The deformation mapping method is applied to solve a system of (2+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equations. Many types of explicit and exact travelling plane wave solutions, which contain solitary wave solutions,periodic wave solutions,Jacobian elliptic function solutions and others exact solutions, are obtained by a simple algebraic transformation relation between the (2+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation and the cubic nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation. 相似文献

Using the truncated Painleve expansion, symbolic computation, and direct integration technique, we study analytic solutions of (2+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation. An auto-Backlund transformation and a number of exact solutions of this equation have been found. The set of solutions include solitary wave solutions, solitoff solutions, and periodic solutions in terms of elliptic Jacobi functions and Weierstrass & function. Some of them are novel. 相似文献

For describing various complex nonlinear phenomena in the realistic world, the higher-dimensional nonlinear evolution equations appear more attractive in many fields of physical and engineering sciences. In this paper, by virtue of the Hirota bilinear method and Riemann theta functions, the periodic wave solutions for the (2+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation and (3+1)-dimensional Kadomtsev Petviashvili (KP) equation are obtained. Furthermore, it is shown that the known soliton solutions for the two equations can be reduced from the periodic wave solutions. 相似文献

The usual (1+1)-dimensional Schwartz Boussinesq equation is extended to the (1+1)-dimensional space-time symmetric form and the general (n+1)-dimensional space-time symmetric form. These extensions are Painleve integrable in the sense that they possess the Painleve property. The single soliton solutions and the periodic travelling wave solutions for arbitrary dimensional space-time symmetric form are obtained by the Painleve-Backlund transformation. 相似文献

Some simple special Bäcklund transformation theorems are proposed and utilized to obtain exact solutions for the (2+1)-dimensional Euler equation. It is found that the (2+1)-dimensional Euler equation possesses abundant soliton or solitary wave structures, conoid periodic wave structures and the quasi-periodic Bessel wave structures on account of the arbitrary functions in its solutions. Moreover, all solutions of the arbitrary two dimensional nonlinear Poisson equation can be used to construct exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Euler equation. 相似文献

In this paper, we implement the exp-function method to obtain the exact travelling wave solutions of (N + 1)-dimensional nonlinear evolution equations. Four models, the (N + 1)-dimensional generalized Boussinesq equation, (N + 1)-dimensional sine-cosine-Gordon equation, (N + 1)-double sinh-Gordon equation and (N + 1)-sinhcosinh-Gordon equation, are used as vehicles to conduct the analysis. In this paper, by using the symmetry method, the relationships between new explicit solutions and old ones of the (2+1)-dimensional Kaup-Kupershmidt (KK) equation are presented. We successfully obtain more general exact travelling wave solutions for (2+1)-dimensional KK equation by the symmetry method and the (G, /G)-expansion method. Consequently, we find some new solutions of (2+1)-dimensional KK equation, including similarity solutions, solitary wave solutions, and periodic solutions. 相似文献

In the present letter, we get the appropriate bilinear forms of(2+1)-dimensional KdV equation, extended (2+1)-dimensional shallow water wave equation and (2+1)-dimensional Sawada-Kotera equation in a quick and natural manner, namely by appling the binary Bell polynomials. Then the Hirota direct method and Riemann theta function are combined to construct the periodic wave solutions of the three types nonlinear evolution equations. And the corresponding figures of the periodic wave solutions are given. Furthermore, the asymptotic properties of the periodic wave solutions indicate that the soliton solutions can be derived from the periodic wave solutions. 相似文献
