We prove that the shock compacton is a weak solution. The Melnikov technique is used to detect the conditions for the occurrence from the shock compacton to chaos and further analysis of the conditions for chaos suppression. The results show that the system turns to chaos easily under external disturbances. The critical parameter values for chaos appearing are obtained analytically and numerically using the Lyapunov exponents and the bifurcation diagrams.  相似文献

Recently, it has become an important problem to confirm the bifurcation threshold value of a chaos detectionsystem for a weak signal in the fields of chaos detection. It is directly related to whether the results of chaos detectionare correct or not. In this paper, the discrimination system for the dynamic behaviour of a chaos detection system fora weak signal is established by using the theory of linear differential equation with periodic coefficients and computingthe Lyapunov exponents of the chaos detection system; and then, the movement state of the chaos detection system isdefined. The simulation experiments show that this method can exactly confirm the bifurcation threshold value of thechaos detection svstem.  相似文献

初值敏感性是混沌的本质,混沌的随机性来源于其对初始条件的高度敏感性,而Lyapunov指数又是这种初值敏感性的一种度量.本文的研究发现,混沌系统的级联可明显提高级联混沌的Lyapunov指数,改善其动力学特性.因此,本文研究了混沌系统的级联和级联混沌对动力学特性的影响,提出了混沌系统级联的定义及条件,从理论上证明了级联混沌的Lyapunov指数为各个级联子系统Lyapunov指数之和;适当的级联可增加系统参数、扩展混沌映射和满映射的参数区间,由此可提高混沌映射的初值敏感性和混沌伪随机序列的安全性.以Logistic映射、Cubic映射和Tent映射为例,研究了Logistic-Logistic级联、Logistic-Cubic级联和Logistic-Tent级联的动力学特性,验证了级联混沌动力学性能的改善.级联混沌可作为伪随机数发生器的随机信号源,用以产生初值敏感性更高、安全性更好的伪随机序列.  相似文献

We demonstrate a method for controlling strong chaos by an aperiodic perturbation in two-dimensional Hamiltonian systems.The method has the advantages that the controlled system remains conservative property and the selection of the perturbation has a considerable diversity.We illustrate this method with two area preserving maps:the non-monotonic twist map which is a mixed system and the perturbed cat map which exhibits hard chaos.Numerical results show that the strong chaos can be effectively controlled into regular motions,and the final states are always quasiperiodic ones.The method is robust against the presence of weak external noise.  相似文献

The identification between chaos and ordered states in fractional-order chaotic systems is a challenge as well as a hot topic due to the complex of fractional calculus. In this paper, the smaller alignment index (SALI) is developed to detect chaos in the fractional-order chaotic systems by introducing the fractional-order tangent systems. Numerical simulations are carried out based on the fractional-order simplified Lorenz system and the fractional-order Hénon map, which are continuous chaotic system and discrete chaotic system, respectively. It shows that the proposed method is effective for distinguishing chaos and order in different kinds of fractional-order chaotic systems.  相似文献

Semiconductor laser with feedback is an excellent model for nonlinear optical system which shows chaotic dynamics. It is interesting not only from the fundamental physical study but also application standpoints of view. The dynamics of feedback induced instability and chaos, especially for optical feedback, and their applications are reviewed in this paper. The model of such a system is described by the laser rate equations. At first the dynamic behaviors of feedback induced instability and chaos in semiconductor lasers are discussed on the basis of the theory and experiments. Instability and chaos may be stabilized by the method of chaos control. Then we apply the method to suppress the noise induced by the feedback in a semiconductor laser. The synchronization of chaos between two similar systems is also an important issue in chaos applications and we discuss secure communications based on chaos synchronization. Some other examples of applications of feedback induced chaos are also described.  相似文献

量子信息是21世纪的一门新兴交叉学科,现已经成为世界关注的热门研究领域.近年来,量子计算机的研究正成为大家十分感兴趣的课题.在寻找量子计算的实现方案过程中,量子混沌引起了研究人员的极大关注,因为在量子计算机执行一些量子运算法则的过程中可能产生量子混沌,并可能破坏量子计算机的运算操作条件.近期有关量子纠缠与量子混沌之间的关系已经有所报道,而自旋压缩作为另外一种典型的纯量子效应,是否也与量子混沌之间存在一定关系呢?讨论了量子混沌研究中一个非常典型的QKT模型,研究了量子混沌系统中自旋压缩的性质.通过数值模拟计算,给出了两种不同定义的自旋压缩系数与混沌系数κ之间的变化关系,结果发现在经典相空间中,如果在规则区域占优势的情况下,当初始自旋相干态波包位于椭圆形中心时,随着时间的演化,系统压缩行为表现得非常强;而对于经典相空间中混沌区域占优势的情况下,初始自旋相干态波包同样位于椭圆形中心,则系统的压缩行为表现得非常弱,说明自旋压缩对相应的经典混沌非常敏感.通过比较还发现,采用Wineland等定义的自旋压缩系数比采用Kitagawa和Ueda等定义的自旋压缩系数对经典混沌更敏感一些,从而得出用自旋压缩可以刻画量子混沌的结论.  相似文献

Statistically distinguishing between phase-coherent and noncoherent chaotic dynamics from time series is a contemporary problem in nonlinear sciences. In this work, we propose different measures based on recurrence properties of recorded trajectories, which characterize the underlying systems from both geometric and dynamic viewpoints. The potentials of the individual measures for discriminating phase-coherent and noncoherent chaotic oscillations are discussed. A detailed numerical analysis is performed for the chaotic Ro?ssler system, which displays both types of chaos as one control parameter is varied, and the Mackey-Glass system as an example of a time-delay system with noncoherent chaos. Our results demonstrate that especially geometric measures from recurrence network analysis are well suited for tracing transitions between spiral- and screw-type chaos, a common route from phase-coherent to noncoherent chaos also found in other nonlinear oscillators. A detailed explanation of the observed behavior in terms of attractor geometry is given.  相似文献

研究了扰动力矩作用下航天器姿态运动的欧拉动力学方程. 讨论了当选取扰动力矩中不同的参数矩阵, 欧拉方程可产生一大类混沌系统. 设计了基于Lyapunov方法的自适应控制律, 完成了该类系统中参数未知的混沌运动的控制, 并且能够将系统状态变量稳定于指定平衡点, 同时实现了对未知参数的实时辨识. 以Newton-Leipnik系统为例, 进行了数值仿真, 仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性. 关键词: 姿态运动 混沌控制 参数未知 Newton-Leipnik 系统  相似文献

The performance of synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) degrades due to chaos when its systemic parameters fall into a certain area. To control the undesirable chaos in SynRM, a passive control law is presented in this paper, which transforms the chaotic SynRM into an equivalent passive system. It is proved that the equivalent system can be asymptotically stabilized at the set equilibrium point, namely, chaos in SynRM can be controlled. Moreover, in order to eliminate the influence of undeterministic parameters, an adaptive law is introduced into the designed controller. Computer simulation results show that the proposed controller is very effective and robust against the uncertainties in systemic parameters. The present study may help to maintain the secure operation of industrial servo drive system.  相似文献

Although deterministic chaos has been predicted to occur in the triply resonant optical parametric oscillator (TROPO) 15 years ago, experimental evidence of chaotic behavior in this system has been lacking so far, in marked contrast with most nonlinear systems, where chaos has been actively tracked and found. This situation is probably linked to the high sensitivity of the TROPO to perturbations, which adversely affects stationary operation at high power. We report the experimental observation in this system of a burst of irregular behavior of duration 80 micros. Although the system is highly nonstationary over this time interval, a topological analysis allows us to extract a clear-cut signature of deterministic chaos from a time series segment of only nine base cycles (3 micros). This result suggests that nonstationarity is not necessarily an obstacle to the characterization of chaos.  相似文献

Based on the Silnikov criterion, this paper studies a chaotic system of cubic polynomial ordinary differential equations in three dimensions. Using the Cardano formula, it obtains the exact range of the value of the parameter corresponding to chaos by means of the centre manifold theory and the method of multiple scales combined with Floque theory. By calculating the manifold near the equilibrium point, the series expression of the homoclinic orbit is also obtained. The space trajectory and Lyapunov exponent are investigated via numerical simulation, which shows that there is a route to chaos through period-doubling bifurcation and that chaotic attractors exist in the system. The results obtained here mean that chaos occurred in the exact range given in this paper. Numerical simulations also verify the analytical results.  相似文献

A well-known method to suppress chaos in a periodically forced chaotic system is to add a harmonic perturbation. The phase control of chaos scheme uses the phase difference between a small added harmonic perturbation and the main driving to suppress chaos, leading the system to different periodic orbits. Using the Duffing oscillator as a paradigm, we present here an in-depth study of this technique. A thorough numerical exploration has been made focused in the important role played by the phase, from which new interesting patterns in parameter space have appeared. On the other hand, our novel experimental implementation of phase control in an electronic circuit confirms both the well-known features of this method and the new ones detected numerically. All this may help in future implementations of phase control of chaos, which is globally confirmed here to be robust and easy to implement experimentally.  相似文献

计算机截断误差通常被认为会导致混沌系统退化.根据这种认识,提供了一个完全由计算机截断误差诱导的简单系统走向复杂化或混沌的反例.该系统定义为椭圆反射腔映射系统的过焦系统,理论解为一个极限序列,对应计算机解则是一个随机数字振荡系统.分析表明,计算机解是在截断误差诱导下由理论解变异而来的.理论解中系统存在“回转机制”,截断误差诱导系统在非双曲性不动点局域产生“逃逸机制”,从而发现一种阵发混沌的新机制. 关键词: 截断误差 切延迟椭圆反射腔映射系统 随机振荡 阵发混沌  相似文献

为了评判偏振态移位键控(PolSK)光混沌通信系统的保密性强弱,先要验证它的混沌特性,因此对该系统的信号进行了分析。利用三种方法判定该信号是否具有混沌特性:在三维相空间观察奇异吸引子;分别从最大李氏(Lyapunov)指数满足的方程出发以及wolf法计算其最大李氏指数;并计算其自功率谱密度函数。结果明显观察到奇异吸引子,算得最大李氏指数分别为0.0364和0.0106,都大于零,自功率谱为噪声背景、宽峰的连续谱;从而判定该系统传输的信号确实是混沌信号。另一方面,用最小伪邻点算法计算该系统信号的嵌入维数,结果达到6维,说明该系统具有中高维度混沌特性;结合系统的抗攻击性分析,得出结论:相比于一般的混沌掩盖方案,该系统具有较强的保密性和安全性。  相似文献

研究了双势阱玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚(BEC)系统在外加周期调制下的混沌相变过程,着重讨论了混沌现象对BEC系统隧穿的影响.当外加调制频率与系统固有频率达到共振时,相平面会出现不稳定现象,即混沌现象.在量子情况下,研究了系统的Husimi函数随时间的演化.研究发现:当混沌现象出现时,系统中粒子间相互作用增大,使得混沌区域扩大,进而引起混沌辅助隧穿程度的变化. 关键词: 玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚 混沌 隧穿  相似文献

为确定不同反馈系数k下DC-DC变换器系统的行为,结合系统处于周期状态时的稳定性和系统处于混沌时不会重复经过每一点的特点,提出了一种采用极限思想和信息熵来估计DC-DC变换器非线性行为的方法.该方法能准确分析系统处于周期状态和混沌状态的熵值,量化了DC-DC变换器倍周期分叉和混沌行为.以一阶电压反馈DCM Boost变换器和DCM Buck变换器为例进行仿真.研究结果表明,所提出的信息熵可以准确反映分叉点、周期数及产生混沌的位置,完善了该类变换器非线性动力学分析的理论和方法.  相似文献
