Motion blur is caused by camera shakes or object motions during exposure when the shutter speed is relatively slow. As for the object motion blur, the degradation of a CCD image is often characterized by space-variant motion blurs, since objects are often moving in different directions at different speeds. But most image restorations for space-variant motion blurs are addressed only for progressive scan CCD images. To address the space-variant image restorations for interlaced scan images, we propose a novel image restoration scheme. First, one interlaced scan image frame is required, which is divided into the odd field and the even field images. These two field images are further segmented into rectangular blocks. The motion vectors are computed in these rectangular blocks using an efficient block matching algorithm. Second, image restoration is performed in these rectangular blocks using a constrained least square algorithm in the odd or even field image, which can both preserve edge structures and remove noises. Our novel scheme is illustrated by restoring a space-variant blurred moving boat image and a synthetic blurred image. 相似文献

Single-image super-resolution with joint-optimization of TV regularization and sparse representation
A super-resolution (SR) reconstruction framework is proposed using regularization restoration combined with learning-based resolution enhancement via sparse representation. With the viewpoint of conventional learning methods, the original image can be split into low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) components. The reconstruction mainly focuses on the process of HF part, while the LF one is founded simply by typical interpolation function. For the severely blurred single-image, we first use regularization restoration technology to recover it. Then the regularized output remarkably betters the quality of LF used in traditional learning-based methods. Last, image resolution enhancement with characteristic of edge preserving can implement based on the acquired relatively sharp intermediate image and the pre-constructed over-complete dictionary for sparse representation. Specifically, the regularization can favorably weaken the dependence of atoms on the course of degradation. With both techniques, we can noticeably eliminate the blur and the edge artifacts in the enlarged image simultaneously. Various experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can produce visually pleasing resolution for severely blurred image. 相似文献

为消除离焦误差产生的图像模糊,介绍了基于逆滤波和维纳滤波的离焦模糊图像复原方法。从光学成像原理出发,根据高斯方程计算离焦误差,建立离焦误差与光学传递函数之间的关系。讨论了离焦误差对光学成像系统传递函数的影响。通过建立线性空间不变的模糊模型,构建点扩散函数和光学传递函数,采用与模糊过程相反的处理方法进行图像复原,消除离焦误差造成的图像模糊。测试实验中,对标准样本Lena图像进行了离焦模糊处理,采用维纳滤波算法复原图像,选择不同的离焦半径和维纳滤波参数进行对比。实验结果表明:维纳滤波方法可有效消除离焦模糊;抑制噪声干扰和"振铃效应";可把图像峰值信噪比提高到6dB以上。 相似文献

针对单幅图像复原算法引入先验信息导致复杂度高、运算效率低的问题, 提出了单幅模糊图像点扩散函数估计的梯度倒谱分析方法. 首先给出了单幅模糊图像梯度倒谱估计其点扩散函数的基本原理, 利用相位恢复策略复原了二维点扩散函数相位信息, 实现了点扩散函数的快速估计; 其次, 为鉴别点扩散函数估计精度, 建立了图像梯度保真约束的全变分正则化图像复原模型, 并采用快速稳定收敛的交替方向策略优化能量函数; 通过对仿真和实拍单幅模糊图像进行的测试实验结果表明, 该方法快速准确地估计出点扩散函数, 克服了传统复原算法收敛速度慢的缺点, 有效抑制了振铃效应、保护了边缘信息, 为大尺寸单幅图像复原的工程化实现提供了理论和技术基础.

Finger vein recognition has been adopted due to its high recognition rate and the invisibility of vein in visible light. However, because a finger vein pattern is not distinctive due to light scattering in the skin layer, the localization of a finger vein pattern region using an image processing algorithm is a difficult procedure. Also, optical blurring increases these difficulties. We propose a new finger vein image restoration method to deal with skin scattering and optical blurring. Our research is novel in three ways compared to previous studies. Firstly, the amount of optical blurring of a finger vein image is measured based on the average gradient of the orthogonal profile of a finger edge. Secondly, the accurate point spread function (PSF) of optical blurring is adaptively determined based on the orthogonal profile of a finger edge. Thirdly, using a constrained least square (CLS) filter and optimized parameters in terms of the lowest error of finger vein recognition, the restoration of a skin scattered and optically blurred finger vein pattern was performed. Experimental results show that the equal error rate (EER) of finger vein recognition with restoration was reduced by as much as 3.14% (5.05-1.91%) compared to the EER without restoration. 相似文献

A method of numerically calculating the optical transfer function appropriate to any type of image motion and vibration, including random, has been recently developed. This method has been verified experimentally with real vibrations, and the close agreement justifies implementation in image restoration from blur deriving from any type of image motion, including random displacement. Here, image restorations of actual physically degraded images are presented, based on a constrained least squares improvement of the original Wiener filter. Even for extreme vibrations where the blur extent is much larger than the blurred detail, restoration is quite complete. The key to restoration is the determination of the optical transfer function unique to the particular image motion and vibration causing the blur. Results are also presented for low vibration frequency motion of random blur extent, as well as for high vibration frequencies. 相似文献

点扩展函数的设置是图像复原中的关键问题,对于匀速直线运动模糊图像,运动方向和模糊长度决定了点扩展函数。根据运动模糊图像和原始图像在频谱上存在的对应关系,即运动模糊图像频谱存在着对应于传递函数零点的暗条纹,提出对运动模糊图像,通过二维傅里叶变换、二值化以及Radon变换检测运动模糊图像频谱图上暗条纹的方向和位置,来实现运动方向测量的方法。用该方法对模糊图像进行检测,模糊方向的识别精度小于1°。实验证明该方法可以实现平面内任意方向运动的测量。 相似文献

由于水体对激光存在着吸收和散射效应,距离选通水下激光成像系统所获得的图像存在不同程度的劣化问题,具有信噪比低、边缘模糊等特点。为提高图像质量,在分析水下激光成像劣化过程的基础上,研究了水下激光图像的基本噪声特征,并结合点扩展函数和调制传递函数,利用威尔斯小角度近似理论,将盲反卷积方法应用到水下激光图像复原中。在进行盲反卷积图像复原时,比较和讨论了将原始图像和经过降噪处理后的图像分别作为初始输入的处理结果;并对当人为改变调制传递函数和点扩展函数时所得到的图像复原结果进行了研究和讨论。处理结果表明该方法能达到抑制背景噪声、突出目标细节、提高对比度的效果,对水下激光图像增强十分有效。 相似文献

针对惯性约束聚变(ICF)中环形孔径编码图像的恢复问题提出了一种改进的维纳滤波方法。在传统的维纳滤波方法中,由于原图像和噪声是未知的,故通常是用某一待定常量来代替其中的噪声与信号的谱密度之比。这种近似忽视了信号与噪声本身的信息,从而造成丢失某些关键的细节,难以达到高质量的图像复原效果。在改进的方法中,首先采用传统维纳滤波方法求得初始估值,然后利用该初始值求得原图像及噪声的谱密度估值,进而利用这些新获得的信息构成改进的维纳滤波器对退化图像进行第二次滤波。实验表明,这种改进方法可以克服原方法的不足,突出图像的一些关键细节,提高图像的整体质量。在仿真实验中,恢复图像的均方误差降低了15%以上;在实际惯性约束聚变图像的解码恢复实验中,图像恢复效果亦有显著改善。该方法还可以推广到其他图像恢复的应用中。 相似文献

Digital restorations are reported of parts of scenes photographed so badly out of focus that essential details in the scene are unrecognisable. The photographs are taken with a standard 35 mm camera using ordinary film. The part of the degraded image of interest is preprocessed by first compensating (on the basis of the known development time) for the gamma of the film and then applying our (recently reported) edge extension method. The out of focus point-spread function is determined experimentally and the final restoration is obtained by Wiener filtering. The blurred and restored versions of the number plate of a vehicle are presented. 相似文献
