本文在以往对类前缘防热层热响应计算分析基础上,进一步研究实现了外流场高超音速NS方程数值计算表面气动加热与防热层结构热响应的耦合计算,这对于常用的非耦合计算方法来说是一进步,也为进一步开展外流场/结构热响应/热应力全耦合一体化计算研究和防热层表面吹气强化传热问题的场协同研究打下了基础。 相似文献

采用气动力/热/结构耦合的方法对高速细长体飞行器结构热静气动弹性问题进行了研究.为保证耦合计算精度,达到准确预测热气动弹性特性的能力,气动力和气动热计算采用CFD数值模拟方法,热应力和热变形计算采用有限元方法并通过热考核试验验证.以该简单细长体飞行器模型为研究对象,对其热静气动弹性特性进行了计算与分析,计算结果表明:CFD/CSD耦合可准确模拟热气弹问题,且气动加热造成结构温升不均衡是结构变形的主导因素,力热耦合静气弹变形与单纯受力分析变形形式不同,对飞行器气动特性影响规律不同.准确预测飞行器热气动弹性特性对飞行器结构设计十分必要. 相似文献

气动力/热与结构热响应多场耦合问题涉及物理因素众多且不可简单分割。本文对该耦合问题涉及的各物理场特点与耦合关系进行了研究,从基本物理特点和方程出发,研究了物理场间的耦合关系,并对一直沿用的多物理场耦合关系提出了新的观点与看法。以此为基础,研究获得了气动力/热与结构热响应多场耦合问题的数据流程,提出了针对该耦合问题特有的时间-空间耦合概念,并对其耦合策略与方法进行了深入探讨,为进一步开展相关计算研究工作奠定了理论基础。 相似文献

本文建立高超声速气动热和结构传热的松耦合计算方法,以探路者号火星探测器为研究对象,开展了探测器高超声速气动热和结构传热的耦合计算研究,分析了探测器进入条件下某轨道点上气动加热和结构传热机理。耦合计算表明,随着时间的推进,表面结构温度逐渐升高,壁面热流相对降低,表面趋向辐射平衡温度。因热防护系统结构传热时间尺度长于飞行器进入过程总时间,探测器进入的真实过程滞后于辐射平衡过程。耦合研究表明,使用耦合计算方法能较好地再现真实的气动加热和结构传热过程。 相似文献

高超声速飞行器遭遇的热气动弹性问题具有危险性和复杂性,而型号设计又对计算环境下的热气动弹性仿真提出了效率和精度的双重要求.针对此问题,首先回顾了热气动弹性分析中气动力、气动热、结构热传导、热结构动力学等子学科的仿真计算方法,包括工程方法、数值模拟及降阶建模方法.其中,降阶建模方法有望解决目前计算效率和精度的矛盾,是调研的重点.之后,从时空耦合的角度总结了热气动弹性分析的多场耦合计算架构,包括单向、双向空间耦合策略,以及全耦合、松耦合、时域-频域耦合等时间耦合策略.在结论中,提出了基于子学科降阶模型进行多场耦合仿真的思路,并对热气动弹性分析的发展趋势进行了展望. 相似文献

根据ITER装置对CTB盒技术性能的要求,对CTB盒中冷屏的支撑部件进行了结构和传热的分析和设计。对结构形式的选择、结构强度的理论计算和支撑结构总的热损失进行了设计和计算,用ANSYS软件对该结构的非线性接触结构-热耦合问题进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,球支撑结构既能够满足系统对支撑的结构安全要求,在有压接触情况下的漏热量符合ITER设计文集的规定。 相似文献

The present study explores the free convective oblique Casson fluid over a stretching surface with non-linear thermal radiation effects. The governing physical problem is modelled and transformed into a set of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations by suitable similarity transformation, which are solved numerically with the help of shooting method keeping the convergence control of 10-5 in computations. Influence of pertinent physical parameters on normal, tangential velocity profiles and temperature are expressed through graphs. Manipulating thermal conductivities are fundamentally important for controlling the conduction of heat at will. Thermal cloaks and concentrators, which have been extensively studied recently, are actually graded materials designed according to coordinate transformation approaches, and their effective thermal conductivity is equal to that of the host medium outside the cloak or concentrator. Here we attempt to investigate a more general problem: what is the effective thermal conductivity of graded materials? In particular, we perform a first-principles approach to the analytic exact results of effective thermal conductivities of materials possessing either power-law or linear gradation profiles. On the other hand, by solving Laplace's equation, we derive a differential equation for calculating the effective thermal conductivity of a material whose thermal conductivity varies along the radius with arbitrary gradation profiles. The two methods agree with each other for both external and internal heat sources, as confirmed by simulation and experiment. This work provides different methods for designing new thermal metamaterials (including thermal cloaks and concentrators), in order to control or manipulate the transfer of heat. 相似文献

This paper investigates the three-dimensional flow of a Sisko fluid over a bidirectional stretching sheet, in a porous medium. By using the effect of Cattaneo-Christov heat flux model, heat transfer analysis is illustrated. Using similarity transformation the governing partial differential equations are transferred into a system of ordinary differential equations that are solved numerically by applying Nachtsheim-Swigert shooting iteration technique along with the 6-th order Runge-Kutta integration scheme. Natural convection flows of an incompressible Newtonian fluid inside a circular cylinder are studied. The heat transfer process is described by a generalized fractional constitutive equation for the thermal flux-temperature gradient. Caputo time-fractional derivative operator, which provides the damping of thermal flux, is considered into the studied model.Analytical solutions to the fluid temperature, thermal flux, fluid velocity and volume flow rate are obtained with the integral transforms method (Laplace transform and finite Hankel transform).Temperature behaviors for small and large values of the time t, as well as the post-transient and transient velocity components are determined. The influence of the memory parameter (the order of the time-fractional derivative) on the temperature, thermal flux, velocity and the volume flow rate is numerically and graphically studied. 相似文献
