To study the efficacy and side effects of antitumor drug by the method of Raman spectroscopy,the cancerous(SGC-7901)and normal(GES-1)gastric cells were treated with 0,25-,100-,and 200-mg/L 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)for 24 h,respectively,then Raman spectra of cells were recorded.The excitation wavelength was 514.5 nm and the Raman spectra in the region of 500-1800 cm~(-1)were recorded.For the gastric cancer cells,as the concentration of 5-Fu increases,the band at 1094 cm~(-1)attributed to the symmetric stretching vibration mode of PO_2~-in the DNA backbone gradually decreases,and the intensity ratio of the band at 1315 cm~(-1)to that at 1340 cm~(-1)(I_(1315)/I_(1340))shows the ascending trend,and the ratio of the band area at 1655 cm~(-1)to that at 1450 cm~(-1)(A_(1655)/A_(1450))shows the slight ascending trend.For the normal gastric cells,these peaks also appear changes,however,the changes are weaker than those for the cancer cells.In SGC-7901 cells,5-Fu can interfere with the DNA synthesis and result in the reduction of the DNA content.Besides,it can affect the unsaturation degree of the hydrocarbon chains and alter the external environment of guanine and adenine residues in cancer cells.The changes of Raman spectra for normal gastric cells reveal the side effect of 5-Fu.  相似文献

A method of studying the contributions of leaky modes to the wave field is presented based on the analysis of the Riemann surface structure of the characteristic function, and the sensitivities of con- tributions to various factors of interest are examimed. The features of energetics and electronic properties of carbon nanotubes, containing a pentagon-heptagon pair (5/7) topological defect in the hexagonal network of the zigzag configuration, are investigated using the extended Su-Schriffer-Heeger model based on the tight binding approximation in real space. Our calculations show that this pentagon-heptagon pair defect in the nanotube structures is not only responsible for a change in nanotube diameter, but also governs the electronic behaviour around Fermi level. Furthermore, we have calculated the densities of states of the (9,0)-(8,0) and (8,0)-(7,0) systems. For the (9,0)-(8,0) system, a narrow gap exists in the vicinity of the Fermi energy. In contrast, for the (8,0)-(7,0) system, a little peak of the density of states occurs at the Fermi energy. These can be attributed to the addition of a pair of pentagon-heptagon defects in the interface between two isolated carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

The skyrmions in SU(N) quantum Hall (QH) system are discussed. By analyzing the gauge field structure and the topological properties of this QH system it is pointed out that in the SU( N) QH system there can exist ( N - 1)types of skyrmion structures, instead of only one type of skyrmions. In this paper, by means of the Abelian projections according to the (N - 1) Cartan subalgebra local bases, we obtain the (N - 1) U(1) electromagnetic field tensors in the SU(N) gauge field of the QH system, and then derive (N - 1) types of skyrmion structures from these U(1) sub-field tensors. Furthermore, in light of the φ-mapping topological current method, the topological charges and the motion of these skyrmions are also discussed.  相似文献

分析了核物质标量密度和矢量密度对K介子有效质量的影响.使用非线性σ-ω-ρ模型和相对论平均场理论,给出了核物质标量密度和矢量密度的近似关系曲线,并与线性σ-ω模型的情况进行了比较.利用这一关系,改进了K介子有效质量和核物质密度之间存在的依赖关系,比较不同模型对K介子有效质量的影响.同时也计算了纯中子物质中K介子在不同模型下的有效质量曲线,并与在对称核物质中的情况进行了比较.We investigate the effect of the nuclear vector density ρ_B and the scalar density ρ_S on in-medium kaon and antikaon effective masses. Based on nonlinear σ-ω-ρ model in the relativistic mean-field approximation, we obtained the relation between the two nuclear densities both σ-ω model and σ-ω-ρ model. We study the four-body decays of neutral flavored mesons,including■,and■.These processes,which could be induced by a hypothetical doubly-charged scalar particle,do not conserve the lepton number.Assuming,as an example,that the mass of the doubly-charged particle is 1000 Ge V,and using the upper bounds of the couplings,we calculate the branching ratios of different channels.For■,and,it is of the order of 10~(-30),10~(-32)–10~(-29),and 10~(-33)–10~(-28),respectively.Based on the experimental results for the■channels,we also find the upper limit for the quantity■  相似文献

A new transparent Tm3+-doped ZrF4-based nanocrystallized glass with the composition of 55ZrF4-20BaF2-18.8YF3-5AlF5-1.2TmF3 (mol%) (ZBYA) has been prepared by a conventional melting quenching technique and the subsequent heat treatment processes. The glass characteristic temperatures, the apparent activation energy, and the Avrami parameter for crystallization are estimated on the basis of different scanning calorimetry (DSC). The sizes of grown nanocrystals in the glass matrix appear to be 30-36.5 nm and it is studied as a function of the nucleation temperature, also the peak intensity of the nanocrystalline is studied as a function of the nucleation temperature from the X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement. The rnicrohardness measurement shows that the Vickers microhardness (Hv) values of the heat-treated glass samples are larger than that of the based glass about 17.26%-42.04%.  相似文献

<正>In order to improve the laser-induced damage threshold(LIDT) of the ZrO_2 film,the effect of polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) with different average molecular weight on coatings is studied.The ZrO_2 sol is prepared by the hydrolysis of zirconium n-propoxide with acetylacetone as the chelating agent.The PVP(K16-18) is more suitable to obtain high LIDT coatings than other PVPs.The LIDT of the ZrO_2-PVP coatings is improved with the increase of the PVP(K16-18) content.When the PVP(K16-18) content is 2.4 wt.-%, the LIDT of the ZrO_2-PVP coatings is 43.5 J/cm~2(1064 nm,12 ns).The ZrO_2 sol and ZrO_2-PVP(K16- 18) sol have the good stability in 3 months.The refractive indices of the ZrO_2-PVP coatings decrease with the increase of the PVP(K16-18) content.  相似文献

The Dick effect is an important factor limiting the frequency stability of sequentially-operating atomic frequency standards. Here we study the impact of the Dick effect in the integrating sphere cold atom clock(ISCAC). To reduce the impact of the Dick effect, a 5 MHz local oscillator with ultra-low phase noise is selected and a new microwave synthesizer is built in-house. Consequently, the phase noise of microwave signal is optimized. The contribution of the Dick effect is reduced to 2.5×10~(-13)τ~(-1/2)(τ is the integrating time). The frequency stability of 4.6 × 10~(-13)τ~(-1/2) is achieved. The development of this optimization can promote the space applications of the compact ISCAC.  相似文献

Applying the method of the unified colored noise approximation and phase lock, we study in this paper the stationary intensity distribution of the single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise with cross-correlation between the real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise. We present a thorough discussion of how the cross-correlation λq between the real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise and the self-correlation time τ of the pump noise determine the behaviors of the stationary distribution Qst(I), the mean (I), and the variance λ2(0) of the laser intensity. It is shown that cross-correlation intensity λq of the complex quantum noise can induce a first-order-like transition. When the pump noise is colored noise (τ≠0), improving the pump parameters monotonously will make the curves of Qst(I) exhibit reentrant phase transition. The fluctuations of laser intensity are strongly influenced by λq and τ when the laser is operated near or below threshold. Especially when τ≠0, the heights of the peaks of the curves of λ2(0)-α0 and α3(0)-α0, (here a0 is the net gain coefficient) go up as λq increases. However the entire curves λ2(0)-α0 and λ3(0)-α0 are abruptly suppressed when λq = 1, in similarity to phase transition of stationary intensity distribution.  相似文献

Electrical properties of C/Ni films are studied using four mosaic targets made of pure graphite and stripes of nickel with the surface areas of 1.78,3.21,3.92 and 4.64%.The conductivity data in the temperature range of400–500 K shows the extended state conduction.The conductivity data in the temperature range of 150–300 K shows the multi-phonon hopping conduction.The Berthelot-type conduction dominates in the temperature range of 50–150 K.The conductivity of the films in the temperature range about 50 K is described in terms of variable-range hopping conduction.In low temperatures,the localized density of state around Fermi level(F)for the film deposition with 3.92% nickel has a maximum value of about 56.2×10~(17)cm~(-3)eV~(-1) with the minimum average hopping distance of about 3.43 × 10~(-6) cm.  相似文献

Dependence of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) from Calf thymus DNA on anions is inves- tigated.With the silver colloid,the bands at 732,960 and 1333 cm~(-1) for adenine (A),1466 cm~(-1) for deoxyribose,and 1652 cm~(-1) for the C=O group of thymine (T) are observably enhanced.With the pres- ence of the C1 or SO~-anions,the bands at 732 and 1326/1329 cm-1 for the symmetric stretching and skeletal vibrational modes of adenine (A) are dramatically enhanced,and the enhancement effect with the SO_4~(2-) ion is more than that with the Cl~-ion.The experimental results show that the DNA molecule can be adsorbed on the silver colloid particles through the C_6N and N_7 of adenine (A),the C=O of thymine (T) and deoxyribose.Moreover,the formed hydrogen bonding of the Cl~-or SO_4~(2-) ions to the C_6NH_2 group of adenine (A) can induce larger C_6N electronegativity,which is favor for the C_6N/N_7 cooperative adsorption on the (Ag)_n~ colloid particles.  相似文献
