采用三变量Brusselator扩展模型在二维空间对反应扩散系统中反螺旋波和反靶波进行了数值模拟,利用色散关系和参量的时空变化研究了反螺旋波与反靶波的形成机制和时空特性,分析了方程参数对反螺旋波与反靶波的影响,获得了多种不同臂数的反螺旋波.模拟结果表明:反螺旋波源于波失稳、霍普失稳,或两种失稳的共同作用,而在反靶波中除上述两种失稳外还同时存在图灵失稳,波的传播方向均由外向内;反螺旋波波头的相位运动方向与波的走向相同,且旋转周期随臂数的增加逐渐增大;多臂数的反螺旋波由于受微扰及边界条件的影响,在波头的持续旋转运动中可以向臂数少的反螺旋波发生转变,并且在一定条件下单臂反螺旋波可实现到反靶波的转变;当不活跃中间物质的浓度的扩散系数超过临界值时,波的传播方向发生改变,系统可以实现反螺旋波到螺旋波以及反靶波到靶波的转变.  相似文献

通过考虑某些不应态也可以被激发,在离散可激发介质Greenberg-Hasting模型中引入早期后去极化行为,研究了早期后去极化对螺旋波的影响.数值结果表明:在适当选择参数下,早期后去极化对螺旋波有很大影响,这些影响包括使螺旋波漫游、漂移和破碎,导致螺旋波波纹被扭曲和波臂粗细交替变化,以及导致螺旋波的周期在两个值之间交替变化,产生从稳定螺旋波到呼吸螺旋波和反螺旋波的相变等.当不应态的激发阈值很高时,早期后去极化对螺旋波没有影响.对发生上述现象作了简要的讨论. 关键词: 离散可激发介质 螺旋波 早期后去极化  相似文献

采用非连续反馈方法来控制Fitz-Hugh-Nagumo方程描述的激发介质中的螺旋波. 在控制过程中,对于系统各个格点快变量的幅值进行观测并和设定的阈值进行比较,当采样格点的快变量的值大于这个阈值时,则对系统进行直接小幅度的负反馈. 研究发现:在对系统所有格点快变量幅值观测时选择比较小的阈值则更容易将系统的螺旋波消除掉并使系统达到稳定均匀态. 在比较大的阈值下,系统的螺旋波则变得稀疏,也可以导致螺旋波的破裂. 在任意选择单个格点的快变量观测下,比较小的反馈强度仍然可以消除螺旋波,系统也达到稳定均匀态. 当 关键词: 螺旋波 Fitz-Hugh-Nagumo方程 反馈控制  相似文献

本文采用Luo-Rudy相I模型研究如何通过调控心肌细胞钠电流变化来控制心脏中的螺旋波和时空混沌,提出了这样的钠电流调控方案:当细胞将被激发时启动钠电流调节,若由模型方程得到的钠电流的绝对值小于钠电流控制阈值的绝对值,就让钠电流等于钠电流控制阈值,其他情况下则限制钠电流的绝对值不能高于一个给定的最大值;当膜电位上升超过-5 mV时,让钠电流自然演化.这种调节钠电流的方式保证了所有细胞几乎具有相同的钠电流幅值,从而使所有细胞具有相同的激发性,数值模拟结果表明,只要钠电流控制阈值达到一定临界值,就可以有效抑制螺旋波波头的旋转,导致螺旋波运动出系统边界而消失,以及时空混沌演化为螺旋波后消失,如果钠电流控制阈值足够大,螺旋波和时空混沌还可通过传导障碍而消失.这些结果能够为抗心律失常治疗提供新的思路.  相似文献

研究了复Ginzburg-Landau方程系统中模螺旋波与其他斑图在同一平面内的竞争行为,发现演化结果在系统参数平面内可分为四个主要区域:在I区和III区中,模螺旋波与相螺旋波相比稳定性较差,模螺旋波的空间被相螺旋波所入侵.在II区中,模螺旋波具有较强的稳定性,相螺旋波的空间被模螺旋波所入侵.在IV区内,由于时空混沌所导致的频率不稳定性,演化的结果较为复杂.我们通过对模螺旋波、相螺旋波以及时空混沌的频率分析,发现当模螺旋波的系统参数为α1=-1.34,β1=0.35时,较高频率的模螺旋波具有较好的稳定性,高频模螺旋波可以入侵低频斑图空间.竞争结果主要受系统变量实部的频率影响,频率分析所得到的理论结果与数值实验结果符合得非常好.  相似文献

采用Purwins的三变量模型, 在二维空间对气体放电系统中多臂螺旋波的形成和转化进行了数值研究. 通过分析方程参数对系统空间的影响, 确定了系统获得稳定螺旋波的参数空间; 得到了斑图由简单静态六边形到螺旋波的演化过程, 分析了螺旋波的形成机制和时空特性; 进一步获得六种不同臂数的多臂螺旋波斑图(例如: 双臂、三臂、四臂、五臂、六臂和七臂螺旋波). 结果表明: 螺旋波斑图出现在图灵-霍普夫(Turing-Hopf)空间, 是Turing模和Hopf模相互竞争、相互作用的结果; 不同臂数的螺旋波波头均在持续地旋转运动, 其运动速度随螺旋波臂数的增加而增大; 随着螺旋波臂数的增加, 其波头的运动形式愈加复杂; 由于受微扰及边界条件的影响, 多臂螺旋波可以向臂数少一的螺旋波发生转变, 数值模拟结果与实验结果符合较好. 关键词: 螺旋波 数值模拟 气体放电  相似文献

基于一般的浅水波方程, 根据大尺度正压大气的特点, 得到无量纲的控制大尺度大气的动力学非线性方程组. 利用多尺度法, 由无量纲的动力学方程组导出了扰动位势的非线性控制方程. 采用椭圆方程构造该扰动位势控制方程的解, 获得了扰动位势和速度的多周期波与冲击波(爆炸波) 并存的解析解. 扰动位势的解表明经向和纬向具有不同周期和波长的周期波, 且都受纬向孤波的调制; 速度的解表明大尺度大气流动存在气旋和反气旋周期性分布的现象. 关键词: 浅水波方程 大尺度正压大气 解析解 非线性波  相似文献

以双层耦合复金兹堡-朗道(Ginzburg-Landau)方程系统为时空模型, 研究了其中的模螺旋波, 讨论了这种特殊波动现象的稳定条件和相关影响因素. 模螺旋波与该类时空系统中常见的相螺旋波相比, 其中心不存在缺陷点, 同时仅在其变量的振幅部分(而非相位部分) 表现为螺旋结构. 本文通过数值方法研究了耦合复金兹堡-朗道方程中产生模螺旋波所需要的初始和参数条件.研究表明, 当双层耦合系统的初始斑图之间的差距较大时, 才能够产生模螺旋波; 同时观察到系统在参数不匹配的条件下会发生相螺旋波向模螺旋波的转变.通过对同步函数的计算, 发现该转变过程具有非连续性.  相似文献

The phenomenon of wave grouping, in which the dense waves and the sparse waves can form groups in front of the spiral tip when the spiral wave is meandering, has been reported in a chemical reaction system recently. We present a method to realize the phenomenon of wave grouping by applying an external field to the system. In numerical experiments with the Fitzhugh-Nagumo set of reaction-diffusion equations describing two-dimensional excitable media, unusual solutions are found that correspond to a concave spiral wave steadily rotating round a circular obstacle in a finite-size medium. Such a wave arises in the region of parameters corresponding to the solitonlike regime (see text); it appears due to the interaction between the peripheral areas of a “seed” spiral wave with a convex front and the echo waves incoming from the outer boundaries of a medium. The solutions obtained are in contradiction with intuition and represent a numerical counterexample to the known theories that forbid steadily moving excitation waves with concave fronts. Nevertheless, a concave spiral wave is a stable object; being transformed to the usual spiral wave with a convex front by suppressing echo at the outer boundaries of the medium, it is again recovered upon restoring the echo conditions. In addition to the single-arm spiral concave wave, solutions are obtained that describe multiarm waves of this type; for this reason, the concave fronts of these waves are a coarse property.  相似文献

本文首先研究了时空调制对可激发介质中周期螺旋波波头动力学行为的影响. 随着时空调制的增大, 螺旋波经历了周期螺旋波、外滚螺旋波、旅行螺旋波和内滚螺旋波的显著变化. 通过定义序参量来定量的描述由时空调制引起的螺旋波在不同态之间非平衡跃迁的临界条件, 及漫游螺旋波波头圆滚圆半径随调制参数的变化情况. 当时空调制增大到某个临界值时, 螺旋波发生了破碎; 再增加时空调制, 螺旋波则发生了衰减, 系统最终演化为空间均匀静息态. 在文中给出了螺旋波发生破碎和衰减的机理和原因. 最后将时空调制方法运用于漫游螺旋波, 实现了将漫游螺旋波控制成周期螺旋波, 或将其控制为空间均匀静息态.  相似文献

Interaction of spiral waves in a two-layer system described by a model of coupled complex Ginzburg-Landau equations with negative-feedback couplings ε(1) and ε(2) is studied. Synchronization of two spiral waves can be broadly found if ε(1)+ε(2) is sufficiently large. Prior to the synchronization, under the condition of strongly asymmetric coupling (∣ε(1)-ε(2)∣?0), a novel type of spiral wave, amplitude spiral wave, exists in the driven system. The pattern of amplitude spiral wave shows the spiral in the amplitude and without a singularity point (tip), compared to usual spiral waves known for phase with amplitude uniform far away from tips and rotating around tips.  相似文献

The effect of an external rhythm on rotating spiral waves in excitable media is investigated. Parameters of the unperturbed medium were chosen, such that the organizing spiral tip describes meandering (hypocyclic) trajectories, which are the most general shape for the experimentally observed systems. Periodical modulation of excitability in a model of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction forces meandering spiral tips to describe trajectories that are not found at corresponding stationary conditions. For different modulation periods, two types of resonance drift, phase-locked tip motion, a spectrum of hypocyclic trajectories, and complex multifrequency patterns were computed. The computational results are complemented by experimental data obtained for periodically changing illumination of the photosensitive BZ reaction. The observed drastic deformation of the tip trajectory is considered as an efficient means to study and to control wave processes in excitable media.  相似文献

In support of the spiral wave theory of reentry, simulation studies and animal models have been utilized to show various patterns of spiral wave tip motion such as meandering and drifting. However, the demonstration of these or any other patterns in cardiac tissues have been limited. Whether such patterns of spiral tip motion are commonly observed in fibrillating cardiac tissues is unknown, and whether such patterns form the basis of ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation remain debatable. Using a computerized dynamic activation display, 108 episodes of atrial and ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in isolated and intact canine cardiac tissues, as well as in vitro swine and myopathic human cardiac tissues, were analyzed for patterns of nonstationary, spiral wave tip motion. Among them, 46 episodes were from normal animal myocardium without pharmacological perturbations, 50 samples were from normal animal myocardium, either treated with drugs or had chemical ablation of the subendocardium, and 12 samples were from diseased human hearts. Among the total episodes, 11 of them had obvious nonstationary spiral tip motion with a life span of >2 cycles and with consecutive reentrant paths distinct from each other. Four patterns were observed: (1) meandering with an inward petal flower in 2; (2) meandering with outward petals in 5; (3) irregularly concentric in 3 (core moving about a common center); and (4) drift in 1 (linear core movement). The life span of a single nonstationary spiral wave lasted no more than 7 complete cycles with a mean of 4.6+/-4.3, and a median of 4.5 cycles in our samples. Conclusion: (1) Patently evident nonstationary spiral waves with long life spans were uncommon in our sample of mostly normal cardiac tissues, thus making a single meandering spiral wave an unlikely major mechanism of fibrillation in normal ventricular myocardium. In closed systems of the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction a large number of dynamic states found in open systems is sampled as they evolve in time. During such slow aging processes of thin solution layers, prepared under appropriately chosen chemical conditions, an unexpectedly rich variety of spiral tip behavior was observed experimentally. Within a (concentration, time) parameter plane, the movement of free ends of waves was classified as follows: (a) in a stable domain-periodic rigid rotation with cores of small (200 &mgr;m) or very large (2 mm) diameter; quasiperiodic compound motion along a hypocycle, a straight loopy line or an epicycle; complex meandering composed of possibly more than two components; (b) rectilinear tip motion indicating the boundary of spiral wave stability; and (c) in an unstable domain-shrinking of open ends of wave fronts during propagation. The main properties of these parameters are compared with recently published computer calculations.  相似文献

通过让心肌细胞钠离子通道的触发门变量延迟打开, 使介质具有激发延迟能力, 介质延迟激发时间随控制电压和刺激频率增加而增加, 当控制电压超过一个阈值时, 延迟激发介质具有低通滤波作用:低频波可以连续通过, 而高频波不能连续通过. 本文用Luo-Rudy相I模型研究了介质延迟激发对螺旋波和时空混沌的影响, 数值模拟结果表明: 当控制电压超过阈值时, 介质的延迟激发可有效消除螺旋波和时空混沌; 从小逐渐增大控制电压, 在钙最大电导率较小情况下, 延迟激发会导致介质激发性降低, 使螺旋波漫游幅度增大, 直至传导障碍导致螺旋波消失; 当钙最大电导率较大时, 延迟激发会导致螺旋波失稳变弱, 这样当控制电压增加到一定值时, 时空混沌可以演化成漫游螺旋波, 当控制参数被适当选取时, 观察到漫游幅度大的螺旋波漫游出系统边界消失现象, 继续增大控制电压将导致时空混沌直接消失.  相似文献

The propagation of electromagnetic waves in a nonuniformally moving cold electron plasma with no external magnetic field and collisions is considered. The motion is assumed to be stationary. It is shown that in the case of smooth variation of the parameters of the medium the trajectories of the rays in the zero approximation of geometric-optics are determined by the concentration distribution, while the motion leads to rotation of the polarization plane in the wave. For plane-stratified flow with a constant velocity gradient an exact solution of the equations is determined which constitutes the superposition of two independent waves that are elliptically polarized in opposite directions.
