Super-quantum discord(SQD) with weak measurement is regarded as a kind of quantum correlation in quantum information processing. We compare and analyze the dynamical evolutions of SQD, quantum discord(QD), and quantum entanglement(QE) between two qubits in the correlated dephasing environmental model. The results indicate that(i) owing to the much smaller influence of weak measurement on the coherence of the system than that of von Neumann projection measurement, SQD with weak measurement is larger than QD, and(ii) dynamical evolution of QD or QE monotonically goes to zero with time, while SQD monotonically tends to a stable value and a freezing phenomenon occurs. The stable value after freezing mainly depends on the measurement strength and the purity of the initial quantum state.  相似文献

In this work, we mainly investigate effect of PT-symmetric operation on the dynamics of the relative entropy of coherence for a two-level system within non-Markovian environments, and put forward a feasible physical scheme to recover coherence by means of optimal PT-symmetric operation. The results show that the damaged quantum coherence can be restored to a large extent. Furthermore, the freezing phenomenon of the coherence can be detected by using the optimal PT-symmetric operation strength within the non-Markovian environments.

量子相干不仅是量子力学中的一个基本概念,同时也是重要的量子信息处理的物理资源.随着基于资源理论框架的量子相干度量方案的提出,量子相干度的量化研究成为近年来人们关注的一个热点问题.量子相干作为一种物理资源也十分脆弱,极容易受到环境噪声的影响而产生退相干,因此开放系统中的量子相干演化和保持也是人们广泛关注的课题.另外,量子相干在量子多体系统、量子热动力学、量子生物学等领域也有着潜在的应用价值.本文介绍量子相干度量的资源理论框架和基于该框架定义的相对熵相干性、l1范数相干性、基于量子纠缠的相干性、基于凸顶结构的相干性和相干鲁棒性等量子相干度量函数,概述开放系统中量子相干演化的动力学行为、典型信道的量子相干产生和破坏能力以及量子相干的冻结等现象,同时例举量子相干在Deutsch-Jozsa算法、Grover算法以及量子多体系统相变问题研究等方面的重要应用.量子相干研究仍处于快速发展之中,期望本综述能为该领域的发展带来启示.  相似文献

In this work, we mainly investigate effect of PT-symmetric operation on the dynamic behavior of the relative entropy of coherence for a two-level system within non-Markovian environments and put forward a feasible physical scheme to recover coherence by utilizing optimal PT-symmetric operation. A two qubits system interacting with two independent spin‐environments connecting with the third environment is constructed in order to demonstrate the effect of the multi‐environment for quantum correlation. In this process, the freezing phenomenon appears for SCI and X states under Quantum Discord and Geometric Discord measures, respectively, but not for the same initial state measured by different measures. Meanwhile, the properties of the freezing platform, characterized by the collapse, revival and persistent time, are researched by the different parameters. The result of this paper may pave a way to control quantum correlation and design nanospintronic devices.  相似文献

Electron transport through two parallel quantum dots is a kind of solid-state realization of double path interference. We demonstrate that the inter-dot Coulomb correlation and quantum coherence would result in strong current fluctuations with a divergent Fano factor at zero frequency. We also provide physical interpretation for this surprising result, which displays its generic feature and allows us to recover this phenomenon in more complicated systems.  相似文献

The presence of coherence phenomenon due to the interference of probability amplitude terms, is one of the most important features of quantum mechanics theory. Recent experiments show the presence of quantum processes whose coherence provided over suddenly large interval-time. In particular, photosynthetic mechanisms in light-harvesting complexes provide oscillatory behaviors in quantum mechanics due to quantum coherence. In this work, we investigate the coherent quantum transfer energy for a single-excitation and nonlocal correlation in a dimer system modelled by a two-level atom system with and without time-dependent coupling effect. We analyze and explore the required conditions that are feasible with real experimental realization for optimal transfer of quantum energy and generation of nonlocal quantum correlation. We show that the enhancement of the probability for a single-excitation transfer energy is greatly benefits from the combination of the energy detuning and time-dependent coupling effect. We investigate the presence of quantum correlations in the dimer using the entanglement of formation. We also find that the entanglement between the donor and acceptor is very sensitive to the physical parameters and it can be generated during the coherent energy transfer. On the other hand, we study the dynamical behavior of the quantum variance when performing a measurement on an observable of the density matrix operator. Finally, an interesting relationship between the transfer probability, entanglement and quantum variance is explored during the time evolution in terms of the physical parameters.  相似文献

The quantum coherence and correlation dynamics for a two-qubit system in the Ising spin-chain environment are studied. A sudden change of coherence is found near the critical point, which provides us with an effective way to detect the quantum phase transition. By studying the relationship between quantum discord and coherence, we find that coherence displays the behavior of classical correlation for t t_0, and of quantum discord for t t_0, where t_0 is the time-point of a sudden transition between classical and quantum decoherence.  相似文献

The quantum entanglement,discord,and coherence dynamics of two spins in the model of a spin coupled to a spin bath through an intermediate spin are studied.The effects of the important physical parameters including the coupling strength of two spins,the interaction strength between the intermediate spin and the spin bath,the number of bath spins and the temperature of the system on quantum coherence and correlation dynamics are discussed in different cases.The frozen quantum discord can be observed whereas coherence does not when the initial state is the Bell-diagonal state.At finite temperature,we find that coherence is more robust than quantum discord,which is better than entanglement,in terms of resisting the influence of environment.Therefore,quantum coherence is more tenacious than quantum correlation as an important resource.  相似文献

Coherence is a fundamental feature of quantum mechanics and plays a crucial role in the quantum realm. The issue of quantification of coherence has received considerable interests in recent years, and a variety of coherence quantifiers have been introduced. With these measures, one can investigate coherence in a more quantitative way. Based on the Wigner-Yanase skew information, we evaluate average coherence of a state with respect to arbitrary mutually unbiased bases as well as with respect to all orthonormal bases, and demonstrate their equivalence. We further evaluate the maximum coherence, and reveal a remarkable fact that in high dimensions, the coherence of a generic state is nearly maximal with respect to almost all reference bases. A similar concentration phenomenon also manifests itself when the coherence is quantified by the relative entropy of coherence. This observation concerning the almost equivalence between the average coherence and the maximal coherence for generic states may have theoretical implications for quantum information and quantum thermodynamics.  相似文献

We reexamine quantum correlation from the fundamental perspective of its consanguineous quantum property, the coherence. We emphasize the importance of specifying the tensor product structure of the total state space before discussing quantum correlation. A measure of quantum correlation for arbitrary dimension bipartite states using nonlocal coherence is proposed, and it can be easily generalized to the multipartite case. The quantification of non-entangled component within quantum correlation is investigated for certain states.  相似文献

We study quantum coherence and quantum correlation for detecting quantum phase transition (QPT) by means of quantum renormalization group (QRG) in various spin chain models with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction, including XXZ model with DM interaction, Ising model with DM interaction and XY model with DM interaction. It is found that through enough QRG iterations, l 1 norm quantum coherence and one-norm geometric quantum discord can effectively characterize QPT. We also discuss the effect of DM interaction and anisotropy on quantum coherence and quantum correlation.  相似文献

Resource theory is applied to quantify the quantum correlation of a bipartite state and a computable measure is proposed. Since this measure is based on quantum coherence, we present another possible physical meaning for quantum correlation, i.e., the minimum quantum coherence achieved under local unitary transformations. This measure satisfies the basic requirements for quantifying quantum correlation and coincides with concurrence for pure states. Since no optimization is involved in the final definition, this measure is easy to compute irrespective of the Hilbert space dimension of the bipartite state.  相似文献

Quantum coherence of the tripartite W state and Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ) state under the Unruh effect are explored based on the model of a two‐level detector qubit coupled to a massless scalar field. The results reveal that Unruh thermal noise really destroys tripartite quantum resources. It is worth mentioning that the quantum coherence of the GHZ state reaches zero in the infinite acceleration limit, but that of the W‐state always remains nonzero. Coherence of the GHZ state displays a sudden death as the coupling parameter grows, while coherence freezing can be witnessed for the W state. It can be concluded that the W state is more robust than the GHZ state against Unruh radiation. Moreover, the related investigation can be expanded to N‐qubit quantum systems and the corresponding analytical solution is obtained. It indicates that the larger number W‐type entangled qubit can be as a better quantum resource for quantum information tasks under the Unruh effect.  相似文献

The conservation law for first-order coherence and mutual correlation of a bipartite qubit state was firstly proposed by Svozilík et al., and their theories laid the foundation for the study of coherence migration under unitary transformations. In this paper, we generalize the framework of first-order coherence and mutual correlation to an arbitrary (m $\otimes$ n)-dimensional bipartite composite state by introducing an extended Bloch decomposition form of the state. We also generalize two kinds of unitary operators in high-dimensional systems, which can bring about coherence migration and help to obtain the maximum or minimum first-order coherence. Meanwhile, the coherence migration in open quantum systems is investigated. We take depolarizing channels as examples and establish that the reduced first-order coherence of the principal system over time is completely transformed into mutual correlation of the (2 $\otimes$ 4)-dimensional system-environment bipartite composite state. It is expected that our results may provide a valuable idea or method for controlling the quantum resource such as coherence and quantum correlations.  相似文献

Bose-Einstein correlation (BEC) is appropriate conditions quantum coherence which is between two or more bosons. In this paper, we study the coherence of two-boson in accelerating and decelerating expansion source. The two-boson momentum correlation function is given by quantum statistics methods. The phenomenon of electromagnetically induced quantum coherence is demonstrated between three confined electron subband levels in a quantum well which are almost equally spaced in energy. Applying a strong coupling field, two-photon resonant with the 1-3 intersubband transition, produces a pronounced narrow transparency feature in the 1-2 absorption line. This result can be understood in terms of all three states being simultaneously driven into "phase-locked" quantum coherence by a single coupling field. We describe the effect theoretically with a density matrix method and an adapted linear response theory.  相似文献

We present a new model of quantum phase transitions in matrix product systems of one-dimensional spin-1 chains and study the phases coexistence phenomenon. We find that in the thermodynamic limit the proposed system has three different quantum phases and by adjusting the control parameters we are able to realize any phase, any two phases equal coexistence and the three phases equal coexistence. At every critical point the physical quantities including the entanglement are not discontinuous and the matrix product system has long-range correlation and N-spin maximal entanglement. We believe that our work is helpful for having a comprehensive understanding of quantum phase transitions in matrix product states of one-dimensional spin chains and of certain directive significance to the preparation and control of one-dimensional spin lattice models with stable coherence and N-spin maximal entanglement.  相似文献
