利用变换圆图解法获得了腔内存在有多热扰中心情况下的基模效稳腔的一般解,在这种腔内,各热扰中心处的π圆相继相切;其中的π1圆与腔的R1镜的σ1圆相切;而由π圆决定的基模光斑尺寸满足自孔径选基摸的要求,同时,根据这个解,确定了这种腔,特别是倍频腔的简单设计方法与计算公式。

相比于传统稳腔高功率TEA CO2激光器,如何在不降低功率的基础上,改善其光束质量一直研究者关心的问题。本文在原有稳腔激光器的基础上,设计了三组望远镜虚共焦腔镜,给出了完整的设计过程并进行了理论分析。同时对不同组的非稳腔激光器进行了对比实验研究,结果表明非稳腔能够在保证高单脉冲能量的基础上极大地改善激光远场发散角,其中最佳腔镜组合能够达到单脉冲能量13.7J,其发散角为1mrad(稳腔为2.4mrad),激光脉宽50ns(稳腔为98ns)。这就为此种类型激光器应用于激光制造领域奠定了基础。 相似文献

为获得一体化ns脉冲固体激光器,设计了一种Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q的激光器,将Cr4+∶YAG和Nd∶YAG热键合到一起,并在两端直接镀膜构成F-P激光腔。实验中用光纤耦合的激光二极管端面泵浦激光晶体,实现准连续的激光脉冲输出。针对实验中存在的热透镜效应,设计了一散热片,并对风吹和散热片的实验结果进行了对比。实验证实了设计的可行性,并实现了激光器的稳定运转。 相似文献

A complete solution of the thermal effect for continuous wave laser diode array fiber coupled high pump power end pumped actively solid state laser is presented. In this paper, the thermal loading resulted from energy transfer up-conversion effect for laser operated under different pulse repetition frequency has been taken into account in the overall thermal effects. The thermal loading transfer the absorbed pump power into non-uniform temperature distribution in the laser rod, and thus results in thermal strain, thermal stress, thermal dispersion of index, and thermally induced diffraction losses. For a practical laser cavity configuration containing the internal optical elements, we use spherical aberration theory to give a better explanation of experimental results via calculating diffraction losses quantitatively. According to analysis of thermal focal length experimental data, the results show that our calculated value of thermal loading under fixed Nd3+ doped concentration laser crystal is not a constant but a function of pump power instead. The theoretical predicted curve of thermal focal length based on our model is in good agreement with experimental measurements. At low pump power, the thermal loading is a linear function varying with pump power, but it begins to saturate at pump powers exceeding 6 W. This phenomenon is consistent with our physical intuitions. 相似文献

A new theory using a rotating convex mirror to reflect part of a laser beam into a pyro-electric sensor in order to detect the high power laser beam position is addressed in this research. The experiments were performed on the Nd: YAG laser system. The sensing performance was tested with the average power up to 50 W, duration time 1 ms and duration frequency 360 Hz. The results of static experiments show that the sensing system designed and developed in this research may correctly detect the Nd: YAG laser beam with the system parameters varied. The results of dynamic experiments show that the average sensing accuracy of beam position is up to 90% with a wide variation of laser system parameters. 相似文献

针对热容激光器的热透镜效应,给出了棒状钕玻璃热容激光器的热透镜公式表达式。理论上分析了热透镜焦距自平衡补偿方法的基本原理。在考虑了棒状钕玻璃热容激光器的具体特性的基础上,设计了一种简单的热透镜焦距自平衡补偿方法,使光抽运钕玻璃热容激光器在热透镜焦距变化情况下,可以使激光输出光斑大小稳定。为了解棒状热容激光器热透镜焦距的影响,利用自研的光栅型曲率传感器测量了热容激光器总的热透镜等效焦距的大小,结果表明热传导在抽运光发射完20 s左右后才建立热平衡产生了明显的热透镜效应; 随着抽运脉冲个数的增加,热透镜效应随之变大。 相似文献

通过建立激光介质非热平衡状态的振荡散热模型,分析了激光二极管抽运固体激光器中,热透镜的不稳定性.研究表明,热透镜的这种热不稳定性是造成激光场不稳定的重要因素.会造成高斯半径的不稳定波动,会使激光光束的指向角波动,会造成激光光斑的非对称畸变,这种畸变也处于波动之中.通过对端面抽运条件下,热耗为1W的Nd:YAG激光介质的理论和实验研究,确定了这种原因下光场不稳定度的数量级.

We propose and demonstrate a simple approach to lower the thermal quenching
effect and improve the output power of Cr:LiSAF lasers, which is
accomplished by employing two laser rods. The resonator contains two laser
rods and is designed by using two ``X' folding cavities in cascade. A tunable
laser output of $\sim $ 180\,mW has been achieved with the pump of single-striped
laser diodes. Compared with lasers using single gain rod, the laser with
dual rods shows less severe thermal effect and increases the output by more

利用节流的高压冷却介质在微蒸发腔内相变吸热,设计了一种用于大功率激光二极管制冷的封装组件。该组件采用高热导的无氧铜,用精密线切割、化学腐蚀等技术制作微蒸发腔,再通过自制的焊接设备完成制冷组件的封装。按照大功率激光二极管条的发热模型,理论上对微蒸发腔制冷组件的温度分布进行了数值模拟,结果与60 W激光二极管条的散热实验符合较好,得到制冷剂流量为23 m L/min时的热阻为0.289℃/W。 相似文献
