报道了利用Nd∶YAG四倍频266nm脉冲激光端面泵浦Ce∶LiCAF晶体,采用平凹谐振腔,输出296nm波长紫外激光.当输出镜透过率为20%,入射泵浦能量为13.5mJ时,获得最大输出激光脉冲能量为270μJ,脉冲宽度为3.4ns,输出激光峰值功率为79.4kW,光-光转换效率为2%,斜效率为1.6%.  相似文献

采用调Q Nd:YAG激光倍频光(0.532μm)泵浦温度调谐MgO:LiNbO_3晶体单、双谐振光参量振荡器(OPO包括DRO、SRO)的实验结果.双谐振(DRO)调谐范围达844.1~1411.3nm,最低泵浦阈值0.22mJ/pulse;单谐振(SRO)调谐范围达738.9~1032.2nm,最低泵浦阈值0.66mJ/pulse.最大能量转换效率为10.4%.  相似文献

太阳光泵浦激光器直接利用太阳光作为泵浦源,实现了太阳光能量到激光能量的直接转化。设计了分腔水冷型金属锥形泵浦腔,以直径8mm,长115mm的Nd:YAG晶体棒作为激光工作物质,用有效面积1.03m2菲涅尔透镜会聚太阳光,实验获得了23.7 W的稳定激光输出,斜效率为7.87%。通过对比实验,改进后的分腔水冷型太阳光泵浦激光器较原有锥形腔激光器有55.92%的激光输出功率提升。分别从侧面泵浦光在冷却水中的吸收损耗以及其耦合效率等方面对新型腔体结构进行了分析,证实了分腔水冷型腔体结构对侧面泵浦效率的提高,并提出了陶瓷漫反射材质的分腔水冷型激光腔的设计。  相似文献

研究了脉冲宽度为25~40 ns的放电脉冲XeCl准分子激光器的工作参数。结果显示,激光器产生的脉冲能量为0.2~0.7 J,重复频率为100 Hz,表明在泵浦功率为2.8~3.3 MW/cm3时,激光器实现了2.6%的激光效率和3.8%的本征效率。  相似文献

以波长为975 nm的半导体激光器作为泵浦源,周期性地脉冲泵浦一个包含Yb掺杂光纤和光纤光栅对的Yb光纤激光器,实现了基于增益调制技术的全光纤化高功率Yb光纤激光器的稳定脉冲输出.在50 kHz重频下,采用20 W的泵浦功率和2.4 μs的泵浦脉冲宽度,获得了1 060 nm波长脉冲宽度仅100 ns的稳定脉冲激光输出,单脉冲激光能量约为20 μJ.以此作为脉冲激光种子进行功率放大,获得了性能稳定的全光纤结构高功率脉冲激光输出,放大后单脉冲能量超过200 μJ,激光放大器斜率效率达到60%.  相似文献

本文报导了一种二极管叠阵侧面折返泵浦的多边形薄片Nd:YAG激光器,通过对其增益特性和光学特性的优化,得到了泵浦光耦合效率为97%,增益介质吸收效率达87%,增益介质内泵浦吸收分布均匀性为3.21%(root mean square, RMS)的结果.实验测得与模拟数据吻合较好的增益介质荧光分布.在泵浦能量为2.2 J时,获得了能量0.85 J的激光输出,光-光效率达38.8%,斜效率为40.1%.在1 Hz~100 Hz的频率范围内输出能量保持稳定,在重复频率1 Hz时测得单脉冲能量稳定性为2.7%(RMS),在稳腔下测得激光衍射极限倍数b约为10.  相似文献

研究了基于Ho3+/Pr3+共掺AlF3基玻璃单包层光纤的瓦级~3 μm激光。采用单模1150 nm光纤激光器泵浦上述增益光纤,得到了波长2.87 μm的激光输出,其最大输出功率为1.02 W,激光斜率效率为10.7%,输出激光的光束质量因子M2≈1.2。研究结果表明,AlF3基玻璃光纤是一种潜在的可获得高功率中红外激光输出的增益介质。  相似文献

飞秒激光在军事、医学、通讯、加工等领域有着重要应用,已经成为新世纪激光技术领域的研究热点。得益于激光二极管(LD)的快速发展,以LD作为泵浦源成为新型全固态飞秒激光器的发展趋势。Yb^3+离子掺杂的激光晶体材料因其独特的能级结构、宽带吸收与发射等优势,逐渐成为LD直接泵浦并实现1.0μm飞秒激光输出的重要增益介质。详细总结了当前掺Yb^3+飞秒激光晶体的研究进展,分析了目前存在的主要问题,给出了未来飞秒激光晶体发展的两个建议方向:高效率小功率飞秒激光和大功率高能量飞秒激光。以Yb^3+:Sr3Y2(BO3)4晶体为例,详细研究了其晶体生长、光谱、连续与飞秒激光性能,并实现了中心波长在1060 nm处脉宽为116 fs,平均输出功率为1.08 W,光光转换效率为33.1%的高效率飞秒激光输出,表明Yb^3+:Sr3Y2(BO3)4及其同体系晶体是一类优异的高效率飞秒激光材料。  相似文献

Abstract: An investigation of the output characteristics of Ti:Al_2O_3 laser pumped by the second harmornic generation from an acoustooptic Q-switched Nd : YAG laser is made. An average output power of 5 watts has been obtained when the pump power is 14.5 watts. The slope efficiency is 55.5%, and the quantum efficiency is approximately 80%.  相似文献

We report, for the first time to our knowledge, diode-pumped cw laser oscillation of Pr3+:LiYF4 in the red spectral range. The pump power is provided by a GaN laser diode emitting a maximum output power of 25 mW at a wavelength of approximately 442 nm. The Pr3+ laser emits 1.8 mW of output power at a 639.7-nm wavelength. Threshold pump power and slope efficiency in a nonoptimized setup are determined to be 5.5 mW and 24%, respectively.  相似文献

We have demonstrated dual-wavelength continuous-wave oscillation at 3 and 2 mum with a Ho-doped ZrF(4)- BaF(2)- LaF(3)- AlF(3)- NaF fluoride-glass fiber laser by use of a cascade oscillation scheme. We have shown that the fiber laser operates with a high slope efficiency of 52% (at 3 and 2microm) with respect to the absorbed pump power. With a 6.5-m-long fiber we achieved an output power of 90 mW at each of the wavelengths that was limited only by the pump power, and the 3-microm output power is to our knowledge higher than any previously reported level with 3-mum Ho(3+) -doped fiber lasers.  相似文献

建立了一种高质量、高效率全固态中红外激光系统,并对激光输出的效率、光束质量等指标进行了测试。首先,以二极管激光器为泵浦源,Tm~(3+):YAP晶体为增益介质,搭建了输出波长为1.97μm的近红外激光器。然后,以Tm~(3+):YAP激光器为泵浦源,自行开发研制的Cr~(2+):ZnSe单晶为增益介质,搭建了全固态中红外激光器。最后,测试了全固态中红外激光器的光束质量及激光器出光效率,并对谐振腔光效率的理论输出值与实际的激光器出光参数进行了对比。实验结果表明:此全固态中红外激光器的光光转换效率为17.2%,斜率效率为20%,在最高输出能量为3 W时的光束质量(M~2)在x和y方向分别为1.7和1.73,光束基本为圆形的高斯光斑。  相似文献

We report on the room-temperature continuous-wave (CW) operation of a Ho:YAlO3 laser that is resonantly end pumped at 1.94 μm by a diode-pumped thulium-doped laser in the same host. Through the use of a 1 at % Ho3+-doped 20-mm-long YAlO3 crystal (b cut), the Ho:YAlO3 laser generated 1 W of linearly polarized (E//c) output at 2118 nm and 0.55 W of E//a output at 2128.5 nm for an incident pump power of 5 W, with an output coupler transmission of 14 and 3%, respectively. An optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 20% and a slope efficiency of 33% were achieved at 2118 nm corresponding to an incident pump power.  相似文献

We report a high-power continuous-wave(cw) diode-pumped efficient 1.34 μm Nd:YVO4 laser. The laser properties of a low Nd3+-doped concentration of the Nd:YVO4 crystal operating at 1.34 μm formed with a simple plane-concave cavity have been demonstrated. With the incident pump power of 22 W, an output power of 8.24 W was obtained, giving an optical conversion efficiency of 37.5% and slope efficiency of 40%. The lasing performance of a Ho:YAG thin-disc laser pumped by a diode-pumped 1.9 μm thulium laser was examined. We report a high-efficiency diode-end-pumped polycrystalline Yb:Y2O3 ceramic laser. Pumped by a 976 nm laser diode bar and with an absorbed pump power of 2.8 W, cw output power of 1.74 W at 1078 nm, and 0.73 W at 1040 nm were obtained. The slope efficiency was measured to be 82.4% for the 1078 nm laser emission and 57.1% for the 1040 nm laser emission.  相似文献

We report on an efficient diode-end-pumped polycrystalline Yb:Y2O3 ceramic laser. Continuous-wave output power of 4.2 W at 1078 nm was obtained under pump power of 19.5 W. The corresponding slope efficiency was 29%. The beam quality factor (M2) at full pump power was measured to be 1.63. The threshold wavelengths of the laser at various output couplings were also investigated. It was found that the threshold wavelengths shifted approximately 5 nm when the reflectivity of the output coupler changed from 90% to 99.9%, as caused by the strong reabsorption effect in the ceramic sample.  相似文献
