我们采用多孔硅和多孔硅银淀积表面作为衬底研究了RhB染料分子的表面增强Ra man散射。在多孔硅表面,RhB染料分子的Raman散射有大约10倍的表面增强效果;而在多孔硅的银淀积表面,表现出超过104表面增强。通过多孔硅表面银颗粒对RhB染料分子荧光的抑制和对Raman散射的表面增强,我们获得了谱峰清晰的RhB染料分子Raman散射谱  相似文献

介绍介绍用惰性气体冷凝法制得Si团簇并首次奖其嵌入多孔硅的孔隙中,经与孔壁多次掠角散射形成准自由团簇。激光拉曼谱测量表示,除了多孔硅的散射峰外,存在一些新的低频散射峰;分别在27(29),37和195cm^-1处。理论计算表明,它们来源于Si团簇表面模SA(球面模或扭转模)或表面模与TA(L)模的组合,这些低频拉曼峰在多孔硅、硅团簇材料、单晶硅和非晶硅中均未见过。  相似文献

本文通过对近红外激发傅里叶变换拉曼光谱(NIR-FT-Raman)与表面增强拉曼散射(Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)技术的联用,没得胆红素及其络合物Na2BR,CaBR与CuBR在银溶胶中的SERS光谱。结果表明,这一类与胆结石密切相关的生物分子络合物具有不同的配位方式,且在银胶表面采取不同的吸附取向,并从配位化学角度初步解释了黑色结石的黑色成因。  相似文献

将激光染料分子有效地嵌入多孔硅中,获得多孔硅/染料分子复合体,嵌入微量梁料分子时,复合体的发光兼有多孔硅和激光染料两者的发光特征,增加染料分子的嵌入量,复合体的发光增强,荧光的时间响应快、脉宽窄,主要表面为激光染料的发光特性。  相似文献

研究了不同时间腐蚀的多孔硅的光致发光性能与多孔硅的表面形貌和少子寿命之间的关系。结果表明,多孔硅的发光来自与氧空位有关的缺陷,而多孔硅表面的氢原子能够钝化多孔硅表面的非辐射中心从而提高多孔硅的发光效率。多孔硅的空隙度随腐蚀时间的延长而增大,这也导致了多孔硅的少子寿命的降低,从而造成多孔硅的光致发光效率随多孔硅空隙度的增大以及少子寿命的降低而提高。另外,原子力显微照片表明长时间的腐蚀使多孔硅表面层被化学腐蚀,从而降低了多孔硅表面的粗糙度。  相似文献

采取真空热蒸发镀膜的方法在普通玻璃、毛玻璃、硅片等衬底上镀银膜,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了镀银毛玻璃的表面形貌,通过激光散射实验得出毛玻璃的粗糙度.实验结果表明,镀银毛玻璃衬底具有很好的表面增强拉曼散射活性,所能探测罗丹明6G的最低浓度为10-10 mol/L.  相似文献

用电化学方法制备了不发光多孔硅和发光多孔硅,用X射线双晶衍射对两类多孔硅表面进行了微结构分析和晶体质量表征,实验表明两类多孔硅的微结构间存在着很大差别。不发光多孔硅表面对X射线的双晶衍射摇摆曲线可解叠成两个峰,它们分别来自样品多孔层和单晶硅衬底,而发光多孔硅对X射线的双晶衍射摇摆曲线呈高斯对称分布,不可解叠。发光多孔硅比不发光多孔硅表面晶体质量差,且电化学腐蚀越严重,表面晶体质量下降也越严重。  相似文献

利用多孔硅(PS)独特的微孔结构、非常大的比表面积、很强的吸附能力和灵敏的表面光学性质等特点,将激光染料香豆素102(C102)镶嵌在多孔硅中,得到多孔硅镶嵌C102的复合膜。研究复合膜的荧光特性,我们发现:镶嵌在多孔硅中的C102荧光光谱与其在无水乙醇溶液中的荧光光谱相似,主要呈现单体发光特性;通过比较镶嵌在不同孔隙率中的C102荧光光谱,得知镶嵌在不同多孔硅中的染料分子主要以同种形式存在。另外还发现,放置一段时间后的镶嵌复合膜,荧光强度明显增强,对称性提高,保留了激光染料发光的很多优点。多孔硅镶嵌C102的荧光特性展示了多孔硅在发展固体激光器方面有一定的应用,并为实现硅基蓝绿发光打开新的途径。  相似文献

In this Letter we report a novel self-organized copper electrodeposition in an ultrathin layer of CuSO4 electrolyte. The macroscopic fingering branches of the deposit consist of long copper filaments covered with periodic corrugated nanostructures. The mechanism of the nanostructure formation is explored and the origin of the significant descent of the branching rate in electrodeposition is discussed. We suggest that this growth phenomenon provides deeper insights into the role of diffusion and migration on pattern formation in electrodeposition.  相似文献

利用阴极还原沉积原理,在水浴65℃的Zn(NO3)2水溶液中,以金属锌片为衬底电沉积制备了ZnO薄膜。采用拉曼光谱和低温光致发光谱(LTPL)对ZnO膜的光学性质进行了表征。实验表明,较小电沉积过电位制备的样品没有明显的与富锌缺氧有关的580cm-1附近的拉曼峰,呈现373nm的紫外光致发光峰,说明较小的电沉积过电位有利于高晶体质量的ZnO膜生长。  相似文献

NiZnS electrode has been investigated for use in oxygen evolution reaction in alkaline media. Nickel mesh electrode was coated with the ternary composition of NiZnS by four methods, viz., direct current electrodeposition, pulse electrodeposition, sonoassisted direct current electrodeposition and sonoassisted pulse electrodeposition. The oxygen evolution studies carried out using these electrodes resulted in higher current density for the electrode prepared by sonoassisted pulse electrodeposition compared to those prepared by other methods. Effect of plating current density, pulse duty cycle and temperature on the electrochemical parameters of the alloy coating has been studied. Surface morphologies of the various coating were studied using scanning electron microscopy. Long-term stability of the electrodes prepared was studied in alkaline medium. Exchange current density (j o) was found to increase with the increase in temperature and was the highest for sonoassisted pulse electrodeposited electrode.  相似文献

The microstructure, morphology and composition highly determine the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of coating. In traditional cathodic electrodeposition process, because of the unfavorable effects of the polarization of concentration difference and H2 evolution, fluorine-doped hydroxyapatite coating was loose and porous. This coating could not ensure the long-term stability of the Mg alloy implants. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of coating, pulse electrodeposition and H2O2 were introduced into the electrodeposition to deposit fluorine-doped hydroxyapatite coating. As a comparative study, microstructure, corrosion resistance properties and bioactivity of traditional cathodic electrodeposition coating and pulse electrodeposition coating were investigated, respectively. The results revealed that nano fluorine-doped hydroxyapatite coating could be prepared by pulse electrodeposition, and the coating was dense and uniform. The potentiodynamic polarization experiment indicated that the dense and uniform coating could effectively protect Mg alloy substrate from corrosion. Immersion testing was performed in simulated body fluid. It was found that pulse electrodeposition coating could more effectively induce the precipitation of Mg2+, Ca2+ and PO43− in comparison with traditional cathodic electrodeposition coating, because the nano phase had comparatively high specific surface area. Thus magnesium alloy coated with fluorine-doped nano-hydroxyapatite coating may be a promising candidate as biodegradable bone implants, and was worthwhile to further investigate the in vivo degradation behavior.  相似文献

We have fabricated optically active ZnO inverse opals by infiltrating polystyrene (PS) opal templates using an electrodeposition process. Compared with bare ZnO films also prepared by electrodeposition, the three-dimensional (3D) ordered ZnO structure exhibits markedly enhanced photoluminescence. The effect of photonic band gap on PL spectra is also clearly observed from the ZnO inverse opal structure.  相似文献

Cu–Co ferromagnetic alloys occurring as granular films and exhibiting giant magnetoresistance (GMR) property have been synthesized using both DC and pulse electrodeposition techniques. The growth process of these electrodeposits comprising multiple granules of disparate morphology, magnetic features exhibits critical dependence on electrodeposition conditions. Using ferromagnetic resonance and magnetic hysteresis data, we have attempted a correlation between evolution of these electrodeposits and their ferromagnetic properties with special emphasis on GMR property.  相似文献

采用阳极氧化水解法对染料敏化纳米TiO2薄膜太阳电池的光阳极进行不同方式的电沉积优化处理.借助x射线衍射仪对处理后的样品进行分析,通过超高分辨率场发射扫描电子显微镜对导电玻璃以及电沉积处理前后纳米多孔薄膜表面进行了粒径和形貌的扫描.染料敏化太阳电池实验测试结果表明,电沉积处理和修饰后可以明显提高光生电子的收集率,增大短路电流密度,提高电池效率. 关键词: 2')" href="#">纳米TiO2 染料敏化 电沉积 太阳电池  相似文献

Ensembles of metal nanowires are prepared by the template method. The influence of electrodeposition conditions on the properties of the obtained samples is studied for some metals and alloys. It is shown that the observed change in the electrodeposition rate during electrolysis can be related to a change in the electrode potential as a result of an increase in the gradient potential in the near-electrode solution region and to diffusion limitations. A number of specific features of the deposition of iron, iron–cobalt alloy, and iron–nickel alloy are revealed (in particular, the dependence of the elemental composition of the obtained wires on the electrodeposition conditions). Both the topography of the nanowires and their stability are investigated by electron microscopy. It is found that the nanowire form does not always correspond to the form of growth pores. Nanowires exhibit rather high stability in alkali solutions and low stability in acid solutions.  相似文献
