重离子辐照的高分子有机膜,经过适当的处理,可以作为模板制备金属和可溶性盐纳米线,此方法称为离子径迹模板法。介绍了用电化学沉积方法和过饱和溶液法制备金属纳米线和可溶性盐纳米线的基本原理和制各实例,同时还展望了离子径迹模板法制备纳米线的一些可能的应用。The polymer foils irradiated by heavy ions can be used as temptates to prepai nanowires and some inorganic salt nanowires. It is called "ion-track template method". Compared to other templates, such as AAO template and porous silicon, etched ion-track template is more convenient and flexible. The density of the pores can be easily controlled by changing the ion fluences and the diameter of the pores can be altered through changing the etching condition. The pores of the etched ion-track template are well aligned. We present some examples of preparing metallic nanowires and inorganic salt wires by electrochemical deposition and by supersaturation solution method, respectively. We also introduce some applications of nanowires prepared with ion-track template method.  相似文献

Energy bandstructures of [100] oriented Si and Ge quantum nanowires with various cross-sections are calculated by using the sp^3d^5s^* tight-binding model with a supercell approach. Results are compared with those obtained by the first principles method (i.e., density functional theory, or DFT). The differences in the bandstructure between silicon and germanium nanowires are analysed and it is shown that germanium keeps indirect-bandgap and the silicon nanowire along the [100] direction becomes direct-bandgap when the wire diameter shrinks. It is shown in comparison with the available experimental data that the tight-binding method is adequate in predicting the bandstructure parameters relevant to the carrier transport in mesoscopic nanowire devices and is far superior to the DFT method in terms of computational cost.  相似文献

Superconducting nanowire single photon detector(SNSPD), as a new type of superconducting single photon detector(SPD), has a broad application prospect in quantum communication and other fields. In order to prepare SNSPD with high performance, it is necessary to fabricate a large area of uniform meander nanowires, which is the core of the SNSPD. In this paper, we demonstrate a process of patterning ultra-thin Nb N films into meander-type nanowires by using the nanoimprint technology. In this process, a combination of hot embossing nano-imprint lithography(HE-NIL) and ultraviolet nano-imprint lithography(UV-NIL) is used to transfer the meander nanowire structure from the NIL Si hard mold to the Nb N film. We have successfully obtained a Nb N nanowire device with uniform line width. The critical temperature(Tc) of the superconducting Nb N meander nanowires is about 5 K and the critical current(Ic) is about 3.5 μA at 2.5 K.  相似文献

Pure zinc blende GaAs nanowires were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition on GaAs(111)B substrates via Au catalyzed vapor-liquid-solid mechanism. The diameter, size distribution, and density of Au particles can be changed by varying the Au film thickness. We find that the grown nanowires are of rod-like shapes and pure zinc blende structure; moreover, the growth rate depends on the density of Au particles and it is independent of its diameters. It can be concluded that the nanowire was grown with main contributions from the direct impingement of vapor species onto the Au-Ga droplets and contributions from adatom diffusion can be negligible. The results indicate that the droplet acts as a catalyst rather than an adatom collector.  相似文献

利用电化学沉积在重离子径迹模版中制备出了不同直径的一维钯纳米线。利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射等多多种手段对制得的钯纳米线进行了形貌和结构表征。利用紫外可见光谱仪分析了钯纳米线的光学响应,发现钯纳米线存在表面等离子体共振现象。随着纳米线直径和长度的增加,其表面等离子体共振峰位发生红移;通过改变光谱测试中激发光的入射角度,其表面等离激元共振模式会随着角度的增大而变多,这可能是在横向振动模式的基础上激发了沿纳米线长度方向振动的纵向模式。与此同时,基于时域有限差分法对钯纳米线的表面等离子体共振特性进行数值模拟,结果与实验符合较好。Palladium nanowires with varied diameters were fabricated using ion-track templates coupled with electrochemical deposition. The morphology and crystallographic structure were characterized with Scanning Electron Microscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD). The plasmonic responses of the as-prepared nanowires were investigated by UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy and the simulations based on the finite-difference time-domain algorithm. The results demonstrate that the surface plasmon resonances of Pd nanowire are sensitive to the wire geometry, but also influenced by the incidence angle of light. The frequency of the transverse dipolar plasmon resonance of nanowire arrays shifts within a wide range from visible to near infrared. With increasing of wires' diameter or length, the resonance peak shifts to the red. With increasing of incident angle, a new peak appears, which is possibly assigned to the excitation of the longitudinal resonance. In addition, numerical simulations disclose that propagating surface plasmon polaritons can be excited on the palladium nanowires and the wavelength of the resonance peak is in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

<正>Micromagnetic simulations have been performed to obtain the dynamic susceptibility spectra of 4×4 cobalt nanowire arrays with different spatial configurations and geometries.The susceptibility spectra of isolated wires have also been simulated for comparison purposes.It is found that the susceptibility spectrum of nanowire array bears a lot of similarities to that of an isolated wire,such as the occurrences of the edge mode and the bulk resonance mode. The simulation results also reveal that the susceptibility spectrum of nanowire array behaves like that of single isolated wire as the interwire distance grows to an extent,which is believed due to the decrease of magnetostatic interaction among nanowires,and can be further confirmed by the static magnetic hysteresis simulations.In comparison with single nanowire,magnetostatic interaction may increase or decrease the resonance frequencies of nanowire arrays assuming a certain interwire distance when the length of array increases.Our simulation results are also analysed by employing the Kittel equation and recent theoretical studies.  相似文献

Optoelectronic characterisation of an individual ZnO nanowire in contact with a micro-grid template has been studied.The low-cost micro-grid template made by photolithography is used to fabricate the ohmic contact metal electrodes.The current increases linearly with the bias,indicating good ohmic contacts between the nanowire and the electrodes.The resistivity of the ZnO nanowire is calculated to be 3.8 ·cm.We investigate the photoresponses of an individual ZnO nanowire under different light illumination using light emitting diodes(λ = 505 nm,460 nm,375 nm) as excitation sources in atmosphere.When individual ZnO nanowire is exposured to different light irradiation,we find that it is extremely sensitive to UV illumination;the conductance is much larger upon UV illumination than that in the dark at room temperature.This phenomenon may be related to the surface oxygen molecule adsorbtion,which indicates their potential application to the optoelectronic switching device.  相似文献

Large-area boron nanowire(BNW) films were fabricated on the Si(111) substrate by chemical vapor deposition(CVD). The average diameter of the BNWs is about 20 nm, with lengths of 5–10 μm. Then, graphene-capped boron nanowires(GC-BNWs) were obtained by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition(MPCVD). Characterization by scanning electron microscopy indicates that few-layer graphene covers the surface of the boron nanowires. Field emission measurements of the BNWs and GC-BNW films show that the GC-BNW films have a lower turn-on electric field than the BNW films.  相似文献

Defect-related photoconductivity of single ZnO nanowires is investigated. The photoconductivity shows powerlaw dependence with incident green laser intensity due to the defect mechanisms including both recombination centres and traps. The device based on single ZnO nanowire shows a sensitive photoresponse to green light with significant on/off ratios. In addition, the photocurrent & highly sensitive to the polarization of the incident illumination. Therefore, the nanowire may act as a polarized photodetector.  相似文献

This paper have performed molecular static calculations with the quantum corrected Sutten Chen type many body potential to study size effects on the elastic modulus of Au nanowires with [100], [110] and [111] crystallographic directions, and to explore the preferential growth orientation of Au nanowires. The main focus of this work is the size effects on their surface characteristics. Using the common neighbour analysis, this paper deduces that surface region approximately consists of two layer atoms. Further, it extracts the elastic modulus of surface, and calculate surface energy of nanowire. The results show that for all three directions the Young's modulus of nanowire increases as the diameter increases. Similar trend has been observed for the Young's modulus of surface. However, the atomic average potential energy of nanowire shows an opposite change. Both the potential and surface energy of [110] nanowire are the lowest among all three orlentational nanowires, which helps to explain why Au nanowires possess a [110] preferred orientation during the experimental growth proceeds.  相似文献

 采用多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板脉冲电沉积法制备了强辐射源用铜纳米线阵列靶,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行了结构表征。结果表明:去除AAO模板后铜纳米线平均直径比去除AAO模板前的平均孔径大32%,长度缩短5%。对电沉积2 000 s的样品进行铜纳米线长度分布表征,结果显示:距离模板圆心越远,铜纳米线越长。与超短脉冲激光相互作用实验结果表明:纳米线平均长度在18~50 μm范围内,铜Kα光子产额先随纳米线长度增加而增加,当长度大于33 μm时,铜Kα光子产额开始下降。  相似文献

We report the measurement of the electrical resistivity of a vertical single Ni nanowire. A vertical array of Ni nanowires was fabricated on a Si substrate by electrodeposition using a nanoporous alumina template. The Ni nanowires possessed a face-centered-cubic polycrystalline structure. A voltage-applied atomic force microscope was used to make a nanometer-scale point contact on top of the vertical grown single Ni nanowire. The measured resistance was 1.1 MΩ for a nanowire with length of 3 μm and diameter of 20 nm.  相似文献

High-density tellurium (Te) nanowire arrays were prepared in the nanochannels of an anodic aluminum membrane (AAM) template using the electrochemical deposition method. The as-synthesized Te nanowires, typically 60 nm in diameter and up to 40 μm in length, possess a hexagonal single crystalline structure following [001] growth direction. The optical polarization properties of Te nanowire arrays embedded in AAM were investigated using an optic parameter oscillator in the wavelength range from 0.7 to 1 μm. 采用一种低成本的有效方法制备出了有序排列的海胆状ZnO纳米线阵列。首先利用自组装的方法得到了单层的聚苯乙烯(PS)小球,以其为模板用水热法在小球表面生长ZnO纳米线,得到了由PS小球和ZnO纳米线构成的海胆状结构。纳米线的直径均一,长度可通过水热反应时间进行控制。利用这种方法制备的一维ZnO纳米结构在传感器、太阳能电池及光催化领域有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

以阳极氧化铝作为模板,用化学镀的方法制备了可以用作铂钯复合催化剂载体的镍纳米线和纳米管阵列,利用置换反应将铂钯复合催化剂沉积在镍纳米阵列材料上.SEM图片表明镍纳米线的平均直径 为100 nm,镍纳米管的平均内径为20 nm. EDS扫描的结果表明铂钯元素均匀地分布在阵列材料上.循环伏安研究发现载有铂钯催化剂的镍纳米管阵列对乙醇氧化的电催化活性明显高于载有铂钯催化剂的镍纳米线阵列.  相似文献

借助二次模板法成功的合成了AlN纳米线宏观阵列,并进行了表征.主要研究CVD法制备有一定取向,直径均匀的AlN纳米线宏观阵列的过程.通过气相沉积法和利用PS球自组装模板制备了金属纳米颗粒模板;再以模板上的金属纳米颗粒作为催化剂,利用化学气相沉积在模板上合成AlN纳米线宏观阵列.借助SEM,TEM观察所得样品,AlN纳米线阵列面积约为0.3 mm×0.2 mm,直径和长度分布均匀,平均直径约为41 nm,平均长度为1.8 μm左右,分散密度和覆盖率大的六角结构AlN纳米线宏观阵列.得到了可控制备AlN纳米线 关键词: AlN纳米线阵列 模板法 CVD法 SEM  相似文献

Highly aligned Ag nanowires have been synthesized by dc electrodeposition within a hexagonal close-packed nanochannel anodic aluminum oxide template. The pore diameter varies from 20 nm to 50 nm depending on the anodization voltage and temperature for the two types of aqueous solutions, sulphuric and oxalic acids, respectively. The size and morphology of the Ag nanowire arrays were measured by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The images indicate that the highly aligned Ag nanowires grow in the uniform nanochannels of the anodic alumina template and that the size of the nanowires depends on the size of the nanochannels. X-ray diffraction, selected area electron diffraction pattern and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy images show that the Ag nanowires are single-crystal. The temperature coefficient of resistivity (temperature range from 4.2 K to 300 K) of the Ag nanowire arrays decreases with decreasing diameter of the nanowires. Gold nanowire arrays with diameters ranging from 45 to 200 nm were obtained via electrochemical deposition within the ion-track templates. The morphology of gold nanowires was imaged by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface properties were investigated by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The SPR peaks were observed as the gold nanowire arrays embedded in the templates and their intensity decreased after the sample exposed to the air for a certain time due to the formation of chemisorbed oxygen on nanowire surface. The positive binding energy shifts in Au core level was found when the gold nanowire arrays embodied in template and the initial- and finial-state effects were introduced to explain this phenomenon.  相似文献

Permalloy (Ni80Fe20)/Cu multilayered nanowires (NWs) were electrodeposited using a template directed method from sulfate baths via pulse potential technique. Microstructures and compositions of the nanowires were characterized using various microscopy and spectroscopy techniques. To synthesize compositionally uniform nanowires with high efficiency, new sulfate baths with a high content of Ni2+ were developed. The effects of deposition potential and concentration of metal ions were optimized to reduce composition inhomogeneity and incorporation of copper in the permalloy layers. Composition of the NiFe layers was found to be close to 20 at% Fe with a maximum of 5 at% Cu. TEM analysis indicated that individual nanowires exhibit distinct and coherent layering structure with rough and wavy interfaces. A synthesized single nanowire was also AC dielectrophoretically assembled across the microfabricated gold electrodes for subsequent magnetoresistance measurements.  相似文献
