在vanHove奇异性背景下,从BardeenGooperSchrieffer超导理论和二维紧束缚能带结构出发,推导了各向异性的d波序参量方程和d波的电子比热公式,并研究了在临界温度Tc处的电子比热跃变和低温下电子比热的温度行为及掺杂关系.得出了考虑到vanHove奇异性可以提高Tc处的比热跃变以及d波低温电子比热与温度的平方成线性关系的结论.  相似文献

Y_(0.9)Ba_(0.1)CuO_3超导体的低温比热   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
测量了陶瓷超导体Y_(0.9)Ba_(0.1)CuO的低温比热,在Tc=90K附近未观察到比热跃变,而发现在12K附近存在典型的λ-相变,反映在样品中同时含有一个低Tc的超导相。从12K以上的低温比热数据计算出该超导体的德拜温度为400K左右,比热中线性项的系数较大,其中含有原子振动自由度的贡献。  相似文献

本文采用McMillan的实能隙函数模型求解Eliashberg能隙积分方程在T-Tc《Tc和T《Tc时的解,得到了决定强耦合超导能隙△_0(T)与临界温度Tc比值的表示式式中,0K能隙△_0(0)与Tc比值,对BCS理论的修正参数A、(?)的表示式由下式给出而系数K_1,K_2只依赖于有效声子谱α~2(ω_q)F(ω_q)的形式.  相似文献

在16.0°K—20.3°K之间测量了Nb_3Sn样品的热容量。Nb_3Sn在临界温度附近的比热跳跃值ΔC=2.21(±5%)焦耳/克分子·度。样品的临界温度T_c=17.88°K,转变宽度ΔT_c≈0.2°K。ΔC值利用热力学关系式确定了Nb_3Sn在0°K时的热力学临界场H_0=5300奥斯特。 利用本文的结果和文献上关于热膨胀系数的跳跃值Δα及T/P值验证了热力学关系式。 扼要地描述了比热测量装置.  相似文献

本文在 BCS 弱耦合框架下讨论了二维 Van Hove 奇点模型的超导电性问题.在诸如超导转变温度(T_c)、同位素效应指数(α)、绝对零度下能隙(△(0))及2△(0)/k_BT_c、T_c 处比热跃变(△c)及△c/γT_c 等几个方面得到了很多有别于传统 BCS 理论的结论,这就深化了我们对于传统 BCS 理论的认识.在统一的参数条件下,我们得到了相应于 La-Sr-Cu-O 的T_c、α、△(0)、2△(0)/k_BT_c、△c、△c/γT_c 等的理论值,理论值与实验值在定性上符合.  相似文献

We report that in YBa2Cu3Oy and La2-xSrxCuO4 there is a spatially inhomogeneous response to the magnetic field for temperatures T extending well above the bulk-superconducting transition temperature Tc. An inhomogeneous magnetic response is observed above Tc even in ortho-II YBa2Cu3O6.50, which has highly ordered doping. The degree of the field inhomogeneity above Tc tracks the hole-doping dependences of both Tc and the density of the superconducting carriers below Tc, and therefore is apparently coupled to superconductivity.  相似文献

在夸克质量密度相关模型处理奇异夸克物质滴时 ,会发现其半径随温度增加而变小 .为克服这一困难 ,我们通过使口袋常数 B温度参数化 ,引入了夸克质量密度温度相关模型 .在这一模型中 ,B=B0 [1 - a(T/Tc) +b(T/Tc) 2 ],文章中讨论了参数 a,b的取法. It is found that the radius for a stable strangelet is a decreasing function of temperature in quark mass density- dependent model. To overcome this difficulty, we extend this model to quark mass density- and temperature- dependent model in which the vacuum energy density at zero baryon density limit B depends on temperature. An ansatz B=B 0[1-a(T/T c )+b(T/T c ) 2] is introduced and the regions for the best choice of the parameters are studied.  相似文献

We present an improved model for the dissipation and dispersion in an acoustic resonator filled with xenon near its critical temperature Tc. We test the model with acoustic measurements in stirred xenon that have a temperature resolution of (T - Tc)/Tc approximately 7 x 10(-6). The model includes the frequency-dependent bulk viscosity calculated numerically from renormalization-group theory and it includes critical-point adsorption. Because the density of adsorbed xenon exceeds the critical density, the bulk viscosity's effect on surface dissipation is reduced, thereby improving the agreement between theory and experiment.  相似文献

Using 7Li NMR shift data, the anomalous local moment induced by spinless Li impurities persists below T(c) in YBa 2Cu 3O6+y. In the underdoped regime, the moments retain their Curie law below Tc. In contrast, near optimal doping, the large Kondo screening observed above Tc (TK = 135 K) is strongly reduced below Tc as expected theoretically when the superconducting gap develops. The limited spatial extent of the induced moment (on first near neighbor Cu) is not drastically modified below Tc, which allows a comparison with STM determination of the local density of states. Our results constrain theoretical models of the impurity electronic properties.  相似文献

We present neutron scattering measurements of the atomic momentum distribution n(k) in solid helium under a pressure p=41 bar (molar volume Vm=20.01+/-0.02 cm3/mol) and at temperatures between 80 and 500 mK. The aim is to determine whether there is Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) below the critical temperature, Tc=200 mK, where a superfluid density has been observed. Assuming BEC appears as a macroscopic occupation of the k=0 state below Tc, we find a condensate fraction of n0=(-0.10+/-1.20)% at T=80 mK and n0=(0.08+/-0.78)% at T=120 mK, consistent with zero. The shape of n(k) also does not change on crossing Tc within measurement precision.  相似文献

Epitaxial thin films of the heavy fermion superconductor UNi2Al3 with Tc(max)=0.98 K were investigated. The transition temperature Tc depends on the current direction which can be related to superconducting gaps opening at different temperatures. Also the influence of the magnetic ordering at TN approximately 5 K on R(T) is strongly anisotropic, indicating different coupling between the magnetic moments and itinerant charge carriers on the multisheeted Fermi surface. The upper critical field Hc2(T) suggests an unconventional spin-singlet superconducting state.  相似文献

We measured the temperature dependent resistivity, varrho(T), of the intercalated graphite superconductor CaC6 as a function of pressure up to 16 GPa. We found a large linear increase of critical temperature, Tc, from the ambient pressure value 11.5 K up to 15.1 K, the largest value for intercalated graphite, at 7.5 GPa. At approximately 8 GPa, a jump of varrho and a sudden drop of Tc down to approximately 5 K indicates the occurrence of a phase transition. Our data analysis suggests that a pressure-induced phonon softening related to an in-plane Ca phonon mode is responsible for the Tc increase and that higher pressures greater, similar8 GPa lead to a structural transition into a new phase with a low Tc less, similar3 K.  相似文献

We present measurements of ac complex resistivity, as well as dc resistivity, for a thick amorphous MoxSi1-x film at low temperatures ( T>0.04 K) in various constant fields B. We find that the vortex glass transition (VGT) persists down to T approximately 0.04Tc0 up to B approximately 0.9Bc2(0), where Tc0 and Bc2(0) are the mean-field transition temperature and upper critical field at T = 0, respectively. In the limit T-->0, the VGT line Bg(T) extrapolates to a field below Bc2(0), while the dc resistivity rho(T) tends to the finite nonzero value in fields just above Bg(0). These results indicate the presence of a metallic quantum vortex liquid at T = 0 in the regime Bg(0)相似文献

We report magnetization, specific heat, muon spin rotation, and Na NMR measurements on the S=3/2 rhombohedrally stacked Heisenberg antiferromagnet NaCrO2. This compound appears to be a good candidate for the study of isotropic triangular Heisenberg antiferromagnets with very weak interlayer coupling. While specific heat and magnetization measurements indicate the onset of a transition in the range Tc approximately 40-50 K, both muon spin rotation and NMR reveal a fluctuating crossover regime extending well below Tc, with a peak of relaxation rate T1(-1) around T approximately 25 K. This novel finding is discussed within the context of excitations in the triangular Heisenberg antiferromagnets.  相似文献
