提出了反相高效液相色谱法测定三羟乙基胺硬脂酸酯中单硬脂酸酯、双硬脂酸酯、三硬脂酸酯的含量。以C18硅胶键合柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分离柱,甲醇与氯仿混合溶液为流动相梯度淋洗,用电雾式检测器检测。三羟乙基胺单、双、三硬脂酸酯的线性范围分别为2.0~50.0,1.0~50.0,1.2~50.0 mg.L-1,方法的检出限(3S/N)分别为1.8,0.5,1.0 mg.L-1。 相似文献

We have established a caesium double magneto-optical trap (MOT) system for
cavity-QED experiment, and demonstrated the continuous transfer of cold caesium
atoms from the vapour-cell MOT with a pressure of ~ 1×10-6 Pa to
the ultra-high-vacuum (UHV) MOT with a pressure of ~ 8×10-8 Pa via a
focused continuous-wave transfer laser beam. The effect of frequency detuning as
well as the intensity of the transfer beam is systematically investigated, which
makes the transverse cooling adequate before the atoms leak out of the vapour-cell
MOT to reduce divergence of the cold atomic beam. The typical cold atomic flux got
from vapour-cell MOT is ~2×107 atoms/s. About 5×106
caesium atoms are recaptured in the UHV MOT. 相似文献

A novel phase-shifted long-period fiber grating(PS-LPFG)for the simultaneous measurement of torsion and temperature is described and experimentally demonstrated.The PS-LPFG is fabricated by inserting a pretwisted structure into the long-period fiber grating(LPFG)written in single-mode fiber(SMF).Experimental results show that the torsion sensitivities of the two dips are?0.114 nm/(rad/m)and?0.069 nm/(rad/m)in the clockwise direction,and?0.087 nm/(rad/m)and?0.048 nm/(rad/m)in the counterclockwise direction,respectively.The temperature sensitivities of the two dips are 0.057 nm/℃ and 0.051 nm/℃,respectively.The two dips of the PS-LPFG exhibit different responses to torsion and temperature.Simultaneous measurement of torsion and temperature can be implemented using a sensor.The feasibility and stabilization of simultaneous torsion and temperature measurement have been confirmed,and hence this novel PS-LPFG demonstrates potential for fiber sensing and engineering applications. 相似文献

采用气相色谱法测定碳酸甘油酯粗产品中碳酸甘油酯和残余甘油的含量。选择HP1701毛细管柱,程序升温及四甘醇内标物作为色谱条件,在此条件下碳酸甘油酯和残余甘油能很好地分离。碳酸甘油酯和甘油的线性范围分别为23.30~116.6 g.L-1和3.70~18.40 g.L-1。方法的回收率在99.1%~100.9%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.61%~1.93%之间。 相似文献

在变压器中,当环境温度高于灌封温度时,绝缘油对容器壁产生很大的压力,易导致密封处渗漏和壳体变形。为解决以上问题,一方面通过实验研究了密封容器内油的压强随温度的变化规律,另一方面用易压缩的空心胶囊的方法补偿油的热胀冷缩,实验研究了其减压效果,并理论分析计算影响胶囊减压效果的因素。由于胶囊是绝缘体,其大小、数量和安放位置可根据实际情况灵活安排。 相似文献

在超高真空环境下实现中性原子的激光冷却与俘获,可以有效地避免背景气体对冷原子的碰撞所造成的影响,已成为玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚、冷原子光学腔量子电动力学、中性原子玻色-费米混合气体等实验研究的出发点。结合气室磁光阱和超高真空磁光阱的所谓双磁光阱,以其真空系统相对简单、参数易于控制、效率高等优点,得到了很大发展。双磁光阱既能在气室磁光阱部分从处于室温的原子背景中快速冷却和俘获原子,然后将其通过一定途径输运到超高真空磁光阱中,又能达到在压力极低的超高真空环境下制备冷原子的目的。 相似文献
