A new interferometric technique to obtain three-dimensional multispectral images of spatially incoherent polychromatic-source distributions is investigated. This technique is based on the measurement of a new type of volume interferogram, herein called the rotated-hyperbolic volume interferogram, which can be obtained by existing interferometer together with a novel aperture synthesis. This paper reports the first demonstration of the method: measurement of a monochromatic point source. The results obtained from this measurement included three-dimensional spatial information and spectral information corresponding to the impulse response function defined over a four-dimensional space. These experimental results confirmed that the imaging characteristics, particularly depth resolution, of the new method are superior to those of previous methods.  相似文献

A method is presented for the location of rotating sound sources by a microphone array. In contrast to other methods which are formulated in the time domain, this method works completely in the frequency domain and allows the application of advanced, high resolution beamforming techniques. Following the work by Lowis and Joseph for ducted sources, it is shown that a generalized cross-spectral matrix in the rotating frame of reference can be calculated which can serve as a starting point for advanced beamforming techniques. The Green's function of a moving point source under free space conditions is expressed in spherical coordinates, which are, for numerical reasons, more convenient than cylindrical coordinates. The microphones on the array have to be arranged in a ring. As a practical example high resolution beamforming deconvolution methods are applied to simulated data and measured data from rotating sources.  相似文献

This paper proposes a flexible calibration method for the defocusing structured light three-dimensional (3D) imaging system. Neither a high accuracy translation stage nor the parameters of the projector is required. Therefore the method is more flexible in many practical applications. World coordinates for calibration are obtained based on the method of coordinates from known plane. The monotonic nonlinear relationships between the absolute phase and each world coordinate have been investigated. Different from other methods, in our method, the 3D shape is directly recovered by the absolute phase to world coordinates method. Experimental results show that, when polynomial curve fitting methods are used, the root-mean-squared (RMS) error for the flat plate reconstruction is less than 0.12 mm, and the measurement error of 3D points is less than −0.34%. Furthermore, when comparing the measurement results of our method with the method of coordinates from known plane based on camera calibration, the relative error is less than −0.05%. Therefore, camera calibration is considered as the major error source.  相似文献

The increasing importance of optical 3D measurement techniques and the growing number of available methods and systems require a fast and simple method to characterize the measurement accuracy. However, the conventional approach of comparing measured coordinates to known reference coordinates of a test target faces two major challenges: the precise fabrication of the target and - in case of pattern projecting systems - finding the position of the reference points in the obtained point cloud. The modulation transfer function (MTF) on the other hand is an established instrument to describe the resolution characteristics of 2D imaging systems. Here, the MTF concept is applied to two different topometric systems based on fringe and speckle pattern projection to obtain a 3D transfer function. We demonstrate that in the present case fringe projection provides typically 3.5 times the 3D resolution achieved with speckle pattern projection. By combining measurements of the 3D transfer function with 2D MTF measurements the dependency of 2D and 3D resolutions are characterized. We show that the method allows for a simple comparison of the 3D resolution of two 3D sensors using a low cost test target, which is easy to manufacture.  相似文献

光学相十层析成像(光学相干层析成像术)的轴向分辨力由光源带宽和探测光束的聚焦条件共同决定。提高光学相干层析成像术轴向分辨力的方法主要基于带宽光源技术。提出了一种将变迹术与光学相十层析成像术相干门有机结合的方法来提高其轴向分辨力。通过适当形式的光瞳滤波器.使光学相干层析成像术系统轴向响应的主瓣宽度缩小到相干门之内,而其旁瓣则处于相干门之外.不对相干成像产生有效贡献。这样.就能在光源带宽不变的条件下,有效提高光学相十层析成像术的轴向分辨力,避免了采用宽带光源所带来的费用昂贵和系统复杂等缺陷。  相似文献

This paper presents an imaging method for the localization of the impact point in complex anisotropic structures with diffuse field conditions, using only one passive transducer. The proposed technique is based on the reciprocal time reversal approach (inverse filtering) applied to a number of waveforms stored into a database containing the experimental Green's function of the structure. Unlike most acoustic emission monitoring systems, the present method exploits the benefits of multiple scattering, mode conversion, and boundaries reflections to achieve the focusing of the source with high resolution. Compared to a standard time reversal approach, the optimal refocusing of the back propagated wave field at the impact point is accomplished through a "virtual" imaging process. The robustness of the inverse filtering technique is experimentally demonstrated on a dissipative stiffened composite panel and the source position can be retrieved with a high level of accuracy in any position of the structure. Its very simple configuration and minimal processing requirements make this method a valid alternative to the conventional imaging Structural Health Monitoring systems for the acoustic emission source localization.  相似文献

Depth resolution is limited by the photoelectron shot noise in conventional gain-modulated active three-dimensional (3D) imaging methods. A proposed method, which is based on photon intensity correlation, is presented to overcome the depth resolution limitation. The signal photons are amplified by an imaging intensifier, and are then divided into two beams by a beam splitter. The theory shows that the shot-noise limitation is broken using the strong intensity coherence between the two beams. The experiment results show that the depth resolution of the correlated active 3D imaging method is three times better than that of the shot-noise limitation.  相似文献

为了实现被动式三维形貌获取技术, 首先利用光线追迹方法从理论上对集成成像阵列式多角度图像获取技术进行了深入分析;对于元素图像阵列中同名像点的间距和三维物点位置之间的关联性进行了理论分析;在此基础上提出了集成成像同名像点三维形貌获取方法。实验结果显示, 本文提出的集成成像同名像点三维形貌获取技术能够获取三维物体的三维形貌和任意三维点的空间坐标。定量实验结果显示获取结果相对误差小于5%, 证实了本文提出的基于集成成像同名像点三维形貌获取技术能够实现三维信息的光学获取。  相似文献

为了提高成像系统的分辨能力, 并尽量减小系统的复杂度, 本文将相位差波前探测技术和相位差图像恢复技术结合起来构成相位差混合处理方法, 给出了点目标和扩展目标情况下混合处理方法的数值仿真结果, 并针对点目标情况进行了实验验证. 实验表明, 在像差较大的情况下, 直接用事后处理方法无法得到满意的结果. 在三种湍流强度下, 经混合方法处理后得到光斑的半高宽分别由自适应光学系统校正后的5.1, 5.1和5.0个像素减小到3.3, 3.2和3.0个像素. 可以看出, 利用相位差混合处理方法得到的图像明显优于单独的事后图像处理方法和自适应光学校正, 相位差混合处理方法在高分辨力成像领域有着巨大的应用潜力.  相似文献

通过解析分析和数值模拟,比较了钛K线(4.5 keV)与铜K线(8.0 keV)等X射线源背光透视物体情况下,菲涅耳波带板直接成像与投影式相衬成像对被透视物体的空间分辨能力。结果表明,波带板成像可实现优于1 m的高空间分辨能力,而且使用较大尺度背光源更有利于成像。对于高透射或弱吸收的透视物体,波带板难以成像,可采用投影式相衬成像实现m级空间分辨。计入了以前文献没有考虑到的更高阶影响后,解析给出了点光源照射下相衬像的强度分布与对比度。模拟了微焦点X射线源照射存在厚度起伏的薄膜靶以及密度空间调制靶的相衬成像,点光源情况下模拟结果和解析结果相符。讨论了光源大小、成像距离等参数对相衬成像对比度和空间分辨能力的影响,结果表明,通过减小光源尺度和调节物体到探测面的距离,空间分辨能力可优化到1~4 m。  相似文献

研究了双光子共焦显微镜中不同荧光波长对成像特性的影响,导出了不同荧光波长的三维脉冲响应函数和三维光学传递函数并进行数值计算.研究结果表明:不同荧光波长对双光子共焦显微镜的三维光学传递函数、三维脉冲响应函数和空间截止频率产生明显的影响,随着荧光波长的增大,分辨率明显下降,但不会出现单光子共焦显微镜中的失锥现象,选取适当的荧光波长进行成像,有利于进一步改善图像分辨率和成像质量.  相似文献

气象常用垂直坐标系中的位涡方程及位涡形式是位涡理论及位涡诊断技术的基础.本文依据坐标转换的观点,分别用两种不同的方法推导出等压坐标和等熵坐标中的位涡方程及相应的位涡表达式.一是从三维矢量运动方程出发,由三维涡度方程、连续方程和热力学方程推导位涡方程;二是直接从等压坐标和等熵坐标中的标量运动方程组出发推导位涡方程.结果表明,用两种方法所得到的等压坐标中的位涡方程和位涡表达式形式有所不同,而等熵坐标中用两种方法所得到的位涡方程和位涡形式相同.对垂直坐标系的物理本质分析表明,采用第一种方法时尽管矢量运动方程中的 关键词: 位涡 坐标转换 等压坐标 等熵坐标  相似文献

针对大尺度物体的keV-X射线高分辨成像,分析了相位型菲涅耳波带板(FPZP)对物平面1mm区域内点源的成像,确定像的空间分布具有不变性,提出了一种FPZP对扩展光源成像的计算方法.使用这一方法,模拟了放大倍数为10的典型实验条件下最外环宽0.35 μm的FPZ对扩展单色光源的成像.结果表明,随着扩展光源尺度的增加,像的对比度降低.FPZP的负1级和0级衍射是导致像的背景增强和对比度降低的主要因素,并相应导致成像对物方的空间分辨能力下降.对于强度空间分布为正弦调制、对比度为1的1mm尺度方形光源,像的对比度低于0.4,物方分辨能力为0.75 μm.  相似文献

采用Syn View Head 300对内部有胶和空气孔的样件进行了太赫兹二维扫描(xy轴方向),系统通过线性调频连续波技术得到样件内部的三维信息.检测薄层时,由于太赫兹源的波长在亚毫米量级,薄层的上下表面反射峰相距太近而难以辨别.为了提高太赫兹探测的纵向分辨率,采用小波变换对探测信号进行处理,对小波系数进行三维重构,获得的三维小波系数图像比原始三维探测信号更加精确.该方法有效提高了太赫兹成像的纵向检测精度,纵向分辨率可达1 mm.  相似文献

We study numerically, by means of the pseudospectral time-domain method, the unique features of imaging by a flat lens made of a left-handed metamaterial that possesses the property of negative refraction. We confirm the earlier finding that a left-handed flat lens can provide near-perfect imaging of a point source and a pair of point sources with clear evidence of sub-wavelength resolution. We illustrate the limitation of the resolution in the time-integrated image due to the presence of surface waves.  相似文献

Metal-dielectric layered stacks for imaging with sub-wavelength resolution are regarded as linear isoplanatic systems — a concept popular in Fourier optics and in scalar diffraction theory. In this context, a layered flat lens is a one-dimensional spatial filter characterised by the point spread function. However, depending on the model of the source, the definition of the point spread function for multilayers with sub-wavelength resolution may be formulated in several ways. Here, a distinction is made between a soft source and hard electric or magnetic sources. Each of these definitions leads to a different meaning of perfect imaging. It is shown that some simple interpretations of the PSF, such as the relation of its width to the resolution of the imaging system are ambiguous for the multilayers with sub-wavelenth resolution. These differences must be observed in point spread function engineering of layered systems with sub-wavelength sized PSF.  相似文献

环形编码孔成像技术具有高的探测效率和信噪比,是一种解决低强度脉冲辐射源成像较好的技术。基于该技术,利用Geant4建立环形编码孔中子成像的模拟过程,获取6个不同位置的点扩散函数(PSF)和编码图像。根据空间移变图像分块原理,将图像分成矩形和圆形分块,每一块图像用RL迭代法复原,去除边界明显畸变的像素,这些像素强度由相邻的图像块像素到边界距离的加权系数叠加而成。模拟结果表明,该方法提高了图像复原效果,能够更好地诊断射线区域的空间分布情况。  相似文献

为实现表面微观形貌快速而较简单的检测, 一种使用非平行光干涉照明的光学显微三维形貌检测方法被提出。该方法使用空间光调制器对激光光束进行衍射, 选取光强相近的2个衍射级通过显微物镜, 双光束干涉可得到周期接近图像分辨率、相位可精确调节的照明条纹, 被测样本的三维形貌可通过拍摄4帧等相位差的条纹照明图像来计算得到。该方法不需借助干涉物镜产生条纹, 不需要轴向扫描装置记录条纹变化, 相位调节精确, 成像直观。此外, 该方法所产生干涉条纹的相位随坐标线性变化, 不需对条纹周期进行修正。因为照明条纹参数调节光路独立于显微成像光路, 系统装置具有光路简洁、易于调节的优点。为验证所提出三维检测精度, 以粗糙度100 nm的粗糙度对比模块和硅片为被测样品进行了三维轮廓重建实验, 实验结果显示, 所提出方法轴向重复性测量精度为8.6 nm(2σ)。  相似文献
