利用Landau-Lifshitz 方程,研究了具有非均匀交换各向异性的半无限大铁磁体的非线性表 面自旋波理论。导出了部分钉扎纯交换铁磁介质的磁化强度所满足的边界条件和非线性表面 自旋波的色散关系,并获得了自旋波振幅沿z方向驻波的一维非线性Schrdinger方程和包 络振幅沿平面传播的二维非线性Schrdinger方程,结果表明铁磁体磁化强度的包络振幅随时空变化的性质是由二维非线性Schrdinger方程决定的。因此预言铁磁介质的表面非线性激发应是二维孤波的形式。对于弱非线性表面自旋波,对非线性Schrdinger方程存在孤子形式解的可能性作了讨论. 关键词: 表面自旋波 Landau-Lifshitz方程 非线性Schrdinger方程 孤子  相似文献

对矩形铅玻璃中椭圆孤子的形成进行了理论研究,在理论模型中引入各向异性衍射效应.采用变分法,得到了强非局域线性各向异性椭圆孤子的变分解.结果表明,各向异性衍射效应对椭圆孤子的形成有很大的影响.为了验证变分解的正确性,采用牛顿迭代法算出强非局域线性各向异性椭圆孤子的数值解,变分解和数值解符合得很好.  相似文献

We present results on the nonlinear dynamics of a realistic classical easy-plane ferromagnetic chain in an external magnetic field, concerning in particular the dependence of soliton solutions on the strength of the single-ion anisotropy. After giving two exact static solutions, slowly moving permanent profile solutions are investigated. The velocity dependent contribution to the energy as well as the amplitude of the out-of-plane distortion of these solutions is shown to diverge when the Magyari-Thomas-Kumar instability of the static Sine-Gordon soliton is approached. The dynamic origin of this instability is shown to be an unstable behaviour of the soliton towards spontaneous motion instead of a soft mode.  相似文献

The modulational instability and gap solitons are theoretically studied in the ferromagnetic films under a periodic magnetic field. By multiple scale expansion, the envelope soliton solutions are obtained naturally. Due to the periodic modulation of dispersion, the solitons may be pushed into the gap region. For the easy-axis magnetic film, the red-shift of frequency leads to a modulational instability in the bottom of band and generates a bright gap soliton. For the easy-plane case, the blue-shift leads to an instability in the top of band and a dark gap soliton emerges. The weak damping produces an attenuation factor and a small oscillation.  相似文献

Temperature-induced phase transitions in a uniaxial ferromagnetic system of spins S = 1 with competing one-particle and two-particle anisotropies are studied. It is shown that, in the case where easy-plane single-ion anisotropy dominates over easy-axis two-particle anisotropy, the transition from the paramagnetic state to a ferromagnetic state with magnetization perpendicular to the anisotropy axis is a second-order displacive magnetic phase transition. In the opposite case, where two-particle anisotropy dominates over single-particle anisotropy, the transition to a ferromagnetic state with magnetization perpendicular to the anisotropy axis is also continuous but of the order-disorder type. In a system with competing second-order one-and two-particle anisotropies, the orientational first-order phase transition can occur to a state with the magnetization directed along or perpendicular to the anisotropy axis.  相似文献

We present a study of the ferromagnetic spin chain with both first- and second-neighbor interactions. We obtain the condition for the appearance and stability of bright and dark solitons for arbitrary wave number in the Brillouin zone. The influence of the second-neighbor interaction and the anisotropy on the soliton properties is considered. The scattering of dark solitons from point defects in the discrete spin chain is investigated numerically.  相似文献

The effect of quantum fluctuations on solitons in the easy-plane ferromagnetic chain is considered within the semiclassical approximation. In accordance with the low temperature ideal gas picture we treat the solitons as a Boltzmann gas and impose quantisation on the spin wave spectrum. We present a method which allows to calculate quantum corrections in a systematic perturbation expansion in 1/S, whereS is the spin length. We use this method to obtain the soliton energy to second order at zero temperature. Our results indicate that the semiclassical approach reasonably describes quantum effects on soliton properties.  相似文献

An analysis is made of the dynamic stability of soliton solutions of the Hamilton equations describing plane waves in nonlinear elastic composite media in the presence and absence of anisotropy. In the anisotropiccase two two-parameter soliton families, fast and slow, are obtained in analytic form; in the absence of anisotropy there is a single three-parameter soliton family. It is shown that solitons from the slow family in an anisotropic composite and solitons in an isotropic composite are dynamically stable if their velocities lie in a certain range known as the range of stability. The analysis of stability is based on the spectral properties of the “linearized Hamiltonian” ?. It is shown that the operator ? is positively semidefinite on some linear subspace of the main solution space from which stability follows. Problems of instability of the fast soliton family in the anisotropic case and representatives of soliton families whose velocities lie outside the range of stability in the presence and absence of anisotropy are discussed.  相似文献

An averaged variational principle is applied to analyze the nonlinear effect of transverse perturbations (including diffraction) on quasi-one-dimensional soliton propagation governed by various wave equations. It is shown that parameters of the spatiotemporal solitons described by the cubic Schrödinger equation and the Yajima-Oikawa model of interaction between long-and short-wavelength waves satisfy the spatial quintic nonlinear Schrödinger equation for a complex-valued function composed of the amplitude and eikonal of the soliton. Three-dimensional solutions are found for two-component “bullets” having long-and short-wavelength components. Vortex and hole-vortex structures are found for envelope solitons and for two-component solitons in the regime of resonant long/short-wave coupling. Weakly nonlinear behavior of transverse perturbations of one-dimensional soliton solutions in a self-defocusing medium is described by the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation. The corresponding rationally localized “lump” solutions can be considered as secondary solitons propagating along the phase fronts of the primary solitons. This conclusion holds for primary solitons described by a broad class of nonlinear wave equations.  相似文献
