We find that a kind of atomic coherent state, formed as exp[ ξJ+-ξJ-]|00〉,when the SU(2) generators J± are taken as Fan's form J+=(1/2)(α1-α2)(α1-α2),J-=(1/2)(α1+α2)(α1+α2),and J0=(1/2)(α1α2-α1α2),is simultaneously a two-mode squeezed state. We analyse this squeezed state's physical properites, such as the cross- correlation function, the Wigner function, and its marginal distribution as well as the Husimi function.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the relic gravity waves produced during the transition from a radiation-dominated inflationary phase to a dust-dominated Friedman-Robertson-Walker-type expansion. We discuss how to investigate the spectral energy density by the latest space-based CWs detectors at f =0.1 Hz (i.e. DECICO). In the case of power-law and exponential inflation, we apply the cross-correlation method to the latest detector and get the time dependence of the very early Hubble pararneter.  相似文献

Stochastic resonance (SR) of a periodically driven time-delayed linear system with multiplicative white noise and periodically modulated additive white noise is investigated. In the condition of small delay time, an approximate analytical expression of output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is obtained. The analytical results indicate that (1) there exists a resonance peak in the curve for SNR versus time delay; (2) the time delay will suspend the SR dramatically for SNR versus other parameters of the system, such as noise intensity, correlation intensity, and signal frequency, once a certain value is reached, the SR phenomenon disappears.  相似文献

The stochastic resonance phenomenon in a bistable system subject to Markov dichotomous noise (DN) is investigated. Based on the adiabatic elimination and the two-state theories, the explicit expressions for the signal-tonoise ratio (SNR) and the spectral power amplification (SPA) have been obtained. It is shown that two peaks can occur on the curve of SNR versus the intensity of the DN. Moreover, the SNR is a non-monotonic function of the correlation time of the DN. The SPA varies non-monotonously with the strength of the DN. The dependence of the SNR on the frequency and the amplitude of the external periodic signal are discussed. The effect of the external frequency and the correlation time of the DN on the SPA are analyzed.  相似文献

We present an analytic investigation of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) by studying a signal modulated model of a single-mode laser system driven by pump noise and quantum noise with correlated real and imaginary parts,and find there is a maximum in the curve of the dependence of SNR upon the cross-correlation coefficient λq between the real part and the imaginary part, i.e., stochastic resonance appears in the SNR vs. λq curve. Moreover, when the SNR is at the maximum, the cross-correlation coefficient λq = O, which is coincidentally at the minimum of the mean normalized intensity fluctuation. The influences on stochastic resonance by the intensities of the pump and the quantum noise, the amplitude of the modulation signal, and the net gain of the laser are also studied. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the results obtained in this paper is reliable, the valid range for the linear approximation method is discussed.  相似文献

采用色抽运噪声和实虚部间关联的量子噪声驱动的单模激光损失模型,运用线性化近似方法计算了周期性信号加性输入时激光系统的输出光强信噪比,发现用信噪比与量子噪声实虚部间关联系数的关系曲线描述的随机共振现象.在抽运噪声自关联为短时关联情况下,当信号振幅增大和频率增快、抽运噪声色关联时间增大时,系统的随机共振加强;而噪声强度的增加会削弱系统的随机共振.在抽运噪声自关联为长时关联情况下,当信号振幅增大和量子噪声强度减弱时,系统的随机共振加强;而信号频率、抽运噪声强度、抽运噪声色关联时间的变化对系统随机共振的影响很小.  相似文献

针对由加性、乘性噪声和周期信号共同作用的线性过阻尼系统, 在噪声交叉关联强度受到时间周期调制的情况下,利用随机平均法推导了系统响应的信噪比的解析表达式. 研究发现这类系统比噪声间互不相关或噪声交叉关联强度为常数的线性系统具有更丰富的动力学特性, 系统响应的信噪比随交叉关联调制频率的变化出现周期振荡型随机共振, 噪声的交叉关联参数导致随机共振现象的多样化.噪声交叉关联强度的时间周期调制的引入有利于提高对微弱周期信号检测的灵敏度和实现对周期信号的频率估计. 关键词: 随机共振 周期振荡型共振 噪声交叉关联强度 信噪比  相似文献

Employing a simple and efficient method of electro-chemical anodization,ZnO nanowire films are fabricated on Zn foil,and an ultraviolet(UV)sensor prototype is formed for investigating the electronic transport through back-to-back double junctions.The UV(365 nm)responses of surface-contacted ZnO film are provided by I–V measurement,along with the current evolution process by on/off of UV illumination.In this paper,the back-to-back metal–seconductor–metal(M–S–M)model is used to explain the electronic transport of a ZnO nanowire film based structure.A thermionic-field electron emission mechanism is employed to fit and explain the as-observed UV sensitive electronic transport properties of ZnO film with surface-modulation by oxygen and water molecular coverage.  相似文献

Speckle intensity in the detector plane is deduced in the free-space optical system and imaging system based on Van Cittert-Zemike theorem. The speckle intensity images of plane target and conical target are obtained by using the Monte Carlo method and measured experimentally. The results show that when the range extent of target is smaller, the speckle size along the same direction become longer, and the speckle size increase with increasing incident light wavelengths. The speckle size increases and the speckle intensity images of target is closer to the actual object when the aperture scale augments. These findings are useful to access the target information by speckle in laser radar systems.  相似文献

In beam halo experiments, it is very important to correctly characterize the RFQ output proton beam. In order to simulate the beam dynamics properly, we must first know the correct initial beam parameters. We have used two different methods, quadrupole scans and multi-wire scanners to determine the transverse phase-space properties of the proton beam. The experimental data were analyzed by fitting to the 3-D nonlinear simulation code IMPACT. For the quadrupole scan method, we found that the RMS beam radius and the measured beam-core profiles agreed very well with the simulations. For the multi-wire scanner method, we choose the case of a matched beam. By fitting the IMPACT simulation results to the measured data, we obtained the Courant-Snyder parameters and the emittance of the beam. The difference between the two methods is about eight percent, which is acceptable in our experiments.  相似文献

The present paper is concerned with the longitudinal shear elasticity of three-dimensional icosahedral quasicrystals. By virtue of the Dugdale hypothesis along with the method of complex potential theory, it involves two defect problems of the icosahedral quasicrystals. The first one is the calculation of stress intensity factors and the size of the cohesive force zone in a half-infinite crack. Meanwhile, the crack tip tearing displacements can be exactly derived. The other is the demonstration of the generalized stress intensity factors induced by a sharp V-notch as an extension of a crack. The generalized E-integral around the notch tip gives the energy release rate when the V-notch degenerates into a crack. Apart from their own usefulness in carrying out some simplified crack analyses, the results obtained in this work can particularly serve as a basis for fracture mechanics of anti-plane defect problems of icosahedral quasicrystals.  相似文献

By using the linear approximation method, the intensity correlation function is calculated for a single-mode laser modulated by a bias signal and driven by colored pump and quantum noises with colored cross-correlation. We found that, when the correlation time between the two noises is very short, the behavior of the intensity correlation function versus the time, in addition to decreasing monotonously, also exhibits several cases, such as one maximum, one minimum, and two extrema. When the correlation time between the two noises is very long, the behavior of the intensity correlation function exhibits oscillation and the envelope is similar to the case of short cross-correlation time.  相似文献

Third-order Hanbrury Brown–Twiss and double-slit interference experiments with a pseudo-thermal light are performed by recording intensities in single, double and triple optical paths, respectively. The experimental results verifies the theoretical prediction that the indispensable condition for achieving a interference pattern or ghost image in Nth-order intensity correlation measurements is the synchronous detection of the same light field by each reference detector, no matter the intensities recorded in one, or two, or N optical paths. It is shown that, when the reference detectors are scanned in the opposite directions, the visibility and resolution of the third-order spatial correlation function of thermal light is much better than that scanned in the same direction, but it is no use for obtaining the Nth-order interference pattern or ghost image in the thermal Nth-order interference or ghost imaging.  相似文献

The high-resolution photoassociation spectrum of the ultracold cesium molecular 0+ state below the 6S1/2 + 6PI/2 limit is presented in this paper. The saturation of the photoassociation scattering probability is observed from the depen dence of the trap-loss probability on the photoassociation laser intensity. The corresponding resonant line width is also demonstrated to increase linearly with increasing photoassociation laser intensity. Our experimental data have good con sistency with the theoretical saturation model of Bohn and Julienne [Bohn J L and Julienne P S 1999 Phys. Rev. A 60 1].  相似文献

Kr L X-ray and Au M X-ray emission for Kr13+ ions with energies of 1.5 MeV and 3.9 MeV impacting on an Au target are investigated at heavy ion research facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL). The L-shell X-ray yield per ion of Kr is measured as a function of incident energy. In addition, Kr L X-ray production cross section is extracted from the yield and compared with the result obtained from the classical binary-encounter approximation (BEA) model. Furthermore, the intensity ratio of the Au M/33 to Ma1 X-ray is investigated as a function of incident energy.  相似文献

研究了由白交叉相关的两色噪声所驱动的线性振子的扩散,其中一个噪声受偏置的周期信号所调制.揭示了乘性色噪声的自关联时间τ1和加性色噪声的自关联时间τ2对d-Q,d-D及d-Ω曲线的影响,其中d,Q,D和Ω分别为振子的扩散系数、受信号调制的噪声强度、未受调制的噪声强度和信号的频率.发现d-Q和d-D曲线均存在一个极小值,而d-Ω曲线则在Ω=~Ω处呈现极大值,~Ω为振子频率.推导了使扩散系数d=0的条件.  相似文献

The rate of noise-induced escape from a metastable state of a periodically modulated overdamped system is found for an arbitrary modulation amplitude A. The instantaneous escape rate displays peaks that vary with the modulation from Gaussian to strongly asymmetric. The prefactor nu in the period-averaged escape rate depends on A nonmonotonically. Near the bifurcation amplitude A(c) it scales as nu proportional, variant(A(c) - A)(zeta). We identify three scaling regimes, with zeta = 1/4, -1, and 1/2.  相似文献

太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)广泛应用于材料、生物医学、化学、药学、安检等诸多领域。传统扫描式THz-TDS技术需要通过改变探测光延时逐点扫描并重构时域信号,仅适合于具有较高重复频率且稳定的太赫兹辐射源情形下的样品探测。在低重复频率或涨落较大的太赫兹辐射源情形下和不可逆过程中样品的探测,扫描式THz-TDS不再适用,需要使用单发THz-TDS技术,单发THz-TDS技术原则上仅需要一个激光脉冲就可以获取一个完整的太赫兹时域脉冲波形。介绍几种主要的单发THz-TDS探测技术,这些技术都利用了电光晶体的泡克尔斯效应,通过测量探测光的某个物理量的变化来提取太赫兹信号。根据探测方法不同可分为光谱编码、空间编码和互相关等技术。在光谱编码技术中,探测光不同频率成分在时间上发生分离,不同时间成分分别被太赫兹脉冲不同时刻电场调制,通过测量探测光各个频率被太赫兹脉冲调制前后的光谱的变化提取太赫兹脉冲波形。该方法光路简单,测量结果直观,有较高的信噪比,但其时间分辨率较低,且被测太赫兹信号容易产生失真。为提高被测信号的时间分辨率,有人提出了空间编码技术,即不同位置探测光分别被太赫兹脉冲不同时刻电场调制,通过测量探测光各个位置太赫兹脉冲调制前后的光强变化提取太赫兹脉冲波形。根据不同空间展开方法可分为一维空间编码技术和二维空间编码技术。空间编码技术中虽然有较高的时间分辨率,但由于探测光在空间展开能量分散使得其信噪比相对较低。此外,还有一种较高时间分辨率的技术即互相关技术,可分为共线互相关和非共线互相关技术。在非共线互相关技术中,被太赫兹脉冲调制的激光啁啾脉冲与短脉冲互相关作用产生二次谐波,通过太赫兹脉冲调制前后二次谐波空间分布变化来提取太赫兹信号;在共线互相关技术中被太赫兹脉冲调制的啁啾脉冲与短脉冲共线入射到光谱仪,通过干涉条纹提取太赫兹信号,该技术提高了时间分辨率和信噪比,但光路布置复杂,不能进行实时监测。回顾了这几种单发THz-TDS探测技术的发展历程,综述探测技术的原理、实验方案和测量结果,并讨论了这些探测技术的优势和不足。  相似文献

This study shows that the photoelectron energy spectrum generated by an intense laser pulse in the presence of a continuous X-ray has interesting and useful statistical properties. The total photoionization production is linearly propor- tional to the time duration of the laser pulse and the square of the beam size. The spectral double energy-integration is an intrinsic value of the laser-assisted X-ray photoionization, which linearly depends on the laser intensity and which quantita- tively reflects the strengths of the laser-field modulation and the quantum interference between photoelectrons. The spectral energy width also linearly depends on the laser intensity. These linear relationships suggest new methods for the in-situ measurement of laser intensity and pulse duration with high precision.  相似文献
