绿色陶瓷厚膜电致发光器件研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
报道了采用高介电常数的陶瓷厚膜作绝缘层、ZnS:Er,C1作为发光层的绿色薄膜电致发光器件(CTFEL)。器件结构为陶瓷基片/内电极/陶瓷厚膜/发光层(ZnS:Er,C1)/透明电极(ZnO:A1)。制备的器件在市电频率驱动下发出明亮的绿光,测量了器件的电致发光(EL)光谱和亮度-电压曲线,研究了发光机理和效率-电压等特性。  相似文献

为了提高FEB-E偏滤器的杂质控制和增加FEB-E偏滤器处离子与中性气体的相互作用,用喷 气和杂质注入的方法设计了动态气全靶偏滤器。高约束H模拟态下的脱靶等离子体沿删削层(SOL)磁力线有大的辐射功率份额(50% ̄80%)和大的等离子体压力下降(90%)。偏滤器上等离子体压降系数用SOL的两点输运模型和辐射模型估算。结果显示,压降系数不仅与辐射功率份额有关,而且与SOL驻点密度紧密相连。  相似文献

The use of plasma processing for spraying is reviewed, with emphasis on the material used, their sprayed structure, and successfully applied coatings. It is noted that new and further developments in plasma spray processes, spray devices, and spray materials have led to advantages in the realization of functional coatings and applications ranging from conventional to highly specialized industries. Different functions of the sprayed coatings can be achieved by choosing various plasma-process variations and any of a high number of useful coating materials.  用溶胶-凝胶法制备了易清洗的聚乙烯醇/二氧化硅(PVA/SiO2)复合增透膜。先在K9玻璃基片上镀制PVA薄膜,然后在PVA薄膜上镀上二氧化硅增透膜。用紫外可见光分光光度计、椭偏仪、光学显微镜、扫描探针显微镜和静滴接触角测量仪分别分析了膜层和基片的透射率、膜层厚度和折射率、表面形貌、水接触角等性质,用去离子水作溶剂对复合膜层进行清洗。结果表明:聚乙烯醇/二氧化硅复合增透膜峰值透射率达到99.8%,峰值透射率位置可以随SiO2厚度而调节。复合膜层能够被热水清除,清除后基片完好,其透射率、表面形貌和水接触角与镀膜前一致。  相似文献

Soft coatings are used on many industrial surfaces. In particular, silicone coatings are used where low-friction or low-adhesion properties are desired. Due to their softness, it has proven to be very challenging to measure the thickness of such coatings, especially on rough surfaces. In this paper we present a scheme in which the amplitude reduction of a resonant vibrating cantilever can be used to detect the surface of a partially hardened silicone coating. The dc deflection of the same cantilever can be used to detect the surface of an underlying steel surface. The distance between these two points gives the thickness of the silicone layer when corrected for the cantilever-vibration amplitude and the coating transferred to the atomic force microscope tip. Using this scheme we have successfully measured the thickness of silicone coatings in the range of 20 nm to 3 7m.  相似文献

Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) is a cost-effective technique that can be used to prepare ceramic coatings on metals such as Ti, Al, Mg, Nb, etc., and their alloys, but this promising technique cannot be used to modify the surface properties of steels, which are the most widely used materials in engineering. In order to prepare metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on steels, a combined technique of arc spraying and plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was adopted. In this work, metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on steels were obtained using this method. We firstly prepared aluminum coatings on steels by arc spraying, and then obtained the metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on aluminum coatings by PEO. The characteristics of duplex coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion and wear resistance of the ceramic coatings were also studied. The results show that, duplex Al2O3/aluminum coatings have been deposited on steel substrate after the combined treatment. The ceramic coatings are mainly composed of α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3, θ-Al2O3 and some amorphous phase. The duplex coatings show favorable corrosion and wear resistance properties. The investigations indicate that the combination of arc spraying and plasma electrolytic oxidation proves a promising technique for surface modification of steels for protective purposes.  相似文献

Thermally-sprayed Diamalloy 2002 is widely used as overlay coating in several applications for their good wear and corrosion protection. Although, in the past, any effort has been produced to deposit Diamalloy 2002 with a low degree of defectiveness, some residual porosity and cracks can often affect the final property of the resulting coatings. Different techniques are commonly used to improve the performance of Diamalloy 2002. Recently, laser post-treatment seems to be one of the most promising, being an effective, non-contact, mini-invasive technology.In this respect, the present investigation deals with the application of a continuous wave high power diode laser to post-treat Diamalloy 2002 deposited by HVOF on AA 6082 T6 aluminum alloy. Different laser power and scan speed were investigated in order to identify the process window most favorable to improve the overall mechanical property of Diamalloy 2002 coatings. The changes in morphology, micro-structure and chemical composition of the coatings after laser post-treatments were investigated by inductive gage profilometry and combined SEM-EDXS. Further, the changes in the mechanical properties of the coatings were investigated in terms of hardness, elastic modulus, scratch and wear resistance. Consistent improvements in mechanical property can be achieved by Diamalloy 2002 when laser processing is performed at higher power and reduced scan speed. Yet, too much increase in power density should be always avoided as it can be detrimental to the final property of the coatings and cause high defectiveness and their failure.  相似文献

The rolling contact fatigue (RCF) failure prediction of the coating Fe-Cr alloy coatings was investigated. The acoustic emission (AE) technique was used to monitor RCF tests of the coatings. The failure mechanism was investigated. Results showed AE signals sensitively detected the initiations and propagations of the fatigue cracks within the coatings before the obvious surface material losses. AE signals also reflected the cumulate damage procedure. So the coming RCF failures can be predicted by AE signal responses. Moreover, the micro-defects within the coatings were considered to be the fatigue crack origins.  相似文献

Combining structure and liquid repellent coatings to optimise non-wettability is a well-established field. However, the area in recent years has been dominated by data on water repellency. The work here provides data on how certain plant structures can be used to develop surfaces that provide repellency towards both polar and non-polar, low surface tension fluids. Combining fluoropolymer coatings with ‘hairy’ fibres is particularly beneficial for providing liquid-repellent textiles. None of these surfaces can however be regarded as super-repellent to low surface tension liquids (i.e. with little difference in advancing and receding contact angles).  相似文献

Power ultrasound may be used in the processing of minerals to clean their surfaces of oxidation products and fine coatings, mainly through the large, but very localised, forces produced by cavitation. Results of the application of power ultrasound to remove iron-rich coatings from the surfaces of silica sand used in glass making and to improve the electrostatic separation of mineral sand concentrates through lowering the resistivity of the conducting minerals (ilmenite and rutile) are presented. Parameters affecting ultrasonic cleaning, such as input power and levels of reagent addition, are discussed. In particular, we present data showing the relationship between power input and the particle size of surface coatings removed. This can be explained by the Derjaguin approximation for the energy of interaction between a sphere and a flat surface.  相似文献

Rubber layers with air-filled cavities or local resonance scatters can be used as anechoic coatings. A lot of researches have focused on the absorption mechanism of the anechoic coatings. As the anechoic coatings are bonded to the hull of submarine, the vibration of the hull should not be neglected when the analysis of the absorption characters is carried out. Therefore, it is more reasonable to treat the anechoic coating and the backing as a whole when the acoustic performance is analyzed. Considering the effects of the steel plate backing, the sound absorption performances on different models of anechoic coatings are investigated in this paper. The Finite Element Method is used to illustrate the vibrational behaviors of the anechoic coatings under the steel backings by which the displacement contours is obtained for analysis. The theoretical results show that an absorption peak is induced by the resonance of the steel slab and rubber layer. At the frequency of this absorption peak, the steel plate and the coating vibrates longitudinally like a mass-spring system in which the steel slab serves for mass and the coating layer is the spring. To illuminate the effects of the steel slab backing on the acoustic absorption, the thicknesses of the steel slab and the anechoic layer are discussed. Finally, an experiment is performed and the results show a good agreement with the theoretical analysis.  相似文献
