针对复合材料板内可能出现的纤维断裂、基体开裂等缺陷以及声波在不同传播方向的传播速度不一致且波速差异较大等问题,提出一种改进的时间差映射方法实现对复合材料板的声发射源定位。该方法采用的是预构建数据库方法,不需考虑波在板中的传播速度不一致以及波的传播模态等问题,而且实验对传感器在板中的布置没有严格要求。首先,为了快速准确地选择和删除采集的大量声发射数据中存在的伪声发射事件,采用聚类算法自动识别和选择每个网格节点上高度相关性的声发射事件并构建时间差训练数据库;其次,为了提高网格分辨率,采用插值补偿算法增加网格密度;最后,针对测试区域验证实际声源的位置,使用加权差分算法实现声源的定位。理论分析和实验结果表明:声源位置的定位平均实际误差从26.5 mm(采用传统的时间差映射方法)降至18.0 mm(采用改进后的时间差映射方法),对应的平均相对误差从5.3%降至3.6%;并且整体运行时间从5 h减少到16.87 s。研究表明改进后的时间差映射方法可有效快速地提高声源的定位结果及精度。   相似文献

搭建了光纤光栅检测超声应力波系统,并阐述其工作原理,以动态应变与光纤光栅中心波长漂移量间关系为基础,推导得出输出电压与板中应变成线性关系.采用超声信号发生器发射28kHz的脉冲信号激励超声振子,通过有机玻璃楔形块将激励传递至5052铝合金薄板产生超声应力波,并利用光纤光栅应变传感器对其进行探测.在板上开一98mm长裂缝,测得超声应力波中出现新的波包,通过计算损伤前后新增波包到来的时间差确定裂缝位置,所测结果与实际位置偏差为2.7mm.该实验表明光纤光栅可代替超声探头来实现对低频超声波的探测.  相似文献

针对大跨度桥梁正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳损伤评估与结构健康监测需求,开展基于声发射波场谱元法模拟的大型复杂板类结构损伤定位研究。采用Legendre高阶插值三维时域谱元法模拟声发射波在正交异性钢桥面板中的传播过程,验证了其内部显著的反射、衍射和频散现象,并代替人工预断铅实测试验获得大量声发射数据。然后,利用赤池信息准则判定声发射波到达各传感器的时间,通过高斯过程回归建立到达时差与声发射源位置的关系模型,用于未知损伤的定位监测。数值模型实验结果表明,赤池信息准则和高斯过程回归改进的时差图法在正交异性钢桥面板中的平均定位误差为37.3 mm(25 dB信噪比工况),平板的定位精度高于U肋。谱元法模拟有望代替繁琐的预断铅实测试验,提升声发射时差图系列损伤定位方法的实用性。  相似文献

利用声发射技术监测受载混凝土裂缝发展特征的首要任务是对声发射源的准确定位。为了解混凝土中声发射波速特性,提高声发射源定位精度,该文开展了一系列室内试验,构建了考虑衰减现象的声发射波速修正模型,优化建立了基于修正波速的区域穷举定位法。结果表明:水灰比越小,基准波速越大,波速随距离的衰减越大。骨料粒径越大,基准波速越大,波速随距离的衰减越大。直线距离小于500 mm时,可采用对数函数描述声发射波速与距离的定量关系,以此构建的波速修正模型满足工程精度要求。采用修正波速的区域穷举定位法对单轴压缩试验产生的裂缝进行定位时,定位点比时差定位法更接近裂缝实际位置,有效提高了定位精度。  相似文献

针对复合材料结构上低速冲击载荷位置识别问题,通过构建分布式光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感网络,分析了光纤布拉格光栅传感器感知的冲击响应信号时间序列的偏斜度、陡峭度与到传感器之间距离的关系。通过不同位置传感器感知的冲击响应信号的偏斜度和陡峭度对冲击载荷所在的区域和到各个传感器之间的距离进行了辨识,采用加权质心定位算法实现了冲击载荷位置的坐标定位。实验结果表明:在碳纤维复合材料板上240mm×240mm的监测区域内随机选取16个测试样本点进行低速冲击定位识别,实现了所有冲击实验点的区域辨识,坐标定位的平均误差为20.7mm。研究结果为碳纤维复合材料板的低速冲击定位提供了一种可靠的方法。  相似文献

微孔洞显著地影响着脆性材料的冲击响应,理解其介观演化机制和宏观响应规律将使微孔洞有利于而无害于脆性材料的工程应用.通过建立能够准确表现材料弹性性质和断裂演化的格点-弹簧模型,本文揭示了孔洞的演化对于脆性材料的影响.冲击下孔洞导致的塌缩变形和从孔洞发射的剪切裂纹所导致的滑移变形产生了显著的应力松弛,并调制了冲击波的传播.在多孔脆性材料中,冲击波逐渐展宽为弹性波和变形波.变形波在宏观上类似于延性金属材料的塑性波,在介观上对应于塌缩变形和滑移变形过程.样品中的气孔率决定了脆性材料的弹性极限,气孔率和冲击应力共同影响着变形波的传播速度和冲击终态的应力幅值.含微孔洞脆性材料在冲击波复杂加载实验、功能材料失效的预防、建筑物防护等方面具有潜在的应用价值.所获得的冲击响应规律有助于针对特定应用优化设计脆性材料的冲击响应和动态力学性能.  相似文献

This paper attempts to introduce an improved acoustic emission (AE) beamforming method to localize rotor–stator rubbing fault in rotating machinery. To investigate the propagation characteristics of acoustic emission signals in casing shell plate of rotating machinery, the plate wave theory is used in a thin plate. A simulation is conducted and its result shows the localization accuracy of beamforming depends on multi-mode, dispersion, velocity and array dimension. In order to reduce the effect of propagation characteristics on the source localization, an AE signal pre-process method is introduced by combining plate wave theory and wavelet packet transform. And the revised localization velocity to reduce effect of array size is presented. The accuracy of rubbing localization based on beamforming and the improved method of present paper are compared by the rubbing test carried on a test table of rotating machinery. The results indicate that the improved method can localize rub fault effectively.  相似文献

根据激光激发声表面波的热弹运动方程及热传导方程, 采取有限元技术对方程进行求解, 得到声表面波传播波形图. 当声表面波经过近表面缺陷时, 声表面波与近表面缺陷之间产生一种振荡效应, 通过近表面缺陷的振荡波形幅值存在一个逐渐增加后又逐渐减小的过程. 当声表面波经过不同深度的近表面缺陷时, 振荡信号中心频率存在一定的变化规律. 数值仿真结果表明: 当近表面缺陷深度从0.1 mm到0.5 mm变化时, 振荡效应产生的振荡信号中心频率从0.4 MHz到0.76 MHz变化, 振荡信号中心频率与近表面缺陷深度呈近似线性关系, 这为近表面缺陷的定量检测提供了一种理论基础.  相似文献

An analysis of the interaction of a pulse of Rayleigh waves on a plate with a rectangular flange or rib attached in the far field of its acoustic emission (AE) source is presented. A finite difference (FD) model is used to give numerical visualizations of the development of the complete wave-field propagating through the structure and also to give displacement data for selected points. An ‘energy partition model’, for Rayleigh wave propagation across the rib has been developed and is described. Ray theory wave arrival time calculations are given for the propagation of various mode-converted components transmitted across the flange. A series of experimental measurements of AE wave propagation across a T-butt welded rib on a plate were made and these are compared with the model predictions. The practical implications of these findings for acoustic emission monitoring of large structures of complex shape are discussed.  相似文献

The common approach for the localization of acoustic emission sources in beams requires at least two measurements at different positions on the structure. The acoustic emission event is then located by evaluating the difference of the arrival times of the elastic waves. Here a new method is introduced, which allows the detection and localization of multiple acoustic emission sources with only a single, one point, unidirectional measurement. The method makes use of the time reversal principle and the dispersive behavior of the flexural wave mode. Whereas time-of-arrival (TOA) methods struggle with the distortion of elastic waves due to phase dispersion, the method presented uses the dispersive behavior of guided waves to locate the origin of the acoustic emission event. Therefore, the localization algorithm depends solely on the measured wave form and not on arrival time estimation. The method combines an acoustic emission experiment with a numerical simulation, in which the measured and time reversed displacement history is set as the boundary condition.  相似文献

 热击波是电子束辐照靶材料时在其内产生材料响应的一个重要力学现象。论述了近两年来我们在“闪光二号”装置上进行电子束辐照平板靶产生热击波的实验研究。使用的靶厚为2.8~6.5 nm,靶材为LY-12铝,靶上能通量为87~152 J/cm2。实验结果表明,实测热击波应力峰值为0.35~2.0 GPa,热击波平均作用时间约为0.29 μs,均半高宽约为0.14 μs,平均上升时间约为0.10 μs。  相似文献

We study the propagation of thickness-stretch waves in a piezoelectric plate of polarized ceramics with thickness poling or crystals of class 6 mm whose sixfold axis is along the plate thickness. For device applications we consider long waves with wavelengths much longer than the plate thickness. A system of two-dimensional equations in the literature governing thickness-stretch, extensional, and symmetric thickness-shear motions of the plate is further simplified. The equations obtained can be used to analyze piezoelectric plate acoustic wave devices operating with thickness-stretch modes.  相似文献

The interaction (hybridization) of different types of acoustic waves of zero and higher orders propagating in lithium niobate piezoelectric plates is theoretically investigated. Different crystallographic orientations of the plates and different directions of wave propagation in them are considered. It is shown that, for an electrically free plate with the propagation direction along any of the crystallographic axes, the dispersion curves have intersection points and hybridization is absent. However, when the propagation direction slightly changes or when one of the plate surfaces is short-circuited, the dispersion curves separate and the waves become coupled. A quantitative coefficient characterizing the degree of wave hybridization with allowance for both mechanical and electric coupling is introduced. It is shown that the dependence of this coefficient on the product of the plate thickness by the wave frequency determines the extent of separation of the dispersion curves of interacting waves. The phenomenon under study is of both fundamental and practical interest, for example, in connection with the problem of an efficient excitation of nonpiezoactive acoustic waves in piezoelectric plates.  相似文献

This study analytically investigates the propagation of shear waves (SH waves) in a coupled plate consisting of a piezoelectric layer and an elastic layer with initial stress. The piezoelectric material is polarized in z-axis direction and perfectly bonded to an elastic layer. The mechanical displacement and electrical potential function are derived for the piezoelectric coupled plates by solving the electromechanical field equations. The effects of the thickness ratio and the initial stress on the dispersion relations and the phase and group velocities are obtained for electrically open and mechanically free situations. The numerical examples are provided to illustrate graphically the variations of the phase and group velocities versus the wave number for the different layers comparatively. It is seen that the phase velocity of SH waves decreases with the increase of the magnitude of the initial compression stress, while it increases with the increase of the magnitude of the initial tensile stress. The initial stress has a great effect on the propagation of SH waves with the decrease of the thickness ratio. This research is theoretically useful for the design of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices with high performance.  相似文献

The physical process of cumulative second-harmonic generation of Lamb waves propagating in a two-layered solid plate is presented by using the second-order perturbation and the technique of nonlinear reflection of acoustic waves at an interface. In general, the cumulative second-harmonic generation of a dispersive guided wave propagation does not occur. However, the present paper shows that the second-harmonic of Lamb wave propagation arising from the nonlinear interaction of the partial bulk acoustic waves and the restriction of the three boundaries of the solid plates does have a cumulative growth effect if some conditions are satisfied. Through boundary condition and initial condition of excitation, the analytical expression of cumulative second-harmonic of Lamb waves propagation is determined. Numerical results show the cumulative effect of Lamb waves on second-harmonic field patterns.  相似文献
