活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化微波合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在微波辐射下,以活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸为非均相催化剂,不用溶剂,用环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮。重点考察了酮醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、微波功率和辐射时间对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸有着良好的催化活性,当环己酮的加入量为0.2mol,n(环己酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.6,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.75%,微波功率450W,辐射时间4min时,缩酮收率可达76.7%,且催化剂重复使用6次仍保持较高活性。 相似文献

以马来酸酐、对硝基苯胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,首先合成出N-(4-硝基苯基)马来酰亚胺(NPMI)、再将其催化还原成N-(4-氨基苯基)马来酰亚胺(APMI),最后以APMI与环氧氯丙烷反应合成出一种新型的含马来酰亚胺环氧树脂固化剂 N-(4-氨基苯基马来酰亚胺)二缩水甘油胺(MPDGA)。采用密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-311++G(d , p)方法,研究了所合成的MPDGA分子的几何结构、电子结构及热力学性质。获得了它们的红外光谱、电子光谱和分子轨道图,以及标准摩尔热容Cθpm、标准摩尔熵Sθm、标准摩尔焓Hθm等气态热力学性质与温度的变化关系,同时获得了MPDGA分子的标准摩尔生成焓 和标准摩尔生成自由能 数据。 相似文献

微波辐射条件下,以氨基均三唑硫醇与查尔酮为原料,通过亲核取代反应,制备了3-(4-氨基-5-巯基-3-对甲苯基均三唑-1-氮代)-1,3-二苯-1-丙酮(3),(3)与系列芳香醛经缩合反应,合成了4种三唑硫酮席夫碱(4a-4d).探讨了各实验因素对收率的影响,得到了优化的工艺条件:n(芳香醛)∶n(氨基三唑硫酮)=1∶1.1微波功率500W,催化剂冰醋酸2mL,反应时间4-7min,溶剂DMF,收率为65%-77%.利用IR、MS、1H NMR对目标产物进行了结构表征. 相似文献

以槐角为原料,甲醇为溶剂,利用微波辐射、回流、水解提取染料木素.微波辐照法从槐角中提取、纯化制备染料木素的工艺条件.在微波功率28-32W的条件下,槐角粉末(60目),液料比V/W(6:1),回流提取时间(40min×3),收率2.06%,含量92.5%.微波辐照法提取染料木素,方法简便、快速、高效. 相似文献

The N-amino phenyl maleimide (N-APhM) and N-amino phenyl 2,3 dimethyl maleimide (N-APhDiMeM) derivatives were prepared by the condensation of phenyl hydrazine with maleic anhydride and 2,3 dimethyl maleic anhydride respectively. (13)C NMR spectroscopy proved the formation of the symmetric amino maleimide structure and not the pyridazinone or aminoisomaleimides. The copolymerization of acrylonitrile with the (N-APhM) and (N-APhDiMeM) were prepared using ultrasound. The thermal behavior of the prepared copolymers, under nitrogen atmosphere, was investigated using thermogravimetry (TG) techniques. The dyeing of the copolymers formed has been studied using both conventional and ultrasonic techniques. The effect of dye bath pH, ultrasonic power, dyeing time and temperature were studied. Color strength values obtained were found to be higher using ultrasound than with conventional heating. The results of fastness properties of the dyed copolymers were also studied. 相似文献

The extracting technology including ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction (UMAE) and ultrasonic assisted extraction (UAE) of lycopene from tomato paste were optimized and compared. The results showed that the optimal conditions for UMAE were 98 W microwave power together with 40 KHz ultrasonic processing, the ratio of solvents to tomato paste was 10.6:1 (V/W) and the extracting time should be 367 s; as for UAE, the extracting temperature was 86.4 °C, the ratio of the solvents to tomato paste was 8.0:1 (V/W) and the extracting time should be 29.1 min, while the percentage of lycopene yield was 97.4% and 89.4% for UMAE and UAE, respectively. These results implied that UMAE was far more efficient extracting method than UAE. 相似文献

对常压微波等离子体炬装置及H2S废气的处理进行了研究。介绍了一种具有特殊喷嘴结构的微波等离子体炬装置,模拟了不同喷嘴结构下谐振腔中微波电场的强度及分布,在此基础上,进行了H2S废气处理的实验研究。结果表明:采用新型喷嘴结构在喷嘴尖端产生的电场强度和分布更利于等离子体炬的激发,微波功率为500 W时,喷嘴尖端处的电场强度在1.5×106 V/m以上,远大于氩气的击穿电场强度,能有效地激发等离子体炬;当H2S气体与Ar气体流量比为10∶90,总流量为1000mL/min,微波功率为1000 W时,H2S的转化率最大达91.32%;大气微波等离子体炬能有效地处理H2S废气。实验结果证明了模拟结果的正确性和装置的有效性。 相似文献

Experiments have been performed to find out the effectiveness of the microwave radiation on the modification of the sisal fiber. The idea of taking the high frequency microwave for modification of the sisal is fueled by the present environmental and energy crisis. Physical properties of the fiber have been modified significantly after microwave irradiation under different conditions in terms of power and time. Macromolecular parameters of the fiber are characterized by the Small angle X-ray Scattering characterization (SAXS) technique. These parameters have been found to be changed significantly after the microwave heat treatment as compare to the raw fiber. The fibers that are irradiated for 4 min under 320 W microwave power (320W4) are found to have least distortion, defect, enhanced density, surface roughness, improved crystallinity, and hydrophobicity. However, the degradation of the structural component and crystallinity of the fiber are observed at higher power and higher treatment period. The chemical structure of the microwave treated fiber does not change much except at higher power and prolong treatment period. 相似文献
