A wavefront reconstruction method by two-step generalized phase-shifting interferometry (GPSI) with blind phase shift extraction algorithm is verified by both the computer simulations and optical experiments. This method can retrieve complex object wave field by using two interferograms, the recorded object and reference wave intensities, and an unknown phase shift without additional processing. The simulations with irregular wavefronts have shown the effectiveness and high accuracy of this method for blind phase-shift extraction and wavefront reconstruction over a wide range of phase-shifts, while the optical experiments for both the direct and indirect objects have yielded satisfactory results with a higher resolution of reconstructed image than those reported recently.  相似文献

提出了一种基于两步广义相移干涉术的波前再现技术以及基于衍射场统计特性的未知相移值提取算法,并且进行了光学实验验证.该方法中可仅利用两幅干涉图及一次不需精确预设的未知相移,参照物光光强和参考光光强,即可通过计算提取真实的相移量,进而恢复出物波波前复振幅,而无需借助傅里叶谱分析或数字滤波等操作.在光学实验中,对借助于空间光调制器(SLM)的间接输入和三维漫反射物体直接输入两种情况进行了详细地研究,得到的光学实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性和可行性. 关键词: 信息光学 相移干涉术 波前再现 数字图像处理  相似文献

A method of obtaining an ultrasonic image of a planar object with spatial variable transparency is proposed on the basis of the results of measuring the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave during the transmission ultrasonic probing. The case is considered in which the wave diffraction strongly affects the amplitude of the field behind the object and the phase is not measured. Even in the absence of phase information, this method allows one to restore the transparency masks of the planar object. The proposed mathematical apparatus can be also used in radio wave probing. Numerical simulation and processing of the experimental data demonstrated the comparability of this method and the aperture synthesis method using the phase information.  相似文献

系统研究了两步相移数字全息干涉术中相移误差引起的波前再现误差的计算和校正方法. 基于衍射物光相位分布的随机性和振幅相位的相互独立性原理,介绍了相移数字全息中物光波前再现误差的表达形式,推导出步长为π/2的两步算法中物光重建误差的表达式. 通过进一步分析这一重建误差的结构和特点,结合物光表达式,给出了自动校正相移误差引起的波前重建误差的校正方法. 该方法无需增加测量,在未知相移误差大小的情况下,只对标准两步相移算法恢复的物光复振幅进行处理就可以实现对物光振幅和相位的同时校正. 计算机模拟结果表明,校正后可将 关键词: 相移干涉术 数字全息 物光重建 误差校正  相似文献

A new approach to reconstructing the object wave front in phase-shifting interferometry with arbitrary unknown phase steps is proposed. With this method the actual phase steps are first determined from measured intensities with an algorithm based on the statistic property of the object phase distribution in the recording plane. Then the original object field is calculated digitally with a derived formula. This method is simple, accurate, and capable of retrieving the original object field, including its amplitude and phase distributions simultaneously, with arbitrary and unequal phase steps in a three- or four-frame method. The effectiveness and correctness of this approach are verified by a series of computer simulations for both smooth and diffusing surfaces.  相似文献

介绍了实时全息术检测透明物的一种新方法,它采用物光再现的参考光和参考光通过全息图的直透光所形成的干涉图纹检测透明物体的变化。证明了这组干涉图纹与用参考光再现的物光和物光通过全息图的直透光所形成的干涉图纹分布规律相似,仅在相位上相差π。还讨论了这组干涉图纹的衬比和获得最佳衬比的条件。此方法可消除物光光路上某些因素带来的相位畸变,避开待测物体自发光的干扰,并可在全息图后方任意位置进行记录,这使实时全息术在实践中更具有灵活性,有助于它在更广阔领域内的应用。  相似文献

为实现对相位物体的无损检测和成像,克服数字同轴全息相位物体成像技术在消除零级像和孪生像的干扰时存在的系列问题,提出一种基于Stokes参量的新的数字同轴全息技术。该方法区别于传统的利用干涉光场来记录原始像项的数字全息方法,通过测量物参光合成光束的Stokes参量来分别得到这两束光的振幅和相位差,从而准确、唯一地获得原始像项;再利用数字再现即可重构物光的振幅和相位信息。实验中对弱吸收的相位样品进行了测量,得到样品清晰的振幅和相位分布。结果表明,采用该方法对相位物体进行数字全息再现,可以克服传统同轴全息图中零级像和共轭像对相位物体信息的严重干扰,对于提取相位物体的振幅和相位信息是可行和有效的。  相似文献

对三维重建中的实时性问题进行了研究,提出一种新的结构光双频测量方法。首先,投影光栅将基频正弦图案和高频正弦图案结合在一起,并保留一张图片作为直流分量,高频图案用于得出鲁棒性较好的高频相位信息,基频图案得出基频相位,并对高频相位进行展开,共5幅图片。其次,用相应的解码方法计算每一像素点的相位,滤除噪声干扰,得到照相机与投影仪的对应关系。最后,根据相位计算出每一采样点的三维坐标,实现三维重建。实验结果表明:计算得到的相位误差的方差为5.559 110-6 rad2,扫描时间为0.156 3 s,在保证实时性的同时有相对较高的精度。对表面深度变化复杂的物体进行三维测量,验证方法的可行性。相比较于传统的双频测量方法,本方法将投影图片数量减小到5幅的同时保持了较好的精度,可应用于扫描动态物体。  相似文献

A light beam with an ideal wavefront that is transmitted or reflected from an object is modified by different characteristics of the object such as shape, refractive index, density, or temperature. Wavefront sensing therefore yields valuable information about the system or the changes happening to the system. A new method for wavefront sensing using a random amplitude mask and a phase retrieval method based on the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld wave propagation equation is described. The proposed method has many potential applications ranging from phase contrast imaging and measurement of lens aberration to shape measurement of three-dimensional objects.  相似文献

An on-axis polarization phase-shifting digital holographic microscope, based on a normal upright optical microscope, is constructed to quantitatively measure both the amplitude and phase distributions of specimen. The condenser lens and microscope objective employed in the object beam path enhance the illumination and magnification of the image, however, they induce additional phase aberration of the object wave. The physical formation of the phase aberration is theoretically analyzed, and a formula for the object wave front involving the phase aberration in the CCD plane is derived. The phase aberration can be eliminated in the reconstruction procedure by measuring a specimen-free hologram and then fitting the aberration phase with a least square ellipsoidal model to determine the parameters of the system. This phase aberration compensation procedure also reduces some of noises in the reconstructed phase of the specimen. The practicability of this method is demonstrated by a test experiment on microlenses.  相似文献

研究了任意形状凸粗糙物体对高斯光束的相干散射特性。由平面波谱展开法推导出粗糙面高斯波束散射场表达式.并根据物理光学近似和稳相法原理得到相干散射截面的理论公式。与平面波解不同的是,在公式中引入了波束因子这一表征波束作用的重要参量,该参量与束腰半径、束腰中心与物体中心距离和物体照射面积以及入射、散射方向有关。最后数值计算了1.06μm激光波束对粗糙球的散射,分析了波束因子.介电常量和极化状态对红外激光相干散射截面的影响,重点讨论了波束因子的变化规律。分析表明.当波束半径远大于物体尺寸时,波束入射的结果可退化到平面波情况。  相似文献

利用数字全息显微层析技术构建了光纤折射率测量的测试系统, 包括光路系统与软件系统. 以物光波的相位分布曲线为依据由CCD记录最优的数字全息图; 在优化频谱图的基础之上对全息图做频域滤波, 准确选取物光波所对应的频谱范围; 使用基于角谱理论的再现算法提取出物光波的相位分布信息, 并通过模拟全息图验证相位提取的准确性; 由单幅全息图提取的相位分布信息, 结合光纤的多层模型, 还原出光纤断层面沿直径方向的折射率分布. 以单模、多模光纤为实验样品进行了测量, 测量结果与S14折射率测量仪的测量结果吻合, 精度可达10-4. 实验对比结果表明本文方法可简单、快速、准确地测量光纤内部的折射率. 本文还对特种光纤的折射率进行了测量研究.  相似文献

The phase retrieval from a modulus of the scattered wave field at the Fourier transform plane of an object is considered in this paper by using the logarithmic Hilbert transform. When the phase is evaluated by using the logarithmic Hilbert transform from the modulus at the Fourier transform plane of the object with the direct component (for example, the phase object), the distortion appears in the reconstructed object obtained from an inverse Fourier transform of the complex wave consisting of the evaluated phase and the modulus. Here, the cause for the appearance of the distortion is made clear and a simple algorithm is presented to reduce the distortion of the reconstructed object.  相似文献

An on-axis phase-shifting reflective point-diffraction microscopic interferometer for quantitative phase microscopy based on Michelson architecture is proposed.A cube beamsplitter splits the object wave spectrum into two copies within two arms.Reference wave is rebuilt in one arm by low-pass filtering on the object wave frequency spectrum with a pinhole-mask mirror,and interferes with the object wave from the other arm.Polarization phase-shifting is performed and phase imaging on microscale specimens is implemented.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has the advantage of long-term stability due to its quasi common-path geometry with full use of laser energy.  相似文献

本文报道在叶绿素溶液中用简并的四波混频得到位相复共轭后向反射波的首次实验。实验表明,转换效率在作用长度为5毫米时达22%,这是一种高效率的四能级系统。在泵浦波强度恒定的情况下,入射物波强度与复共轭反射波强度成线性关系。研究了后向反射波的位相复共轭特性。在有畸变(相位和振幅的)介质存在时,由于这种位相复共轭特性仍能获得金属丝网格高质量的再现象。 关键词:  相似文献

Recently, we have proposed a coherent diffractive imaging using a noniterative phase retrieval method with the filter of an aperture array. The first (to our knowledge) experimental demonstration of this coherent imaging is presented here, in which a complex-valued object illuminated by a diode laser is reconstructed from the isolated diffraction intensities of the object's wave field, transmitted through an array filter of square apertures by using the phase retrieval method. This imaging method requires only a single measurement of the diffraction intensity and does not need a tight object's support constraint utilized in iterative phase retrieval algorithms or a reference wave used in holographic techniques.  相似文献

提出了一种基于Stokes参量的数字同轴偏振全息方法.在实验中用一束线偏振光和一束椭圆偏振光作为参考光, 分别与物光进行干涉,通过拍摄在两个相互垂直方向上的全息图,计算出物光在这两个方向的振幅和相位信息, 从而得到物光的Stokes参量和物体的全偏振信息,实现对各向异性物体偏振态空间分布的图像重建. 实验结果表明,该方法可用于物体的全偏振特性的测量.这种方法在求出物光Stokes参量的同时, 也可消除零级像和共轭像的干扰,因此也可用于同轴或离轴全息.  相似文献

In phase-shifting interferometry (PSI) the standard wave retrieval formulae are usually derived based on the condition of a plane reference beam normal to the recording plane. In practice, however, the reference wave may be a spherical wave of large radius or even have a slight inclination at the same time due to the imperfect collimation and coaxality of the optical system, and this fact will introduce phase distortion for the reconstructed object wave-front. A simple digital processing algorithm without any additional measurements is proposed to determine the unknown parameters of the spherical reference wave and then correct the object wave errors reconstructed with standard wave retrieval formulae. The effectiveness of this method is verified by a series of computer simulations, and its limitation is also discussed.  相似文献

The application of a burst imaging method to digital holography (DH) with multiple image capturing is firstly demonstrated. Nobody has discussed this approach explicitly, although the burst imaging method is not so uncommon. The burst imaging method intermittently captures several images with a high repetition rate followed by a relatively long rest time. If the light wave from an object has a much smaller complex amplitude change in the frame interval of an image sensor than the precision of the DH system, the wave can be regarded as being in a static state. As a result, this solves a fatal problem in DH for an object that moves or deforms while capturing multiple interference images. In this research, the burst imaging method was applied to phase-shifting DH, and it is simply implemented by a high-speed image sensor and a continuous phase shifting which is good for high-speed phase shifting. The measurement error was analytically solved for the movement speed of an object. Finally, the proposed method was experimentally used to observe an evaporating droplet of ethanol on a glass substrate.
