Magnetron assisted silane decomposition (MASD) is proposed as a method for deposition of a-Si:H and its alloys. In this method a silane containing gas mixture is passed through the magnetron plasma near a target and decomposed there. The deposition rate in the case of the c-Si target is increased 3 times compared to magnetron sputtering and film properties are changed. a-SiSn:H is obtained with a Sn target.  相似文献

The first study of materials based on ultradisperse diamond produced by detonation is reported. A luminescence band in the visible has been observed, and some of its structural features have been interpreted by analogy with the known luminescence bands of centers in synthetic and natural diamonds. A comparison of the spectra obtained from ultradisperse diamond samples with the surface modified by different chemical treatments suggests that their pattern is governed to a considerable extent by the presence of a graphitic layer on the grain surface. A technique for microdetermination of titanium on the developed silicon surface is suggested. In this technique, thin titanium layers are dissolved in an aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid and then the resulting solutions are analyzed using potentiometric cells made of perfluorinated proton-conducting membranes. The feasibility of estimation of titanium on the silicon surface in amounts of 5 × 10?7 mol or less is demonstrated.  相似文献

Two new types of photosensitive structures are proposed and fabricated for the first time on solid-solution single crystals of diamondlike Cd1 − x Mn x Te (x = 0−0.7) magnetic semiconductors. The photoelectric properties of surface-barrier (In/Cd1 − x Mn x Te) and welded (weld/Cd1 − x Mn x Te) structures are studied at T=300 K. The photosensitivity spectra of these structures are analyzed and compared; as a result, the character of the interband optical transitions and the energy gaps of the Cd1 − x Mn x Te crystals are determined. These structures can be applied in magnetic photoelectronic devices.  相似文献

A study of the photocatalytic activity of commercial and mechanically activated zinc oxide powders has been carried out based on the example of the decomposition of Brilliant Green. The goal of this work was to study the effect of the grinding time (0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 min) on the structure of zinc oxide and its photocatalytic activity under visible and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It has been found that, when UV radiation is used, the constant of the dye oxidation rate for samples activated for 1 min increases compared with unactivated powders, whereas further mechanical activation leads to a decrease in the photocatalytic activity. When using visible radiation, samples activated for 1 min showed the minimum photocatalytic activity and further mechanical activation led to an increase in the efficiency of photocatalysis.  相似文献

A study has been made of a cylindrical Cu-C powder sample operated as a microwave antenna at 35 GHz in the 80–300-K temperature interval. The efficiency of such an antenna is shown to increase nearly twofold from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature, which is apparently associated with a superconducting transition close to 80 K.
