本文用数值解方法从Eliashberg方程计算出超导临界温度Tc,并考察Tc对有效声子谱的依赖关系。在这个研究中,a2F(ω)被取为双δ函数谱,并允许其中的谱参数可以在很宽范围内改变。作者发现在λ<∧区域(即在Tc级数解的收敛圆外),Tc除了依赖λ和矩比外,还依赖Tc级数解的收敛半径倒数Λ;它们之间的关系是有规律的。在这些结果的启示下,本文在μ*=0情形,用弥合数值解的方法得到一个适用于λ<Λ区域的Tc近似公式。接着,本文作者对吉光达和吴杭生的一篇文章进行了研究,指出:该文提出的超导体分类建议及其工作的主要结论是对的。但其中对决定A型超导体临界温度主要参量问题进行的分析,只适用于这样一些A型超导体,它们的收敛半径倒数Λ或者比λ0小,或者虽比λ0大、但λ又小于λ0,其中λ0是个依赖谱形状的参量,它的定义在正文中给出。对另一些A型超导体(λ0<λ<Λ),决定Tc的主要参量不再是λ,而是δ=1/∧0.51/2log)5.5λ1.55关键词:  相似文献

利用非线性汤姆孙散射的理论,从理论和数值模拟上研究了单电子在横向穿越高斯激光束束 腰时所辐射的x射线阿秒脉冲列的性质. 主要分析了电子以初始能量γ0=1M eV—100M eV横向穿越激光振幅参数为a0=1—10的高斯光束束腰获得的阿秒辐射脉冲的 时间 和空间性质. 计算表明,辐射呈现脉冲列的形式. 脉冲列的包络宽度取决于激光强度、束腰 的宽度以及入射电子能量. 电子的初始能量比激光强度对电子辐射脉冲的影响更大. 辐射脉 宽、脉冲间隔和脉冲包络宽度都正比于1/γ20,辐射功率正比于 γ60,辐射能 量正比于γ40. 当改变激光振幅a0时,辐射功率正比 于a20、辐射包络中单 个脉冲脉宽正比于1/a0、脉冲之间的间隔正比于a0. 当保持激光强 度不变,而改变光束 束腰半径w0时,辐射的脉冲数量、包络和辐射能量正比于w0. 当 激光功率保 持不变时而改变激光强度和束腰半径时,脉冲包络宽度和最大辐射能量都基本不变. 当激光 振幅参数a0=1,电子初始能量为10MeV时,激光束腰为两个激光波长时,电子 辐 射脉冲包络宽度只有14×10-3τ0(τ0为入 射激光周期),达到几个阿秒的量级. 关键词: 阿秒脉冲 非线性汤姆孙散射 高斯激光光束  相似文献

磁熵变(△SM)与磁场(μ0H)的相关性已在很多二级相变材料中被研究并报道,但一级相变材料的磁热效应与磁场相关性还少有报道.本文在具有一级磁结构相变的Mn0.6Fe0.4NiSi0.5Ge0.5材料中研究发现△SM与μ0H存在线性相关性,并通过麦克斯韦关系式的数值分析详细讨论了这一线性相关性的来源.同时,进一步发现在低磁场时,△SM近似正比于μ0H的平方.该线性相关性同样在一级磁结构相变Ni50Mn34Co2Sn14材料中得到了印证.但由于一级磁弹相变LaFe11.7Si1.3材料相变温度具有更强的磁场依赖性,不具有△SM的线性相关性,因此,本研究表明,当磁结构相变材料的相变温度具有弱磁场依赖性时,△SM与μ0H具有线性相关性.进而,在磁场未达到相变饱和磁场以下,利用△SM与μ0H的线性相关性可以有效推测更高磁场下的△SM.  相似文献

本文利用Fenlon理论分析了流体中低频泵浦波与高频弱声波非线性相互作用而产生的参量效应,计算了和差频边带声的声压表式,并由此导出计及媒质衰减时的非线性参量B/A的公式。理论计算表明和差频边带声压幅值随泵浦声压线性地增加,由此提供了一个测量非线性参量的方法,用此方法测量了若干生物流体和混合物的B/A值。  相似文献

本文考虑到d8电子组态中所有自旋三重态和自旋单态对基态的影响,用高阶微扰法导出了d8电子组态在三角对称晶场下光谱和基态EPR普遍公式。发现在三角对称晶场下,d8电子组态离子的g > gg < gD > 0或D < 0是以立方对称晶场为界,晶体中顺磁离子的配体沿C3轴伸长或压缩所致。利用所得公式计算了NiCl2和NiSiF6·6H2O晶体的EPR参量,其结果与实验吻合较好。  相似文献

提出了能够很好地描述非过渡金属无序和非晶态超导体的2Δ0/(kBTc)与声子谱参量之间关系的一个公式:2Δ0(kBTc=4.95[1-(T0<ω>1/2)/A(1/(λω0)+1/(20λ<ω>)+1/(20<ω>))]。计算了大量已知声子谱的非晶和无序超导体的能隙2Δ0对Tc的比,结果表明在百分之几的范围内与实验值符合。指出了非过渡金属和合金的非晶态超导体,既可以是一个2Δ0/(kBTc)值远大于BCS理论值(3.53)的强耦合超导体,也可以是一个2Δ0/(kBTc)值比BCS理论值还要小得多的弱耦合超导体。 关键词:  相似文献

对四阶声低通滤波光纤水听器的声压灵敏度频响特性进行了详细的理论和实验研究.在已有的低频集中参量模型中引入了一个机械声阻,用于描述系统的机械损耗,从而得到了改进的声学等效电路.相位频响特性对于光纤水听器的阵列应用非常重要,关系到阵列的波束形成效果,进而影响系统定位、识别与跟踪目标的能力,因此在分析幅度频响特性的同时研究了相位频响特性.仿真分析了各主要参量对声压传递函数的影响,得到了一些对声低通滤波光纤水听器设计具有重要指导意义的结论.实测声压灵敏度频响曲线与仿真结果基本一致,较好地验证了理论分析的正确性.四 关键词: 光纤传感器 光纤水听器 声压灵敏度 低通滤波器  相似文献

采用基于单电子晶体场机制的对角化能量矩阵方法, 计算了Gd3+在钼酸盐AMoO4 (A=Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb)晶体中的自旋哈密顿参量(g因子g//, g和零场分裂b20, b40, b44, b60, b64). 矩阵中的晶体场参量采用重叠模型计算. 计算结果显示, 应用三个合理的可调参量[即重叠模型中的内禀参量A2 (R0), A4 (R0)和A6 (R0)], 计算的七个自旋哈密顿参量与实验结果符合甚好, 表明该方法可用于计算或解释Gd3+在晶体中的自旋哈密顿参量. 关键词: AMoO4 (A=Ca,Sr,Ba,Pb):Gd3+晶体')" href="#">AMoO4 (A=Ca,Sr,Ba,Pb):Gd3+晶体 自旋哈密顿参量 晶体场理论 对角化能量矩阵  相似文献

本文提出一种计算惠更斯积分的新方法,并利用它来研究线源声参量阵。首先将点源函数展开为一个算符对平面波函数的运算,经过计算证明,如果将这个算符对参量阵远场解进行运算,得到的结果即为线源参量阵辐射场的解。其次证明,参量阵的夫琅和费远场解及菲涅耳修正解都可由本文导出,并且证明,菲涅耳修正只是对半束宽角以外的场有贡献。本文还计算了截断参量阵的辐射场,结果表明,这种阵的近场指向性随距离的减小而变尖锐。并且可以预料,实际参量阵辐射场的性质取决于下述三个场参量:kRsin2θ,βR和R1 关键词:  相似文献

Experimental evidence of parametric excitation, by an intense external H.F. field, of an electron surface mode and an ion wave is presented. The pumping electromagnetic energy density is equal to or slightly larger than the thermal energy density of the electrons. The value of fpc/f0 (electron plasma frequency/external field frequency) is that for an electron surface wave. Depending on the pressure and field intensity, this decay instability can lead to three types of low frequency oscillations, with frequencies close to the ion plasma frequency. Two of these are described by Aliev and Silin's intense field theory: one is the volume ion plasma oscillation and the other a surface ion plasma oscillation. The third corresponds to no known ion eigenmode. Several other features of the theory by Aliev and co-workers are also confirmed experimentally, such as the harmonic excitation of the instability (nf0fpe/√2, where n is an integer), the instability amplitude as a function of fpe/f0 (above threshold conditions), the value of the mismatch parameter as a function of field strength and ion mass, and the existence of a fine structure corresponding to the symmetric and antisymmetric electron surface oscillations. Even at high pump field strengths, the decay products are nearly monochromatic i.e. the plasma does not become turbulent.  相似文献

An expression for the binding energy E b of N atoms located in a parallelepiped with an arbitrary shape of the surface and an arbitrary microstructure is derived. The length ratio f of the lateral edge to the base edge determines the shape of the system. It is shown that the binding function E b (f) for any number N has an extremum at the shape parameter f=1, which corresponds to a system in the form of a cube. The binding function E b (f) has a minimum when the external pressure P is less than the boundary pressure P 0, i.e., at P<P 0, and reaches a maximum at P>P 0 and f=1. An analysis demonstrates that, under pressure P>P 0, the crystal should undergo exothermal fragmentation and the larger the difference P-P 0, the smaller the size of crystal fragments should be. The crystal fragments formed in the process tend to have the maximum possible surface area. Experimental works supporting the occurrence of exothermal fragmentation of a crystal under pressure are cited.

The behaviour of a weakly ionized plasma in external, arbitrarily time-dependent, electromagnetic fields is treated within the framework of kinetic theory. The Boltzmann kinetic equation is solved using the Lorentz ansatz, taking into account elastic collisions between electrons and neutral particles and assuming that the collision frequency is independent of the electron velocity. The drift velocity of electrons enters into the isotropic part f0 and into the direction-dependent part f1 of the electron distribution function. A method is given for the calculation of the drift velocity, which is calculated explicitly for the important but difficult case of a sinusoidal electric field in the presence of a magnetic switching field. f0 and f1 are calculated; f0 is investigated generally. f0 consists of an expansion in generalized Laguerre polynomials. The influence of the electromagnetic fields on the distribution function and its time variation is discussed and the relaxation behaviour is shown. The following two special cases are calculated explicitly: a linear rising electric field and a sinusoidal electric field, both in the presence of a constant magnetic field.  相似文献

Fluorescence spectra of LiYF4:Pr3+ have been measured between 12,000 and 22,000 cm−1 under pressures up to 10 GPa. In total, 25 crystal field energy levels were obtained and used for the determination of free-ion and crystal field parameters under pressure. According to the nephelauxetic effect, the free-ion parameters decrease with increasing pressure. The relative decrease is larger for the Slater than for the spin-orbit coupling parameter. This behavior is consistent with former studies on Pr3+ in different crystals and can be explained by a special covalency model. According to an effective D2d symmetry, five crystal field parameters B02(f,f), B04(f,f), B44(f,f), B06(f,f), and B46(f,f) are non-zero. The pressure-induced changes of these parameters have been determined up to the maximum pressure of 10 GPa. In order to improve the calculation of the crystal field levels, the configuration interactions with the 4f16p1 configuration have been taken into account. The effect of these interactions are also analyzed under pressure and distinct improvements of the energy level calculations have been obtained.  相似文献

The transient resonance of a sonoluminescence bubble has been analysed. When the bubble performs its transient resonance at the nth order harmonics of the standing waves in the liquid, the light intensity strongly depends on the amplitude of the driving pressure (proportional to its 2n power, with n=fr/f, where fr is Minnaert's linear resonant frequency of the bubble and f is the frequency of driving sound). The kinetic energy of a vibrating bubble becomes maximum approximately when it is in its equilibrium size. For example, when the ambient temperature of a bubble decreases from 34℃ to 4℃, a huge increase of the light intensity emitted by it can be explained. A suggestion was made that, within the limits permitted by the phase diagrams, as high an increase in driving pressure as possible could enhance the light intensity of sonoluminescence up to four orders of magnitude.  相似文献

We present the quasielastic and inelastic neutron scattering of YbCu2Si2 and TmTe at high pressure and compare the results to those at ambient pressure performed at the same samples. In both cases we found variations of the quasielastic line width due to a pressure-induced 4f valence shift. The observations are shown to be in a gross quantitative agreement with theory as based on the Anderson model and therefore comply with the common picture of a dynamic 4f valence fluctuation. A measured variation of the crystal field parameters in YbCu2Si2 indicates a dominant contribution of the conduction electrons to the crystal field rather than the applicability of the Point Charge Model. As a by-product, very general theoretical expressions are provided for the pressure variation of crystal field parameters.This work is faithfully dedicated to Dieter Wohlleben whose tireless scientific truth and enthusiastic visions of the rules of nature will inspire us all forever.  相似文献

The effect of phase and amplitude fluctuations of the pump wave on second harmonic generation and parametric amplification has been considered. Expressions for the intensity and linewidth have been obtained. In the incoherent regime, the second harmonic intensity is directly proportional to the interaction length (L) and its linewidth 21/L. A noise pump is more effective in parametric amplification. The linewidth of the generated signal and idler waves decrease with increasing interaction length.  相似文献

A phenomenological scheme of the observed properties of superfluid 3He in aerogel is proposed in the spirit of the Ginzburg-Landau theory. The effect of the aerogel on the order parameter is described by the random tensor field ηjl(r). The tensor field exerts a considerable disorienting effect on the order parameter in the A phase of 3He, but virtually unaffects the orientation of the order parameter in the B phase in zero magnetic field. The change in the texture of the order parameter emerging in the B phase in aerogel in a magnetic field is considered. It is shown that the mean square of the angle between the magnetic field direction and the anisotropy axis of the B phase is proportional to the third power of the magnetic field strength. The fluctuations of the direction of the magnetic anisotropy axis of 3He-B are correlated over the familiar “healing length”, which is inversely proportional to the field strength and has a macroscopic scale.  相似文献
