依据机载光电武器小型化、轻量化的发展需求,设计了一套激光红外共光路光学系统。其中红外系统波段为3 μm~5 μm, F数为2,采用中波640×512 pixel的面阵探测器, 像元尺寸为15 μm×15 μm,激光发射与红外光路共用望远系统,光学系统利用立方棱镜实现方位360°和俯仰0°~90°范围的扫描,采用共光路设计可减小光路中反射镜和透镜等零件的尺寸,具有结构紧凑、质量小等特点。重点针对共光路中光学元件引入激光后向散射的问题,采用CODE V和LightTools联合优化的方法避免其影响,保证光学系统成像性能优良。 相似文献

半导体激光器具有半导体和固体器件的许多优点:结构紧凑、效率高、价格便宜、长寿命,在许多方面优于气体激光器,因此在一些测量领域有较好的应用前景。本文基于棱镜对光的一维压缩及新型半导体激光器,对激光扫描声学显微镜的光学系统进行了新的设计,给出了相关数据及具体技术指标,实验证实其光学性能满足要求。整个光学系统具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、使用方便等特点,现已用于激光扫描声学显微镜定型设计。 相似文献

提出了一种基于像差特征分析的变焦系统共轴性装调方法。针对某型20倍变焦光学系统的装调,在分析变焦光学系统装调要求的基础上,通过采用光学定心加工技术,提高变焦系统各镜组内光学元件的同轴度;采用Zygo干涉仪,检测变焦系统在长短焦位置的像差特性分布;借助CodeV软件仿真计算各光学元件在系统中的公差灵敏度分布,并确定产生像差影响的敏感光学元件;在中心偏测量仪上,完成最终光学系统像质的调整。此外,还设计了一种变焦光学系统各动组间同轴度调试装置,对变焦相机主镜筒机械内孔轴线与直线导轨的平行性进行了精确测量,保证了动组组元光轴的同轴精度。装调结果表明:变焦系统成像质量有明显改善,像面一致性得到保证,长短焦轴上传递函数值分别优于技术要求值0.45和0.55,长短焦轴外0.7视场传递函数值优于0.25和0.35,实现了高精度装调,验证了该方法的可靠性。 相似文献

为满足无遮拦三反射镜光学系统体积小、光学性能高的发展需求,提出了一种圆周式三反光学系统.以近轴矩阵法求解的共轴三反系统为初始结构,在保证各二次曲面反射镜的焦点依次衔接的条件下,将各元件适当地倾斜偏心使系统无遮拦,并使系统的光路折叠在三个反射镜所围成的区域内,减小了系统体积.使用子午面对称的Zernike多项式曲面校正系统像差,提高成像质量.设计的非致冷长波红外光学系统焦距为310mm,F数为1.55,视场为1.774°×1.331°.各视场的调制传递函数在Nyquist频率(20lp/mm)处均高于0.52. 相似文献

光存储中的光学系统是一种非同轴光学系统,其中各个光学元件的设计位置与装配精度是保证系统光线正常传输并获得准确信号的前提。四元数方法是一种可以方便地描述空间光线的传输计算与坐标变换的数学方法。通过将四元数引入到光学头光学系统的建模中,使用四元数法表征非同轴光学系统的传输方式,并给出建立光学元件的设计、安装参数与聚焦光斑、读出光斑之间关系的流程图。据此模型对各个独立的研究对象进行分析的结果,对光存储中光学系统的设计与生产装配工艺的制定有指导意义;同时,以此模型分析物镜的连续运动对光斑和读出信号的影响,对光学头中的可执行机构力矩器的设计有实践作用。 相似文献

Imaging spectrometer has obtained wide development since rich feature information can be obtained by it; now, we focus on its high spectral resolution and miniaturization. In this paper, we design the Dyson imaging spectrometer system based on Fery prism. The average spectral resolution is 4.3 nm and the structure of the total length is 229 mm. It is a small, high-spectrometer imaging system. The front and rear surface of the traditional prism are plane, but the surfaces of the Fery prism are spherical, which can provide some optical power to realize imaging function and produce the dispersion effect. The Fery prism does not need to be placed in the parallel optical path, which simplifies the collimator lens and the imaging lens and are necessary in the prism spectrometer, making it possible to obtain a compact spectrometer. Full-spectrum transmittance of the prism is up to 94 %. Compared to the convex grating, the energy efficiency is greatly improved, and the free spectral range is wider, and its dispersion will not bring higher-order spectral aliasing problem. The small high spectrometer only includes two components. Its spectral range is from 400 to 1000 nm, covering the near-ultraviolet to near-infrared. The various aberrations of the typical spectrum are corrected. The spectrometer is excellent in performance. 相似文献

双Amici棱镜为复合棱镜结构,作为成像光谱系统中的分光元件,避免了单棱镜色散结构存在的多种问题。双Amici棱镜的加工生产要对其各个角度提出生产指标,而角度误差对于光谱成像系统的色散性是有影响的。针对一种编码孔径成像光谱仪,设计了符合性能指标要求的双Amici棱镜,并从光线追迹的角度出发,计算得到双Amici棱镜色散的数学模型。针对给出的一特定光学系统中的棱镜结构推导了棱镜各个角度单独对线色散的影响,并分析给出各个角度构成的误差链对线色散的综合影响,最终给出了棱镜的生产指标。分析结果有助于指导系统中该棱镜的加工生产。 相似文献

Current commercial software for the analysis and design of optical systems uses finite difference (FD) approximation methodology to estimate the gradient matrix of a ray with respect to system variables. However, FD estimates are intrinsically inaccurate and are subject to gross error when the denominator is excessively small relative to the numerator. This paper avoids these problems and determines the gradient matrix of the exit ray traveling along an optical system with a non-coplanar axis. To achieve this, the gradient matrix of the rays reflected/refracted by flat or spherical boundary surfaces are first determined by directly differentiating the skew-ray tracing equations. By introducing a Jacobian matrix, which represents the partial derivatives specifying the rates of changes between boundary variables and element variables, one can obtain the gradient matrix of the exit ray of an element with respect to its independent variables. This methodology will be useful in the analysis of rays and in design of optical systems with non-coplanar axis. A right-angle prism is used as illustrative example to validate its applications. 相似文献

This letter describes a novel optical method for wavelength fine-selection in the optical spectrum analysers(OSAs) for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) applications. The proposed new method employs a 'refractive optical lever'system consisting of a rotating optical wedge prism.A new OSA system based on Littman-type monochromator is proposed and the wavelength selection accuracy and resolution of OSA that has included such an optical lever system have been improved by a factor of 20 to100 depending on the wedge angle and offset orientation angle of the optical wedge prism. This proposed 'refractive optical lever' may also simplify the rotation mechanism of the mirror in the commercially available OSAs. 相似文献

在许多光谱学测量和实验研究中,常需要一个消色差1/4波长延迟器来满足各种实验测量条件.这可以通过一个在工作波长范围内折射率变化较小的菱型棱镜来实现.为了使用方便,在光学系统中可设计一个具有三个全内反射面的V型棱镜,其总的相位延迟达90°,同时可避免光路偏差.在实际应用中,需对棱镜的尺寸和通光孔径进行优化设计,以达到最佳效果.在本文中,我们给出了具有这种结构的几何设计例子,还结合不同参量成功地设计研制了一个消色差的1/4波长延迟器,并应用于磁光材料的克尔效应测量中.文中给出了详细计算和误差修正,所给出的计算公式可用于其他尺寸的消色差1/4波长器的设计和研制. 相似文献

Forward-scattering-light interferometry has become the most commonly used position detection scheme in optical levitation systems. Usually, three-set detectors are required to obtain the three-dimensional motion information. Here, we simplify the three-set detectors to one set by inserting a Dove prism. We investigate the role of a Dove prism in the position measurement process with an optical levitation system in vacuum. The relationship between the power spectral density and the rotation angle of a Dove prism is experimentally demonstrated and analyzed. This work shows that the Dove prism can greatly reduce the complexity of the experimental setup, which can be applied to compact optical levitation systems for studies in metrology, quantum physics,and biology. 相似文献
