使用大涡模拟-声学比拟相结合的方法,研究三维开式空腔的非定常可压缩过流及其相关的气动声学问题.近场的声源流场部分使用大涡模拟,声音向远场的辐射使用Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)声学比拟,建立了适合于开式空腔的全三维计算气动声学预测方法.文中突出了声源采样时间和积分模数的选择问题.  相似文献

抑制超声速武器舱空腔流噪声是航空领域中一项重要课题。大量研究表明在空腔前缘采用主/被动控制技术可以在一定程度上抑制腔内噪声水平。利用大涡模拟(large eddy simulation, LES)技术计算分析了Mach 1.4开式矩形方腔及波形、弧形两种前后壁几何修形后空腔的流动及噪声, 探索超声速来流条件下几何修形被动控制技术对开式方腔流噪声的抑制能力。计算结果表明波形和弧形空腔对腔内噪声均具有一定的抑制作用, 且波形空腔噪声控制效果更优。分析认为空腔几何修形能够改变空腔上方剪切层及腔内大尺度涡结构的发展演化, 进而实现对腔内噪声的控制。此外, 还应用LES方法计算分析了增厚的来流边界层条件下超声速方腔流, 发现来流边界层增厚可显著降低腔内噪声水平。   相似文献

本文研究了障碍物位于流场不同位置时轴对称射流冲击尖劈障碍物流动和声学特性。应用大涡模型(LES)数值模拟了受限射流流动特性和FW-H方程数值积分求解了远声场噪声频谱和声压级特性,并与自由射流模拟结果进行对比分析。模拟结果表明当障碍物位于自由射流流场转折界面处,自由射流涡环配对失败,使得自由射流主要噪声源被破坏,受限射流声源为障碍物产生的偶极子声源;当障碍物位于自由射流流场充分发展区,自由射流主要声源涡环配对完成,声源为自由射流段四极子声源和障碍物产生的偶极子声源,且随着离喷嘴距离增加,障碍物处流体流动速度减小,远声场相同位置声压级值逐渐减小。  相似文献

气动声学的声比拟理论以密度、声压等标量为波动算子变量,建立非齐次波动方程,描述流体运动及与边界作用诱发声音的辐射,但标量无法直接描述声能量的传播过程和途径.在流体力学研究中,标量用于描述当前当地的物质状态,而矢量用于描述质量和能量的传输.借鉴上述思想,开展了矢量气动声学的研究,概述矢量气动声学的理论研究进展及应用,主要包括:(1)以声粒子速度为变量,采用声比拟理论的思想直接从Navier-Stokes方程出发推导建立了气动声学的矢量波动方程及两种频域解;(2)综合利用声压和声粒子速度的积分解,直接求解声源周围的瞬时和有功声强矢量场,直观显示声能量的传播途径,应用于旋转声源辐射声能量的传播分析,揭示了亚音速旋转声源辐射声能量的3种传播模式:螺旋模式、声学黑洞模式和R-A模式;(3)采用球谐级数展开方法建立旋转点/紧凑声源辐射噪声的声压和声粒子速度的频域解析解,在此基础上推导了声功率谱的频域解析解,建立了识别旋转叶片声源在空间域和频域分布特征的方法;(4)综合利用矢量气动声学方法和等效源方法,显示声源和散射边界周围声强矢量场的分布特征和能量传播途径,直接揭示了阻抗边界主要的吸声位置以及直接计算得到阻抗边界的吸收声功率.   相似文献

飞机机体表面的开孔设计会形成空腔结构,产生空腔流致噪声。空腔噪声的控制需要彻底认识其流动和噪声机理。以飞机的功能性开孔为例,通过半经验公式分析了其空腔噪声频率随速度的变化规律,预测了出现流声共振的工况。空腔发生流声共振时,特定频率的纯音噪声会被放大。为此,采用脱体涡模拟方法开展了开孔结构流声共振的三维非定常数值计算,分析了其流场和声场特性。其中,数值方法的准确性通过圆形空腔标模计算进行验证。结果表明,在一定速度下剪切层内的扰动将诱发空腔深度方向声模态,出现流声共振现象。此时,剪切层表现为强烈的周期性上下拍动,空腔底部和后缘区域的局部压力脉动幅值较大,声波主要由空腔后缘向上游方向辐射,上游噪声大于下游。  相似文献

针对弯掠轴流风机气动噪声问题,采用大涡模拟(LES)和基于Lighthill声类比的FW-H模型相结合的方法进行非定常计算,通过快速Fourier转换(FFT),得到风机远场气动噪声声压级分布。对比研究了三种转速下旋转区内声压级分布规律、时域及频域特性,结果表明:旋转区域内声压级随转速增加而增大,前缘分离涡在某一转速时影响区域和强度最大;在一个旋转周期内,声压脉动呈现出6个波峰与波谷,验证了叶片转动频率是风机内部气动噪声的主要激励频率.  相似文献

对美国Sandia国家实验室测量的甲烷-空气湍流射流火焰进行了三维大涡模拟(LES),其统计的时均量以及脉动量符合实验测量值,且和RANS代数二阶矩湍流燃烧模型模拟结果大致符合。LES统计得到的化学反应率系数脉动和甲烷浓度脉动的互关联与对应的时均量梯度的乘积分布趋势相同,大小幅值的位置也相对应,与二阶矩湍流燃烧模型的封闭假设相符,验证了二阶矩代数燃烧模型的合理性。  相似文献

采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,系统研究了尺度自适应模拟(scale-adaptive simulation,SAS)和大涡模拟(large-eddy simulation,LES)的关联性问题.在理论分析方面,对比分析了系综平均和滤波的定义、Spalart-Allmaras(SA)湍流模型和动态亚格子(subgrid-scale,SGS)模型关于湍流黏性系数的求解方式.理论分析结果表明,系综平均等价于盒式直接滤波,SAS和LES的控制方程在数学形式上具有一致性;SAS存在过多的湍流耗散,主要来自于SA输运方程中的扩散项.在数值模拟方面,选取来流Mach数0.55,Reynolds数2×105的圆柱可压缩绕流为分析算例.计算结果表明,SAS和LES预测的大尺度平均流场信息几乎一致,SAS预测的湍流脉动信息略低于LES.SAS在圆柱近尾迹区的湍流耗散过大,而在稍远的尾迹区几乎能够完全等效于LES.   相似文献

以光学窗口的气动光学效应研究为背景,研究影响光学传输预测的流场湍流脉动量预测.选取平板、压缩拐角、凹腔流动模型,采用大涡模拟(LES)方法研究超声速湍流脉动工程预测模型的系数修正.结果表明:LES方法能够获得无激波干扰、强激波干扰及底部大分离条件下,湍流密度脉动的定量分布,并据此给出脉动工程模型的系数修正,结果已经应用于型号飞行器的光学窗口气动光学效应预测.  相似文献

三聚氰胺泡沫材料是一种具有高开孔率的多孔材料,具备优良的吸音、防火隔热及环保性能,可以作为吸声材料与弹性板、空腔介质形成复合结构,在建筑、航空、交通工具等工程领域有广泛的应用。该文基于Biot理论和分层介质在交界面处的不同边界条件,建立非均匀复合介质背衬刚性壁面结构的理论声学模型,详细分析了多孔材料布局对复合结构吸声特性的影响。该文理论模型计算的结果与阻抗实验得到的垂直入射吸声系数基本一致,验证了理论模型的正确性。结果表明:在多孔材料前面增加空气层可以改善高频吸声特性;在多孔材料后面增加空气层可以改善复合结构低频吸声特性。通过合理配置多孔材料,可以在应用需求频段上达到满意的吸声效果。  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to propose a practical impedance tube method to optimize the sound transmission loss of double wall structure by concentrating on the sound package placed inside the structure. In a previous work, the authors derived an expression that breakdown the transmission loss of a double wall structure containing a sound absorbing blanket separated from the panels by air layers in terms of three main contributions; (i) sound transmission loss of the panels, (ii) sound transmission loss of the blanket and (iii) sound absorption due to multiple reflections inside the cavity. The sound transmission loss contributions of the blanket can thus be estimated from three acoustic measurements using impedance tube techniques: two reflection coefficients at the front face and the rear face of the blanket placed in specific positions characteristic of its position inside the double wall structure and its sound transmission coefficient. The method is first validated in the case of a double wall structure filled with a 2 in. foam material. Next, it is applied to investigate (i) the effect of frame compression of a 2 in. fibre glass in an aeronautic-type double wall structure and (ii) the effect of double porosity with or without porous inclusions in a building-type double wall structure.  相似文献

The finite element method is applied to an elastic shell which is vibrating to generate acoustic radiation. A vibrating shell of revolution backed by an enclosure in its rear side is to radiate sound waves into a semi-infinite space in front. As a numerical example, some characteristics of a direct radiator type loudspeaker model are calculated and discussed. The driving point impedance and the far field sound pressure frequency characteristics are shown, together with the effects of the radiation and the enclosure.  相似文献

The suppression of the aerodynamic noise in the cavity has a great significance to solve relevant puzzles of weapon bays.Acoustic field of the standard cavity model is simulated by using the computational fluid dynamics technology based on scale-adaptive simulation(SAS)model.The results obtained by the proposed method in this paper show reasonable agreement with experiments.On the basis of this,effect of different jet flow rates on the time-averaged variables,turbulent kinetic energy,root mean square(RMS)of sound pressure,sound sources distribution and the pulsating pressure distribution in the cavity is studied.The analysis shows that the jet flow has great influence on the cavity flow field and the distribution of pulsating pressure RMS by changing the morphology of the shear layer.The most obvious of these measures is spout4 configuration,the influence mainly in the form of reducing the pulsating pressure of the whole cavity and changing the sound pressure level in the far field.The results show that different jet flow rates have different control effects on pulsating pressure in the cavity and sound pressure level in the far field.Furthermore,the jet flow rates and the suppression effect on the pulsating pressure have no linear relation.  相似文献

本文主要针对低速开式空腔流动自激振荡产生噪声问题,在0.55 m×0.4 m航空声学风洞开展了不同低马赫数(0.1/0.15/0.2/0.25)条件下长深比为2的空腔腔内流场结构和噪声特性风洞试验研究。通过利用高频粒子图像测速技术捕捉腔内流场结构,分析了腔内声波传递路径;完成空腔远场噪声和壁面压力测试,分析了噪声自激振荡模态和简正波模态,并对空腔壁面脉动压力和远场噪声进行压/声相关性研究。结果表明:空腔内部除主涡外,在腔口前缘处剪切涡与腔口后缘处碰撞涡明显存在;在875 Hz,1288 Hz,1875 Hz,2050 Hz四个频率附近出现了由声腔共振所致的单频噪声;壁面压力与远场噪声密切相关,在壁面压力主频位置有明显单频噪声出现。   相似文献

Measurements of steady-state sound pressure levels above the audience in large lecture halls show that the classical equation for predicting the sound pressure level is not accurate. The direct field above the seats was measured on a 1:10 scale model and was found to be dependent on the incidence angle and direction of sound propagation across the audience. The reverberant field above the seats in the model was calculated by subtracting the direct field from the measured total field and was found to be dependent on the magnitude and particularly on the placement of absorption. The decrease of sound pressure level versus distance in the total field depends on the angle (controlled by absorption placement) at which the strong reflections are incident upon the audience area. Sound pressure level decreases at a fairly constant rate with distance from the sound source in both the direct and reverberant field, and the decrease rate depends strongly on the absorption placement. The lowest rate of decay occurs when the side walls are absorptive, and both the ceiling and rear wall are reflective. These consequences are discussed with respect to prediction of speech intelligibility.  相似文献

Flow over an open side window in a car exhibits similar characteristics as the flow over an open cavity. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation over a cavity was done as a benchmark. The unsteady flow simulation was carried out using Scale Adaptive Simulation (SAS) turbulence model. The benchmark results, frequency and sound pressure levels of feedback and resonance modes, all well matched with the experimental data. Then, with the right rear window, for example, the mechanism of the side window buffeting was investigated. The simulation results show that side window buffeting noise is generated by large scale vortices and in low frequency. Furthermore, buffeting noise characteristics under several patterns of side windows opening were also numerically investigated. As a result, rear window buffeting noise is more severe than that of front window when one window open, and combination pattern of side windows open can reduce buffeting noise. To decrease the interior noise and improve car ride comfort, four suppression measures through adding a side window weather deflector at the A-pillars, constructing a cavity at the B-pillars, combination of the front and rear windows and installing a row of square cylinder deflector at the B-pillars were also studied, respectively. In conclusion, certain noise reduction can be achieved through four passive control methods.  相似文献

The vortex dynamics and the sound generation by an inviscid vortex in the presence of a finite length porous material on an otherwise rigid plane are studied numerically in the present study in an attempt to understand the sound generation near the surface of a wall lining in a lined duct. The combined effects of the effective fluid density and flow resistance inside the porous material, and the length and thickness of the porous material on the sound generation process are examined in detail. Results obtained demonstrate the sound pressure is longitudinal dipole and show how seriously the above-mentioned parameters are affecting the vortex sound pressure under the influence of the porous material.  相似文献

高速列车运行过程中,由于结构表面的不平整性产生的湍流边界层激励(TBL)对车厢内部的声场环境产生了一定的影响。采用非相关壁面平面波技术(UWPWs)将随机激励(TBL)转化为一组壁面平面波,利用该激励模型模拟获取了TBL激励下高速列车车窗表面的壁面压力,并将其加载到车窗有限元结构上构建了TBL激励下高速列车车窗模型。分别调查了空腔厚度、双侧玻璃厚度比以及空腔阻尼损耗因子三个参数对车窗声振特性的影响。结果表明:当空腔厚度为20mm,双侧玻璃厚度比为9:5,空腔阻尼损耗因子为0.05时,分别为各自参数下调查工况中的最优解。基于参数调查的结果对车窗结构进行了优化,优化后车窗结构的速度级响应在分析频段内较之前有了显著的削弱,辐射声功率级整体下降了2.8dB。  相似文献
