 为了减小载体振动对传统差动激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)测速精度的影响,提出了Janus配置的差动LDV,并对其速度测量的相对误差进行了理论分析与数值仿真。结果表明:Janus配置技术可以近似反演出载体上下振动时的俯仰角,并对速度进行补偿;载体上下振动对传统差动LDV的测量精度有较大影响,而对Janus配置的差动LDV的影响较小;在Janus配置的差动LDV中,当存在俯仰角且大小一定时,随着载体上下起伏速度与运行速度比值增大,速度测量的相对误差增大;当载体上下起伏速度与运行速度的比值为0.01,俯仰角小于10°时,Janus配置的差动LDV的速度测量的相对误差小于0.2%。  相似文献

建立了包含1/2波片(HWP)和1/4波片(QWP)快轴装调误差的Stokes矢量测量误差方程。分析了波片快轴的装调误差对7种典型基态入射光的Stokes矢量测量精度的影响,推导了任意入射光Stokes矢量测量误差的表征方法。仿真结果表明,偏振度越大,偏振测量误差越大,选取入射光偏振度为1时的偏振测量精度评估系统性能。提出了一种波片快轴装调误差的优化方法,当测量矩阵的条件数小于1.84时,选取0.772/0.228的分束比可使波片快轴装调误差对系统偏振测量精度的影响最小。为满足2%的偏振测量精度,HWP的快轴装调误差应在±0.15°内,QWP的快轴装调误差应在±0.52°内。  相似文献

波片精度对偏振光学系统性能有着重要的影响,故需要对其相位延迟量和快轴方位角进行高精度测量。提出了一种新型基于双频激光干涉相位检测的高精度波片测量方法,采用双频激光外差干涉光路,利用一个可旋转半波片和一个角锥反射棱镜测量待测波片,可实现任意波片的相位延迟量和快轴方位角的高精度同时测量。所提方法不受波片、偏振片等双折射器件的方位角精度的影响,从原理上避免了该类系统误差。所设计的系统具有共光路结构,测量稳定性高,信号处理采用相位检测方式相对于一般的光强检测方式测量精度更高。此外,所设计的测量系统中元件很少,结构简单,测量过程快捷。误差分析表明,在现有实验条件下,测量系统的波片相位延迟量的测量不确定度约为3.9′,快轴方位角的测量不确定度约为5′′。实验比对结果表明,所提方法的测量结果与其他方法测量结果的一致性很好。重复性测量实验表明,测量结果的标准偏差约为2′。  相似文献

 利用激光回馈测量波片相位延迟精度高的优越性,以激光回馈技术为基础,实现光学波片的在盘测量,即在加工过程中,波片光胶于光胶盘的状态下测量波片位相延迟,以提高波片生产效率和成品率。采用凹面镜作为回馈镜以提高回馈信号调制深度,对激光回馈内、外腔长进行稳定,提高了系统可靠性;研究了波片与光胶盘光胶对波片测量的影响,提出并验证了在光胶盘上开孔,在打孔的光胶盘上光胶、加工、测量波片的新工艺,最终实现了波片在盘测量,测量长期重复性优于1°,经过激光频率分裂系统校正后,系统精度优于0.5°。  相似文献

在起偏器-待测波片-检偏器系统基础卜提出一种四区域测量波片相位延迟量的方法.调整待测波片和检偏器的方位角,获得相应的四组光强值,通过线性运算得到待测波片的相位延迟量,完全消除了起偏器和检偏器不完全消光带来的误差.由于测量系统中不存在标准波片或其他相位调制元件,允许测量波长仅受偏振棱镜和探测器的限制,因此四区域法可适用于很大波长范围内的波片测量.以λ/4波片为例,理论分析了测量系统利用四区域测量法后的仪器误差为σφ≤士3.49065×10-3rad(约0.2°),精度比原算法提高约1个数量级.实验验证了四区域法能有效提高系统精度.  相似文献

为了得到云母波片的相位延迟量和双折射率随波长的变化关系,利用椭偏光谱仪连续测量了云母波片在400~770 nm光谱范围内的延迟量.在对云母波片进行校准后,测量的数据被光电探测器收集并输送到计算机,根据输出的数据可以得到云母波片的相位延迟量随波长的变化.利用测得的延迟量计算出了云母波片在一定光谱范围内的双折射率,得到了云母波片的双折射率色散曲线,并通过拟合得到了双折射率色散公式.该方法能测量任意波片的相位延迟量,并且具有测量方便、周期短、精度高等特点.  相似文献

分振幅型全Stokes同时偏振成像仪具有实时性好、空间分辨率高、精度高等优点,有很高的应用价值.分振幅型全Stokes同时偏振成像系统利用偏振分束器、1/2波片和1/4波片将入射光Stokes矢量调制在4幅图像中,可解析入射光Stokes矢量. 1/2波片和1/4波片的相位延迟误差对Stokes矢量测量精度有着不可忽略的影响.建立了包含上述两种误差的Stokes矢量测量误差方程,分析了1/2波片和1/4波片相位延迟耦合误差对自然光、0°/45°线偏光、左旋圆偏光等典型基态入射光的Stokes矢量测量误差的影响,推导了任意偏振态的Stokes矢量测量误差的表征方法.在邦加球球面和球内选取不同偏振度的Stokes矢量作为入射光进行仿真.结果表明, Stokes矢量测量误差和偏振度测量误差均随着入射光偏振度的增大而增大.选取入射光偏振度为1时的偏振测量精度评估系统.为满足2%的偏振测量精度, 1/2波片相位延迟误差应在±1.6°内, 1/4波片相位延迟误差应在±0.5°内.这对提高系统的偏振测量精度具有重要意义,为系统设计和研制提供了重要的理论指导.  相似文献

Laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) with improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is presented to measure the vehicle velocity. A novel optical structure named split-reuse type configuration is developed to improve the SNR of LDV. Reference measurements were provided by measuring the outer surface of a precision single-axis turntable. Under these conditions, the measurement uncertainty of the instrument is better than 0.56 % with 95 % confidence interval. The split-reuse type LDV has been tested with an automobile on the open road, and the measurement results are comparing with the results of a precision spatial filter velocimeter, which verify the feasibility of split-reuse type LDV to measure the self-velocity of vehicle.  相似文献

为了实现目标极缓慢速度和微小位移的实时、准确监测,消除各种干扰对微弱多普勒信号的影响,设计了一套激光多普勒测速(LDV)系统。该系统采用迈克尔逊干涉光路和调幅解调、相敏检测技术,具有较强的抗干扰能力。实验结果表明,该系统可实现固体目标沿光轴方向μm/s级速度和μm级位移的实时、准确测量。该系统光路结构简单,对目标的表面状况无特殊要求,可用于滑坡、地陷等地质灾害的监测,及桥梁、大坝等工程结构变形状况的检测,该方案对相关科学实验和工件精密测量也有重要意义。  相似文献

An idea of using laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) to measure the velocity for the vehicle inertial navigation system was put forward. The principle of measuring its own velocity with laser Doppler technique was elaborated and reference-beam LDV was designed. Then Doppler signal was processed by tracking filter, frequency spectrum refinement and frequency spectrum correction algorithm. The result of theory and experiment showed that the reference-beam LDV solved the problem that dual-beam LDV cannot be used for measuring when the system was out of focus. Doppler signal was tracked so that signal-to-noise ratio was improved, and the accuracy of the system was enhanced by the technology of frequency spectrum refinement and correction. The measurement mean error was less than 1.5% in velocity range of 0-30 m/s.  相似文献

二维频移激光多普勒测量油中悬浮粒子速度时,根据悬浮粒子通过针孔光阑时存在的四种不同情况,对原有激光多普勒测量悬浮粒子瞬时速度的方法进行了改进,提出一种悬浮粒子瞬时速度分析处理方法,利用该方法,对水平方管内的油中悬浮粒子的瞬时速度进行了测量分析。结果表明:改进方法获取的悬浮粒子瞬时速度的稳定性较好,能够表征在一组粒子通过激光多普勒的针孔光阑的时间段内粒子组随着时间的变化趋势,提高了频移激光多普勒采样数据的利用效率,有利于进一步准确表征悬浮粒子在油液中二维瞬时速度的分布特征和运动轨迹,为激光多普勒实验测量中悬浮粒子瞬时速度的表征提供理论支撑。  相似文献

The performances of two Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV) systems adapted for measuring the acoustic particle velocities are assessed in enclosed sound field. This assessment is performed by comparing the acoustic velocities measured by means of LDV to reference acoustic velocities estimated from sound pressure measurements. The two LDV systems are based on a single optical bench which delivers an optical signal called Doppler signal. The Doppler signal, which is frequency modulated, is analyzed by means of two signal processing systems, the BSA (Burst Spectrum Analyser from Dantec) on the one hand, and a system specifically developed for the estimation of the acoustic velocity on the other hand. Once the experimental setup has been optimized for minimizing the errors made on the reference velocities, the assessment is performed and shows that both systems can measure the acoustic velocity in enclosed field in two the frequency ranges [0-4 kHz] and [0-2 kHz] respectively for acoustic velocity amplitudes of 10 mm/s and 1 mm/s.  相似文献

Experimental determination of the velocity distribution in the deformation zone is of significant importance to investigate the metal flow in both conventional and asymmetrical rolling processes. In this paper, a scanning laser Doppler velocimetry (LDV) system, designed for measuring the velocity distributions in the deformation zone in plate rolling is reported. The LDV used for the rolling process is briefly described and then the scanning mechanism based on beam displacement by a rotating transparent plate is introduced. The relationship among the scanning distance, the beam-cross angle of the LDV system and the rotating angle of the plate is established. The scanning LDV was first tested with a rotating disk and then applied in the rolling process. The test results have demonstrated the feasibility of the scanning LDV.  相似文献

Particle Imaging Velocimetry (PIV) and Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV) measurements on a self-induced sloshing flow in a rectangular tank had been conducted in the present study. The PIV measurement result was compared with LDV measurement result quantitatively in order to evaluate the accuracy level of the PIV measurement. The comparison results show that the PIV and LDV measurement results agree with each other well in general for both mean velocity and fluctuations of the velocity components. The average disagreement level of the mean velocity between PIV and LDV measurement results was found to be within 3% of the target velocity for the PIV system parameter selection. Bigger disagreements between the PIV and LDV measurement results were found to concentrate at high shear regions. The spatial resolution and temporal resolution differences of the PIV and LDV measurements and the limited frames of the PIV instantaneous results were suggested to be the main reasons for the disagreement.  相似文献

In order to adapt to the complicated environment of ground for the vehicle, a combined dual-beam and reference beam LDV is presented. It is made up of a single dual-beam subsystem and a single reference beam subsystem. Each optical head detects its own backscattering, and then the signal processing unit chooses one of the signals from the two detectors according to the validity of signal to extract the Doppler frequency and calculate the vehicle's velocity. Measurement results of combined LDV show good agreement with data obtained using DZL-1 electronic speedometer. The relative measurement error is less than 1.5%, which shows the reliability of the technique and potential for it to be applied to inertial navigation system.  相似文献

研究一种采用频移分离方法的新型三维激光多普勒测速仪(3DLDV)。该仪器以单色He-Ne激光器和单只光电探测器并配合简单的光学发射和接收系统即实现了三维速度分量的同时测量。三个分量的速度信号由声光调制器引入的三种光学频移区分,通过电子滤波器完成信号的相互分离。在光学发射系统设计中采用独特的单轴四光束结构,通过光束组合形成三双光束差动模式的激光多普勒测速仪光。本文中还给出了该仪器的系统设计参数并分析  相似文献
