This paper presents a treatment of the entanglement transfer between atoms in two distant cavities coupled by an optical fibre. If the atoms resonantly and collectively interact with the local single-mode cavity fields and the dipole--dipole interaction between the atoms is neglected, then it shows that a complete transfer of entanglement from one pair of atoms to another can be deterministically realized. Furthermore, it also investigates the effects of dipole--dipole interaction on entanglement transfer on the condition that the interaction between the atoms and the cavity is much weaker than the coupling between the cavity and the fibre.  相似文献

We investigate the entanglement in a system of two coupling atoms interacting with a single-mode field by means of quantum information entropy theory. The quantum entanglement between the two atoms and the coherent field is discussed by using the quantum reduced entropy, and the entanglement between the two coupling atoms is also investigated by using the quantum relative entropy. In addition, the influences of the atomic dipole--dipole interaction intensity and the average photon number of the coherent field on the degree of the entanglement is examined. The results show that the evolution of the degree of entanglement between the two atoms and the field is just opposite to that of the degree of entanglement between the two atoms. And the properties of the quantum entanglement in the system rely on the atomic dipole--dipole interaction and the average photon number of the coherent field.  相似文献

A system consisting of two different atoms interacting with a two-mode vacuum, where each atom is resonant only with one cavity mode, is considered. The effects of dipole-dipole (dd) interaction between two atoms on the atom-atom entanglement and mode--mode entanglement are investigated. For a weak dd interaction, when the atoms are initially separable, the entanglement between them can be induced by the dd interaction, and the entanglement transfer between the atoms and the modes occurs efficiently; when the atoms are initially entangled, the entanglement transfer is almost not influenced by the dd interaction. However, for a strong dd interaction, it is difficult to transfer the entanglement from the atoms to the modes, but the atom-atom entanglement can be maintained when the atoms are initially entangled.  相似文献

This paper studies entanglement between two dipole-dipole coupled atoms interacting with a thermal field via a two-photon process. It shows that the entanglement is dependent on the mean photon number of the thermal field and the dipole-dipole interaction. The results also show that the atom-atom entanglement through the two-photon process is larger than that through the one-photon process and a remarkable amount of entanglement between the atoms still remains at certain times even for a very highly noisy thermal field.  相似文献

The entanglement properties of the system of two two-level atoms interacting with a single-mode vacuum field are explored. The quantum entanglement between two two-level atoms and a single-mode vacuum field is investigated by using the quantum reduced entropy; the quantum entanglement between two two-level atoms, and that between a single two-level atom and a single-mode vacuum field are studied in terms of the quantum relative entropy. The influences of the atomic dipole--dipole interaction on the quantum entanglement of the system are also discussed. Our results show that three entangled states of two atoms--field, atom--atom, and atom--field can be prepared via two two-level atoms interacting with a single-mode vacuum field.  相似文献

This paper investigates the influences of atom-field coupling and dipole-dipole coupling for atoms on the entanglement between two atoms by means of concurrence. The results show that the sudden death occurs when the atom-field coupling is strong enough, and the collapse and the revival appear when the dipole-dipole interaction is strong enough.  相似文献

The entanglement property of two identical atoms, initially entangled in Bell states, coupled to a single-mode cavity is considered. Based on the reduced non-perturbative quantum master equation method, the entanglement evolution of the two atoms with decay is investigated beyond the conventional rotating-wave approximation. We show that the counter-rotating wave terms, usually neglected, have a great influence on the disentanglement behaviour of the system. The phenomena of entanglement sudden death and entanglement sudden birth will occur. In addition, we show that the entanglement can be strengthened by introducing the dipole--dipole interaction of the two atoms.  相似文献

This paper studies quantum entanglement between two spatially separated atoms driven by a coherent laser field in the dissipative process of spontaneous emission. It is shown that the entanglement strongly depends on the detuning of the laser frequency from atomic transition frequency, the interatomic separation and the Rabi frequency of the coherent laser field. A considerable amount of steady state entanglement can be obtained near Δ=-α (i.e., the dipole--dipole interaction and the detuning cancel out mutually) for small atomic separation and large Rabi frequency of the coherent laser field.  相似文献

This paper studies the entanglement properties in a system of two dipole-dipole coupled two-level atoms resonantly interacting with a single-mode thermal field. The results show that, when the temperature of the cavity is high enough (corresponding to the large value of the mean photon number), the entanglement is greatly enhanced due to the initial atomic coherence. These results are helpful for controlling the atomic entanglement by changing the initial parameters of the system.  相似文献

通过精确求解带有偶极-偶极相互作用的两个二能级原子与一个共同热库相互作用模型, 得到了两原子间量子纠缠和量子失谐(quantum discord)的解析表达式. 综合考虑了环境的非马尔可夫效应、原子间的偶极-偶极相互作用以及原子的本征频率同腔模中心频率之间的失谐量对两原子间量子纠缠和quantum discord的影响. 研究显示: 在非马尔可夫机制下, 且原子的本征频率与腔模中心频率是共振时, 当两原子初态处于纠缠态时, 原子间偶极-偶极相互作用可以显著抑制包括量子纠缠和quantum discord等量子关联的衰减, 更特别的是, 如果原子的本征频率同腔模中心频率有一定的失谐时, 利用原子间偶极-偶极相互作用可大大地延长两原子退纠缠的时间; 当两原子初态处于可分离态时, 从短时间来看, 原子间偶极-偶极相互作用可以提高量子纠缠和quantum discord振荡的振幅,而在长时间极限下, 原子间偶极-偶极相互作用不会改变量子纠缠和quantum discord达到的稳定值. 最后, 讨论了原子间偶极-偶极相互作用对量子纠缠和quantum discord动力学不同的影响. 关键词: 量子纠缠 量子失谐 共同环境 偶极-偶极相互作用  相似文献

使一对纠缠的二能级原子之一与单模真空腔场发生共振相互作用,通过选择不同的演化时间,对这个三体系统的其中之一做选择性测量,可调节另外两体的纠缠状态。在不做测量时,研究了在不同的初始状态下,三体纠缠及三体中两两纠缠的演化特性。结果表明,该体系纠缠都呈现周期性的振荡,特别是,通过选择合适的初始状态和演化时间可生成强壮纠缠态———W纠缠态;在特定演化时刻,可使两纠缠原子的纠缠信息完全转化到腔外原子和腔场中去。  相似文献

For the Raman interaction between an atom and a two-mode cavity field prepared in the state |01> or |10> , the atom and the field can be disentangled periodically. Such a property of Raman atom-field interaction allows the full entanglement transfer among many atoms and bimodal cavities. In the calculations, each atom is assumed to interact with its own cavity at a different time and so non-identical atoms can be treated conveniently. Entanglement sudden death is discussed too. Though atom-field interaction greatly changes the values of the concurrence for two atoms, configuration of the concurrence is almost not affected. When there is entanglement sudden death, atoms and cavities can still be entangled with one another. However, full entanglement transfer cannot be achieved for such systems with Raman atom-field interaction.  相似文献

We study the dynamics of quantum discord and entanglement of two entangled two-level atoms within two isolated and dissipative cavities in the weak- or strong-coupling regime. The quantum entanglement are measured by concurrence and relative entropy. The quantum discord of two atoms based on quantum mutual information and relative entropy are also calculated. In the weak-coupling regime, the sudden death of quantum discord and entanglement of two atoms can occur simultaneously within a short interaction time. When the interaction time is long, quantum discord and entanglement of two atoms could be partially preserved due to the long-lived nature of quantum discord and entanglement. However, in the strong-coupling regime, there is no sudden death of quantum discord though the entanglement sudden death phenomenon occurs. In addition, we observe that entanglement and discord will be destroyed eventually when the atom-field interactions are strong. 采用了相干态正交化法研究了耦合强度以及偶极相互作用对Tavis-Cummings模型中两原子的纠缠的影响.与旋波近似比较发现,在弱耦合强度下,非旋波近似下两原子间的纠缠与旋波近似下的结果符合得很好,在强耦合区,原子之间的纠缠出现了突然死亡现象.研究同时发现耦合强度越大,原子间处于可分离态的时间越长,表明了原子间处于退纠缠的时间的长短是依赖于原子-光场的耦合强度的.而考虑了偶极相互作用时,随着偶极-偶极相互作用的加强,原子间的纠缠也将被加强.  相似文献

通过求解系统的Milburn方程,研究了两个二能级原子和单模场相互作用系统中原子间纠缠和贝尔不等式破坏随时间的演化特性,讨论了偶极相互作用、场与原子的失谐量对纠缠度以及贝尔不等式破坏的影响.结果表明:原子间偶极-偶极相互作用对纠缠度和贝尔不等式破坏有显著影响,失谐量增大会使两原子的纠缠度和贝尔不等式破坏变大,并且两原子所能达到稳定的纠缠受偶极相互作用系数与失谐量两者之差的影响.同时还发现两原子的纠缠与贝尔不等式破坏并不是单调的函数关系,很小的纠缠也可以产生贝尔不等式破坏. 关键词: Milburn理论 偶极-偶极相互作用 失谐量 贝尔不等式破坏  相似文献

By means of concurrence, we investigate the dynamics of entanglement between two initially separate atoms in succession passing through a cavity and their interaction with a Fock state field. We then analyze the effects of the atomic coherence, photon number, and atomic motion on the time evolution of atom-atom entanglement. The results show that there can be entanglement between two separate atoms, and that the threshold time for the creation of the entanglement is controllable by the photon number, atomic motion, and field-mode structure.  相似文献

运用Negativity熵研究了Bell态原子与双模纠缠相干光场相互作用系统中两个全同二能级原子之间的纠缠演化特性.分析了光场强度、光场纠缠度及原子间相互作用强度对纠缠的影响.结果表明:原子处于|β11〉时,两原子始终处于最大纠缠态;原子处于|β00〉时,初始纠缠的两原子始终较长时间处于退纠缠状态;原子处在|β10〉时,增大双模光场的平均光子数可以明显增大两原子之间的纠缠度并保持较大的纠缠状态;原子初态处在|β01〉时,原子间的相互作用强度对双原子间纠缠度有较显著的非线性调制作用.  相似文献

The temporal evolution of the degree of entanglement between two atoms in a system of the binomial optical field interacting with two arbitrary entangled atoms is investigated. The influence of the strength of the dipole–dipole interaction between two atoms, probabilities of the Bernoulli trial, and particle number of the binomial optical field on the temporal evolution of the atomic entanglement are discussed. The result shows that the two atoms are always in the entanglement state. Moreover, if and only if the two atoms are initially in the maximally entangled state, the entanglement evolution is not affected by the parameters, and the degree of entanglement is always kept as 1.  相似文献

The two atoms in the ion trap are entangled by the interaction with an external excited atom. The evolution of the entanglement is analytically derived without the decoherence. Considering the spontaneous decay from the environment, the evolution of the entanglement is similar to the damping Rabi oscillation. The generation of entanglement is induced by the dipole-dipole type interaction of atoms. It is found that the entanglement of two trapped atoms is robust with the uniform interaction with the external atom. The collective spontaneous emission from the coupling between the atoms may enhance the entanglement.  相似文献

We have studied the dynamics and transfer of the entanglement of the two identical atoms simultaneously interacting with vacuum field by employing the dressed-state representation. The two atoms are driven by classical fields. The influence of the initial entanglement degree of two atoms, the coupling strength between the atom and the classical field and the detuning between the atomic transition frequency and the frequency of classical field on the entanglement and atomic linear entropy is discussed. The initial entanglement of the two atoms can be transferred into the entanglement between the atom and cavity field when the dissipation is neglected. The maximally entangled state between the atoms and cavity field can be obtained under some certain conditions. The time of disentanglement of two atoms can be controlled and manipulated by adjusting the detuning and classical driving fields. Moreover, the larger the cavity decay rate is, the more quickly the entanglement of the two atoms decays.  相似文献
