Additive manufacturing technologies utilizing metal parts production with layer by layer printing are of high demand for different fields of science and technology. Analytical chemistry is challenged to provide multielemental quantitative analysis of any metal powders within a few minutes and onsite to fulfil the requirements for high quality metal parts production. Powder materials utilized in additive technologies were quantitatively analyzed by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy for the first time. Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy mapping of loose metal powder attached to the double-sided adhesive tape provided high reproducibility of measurements even for powder mixtures with large difference of particles densities (tungsten carbide particles in nickel alloy powder). Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy analytical capabilities were estimated for tungsten and carbon analysis by calibration curve construction and accuracy estimation by leave-one-out cross-validation procedure. Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy techniques comparison revealed better results for laser induced breakdown spectroscopy analysis. Improved accuracy of analysis and capability to quantify light elements (carbon, etc.) demonstrated the potential of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy as a promising technique for express onsite multielement analysis of powder materials utilized in additive technologies.  相似文献

微波辅助激光诱导击穿光谱增强大米中Cd发射强度的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
食品安全问题已成为全世界关注的焦点,对食品中污染物的绿色检测方法有利于环境的可持续发展。以大米中重金属污染物Cd元素为研究对象,分别采用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)和微波辅助激光诱导击穿光谱(MA-LIBS)对空白和实验室污染处理的大米样品进行检测,并选用Cd Ⅰ 228.802 nm为分析线,探讨目标元素分析谱线等离子体发射强度的增强效果。同时,采用阳极溶出伏安法获取大米中Cd元素的真实含量。研究结果表明,对于实验室配制的浓度范围在2.16~13.69 μg·g-1的大米样品,LIBS仅能检测出其中大米Cd真实含量为13.69 μg·g-1的样品;而在同一实验条件下,MA-LIBS能检测出所有污染后样品中的Cd元素信号,并且与LIBS方法相比,Cd元素谱线发射强度增强了9~27倍,检测灵敏度提高了6.34倍。结果表明,采用MA-LIBS能有效地增强大米中Cd元素等离子体的发射强度并提高其检测灵敏度。  相似文献

Abstract

Two all‐optical analytical techniques are reviewed. Both are capable of highly sensitive multi‐element analysis. One is by means of resonance‐enhanced plasma spectroscopy. It minimizes the continuum background associated with laser‐induced plasmas. Relative to laser‐induced breakdown spectroscopy, the signal‐to‐noise ratio is improved by orders of magnitude, thus allowing the quantitation of sodium and potassium at the single blood cell level. The other technique utilizes laser‐excited atomic fluorescence. It has been traditionally handicapped by its one wavelength–one transition specificity. We showed, however, that numerous elements could be induced to fluoresce at a single excitation wavelength of 193 nm provided that the analytes were imbedded in dense plumes, such as those produced by pulsed laser ablation. This method eliminates the continuum plasma background and sub‐ppb sensitivity was demonstrated in the analysis of aqueous lead colloids.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This review describes, in detail, the most recent developments in instrumentation for laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The paper focuses on various laser systems, including excimer, CO2, and Nd: YAG and their performance in LIBS. The coupling of fiber-optics to LIBS and development of portable LIBS systems and their performance is presented. New approaches such as dual pulse operation, multi-fiber, resonant ablation, and combination with laser induced fluorescence are further described. 本文基于飞秒激光等离子体丝诱导击穿光谱对土壤重金属Cr元素含量进行了实验研究.利用荧光法对等离子体丝的长度进行测量,给出了在不同焦距聚焦透镜作用下土壤中Cr425.5 nm的谱线强度空间分布,实验给出了Cr元素的定标曲线.实验结果表明,土壤中Cr元素浓度分析测量的相对标准偏差小于5%,土壤中重金属Cr元素的检测极限为7.85 ppm.表明飞秒激光等离子体丝诱导击穿光谱技术在土壤重金属Cr元素含量的定量探测方面是完全可行的.  相似文献

报道了采用激光点火辅助火花诱导击穿光谱技术分析铝合金中痕量元素时的分析行为。用低能量激光脉冲聚焦于样品表面并在放电电极之间产生等离子体来触发高压火花放电以改善火花诱导击穿光谱技术的分析行为。在当前空间几何配置下,研究得到了最佳的放电电压和储能电容等参数并在最佳实验条件下分析了样品中的铜元素,其检出限达到0.7 ppm。激光点火的辅助手段改善了火花诱导击穿光谱技术在元素分析时信号的稳定性、提高了分析精度。同时它还能够有效地降低放电电压,改善其空间分辨本领。研究表明激光点火辅助火花诱导击穿光谱技术具有灵敏度高、稳定性好以及具有较好的空间分辨本领的特点,非常适合于各种合金中的痕量元素分析。  相似文献

为了改善其检测极限和定量分析的线性拟合系数, 同时满足实时在线监测的需求, 采用气雾化辅助激光诱导击穿光谱技术, 对水溶液中钙(Ca), 铬(Cr), 钾(K), 镁(Mg), 钠(Na), 铅(Pb)六种元素进行了定性和定量检测. 通过对离焦量、横向距离、激光能量以及延时4个主要参数的优化, 获得上述六种元素的检测极限分别为1.2, 3.2, 19.1, 3.4, 2.8和15.9 ppm, 其线性拟合系数均达到0.99以上. 实验结果表明, 气雾化辅助激光诱导击穿光谱技术是一种快速在线检测液体中痕量金属元素的有效方法.  相似文献

激光诱导击穿光谱技术是一种新的材料识别及定量分析技术。但是光谱的重复性低限制其由定性分析向定量分析的发展。因此提高激光诱导等离子光谱信号信噪比及等离子体的空间稳定性对于提高光谱信号的可重复性、降低基体效应等不利因素影响有着积极的作用。同时光谱信号信噪比的增强可降低对激光器输出能量的要求,有效降低了激光诱导击穿光谱集成系统的成本,有利于此技术向更多领域拓展。本文对实验中采用的双脉冲或多脉冲增强,放电脉冲再激发,空间限域,磁场束缚和微波辅助增强四大类方法加以总结及概括。在此基础上深入探讨光谱增强的物理机制,从而为进一步提高光谱信号稳定性及定量化分析的精确度提供有力的理论支持。  相似文献

Pulse repetition rates and the number of laser pulses are among the most important parameters that do affect the analysis of solid materials by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy, and the knowledge of their effects is of fundamental importance for suggesting analytical strategies when dealing with laser ablation processes of polymers. In this contribution, the influence of these parameters in the ablated mass and in the features of craters was evaluated in polypropylene and high density polyethylene plates containing pigment-based PbCrO4. Surface characterization and craters profile were carried out by perfilometry and scanning electron microscopy. Area, volume and profile of craters were obtained using Taylor Map software. A laser induced breakdown spectroscopy system consisted of a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, 5 ns) and an Echelle spectrometer equipped with ICCD detector were used. The evaluated operating conditions consisted of 10, 25 and 50 laser pulses at 1, 5 and 10 Hz, 250 mJ/pulse (85 J cm−2), 2 μs delay time and 6 μs integration time gate. Differences in the topographical features among craters of both polymers were observed. The decrease in the repetition rate resulted in irregular craters and formation of edges, especially in polypropylene sample. The differences in the topographical features and ablated masses were attributed to the influence of the degree of crystallinity, crystalline melting temperature and glass transition temperature in the ablation process of the high density polyethylene and polypropylene. It was also observed that the intensities of chromium and lead emission signals obtained at 10 Hz were two times higher than at 5 Hz by keeping the number of laser pulses constant.  相似文献

为研究双脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱(DP-LIBS)对水体中铜(Cu)元素检测灵敏度的影响,采用共线双脉冲LIBS检测装置对所配置的含Cu水溶液进行激光诱导击穿光谱试验。结果显示:与运用单脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱(SP-LIBS)检测水体中Cu元素相比,运用DP-LIBS探测到的光谱明显增强,并且其检测结果受光谱仪采集的延迟时间、两脉冲之间的脉冲延迟时间、双脉冲激光能量等因素的影响显著。确定最佳的试验条件为:光谱采集延迟时间为1 380 ns,脉冲延迟时间为25 ns,双脉冲激光能量为100 mJ。分别对铜元素324.7和327.4 nm的特征谱线进行定量分析,两谱线的检测限分别是3.5和4.84 μg·mL-1,且相对标准偏差都在10%以内。用500 μg·mL-1样品对特征谱线为324.7 nm所建立的定标曲线进行验证,反演得出该样品的浓度为446 μg·mL-1,相对误差为10.8%。研究表明DP-LIBS能够提高Cu元素的检测灵敏度,同时具有较高的稳定性。  相似文献

为定量分析水泥中的铜(Cu)元素,根据激光诱导击穿光谱分析方法(Ll BS)的特点,建立了激光诱导击穿光谱分析系统。采用标准加入法为定标方法,制备了5个不同含铜量的水泥样品。根据LIBS谱图,以213.598 nm和219.958 nm作为分析线。应用Savitzky-Golary卷积平滑方法对光谱数据进行了预处理,比较了Guass、Lorentz和Voigt拟合方法对光谱曲线的拟合效果。对测量结果采用一元线性拟合建立了相应的定标曲线,213.598 nm和219.958 nm定标曲线的校正决定系数分别为0.994 8和0.986 4,平均相对误差分别为3.20%和5.78%。实验结果表明:213.598 nm作为分析线的准确度优于219.958 nm分析线,该方法能够满足水泥中Cu元素定量分析的要求。  相似文献

A review of the methods of signal enhancement in laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is presented. Conventional LIBS suffers from disadvantages of low sensitivity and high limits of detection compared with other analytical techniques, such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. During the last two decades, various methods have been applied to LIBS in order to realize highly quantitative and qualitative analysis. Current approaches include double-pulse excitation, spatial or magnetic confinement, spark discharge, etc. Different configurations of experimental setups and conditions are suggested for the realization of these improved techniques, while various parameters influence significantly on the enhancement effect. With the aim to study the laser ablation process and characterize the effectiveness of each method, several parameters such as plasma volume and emission intensity are reviewed. Several suggestions are proposed to explain the mechanism of each enhancement method. These modified techniques have been applied on various materials and fields.  相似文献

激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)谱线具有很窄的展宽,且光谱仪因外界温度条件的变化存在波长漂移,光谱数据为离散数字信号,受噪声、谱线重叠及连续背景的影响,信号存在失真和变形。而目前光谱仪自带谱线识别分析软件主要以"就近原则"为主,错误率较高,必须依赖于人眼的观察对比。针对这个问题,在研究LIBS光谱特性的基础上,提出了一种窗口可变滑动相关分析方法(CAASW),用于激光诱导击穿光谱谱线自动识别。以土壤标准物质为样品,对该方法进行了实验分析和评价,与光谱仪自带分析识别软件相比,CAASW明显提高了识别准确率和识别速度,最终实现了谱线的自动识别。  相似文献

激光诱导击穿光谱技术是一种新型的原子光谱分析技术,具有实时快速、 多元素同时分析和样品预处理简单等特点,从一出现便受到研究人员的广泛关注,但分析灵敏度差一直是限制该技术发展的重要因素。基于共振激发的激光诱导击穿光谱技术将原子荧光光谱技术和激光诱导击穿光谱技术结合,对目标元素进行选择性激发,可以大幅提高激光诱导击穿光谱技术的分析灵敏度,极大地拓展了LIBS技术在痕量元素检测领域的应用。本文综述了基于共振激发的激光诱导击穿光谱技术的研究进展,介绍了激光诱导等离子体中荧光光谱的产生过程以及基于共振激发的激光诱导击穿光谱技术的基本类型和基础原理,详细分析了烧蚀激光能量、 共振激发激光能量和波长、 烧蚀激光和共振激发激光之间的延时以及光谱采集门宽对光谱增强效果的影响,阐述了其在冶金、 环境监测、 同位素检测等领域的应用现状和存在的问题,并对其未来发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

为了消除LIBS实际测量光谱谱线与标准的LIBS光谱谱线间存在的差值,提高元素测量精准度,提出了针对激光诱导击穿光谱测量偏差的物理影响因素研究。实验在相同条件下,对烧蚀孔效应和光谱波长的关系进行了测试,研究了激光诱导击穿光谱高温Mg等离子体在1.00~3.00 μs范围采样延时下的斯塔克(Stark)展宽数据,从而得出烧蚀孔效应和斯塔克延时展宽等物理因素对采集光谱造成的具体影响。研究结果及方法完全可以应用于其他激光诱导击穿光谱实验系统的误差分析,这对于提高LIBS技术的物质元素测量精准度,研究LIBS技术的最佳采样延时时间,具有重要意义。  相似文献

建立了利用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术分析脐橙中Pb含量的多元线性回归定量分析模型.选用脐橙中Ca II 393.37 nm与Ca II 396.84 nm特征谱线强度之和、Pb I 405.78 nm特征谱线强度、在405.03—405.96 nm范围内Pb元素的谱线积分强度作为自变量,得到了回归关联式,通过方差分析和回归统计验证了关联式的可行性.结果表明,多元线性回归模型预测值与原子吸收光谱法检测值之间的相对误差最大值为12.99%,平均值为4.87%,并且利用这两种方法得到的结果拟合效果很好,拟合度达到0.995.这说明多变量的定标法能比较充分地利用光谱中的信息,降低基体效应的影响,从而提高LIBS定量分析的精确度,并对LIBS技术进一步应用于水果中重金属元素的定量检测提供了实验指导.  相似文献

阐述了激光诱导击穿技术的基本原理,研究了激光诱导击穿光谱技术在探测等离子体温度方面的应用,并进行了实验研究。在等离子体达到局部热平衡时,通过探测Cu的等离子体特征谱线相对强度的方法,达到用激光诱导击穿光谱技术探测等离子体温度的目的。实验结果表明,该方法方便、快捷,具有一定的实际应用价值。  相似文献
