In past years, several hints of lepton flavor universality(LFU)violation have emerged from the b→ct■,and b→sl~+l-data.More recently, the Belle Collaboration has reported the first measurement of the D* longitudinal polarization fraction in the B→D*τV decay.Motivated by this intriguing result, along with the recent measurements of RJ/Ψand τ polarization,we present the study of b→ct■ decays in supersymmetry(SUSY)with R-parity violation(RPV).We consider B→D(*)t■,Bc→ηct■,Bc→J/ψt■ and ∧b→∧ct■ modes and focus on the branching ratios,LFU ratios,forward-backward asymmetries, polarizations of daughter hadrons, and the τ lepton. The RPV SUSY was capable of explaining the RD(*) anomalies at the 2σ level, after taking into account various flavor constraints. In the allowed parameter space, the differential branching fractions and LFU ratios are largely enhanced by the SUSY effects, especially in the large dilepton invariant mass region. Moreover,a lower bound B(B~+→K~+vv)7.37×10~(-6) is obtained. These observables could provide testable signatures at the high-luminosity LHC and SuperKEKB,and correlate with direct searches for SUSY.  相似文献

Based. On the effective Hamiltonian with the generalized factorization approach, we calculate the branchingratios and CP asymmetries of B → VV decays in the Topcolor-assisted Technicolor (TC2) model. Within the consideredparameter space we find that: (a) for the penguin-dominated B → K* φ and K*0 φ decays, the new physics enhancementsto the branching ratios are around 40%; (b) the measured branching ratios of B →K* φ and K*0φ decays prefer therange of 3 Neffc 5; (c) the SM and TC2 model predictions for the branching ratio B(B →ρ ρ0) are only about halfof the Belle‘s measurement; and (d) for most B → VV decays, the new physics corrections on their CP asymmetries are generally small or moderate in magnitude and insensitive to the variation of mπ and Neffc.  相似文献

Motivated by the recent LHCb collaboration measurements of charmless three-body decays of ■s meson, we calculate the branching fractions of ■ s →K0π+π-, ■s→K0K+K-, ■s→K0π+K- and ■s→K0K+π- decay modes using the factorization approach. Both the resonant and nonresonant contributions are studied in detail. For the decays ■s→K0π+π- and ■s→K0K+K-, our results agree well with experimental data, and the former is dominated by the K*, while the latter one is dominated by the nonresonant contribution. Considering the flavor S U(3) symmetry violation, the sum of branching fractions of ■s→K0π+K- and ■s→K0K+π-could accommodate the data well too. It should be noted that both branching fractions are sensitive to the scalar density Kπ|ˉsq|0.Furthermore, the resonant contributions are dominated by the scalar K*0(1430). We hope that these branching fractions could be measured individually in the experiments so as to test the factorization approach and the flavor S U(3) asymmetry. Moreover, the direct C P asymmetries of these decays are also investigated, which could be measured in the running LHCb experiment and Super-b factory in the future.  相似文献

The universality of the weak interactions can be tested in semileptonic b→c transitions, and in particular in the ratios R(D~(*)) ≡Γ(B → D(*)τν)/Γ(B → D~(*)lν)(where 1 = μ or e).Due to the recent differences between the experimental measurements of these observables by Ba Bar,Belle and LHCb on the one hand and the Standard Model predicted values on the other hand,we study the predicted ratios R(D~(*))=Γ(B→D~(*)τ+"missing")/Γ(B→D(*)lν)in scenarios with an additional sterile heavy neutrino of mass ~1 Ge V.Further,we evaluate the newly defined ratio R(0)≡Γ(B→τ+"missing")/Γ(B→μν) in such scenarios,in view of the future possibilities of measuring the quantity at Belle-Ⅱ.  相似文献

Based on a data sample of 384 million BB pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-Ⅱ asymmetric e + e ̄ storage ring,we measure branching fractions,direct CP,isospin and lepton-flavor asymmetries for the rare decays B → K (*) l + l ̄ in two di-lepton mass bins above and below the J/ψ resonance.For the B → K* l + l ̄ decay,we also measure the K* longitudinal polarization fraction and the di-lepton forwardbackward asymmetry.  相似文献

We study the semileptonic decaysBc-→(ηc,J/ψ)l-■lusing the PQCD factorization approach with the newly defined distribution amplitudes of the B c meson and a new kind of parametrization for extrapolating the form factors which takes into account the recent lattice QCD results. We find the following main results:(a)the PQCD predictions of the branching ratios of theBc→(ηc,J/ψ)l■decays are smaller by about 5%-16%when the lattice results are taken into account in the extrapolation of the relevant form factors;(b)the PQCD predictions of the ratio Rηc,RJ/ψand of the longitudinal polarization PτareRηc=0.34±0.01,RJ/ψ=0.28±0.01,Pτ(ηc)=0.37±0.01and Pτ(J/ψ)=-0.55±0.01;and(c)after including the lattice results, the theoretical predictions slightly change:Rηc=0.31±0.01,RJ/ψ=0.27±0.01,Pτ(ηc)=0.36±0.01andPτ(J/ψ)=-0.53±0.01.The theoretical predictions of RJ/ψagree with the measurements within the errors. The other predictions could be tested by the LHCb experiment in the near future.  相似文献

Anomalies in decays induced by b→cl~-v_l(l=e,μ,τ) transitions may imply lepton flavor universality violations, which raises questions on such phenomena in the D decays induced by c→(s,d)l~+v_l transitions.Current measurements of the pure leptonic and semi-leptonic D decays agree with the standard model(SM) predictions, and such agreements can be used to constrain the new physics(NP) contributions. In this work,we extend SM by assuming general effective Hamiltonians describing the c→(s,d)l~+v_l transitions including the full set of the four-fermion operators. With the latest experimental data,we perform a least χ~2 fit of the Wilson coefficient corresponding to each operator. The results indicate that the Wilson coefficients of tensor and scalar operators in the muon sector are in the order of O(10~(-2)) while others are in the order of O(10~(-3)).The lepton flavor universality could be violated by interactions with the scalar operators. We also determine that the pure leptonic decays are significantly sensitive to scalar operators. The effects of NP on the semi-leptonic decays with electron final state are negligible;however, for the decays with the muon final state, the effects of scalar and tensor operators will appear in the forward-backward asymmetries and the muon helicity asymmetries of D→P_μ+v_μ decays. The future measurements of these decays in the BE SⅢ and Belle Ⅱ experiments will facilitate the evaluation of NP effects.  相似文献

Using ~14×106ψ(2S) and ~58×106J/ψ data collected at BESⅡ/BEPC,the branching fraction of ψ(2S) →Ω+Ωˉ+ is measured with about 5σ statistical significance. The Λ electric dipole and Λ decay parameter are studied using the decay J/ψ→ΛΛ→ ppˉπ+π-.Using(106±3)×106 ψ(2S) decays collected at BESⅢ/BEPCⅡ,we have obtained some interesting physics results. The branching fractions of χcJ →π0π0,ηη are measured with precision improved. The mass and width of hc(11P1) state, together with the branching fractions of Br(ψ(2S) →π0hc) and Br(hc →γηc) are the first measurements.Surprisingly, the decays of χc1 →φφ,ωω,and ωφ are firstly observed in BESⅢ data.  相似文献

In the two-quark model supposition for K0*(1430), which can be viewed as either the first excited state (ScenarioⅠ) or the lowest lying state (Scenario Ⅱ), the branching ratios and the direct CP-violating asymmetries for decays s0 → K0*0(1430)η (’) are studied by employing the perturbative QCD factorization approach. We find the following results: (a) The CP averaged branching ratios ofs0 → K0*0 (1430)η ands0→ K0*0(1430)η’ are small and both in the order of 10-7 . If one views K0* (1430) as the lowest lying state, B(s0→K0*0(1430)η) ≈ 3.9×10-7 and B(s0→K0*0(1430)η’) ≈ 7.8×10-7.(b) While the direct CP-violating asymmetries of these two decays are not small: if we still take the parameters of K0* (1430) in scenario , ACPdir(s0→K0*0(1430)η) ≈ 56.2% and ACPdir(s0→ K0*0(1430)η’) ≈ 42.4%. (c) The annihilation contributions will play an important role in accounting for future data, because both the branching ratios and the direct CP asymmetries of these two decays are sensitive to the annihilation type contributions.  相似文献

We study the four-body decays of neutral flavored mesons, including■,and■.These processes, which could be induced by a hypothetical doubly-charged scalar particle,do not conserve the lepton number.Assuming,as an example, that the mass of the doubly-charged particle is 1000 Ge V,and using the upper bounds of the couplings,we calculate the branching ratios of different channels. For■,and,it is of the order of 10~(-30),10~(-32)–10~(-29),and 10~(-33)–10~(-28),respectively.Based on the experimental results for the■channels,we also find the upper limit for the quantity■  相似文献

Using the Bs meson wave function extracted from non-leptonic Bs decays, we reevaluate the rare decays Bs→l+l- γ,(l=e,μ) in the Standard Model, including two kinds of contributions from the magnetic-penguin operator with virtual and real photons. We find that contributions to the exclusive decays from the magnetic-penguin operator b→sγ with real photons, which were regarded as negligible in the previous literature, are large and the branching ratios Bs→l+l-γ are enhanced by a factor of almost 2. With the predicted branching ratios of the order of 10-8, it is expected that these radiative dileptonic decays will be detected in LHC-b and B factories in the near future.  相似文献

We study the branching ratios of D+→D0e+ν,DS+→D0e+ν,BS0→B+e-ν,DS+→D+e-e+ and BS0→B0e-e+ rare semileptonic decay processes, which are induced by decays of light quarks, the heavy quarks remain unchanged. The branching ratios of these decay processes are estimated in the heavy quark limit and with SU(3) flavor symmetry. We find that the decay rates are very tiny in the framework of the Standard Model. We also estimate the sensitivities of the measurements of these rare decays at the future experiments, such as BES-Ⅲ,super-B and LHC-b.Observations of these decays may shed some light on new physics beyond the standard model.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the top quark rare decays t →cγ and v in an extension of the standard model, where baryon number and lepton number are local gauge symmetries. Adopting reasonable assumptions on the parameter space, we find that the branching ratios of t →cγ and t →cg can reach 10^-6 and 10^-5 respectively, which can be detected in near future.  相似文献

The experimental observation indicates that the branching ratio of ψ→ρπ is very small while the ρ-π channel is a main one in J/ψ decays. To understand the puzzle, various interpretations have been proposed.Meanwhile according to the hadronic helicity selection rule, this decay mode should be suppressed.Numerical calculations are needed to determine how it is suppressed. We calculate the branching ratios of J/ψ→ρπ and ππ in the framework of QCD.The results show that the branching ratios are proportional to [(Mu+md)/(mJ/ψ)]2 for the ρπ mode and [(Mu-md)/(mJ/ψ)]2 for the ππ mode which is isospin violated. The theoretical prediction of the ratio of J/ψ→ρπ is smaller than data, but not too small to invoke a completely new mechanism. Thus the puzzle is still standing even though we learn much knowledge towards the puzzle and this will help to finally interpret the puzzle and then gain a deeper insight to the heavy quarkonia.  相似文献
