 目前北京正负电子对撞机,同步辐射实验室和中国科技大学的专用同步辐射装置均已建成并调试出光,为我国研究与应用同步辐射光创造了极好的条件.人们在这些实验室中安装各种相应的仪器设备,开展物理学、化学、生物学等各种学科的研究工作.其中,用同步辐射光做光源的毫微秒荧光谱仪,则是同步辐射实验室中不可缺少的仪器.毫微秒荧光谱仪,是近年来发展起来的一种时间分辨的荧光分析仪器.可用它测定毫微秒级(ns)的荧光衰减曲线和荧光寿命,测定毫微秒时间分辨荧光发射谱和荧光发射各向异性的衰变数据.  相似文献

研制的皮秒时间相关单光子计数光谱仪利用时间相关单光子计数(TCSPC)技术,采用了具有分光时间弥散动态和静态补偿特性的光栅分光系统,解决了传统分光系统的光信号时间弥散问题;使用多道谱分析仪开设时间窗口,测量荧光衰减曲线和时间分辨光谱;用荧光衰减曲线的多指数拟合方法处理数据。给出了光谱仪的原理和总体方案,介绍了系统的集成和工作流程。通过各种标准样品的试验数据分析和对比,得出系统所测荧光寿命可达到ps量级,而且具有最高的灵敏度——单光子计数,时间分辨率达到8.8ps。  相似文献

"采用电场辅助电化学沉积法,利用阳极氧化铝模板模板制备了高度择优取向的硫掺杂ZnO单晶纳米线.X射线衍射仪、隧道电子显微镜、选取电子衍射对所得样品的结构、形貌分析表明,所得纳米线是沿(101)择优取向的六方纤锌矿结构单晶纳米线,长约几十微米、平均直径约70 nm. X射线光电子能谱对化学组成的分析进一步证实掺杂硫原子的存在.用荧光光谱仪(PL)对S掺杂前后的ZnO纳米线进行光学特性测量发现,S掺杂较大地改变了ZnO纳米线的发光性质.在PL谱中,除了有典型的ZnO纳米线在378、392 nm处的强紫外发光峰  相似文献

对一种U形管圆锥气泡发光装置进行了改进,使其发光效果更好,利用光电倍增管和光谱仪 得到了水中空气圆锥气泡的发光脉冲和发光光谱图. 得到的发光脉冲在几百个ps和几个ns之 间不等;在近红外波长范围内观测到了水分子振动能级的特征谱,其连续谱发光强度随着波 长的增加而升高. 另外还得到了在水中加入NaCl溶液的气泡发光光谱图. 关键词: 声致发光 圆锥气泡 光脉冲 光谱  相似文献

通过处理强流电子束加速器主开关导通之后所形成的高压电脉冲,得到了二极管等离子体光学诊断的同步时间基准。采用高压电脉冲延时结合二极管等离子体光信号延时的方案,实现了相机曝光过程与等离子体发光过程的ns级精度同步。综合采取屏蔽、滤波等措施,实现了整个系统的电磁兼容,最终稳定地拍摄到了ns时间分辨的二极管等离子体发光过程。  相似文献

报道了用半绝缘GaAs光电导开关产生电压幅值稳定、ps量级时间晃动超快电脉冲的实验结果.分别用ns,ps和 fs激光脉冲触发GaAs光电导开关的结果表明,在低电场偏置下,电极间隙为1 mm的GaAs光电导开关可以产生触发时间晃动小于10 ps、电压幅值变化小于1.2 %、亚ns量级脉冲宽度的稳定超短电脉冲.分析了触发光脉冲能量起伏对光电导开关产生超快电脉冲电压幅值的影响,指出通过控制光电导开关的触发条件和对开关的优化设计,就可以获得电压幅值稳定、时间晃动在ps量级的超快电脉冲. 关键词: 光电导开关 超快电脉冲 电压幅值稳定性 时间晃动  相似文献

报道了一种利用100 ps啁啾脉冲堆积产生2.2 ns任意整形脉冲的脉冲整形系统。采用掺Yb~(3 )光纤锁模振荡器得到稳定的锁模光脉冲序列,将该锁模脉冲通过啁啾光纤光栅展宽并通过1 nm带宽的高斯形光谱滤波器滤波,得到标准的100 ps高斯形啁啾脉冲序列,将此脉冲选单经过光纤延迟线组成的32路脉冲堆积器,得到了精度为32 bit的重复频率为1 Hz的2.2 ns任意整形光脉冲。研究了堆积脉冲的特性,分析了宽带啁啾堆积整形脉冲的光谱时间扫描特性对激光驱动惯性约束聚变打靶束匀滑的优化作用。实验测得了该系统输出的2.2 ns整形光脉冲具有小于50 ps的上升沿,与100 ps啁啾脉冲的时间抖动小于4 ps。  相似文献

采用射频GaAs场效应管和微带传输线技术,研制出用于高功率激光装置中的电脉冲整形系统.该系统电脉冲整形宽度为3.5 ns,幅度在0~5 V范围内调节,时域调整精度200 ps.整形后的方波,前沿383 ps,后沿642 ps,顶部不平坦度4~5%,波形幅度稳定性4~5%(p-p).利用该系统产生的整形电脉冲驱动电光波导调制器进行激光脉冲整形,得到了理想的整形激光脉冲.  相似文献

Scintillator characterization using the LBL pulsed X-ray facility   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
We have developed a bench-top pulsed X-ray system for measuring scintillation properties of compounds in crystalline or powdered form. The source is a light-excited X-ray tube that produces 40 X-ray photons (mean energy 18.5 keV) per steradian in each 100 pps fwhm pulse. The repetition rate is adjustable from 0 to 107 pulses per second. The fluorescent emanations from the X-ray excited samples are detected with either a sapphire-windowed microchannel plate photomultiplier tube (spectral range 150–650 nm, transit time jitter 40 ps fwhm) or a quartz-windowed GaAs(Cs) photomultiplier tube (spectral range 160–930 nm, transit time jitter 4 ns fwhm). Decay curves are acquired using a TDC having 40 ps fwhm resolution over an 84 ms dynamic range. A computer controlled monochromator can be inserted into the optical path to measure the emission spectrum or wavelength resolved decay time. A computer-controlled sample changer allows up to 64 samples to be measured without intervention.  相似文献

A streak camera driven with picosecond accuracy by a laser-activated cryogenic Si-switch has been used to measure the decay time of malachite green in water by a pulse fluorimetry technique. The single shot timing accuracy of the streak camera (a few ps) corresponds to ~10% of the optical pulsewidth. The overall stability of the system allows the averaging of hundreds of laser shots without image translation improving both the signal to noise ratio and timing accuracy of the measurements.. The subpicosecond timing accuracy afforded by shot averaging has enabled us to measure a 2 ps fluorescence decay time for a low quantum yield sample with a 20 ps excitation pulse.  相似文献

Er3+的4I13/2能级寿命的长短对评估Er3+掺杂材料在光通讯波段的应用十分重要。基于980 nm双脉冲注入式LD激发下的Er3+激发态吸收上转换发光,测量在不同双脉冲时间间隔下的上转换红光发光强度,再根据上转换红光的发光强度随双脉冲时间间隔的变化关系,推导出了Er3+红外4I13/2能级寿命的拟合公式,实现了红外能级寿命的可见区测量。因此,结合兼具时间间隔可调和同步脉冲取样的双脉冲注入式LD模块和光电倍增管(R2658),就可以实现所有Er3+红外能级寿命的测量,这是一种十分经济的微秒量级荧光寿命测试系统。  相似文献

ARDESIA, a four-channel X-ray spectrometer based on silicon drift detectors (SDDs), is presented. It has been developed for synchrotron applications targeting especially X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) with good energy resolution at high count rates (a few Mcps per second). The main target applications are XRF and XAFS techniques. The system features a 2 × 2 monolithic array of 5-mm-pitch SDDs cooled with a double Peltier scheme and coupled to a four-channel CUBE charge preamplifier. Different digital pulse processors allowing operation in Mcps per second count rates are employed. The results of preliminary characterization measurements performed at both the LNF DAΦNE-Light DXR1 beamline and the ESRF LISA BM-08 are reported, in particular, XRF measurements on low atomic number elements (down to the Carbon K-line, 270 eV) and extended X-ray absorption fine structure of trace materials in pyrite.  相似文献

The technical implementation of a multi‐MHz data acquisition scheme for laser–X‐ray pump–probe experiments with pulse limited temporal resolution (100 ps) is presented. Such techniques are very attractive to benefit from the high‐repetition rates of X‐ray pulses delivered from advanced synchrotron radiation sources. Exploiting a synchronized 3.9 MHz laser excitation source, experiments in 60‐bunch mode (7.8 MHz) at beamline P01 of the PETRA III storage ring are performed. Hereby molecular systems in liquid solutions are excited by the pulsed laser source and the total X‐ray fluorescence yield (TFY) from the sample is recorded using silicon avalanche photodiode detectors (APDs). The subsequent digitizer card samples the APD signal traces in 0.5 ns steps with 12‐bit resolution. These traces are then processed to deliver an integrated value for each recorded single X‐ray pulse intensity and sorted into bins according to whether the laser excited the sample or not. For each subgroup the recorded single‐shot values are averaged over ~107 pulses to deliver a mean TFY value with its standard error for each data point, e.g. at a given X‐ray probe energy. The sensitivity reaches down to the shot‐noise limit, and signal‐to‐noise ratios approaching 1000 are achievable in only a few seconds collection time per data point. The dynamic range covers 100 photons pulse?1 and is only technically limited by the utilized APD.  相似文献

The dynamical evolution of magnetic stray fields has been investigated at the initial stage of magnetization reversal of a microstructured cobalt film (Co dots). Quantitative measurements of the domain magnetization and of the shift of the domain boundaries have been performed at 1 ns intervals. The measurements were performed using an emission electron microscope. The photoelectrons were excited from a sample using well-defined synchrotron-radiation pulses in single bunch operation mode (UE56/1-PGM at BESSY II, Berlin). The magnetization movement was initiated by an external magnetic field pulse, the pulse width being 8 ns. The magnetic field pulse was synchronized with the synchrotron single bunch radiation pulses.  研究了两个皮秒短脉冲驱动的瞬态电子碰撞激发类镍银13.9 nm X光激光,考察了脉宽分别为1,2,3 ps驱动的情况,分别给出了输出X光激光的角分布特性。模拟表明,(330 ps, 1 ps, 1 ps)驱动条件下,第二短脉冲延迟约500 ps,可以充分利用临界面附近的高增益。通过与相同长脉冲条件下单短脉冲驱动的结果相比较,分析了第一个短脉冲的作用及双脉冲驱动的优点。  相似文献

Beryllium oxide crystals are studied by time-resolved optical and luminescence vacuum-UV spectroscopy. The low-temperature luminescence spectra and the luminescence decay kinetics (2.5–10 eV, 1–500 ns) upon selective photoexcitation, and also the luminescence excitation and reflectivity spectra (8–35 eV), are analyzed for BeO crystals with the optic axis aligned parallel and perpendicular to the electric vector of exciting polarized synchrotron radiation. It is found that the radiative relaxation of electronic excitations proceeds through a large number of channels. The excited states of self-trapped excitons are characterized by different multiplicity depending on the excitation energy and the sample orientation.  相似文献

高重复频率超短光脉冲产生技术是高速光时分复用(OTDM)系统的关键技术之一,而一般的超短脉冲源直接产生的脉冲往往不够窄,因此必须对光脉冲进行压缩后才能满足高速光通信系统的要求。采用360 m长的色散渐减光纤(DDF),成功将从再生锁模光纤激光器(RMLFL)输出的中心波长1546 nm、重复频率10 GHz、脉宽分别为5.40 ps和4.60 ps的光脉冲,绝热压缩为脉宽为1.93 ps和1.71 ps的小基座孤子脉冲,压缩因子分别为2.80和2.69。利用这种绝热孤子压缩方法得到的光脉冲质量较好,可以用于160 Gb/s的光时分复用系统。  相似文献
